优选的,所述竖向加强丝与横向加强丝之间的角度为30-90度,所述竖向加强丝和横向加强丝的粗度为0.3-0.7mm。
根据上述技术特征,一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,包括如下制备步骤:
S1、选取混合:选取聚酯纤维、棉纤维和竹纤维原料,加入粗松开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布内层原料;
S2、初步混合:选取聚酯纤维和棉纤维,加入送开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布表层原料;
S3、混合浸泡:选取一部分无纺布内层原料内加入芦荟粉、洋甘菊油、金盏花油和抑菌微胶囊进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料加入浸泡池中浸泡,得到抑菌层原料;
S4、二次混合:向得到的无纺布表层原料内加入溴系阻燃剂和纳米氧化锌进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料进行放置晾干;
S5、晾干梳理:将浸泡后的抑菌层进行放置晾干,随后将剩余无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料分别加入精松开机内进行开松;
S6、风送梳理:分别将精开松后的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料进行风送,以均衡压力将原料定积给出,得到的原料层分别加入梳理机内进行梳理,得到内层纤维层、抑菌纤维层和表层纤维层;
S7、针刺粘附:将得到的内层纤维层、抑菌纤维层和表层纤维层分别加入针刺机内,得到成型内层纤维层、成型抑菌纤维层和成型表层纤维层;
S8、铺附压制:将梳理得出的成型表层纤维层进行平铺,随后将聚丙烯丝线表面涂覆无纺布胶,以井字型密铺在成型表层纤维层表面,并进行烘干;

根据上述技术特征,所述步骤S4中,向得到的无纺布表层原料内加入溴系阻燃剂和纳米氧化锌进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料进行放置晾干,每100重量分的无纺布表层原料中加入重量份为0.8-1.6溴系阻燃剂和0.2-0.4纳米氧化锌。
根据上述技术特征,所述步骤S5中,将浸泡后的抑菌层进行放置晾干,晾干温度保持在20-30℃,晾干时间保持在10-15min,随后将剩余无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料分别加入精松开机内进行开松,精开松的时间保持在10-15min。
根据上述技术特征,所述步骤S6中,分别将精开松后的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料进行风送,以均衡压力将原料定积给出,得到的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料厚度分别保持在0.2mm-0.4mm,并将得到的原料层加入梳理机内进行梳理,得到内层纤维层、抑菌层和表层纤维层。
根据上述技术特征,所述步骤S8中,将梳理得出的成型纤维层进行平铺,随后将聚丙烯丝线表面涂覆无纺布胶,以井字型密铺在成型表层纤维层表面,相邻两个聚丙烯丝线的铺附间距为1-1.5mm。
根据上述技术特征,所述步骤S9中,将表面粘接有聚丙烯丝线的成型表层纤维层表面涂覆无纺布胶,并将成型内层纤维层贴附在成型表层纤维层上,并使用烘干机进行烘干,烘干的时长为25-40min,烘干温度保持在50-60℃。

该亲肤无纺布材料在制备过程中,首先选取重量份为30份的聚酯纤维、50份的棉纤维和20份的竹纤维原料,加入粗松开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布内层原料,选取重量份为70的聚酯纤维和30的棉纤维,加入送开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布表层原料,随后一部分无纺布内层原料,向每100重量份的无纺布内层原料内加入重量份为3.2的芦荟粉、1.9洋甘菊油、1.8金盏花油和4.3抑菌微胶囊,进行二次混合,并将混合后的无纺布内层原料进行浸泡,浸泡池内浸泡液的具体成分为:每100重量份水中加入山梨酸钾4重量份,金银花提取物2份,随后向每100重量分的无纺布表层原料中加入重量份为1.2溴系阻燃剂和0.3纳米氧化锌进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料进行放置晾干,并将浸泡后的抑菌层进行恒温25℃放置晾干13分钟,再之后,分别将精开松后的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料进行风送,以均衡压力将原料定积给出,保持得到的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料厚度为0.3mm,并将得到的原料层加入梳理机内进行梳理,将梳理得出的成型纤维层进行平铺,随后将聚丙烯丝线表面涂覆无纺布胶,以井字型密铺在成型表层纤维层表面,最后将表面粘接有聚丙烯丝线的成型表层纤维层表面涂覆无纺布胶,并将成型内层纤维层贴附在成型表层纤维层上,并使用烘干机进行恒温55℃烘干32分钟,得到一种亲肤无纺布材料。

通过上表检测结果可以发现,在选取重量份为30份的聚酯纤维、50份的棉纤维和20份的竹纤维原料和选取重量份为70的聚酯纤维和30的棉纤维,每100重量份的无纺布内层原料内加入重量份为3.2的芦荟粉、1.9洋甘菊油、1.8金盏花油和4.3抑菌微胶囊,浸泡液为100重量份水中加入山梨酸钾4重量份,金银花提取物2份时,无纺布的耐撕扯能力最佳,无纺布抑菌性能和阻燃管性能最佳,无纺布的柔软程度更好,亲肤性更佳。

该亲肤无纺布材料在制备过程中,首先选取重量份为30份的聚酯纤维、50份的棉纤维和20份的竹纤维原料,加入粗松开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布内层原料,选取重量份为70的聚酯纤维和30的棉纤维,加入送开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布表层原料,随后一部分无纺布内层原料,向每100重量份的无纺布内层原料内加入重量份为3.2的芦荟粉、1.9洋甘菊油、1.8金盏花油和4.3抑菌微胶囊,进行二次混合,并将混合后的无纺布内层原料进行浸泡,浸泡池内浸泡液的具体成分为:每100重量份水中加入山梨酸钾4重量份,金银花提取物2份,随后向每100重量分的无纺布表层原料中加入重量份为1.2溴系阻燃剂和0.3纳米氧化锌进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料进行放置晾干,并将浸泡后的抑菌层进行恒温25℃放置晾干13分钟,再之后,分别将精开松后的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料进行风送,以均衡压力将原料定积给出,保持得到的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料厚度为0.3mm,并将得到的原料层加入梳理机内进行梳理,将梳理得出的成型纤维层进行平铺,随后将聚丙烯丝线表面涂覆无纺布胶,以井字型密铺在成型表层纤维层表面,最后将表面粘接有聚丙烯丝线的成型表层纤维层表面涂覆无纺布胶,并将成型内层纤维层贴附在成型表层纤维层上,并使用烘干机进行恒温55℃烘干32分钟,得到一种亲肤无纺布材料。

Claims (10)

1.一种亲肤无纺布材料,包括无纺布表层(1),其特征在于:所述无纺布表层(1)的底端涂覆有无纺布胶(7),所述无纺布表层(1)的底端通过无纺布胶(7)粘接有阻燃层(4),所述阻燃层(4)的底端通过无纺布胶(7)粘接有抑菌层(3),所述抑菌层(3)的底端通过无纺布胶(7)粘接有无纺布内层(2),所述无纺布表层(1)的一端均匀贯穿嵌入连接有竖向加强丝(5),所述无纺布表层(1)的另一端均匀贯穿嵌入连接有横向加强丝(6),所述抑菌层(3)的内部均匀嵌入安装有抑菌微胶囊(8),所述抑菌微胶囊(8)具体成分为百里香精油和冬青叶提取物,所述百里香精油和冬青叶提取物的重量比为8:2-1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料,其特征在于,所述竖向加强丝(5)与横向加强丝(6)之间的角度为30-90度,所述竖向加强丝(5)和横向加强丝(6)的粗度为0.3-0.7mm。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
S1、选取混合:选取聚酯纤维、棉纤维和竹纤维原料,加入粗松开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布内层原料;
S2、初步混合:选取聚酯纤维和棉纤维,加入送开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布表层原料;
S3、混合浸泡:选取一部分无纺布内层原料内加入芦荟粉、洋甘菊油、金盏花油和抑菌微胶囊进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料加入浸泡池中浸泡,得到抑菌层原料;
S4、二次混合:向得到的无纺布表层原料内加入溴系阻燃剂和纳米氧化锌进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料进行放置晾干;
S5、晾干梳理:将浸泡后的抑菌层进行放置晾干,随后将剩余无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料分别加入精松开机内进行开松;
S6、风送梳理:分别将精开松后的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料进行风送,以均衡压力将原料定积给出,得到的原料层分别加入梳理机内进行梳理,得到内层纤维层、抑菌纤维层和表层纤维层;
S7、针刺粘附:将得到的内层纤维层、抑菌纤维层和表层纤维层分别加入针刺机内,得到成型内层纤维层、成型抑菌纤维层和成型表层纤维层;
S8、铺附压制:将梳理得出的成型表层纤维层进行平铺,随后将聚丙烯丝线表面涂覆无纺布胶,以井字型密铺在成型表层纤维层表面,并进行烘干;
S9、粘接成型:将表面粘接有聚丙烯丝线的成型表层纤维层表面涂覆无纺布胶,并将成型内层纤维层、成型抑菌纤维层和成型表层纤维层之间进行粘接,随后进行烘干。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1和S2中,选取重量份为25-35份的聚酯纤维、45-55份的棉纤维和15-25份的竹纤维原料,加入粗松开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布内层原料,选取重量份为65-75的聚酯纤维和25-35的棉纤维,加入送开机内进行初步混合,得到无纺布表层原料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,选取一部分无纺布内层原料内加入芦荟粉、洋甘菊油、金盏花油和抑菌微胶囊进行二次混合,每100重量份的无纺布内层原料内加入重量份为2.5-4.3的芦荟粉、1.5-2.3洋甘菊油、1.2-2.4金盏花油和2.8-6.5抑菌微胶囊,浸泡池内浸泡液的具体成分为:每100重量份水中加入山梨酸钾2-6重量份,金银花提取物1-3份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,向得到的无纺布表层原料内加入溴系阻燃剂和纳米氧化锌进行二次混合,并将混合后的原料进行放置晾干,每100重量分的无纺布表层原料中加入重量份为0.8-1.6溴系阻燃剂和0.2-0.4纳米氧化锌。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中,将浸泡后的抑菌层进行放置晾干,晾干温度保持在20-30℃,晾干时间保持在10-15min,随后将剩余无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料分别加入精松开机内进行开松,精开松的时间保持在10-15min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中,分别将精开松后的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料进行风送,以均衡压力将原料定积给出,得到的无纺布内层原料、抑菌层原料和无纺布表层原料厚度分别保持在0.2mm-0.4mm,并将得到的原料层加入梳理机内进行梳理,得到内层纤维层、抑菌层和表层纤维层。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S8中,将梳理得出的成型纤维层进行平铺,随后将聚丙烯丝线表面涂覆无纺布胶,以井字型密铺在成型表层纤维层表面,相邻两个聚丙烯丝线的铺附间距为1-1.5mm。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种亲肤无纺布材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S9中,将表面粘接有聚丙烯丝线的成型表层纤维层表面涂覆无纺布胶,并将成型内层纤维层贴附在成型表层纤维层上,并使用烘干机进行烘干,烘干的时长为25-40min,烘干温度保持在50-60℃。
