Abstract
現行北美木結構之住房建物及全世界鋼構建物,其內馬桶之排汅水管皆佈管於防火夾牆之內,當馬桶沖水排汅之時,因汅水進入排汅管道內沖擊到原本靜態之空氣產生巨大之聲波,復因木結構牆外之防火石膏板所形成之夾層音箱因共鳴會將噪音源擴大,使得居住空間內的生活品質受到很大的干擾,故需用一種隔音消音複合材料防止噪音的擴散,同時高緯度建物及低緯度建物外牆與內牆之夾層為隔熱節能,建物內空調及熱水管線均需用保溫防寒較佳之阻燃防焰材料,尤其需可單人輕便快速施工安裝,另外因全球禁用一次性有塑膠內膜的紙杯及一次性塑膠杯,雙層具有保冷保溫功能鋁箔杯,能夠保冷保溫又符合環保回收再利用尤為市場所需。
Description
本新型涉及已知之保冷保溫、隔音消音材料及工藝技術,現時在冰水式或熱水式空調及高壓蒸氣管線上都需要保冷保溫敷材,其包敷方法都屬傳統繞捲式,未見利用拉鍊式輕便快速法包敷管線,也未見有真空隔絕保冷保溫層的被應用,以求得管線及建物內外牆夾層內可有更佳隔音、保冷保溫、防焰阻燃效果。
現時木結構住宅建物及鋼構建物,其防火石膏板夾牆內所佈置之馬桶排汅水管之外部,先前皆未見有隔音消音之配置,當建物上層使用沖洗馬桶排汅時會產生巨大噪音,在保冷保溫管線之外部皆未見有利用真空夾層及阻燃防焰拉鍊條,來包敷管線達到現場快速施工,先前技術使用膠布或魔術快速貼也可達到快速包敷管線的目的,但在生產上多了一道工序會增加成本,也因每一施工人使用膠布貼合包敷會有所不同,導致消音及節能效果會有所降
低,同時在建物內外牆之夾層內未見有阻燃防焰真空隔絕層的被應用,以求得最佳隔音、保冷、保溫、阻燃防焰效果。
本新型首先須利用高密度吸音之防火纖維包敷於排汅水管之外部來吸收音波之震幅,再利用近真空夾層來阻隔音波因共振所產生之傳導,包含過去到現在塑料拉鍊功用都是僅被應用在食品文具包裝袋上,本新型改良包裝袋之拉鍊相互對應位置,將同一對應組之凸槽拉鍊條與凹槽拉鍊條設置在同一阻燃防焰薄膜正反面上的兩端,利用阻燃防焰拉鍊條包敷管線達到施工現塲單人快速包敷管線目的,同時又附加上消音、隔熱、等二種功能集於同一近真空夾層材料上,讓各種需靜音節能之管線都能共用,徹底解決了管線在施工現塲難以單人快速包敷的困境,及可應用在各種需節能之夾層內,以上共同結合材料及工藝技術,實現近真空消減噪音及更佳保冷隔熱、保溫等目的。
本新型之創新在於:本創新複合材料除可快速在現場單人施工應用在排汅水管之外部隔音消音,因單一包敷材料上複合多種功能除可包敷式應用在建物管線隔音消音及化工管線之外部需保冷、隔熱,復因近真空防焰阻燃夾層能達到隔音消音及保冷、保溫等多效益,亦可連續式屏蔽固定應用在建物內外牆夾層達到空調節能,飛機客艙的艋皮夾層內為機艙高空保溫,消除噴射發動機及消除風力發電機的噪音,還包括冷凍貨櫃夾牆及汽車車頂及側門高溫防曬隔音隔熱及農用蔬菜防寒,及高速公路消音夾牆內之減低噪音,相同之近
真空夾層亦可運用適當的剪裁及縫合工藝確保近真空,再選配防水面料或防火纖維及內襯,即可做出消防員所需最佳抗燃1000度C近真空隔熱防火衣,包括極地最佳耐寒保溫服飾,也可做出極地最佳耐寒帳篷,相同之近真空夾層亦可運用在一次性冰熱飲容器,達到食材及醫藥材長時間保冷保溫。

本新型利用平面透視圖1,將具體實施方式說明如下:(10)是一張寬度(按需包敷之管線外徑x3.1416)X1,(如需包敷兩層時x2,如需包敷三層時x3)+2英吋(設置封合拉鍊寬度),長度按建物現塲通用管線(例如8英尺)的金屬薄膜,在(10)之上貼合有金屬紗網(21),其置入之目的在撐開一個空間(20),因在未抽真空之前(10)與(30)簿膜原本是平坦的,但在(13)抽氣閥門的抽真空操作下(10)與(30)兩簿膜會緊密貼合,為防止(10)與(30)兩簿膜觸碰傳導,需置入金屬紗網(21),注意利用(10)與(30)兩簿膜的厚度及硬度配合置入(21)的高度來確保在完成抽真空後,在(10)與(30)之間原本(20)位置當抽真空後改變為(22),務必利用置入(21)金屬紗網之高度要在(22)網格位置造成有不接觸近真空空間,阻斷此處音波之震幅及熱傳導。
在圖1簿膜(10)的中心點(13)的左邊顯示未抽真空之前(10)與(30)兩簿膜平行不接觸狀態,而中心點(13)抽氣閥門的右邊是顯示完成抽真空之後(10)與(30)兩簿膜因被金屬紗網(21)撐開在(22)網目位置保持有近真空不接觸狀態,在(10)左側底部設置有凹槽(11)拉鍊條與凸槽(12)拉鍊條,在(10)右側上部設置有凸槽(111)拉鍊條與凹槽(112)拉鍊條,(30)是一張金屬薄膜,其長度與寬度都與(10)相同,但在其右側寬度較(10)少2英吋,同時在(30)的表面貼合上高密度厚1/5英吋吸音防焰阻燃保溫纖維層(31),將(31)(30)置於(10)之上,在四週(23)位置淋膜再用高週波熱熔合機壓接密合,形成一個長方形空間層(20),經由(13)抽氣閥門將(20)空間內因有置入(21)金屬紗網,此時多個(22)網目的中心位置會抽成近真空的小空間。
將(10)、(11)、(12)、(111)、(112)、(13)、(21)、(30)、(31)共同組合完成如圖2,為近真空消音保冷隔熱複合材料應用在包敷管線示意圖,自排汅水管(40)頂端用雙面膠固定包敷在直立式排汅水管(40)的外部,單人包敷管線(40)後用大姆指由上至下將圖2(111)凸槽按壓入(11)凹槽之內,再一次用大姆指由上至下將圖2(112)凹槽按壓入(12)凸槽之內,最後用2英吋寬防火膠布將(10)的右側邊由上而下全部敷蓋,同時亦應使用2英吋寬防火膠布將排汅水管的頂部及底部繞封一圈,全部按裝完畢。
如果消音隔熱保溫之效果未達預期,可用如圖2,所述複合式材料包敷排汅水管兩次或多次,即可得到最佳效果,但當管線欲用複合材多層式包敷管線,原本(11)凹槽與(12)凸槽位置應配合做出改
變。
利用圖3,對一種近真空消音隔熱複合材應用在食用冰熱飲料容器及蓋子進一步詳細說明,用一個杯內膜(301)所製鋁箔杯,置入用再生紙漿壓注出一個圓型瓦浪有多洞孔低傳導支襯架(211)之內,再將(301)(211)共同置入一個較大尺寸杯外膜(101)所製鋁箔杯之內,杯外膜(101)底部熱封上一個抽氣閥門(13),在頂部杯緣(23)將杯內膜(301)鋁箔杯與杯外膜(101)鋁箔杯封死,保證抽真空後內膜(301)與外膜(101)之間有不接觸的近真空空間(221),底蓋內膜(24)與上蓋外膜(25)須置入一個支襯架(211),在底蓋(24)底部熱封上一個抽氣閥門(13),將底蓋內膜(24)與上蓋外膜(25)共同在蓋緣(23)封死,在(301)鋁箔杯中央盛冰熱飲料,一種多層式食用冰熱飲料容器及蓋子組合完成。
本創作複合材的功能在飲料容器應用上,因內杯膜(301)與外杯膜(101)材料太薄,必須藉由一個低傳導支架(211),在內杯膜(301)與外杯膜(101)之間於(20)位置撐出不接觸的近真空空間(221)才能達成保冷、保溫的目的,但在應用於杯狀體飲料容器上時,因內杯膜(301)在抽真空後受到大氣壓力平均往外推時,內杯膜(301)其外型尺寸因受限於柱型材料之表面張力不會改變,此時外杯(101)如選用較厚或較高強度材料,於抽真空後如外杯(101)外型尺寸能保持不變,保證內杯膜鋁箔(301)與外杯(101)不接觸,保證於(20)位置能有近真空空間時,根本無需置入一個支撐架(211),即能達到保冷保溫的目的。
Claims (3)
- 一種近真空有拉鍊可快速包敷在管線外及應用在各種夾層內之消音保冷隔熱複合材,其特徵在於:包括複合材料外薄膜層(10)與包敷管線薄膜層(30),其長寬依實際所需施做尺寸共同在材料四週(23)位置用超音波熱壓熔合形成欲應用之形狀,在可阻隔音波及溫升的空間(20)內置入低傳導材料(21),在外層薄膜(10)上有一個抽真空閥門(13),利用多個(21)的高度在多個(22)位置撐開薄膜(10)與薄膜(30)之間,當(13)完成抽真空後在(22)位置須有近真空不接觸空間,達到防止音波共振與冷熱皆不傳導的目的,還包括在包敷管線薄膜層(30)之上貼合有保溫高密度吸音防焰阻燃纖維(31),以上共同組合成一種複合材可供單人快速包敷在管線(40)之外部,包括包敷在特殊灣度管線之外,包括可連續式屏蔽應用在建物內外牆夾層之內,包括各種需近真空消音隔熱防焰阻燃之工業產品夾層之內。
- 如請求項1.所述之複合材,利用(10)右側上所附之(111)凸拉鍊條及(112)凹拉鍊條,將複合材與需包敷之管線按同中軸線方向繞過管線(40),再與(10)左側上所附之(11)凹拉鍊條及(12)凸拉鍊條對應結合,即可單人在施工現場將複合材快速包敷固定在管線(40)之外部,包括配置單組拉鍊條及配置多組拉鍊條,一種複合材即可單層包敷在管線(40)之外,包括改變(11)凹拉鍊條及(12)凸拉鍊條所設置之位置,一種複合材即可多層包敷在管線之外達到最優防止音波共振與保溫隔熱的目的。
- 如請求項1.所述之複合材,將內膜所製鋁箔杯(301)置入低傳導支襯架(211)之內,再共同置入外膜所製鋁箔杯(101)內,在杯緣頂部(23)將(301)內鋁箔杯與支襯架(211)及外鋁箔杯(101)熱壓封死,在(101)底部熱封一個抽真空閥門(13),完成抽真空後外膜鋁箔杯(101)與內膜鋁箔杯(301)在支襯架 (211)上所有洞孔(221)位置須有不接觸近真空空間,蓋子也須使用前述相同工藝置入一個支襯架(211)熱封一個抽真空閥門(13)在蓋緣(23)熱壓封死,在(301)鋁箔杯中央位置盛飲料,一種複合材應用在多層式食用保冷保溫飲料容器及蓋子組合完成,還包括為免除(211)支撐架,用較厚較硬材料制作外杯(101),確保外鋁杯(101)底部抽真空閥門(13)完成抽真空後,內鋁箔杯(301)與(101)外杯之間有不接觸之近真空空間(20),一種複合材應用在無支撐架食用保冷保溫飲料容器組合完成。
