Abstract
一種螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,包含一基座組及一夾片組。該基座組包括一基座及一固定片。該基座界定出一形成有一開口的容置槽,該開口設有該固定片。該夾片組包括一螺絲及一呈U型的夾片。該螺絲沿該長方向配置在該容置槽,且兩相反端分別可轉動地設置在該基座內部及該固定片,並且可轉動地螺設於該夾片。該夾片具有一可動地設置在該容置槽的移動段、一位在該基座組外側的夾持段,及一連接該移動段及該夾持段的連接段。該夾片能被該螺絲旋轉帶動而相對該基座組位移。
Description
本新型是有關於一種固定裝置,特別是指一種螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置。
參閱圖1及圖2,一種習知的螢幕支撐架1,包含一螢幕支撐懸臂11,及一固定裝置12。該螢幕支撐懸臂11用來放置螢幕(圖未示),且其底部安裝在該固定裝置12。該固定裝置12包括一殼座13、一螺絲14,及一U形夾片15。該殼座13具有一供該螢幕支撐懸臂11設置的安裝槽131、一容置該U形夾片15的容置槽132,及一區隔該安裝槽131及該容置槽132的區隔壁133。該安裝槽131及該容置槽132分別位在該殼座13的兩相反側。該螺絲14具有相銜接的一螺頭段141及一螺紋段142。該螺頭段141位在該安裝槽131並靠抵在該區隔壁133。該螺紋段142自該螺頭段141延伸並穿出該區隔壁133,且螺設於該U形夾片15。該U形夾片15具有一與該螺絲14螺接的移動段151,及一位在該殼座13外側的夾持段152。該夾持段152與該殼座13相配合而界定出一夾口16。
使用者只要透過一六角扳手(圖未示)即可轉動該螺絲14,藉此帶動該U形夾片15在該容置槽132內上下往復移動。當轉動該螺絲14使該U形夾片15向下移動時,即可擴大該夾口16,以方便該固定裝置12安裝到一平台(圖未示)的邊緣。然而,當過度轉動該螺絲14時,該U形夾片15會從該螺紋段142上脫落,而無法再被該螺絲14帶動,且使用上稍不注意就會發生前述狀況,因此有改善的需要。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種防止夾片脫落的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置。
於是,本新型螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,包含一基座組及一夾片組。
該基座組包括一基座及一固定片。該基座適合用於承載該螢幕支撐懸臂,並界定出一形成有一開口的容置槽。該容置槽沿著一長方向延伸。該固定片設置在該開口。
該夾片組包括一螺絲及一呈U型的夾片。該螺絲沿該長方向配置在該基座的容置槽,且兩相反端部分別可轉動地設置在該基座內部及該固定片,並且可轉動地螺設於該夾片。該夾片具有一可動地設置在該容置槽的移動段、一位在該基座組外側的夾持段,及一連接該移動段及該夾持段的連接段。該移動段具有一與該螺絲螺合的螺孔。
該夾片被該螺絲旋轉帶動而相對該基座組在一完全放鬆位置及一完全夾緊位置間位移。在該完全放鬆位置時,該夾片的該移動段靠抵於該固定片,且該夾持段遠離該固定片。在該完全夾緊位置時,該夾片的該移動段遠離該固定片,且該夾持段鄰近該固定片。
本新型之功效在於:該螺絲的兩相反端部分別設置在該基座內部及該固定片,因此當該夾片到達該完全放鬆位置時,該夾片的移動段會被該固定片抵擋而無法繼續移動,能防止與該螺絲分離。
參閱圖3、圖4及圖5,本新型固定裝置的一第一實施例,適用於承載一螢幕支撐懸臂9。該螢幕支撐懸臂9用來供一螢幕(圖未示)放置,且位於底側的一安裝部91則用來安裝到該固定裝置。該螢幕支撐懸臂9屬於習知結構,且非本新型的特徵,故在此不予贅述。
該固定裝置包含一基座組2及一夾片組3。該基座組2是用來供該螢幕支撐懸臂9的安裝部91裝設,且該夾片組3可與該基座組2相配合而夾固在一平台8(見圖8)上。
該基座組2包括一基座21、一夾座22,及一固定片23。該基座21大致上呈筒狀,並具有一圍繞界定出一容置槽211的內壁面212、一設置槽216,及一調整孔217。該容置槽211沿一長方向I延伸並具有一朝外的開口213。該內壁面212具有一面朝該開口213的頂面部214,及一延伸方向不平行於該長方向I的傾斜面部215。該設置槽216相反於該容置槽211且與該容置槽211相間隔,適合用於供該螢幕支撐懸臂9安裝。該調整孔217由該內壁面212的頂面部214朝該設置槽216沿該長方向I延伸,並連通該容置槽211及該設置槽216。
該夾座22設置在該基座21底部的外周緣,並鄰近該開口213。該夾座22是沿該基座21的徑向向外延伸,且外周緣大致呈弧形。該夾座22能與該基座21一體成型地製造,又或者分別製造後再組裝一起。在本第一實施例中,該夾座22是與該基座21一體成型地製造而成。
該固定片23的兩相反側被鎖固在該夾座22,藉以設置在該基座21的開口213,其中,該固定片23掩蓋住該開口213的一部分,並與該傾斜面部215相配合界定出一細縫218。該固定片23具有一相對於該調整孔217的固定孔231。
該夾片組3包括一螺絲31及一夾片32。該螺絲31沿該長方向I配置在該基座組2的容置槽211,且兩相反端部分別可轉動地設置在該基座21內部及該固定片23。該螺絲31的兩相反端部可移動地分別設置在該調整孔217及該固定孔231,並具有一螺頭部311、一環片部312、一螺紋部313,及一圓柱部314。該螺頭部311可轉動地設置在該調整孔217,並露出於該設置槽216。該螺頭部311具有一供扳手咬合的多角孔315。該環片部312位在該容置槽211並連接該螺頭部311,且抵靠在該內壁面212的頂面部214。該螺紋部313自該環片部312朝該固定孔231延伸,並且可轉動地螺設於該夾片32,且該螺紋部313的外徑大於該固定孔231的寬度。該圓柱部314可轉動地設置在該固定孔231,並連接該螺紋部313末端。該圓柱部314的外徑小於該固定孔231的寬度。需注意的是,該調整孔217及該固定孔231可以為圓孔、橢圓孔、長形孔或類似之形狀,只要能夠讓該螺絲31可轉動地設置且不脫離即可,並沒有一定限制。
該夾片32呈U型,並具有一移動段321、一夾持段322,及一連接段323。該移動段321可動地設置在該容置槽211,並具有一供該螺絲31螺合的螺孔324。該夾持段322位在該基座組2外側,並與該固定片23共同界定出一夾口4。該連接段323穿出該基座21的細縫218,且兩相反端分別連接該移動段321及該夾持段322。該連接段323與該移動段321間實質上呈垂直,該連接段323與該夾持段322間實質上垂直。所述的實質上呈垂直,是指90度的正負2度以內。該夾片32的材質可採用硬質材料,如:塑膠或金屬。其中金屬可選自但不限於鐵合金或鋁合金。在本第一實施例是採用鐵合金。
參閱圖5、圖6,及圖7,該夾片32被該螺絲31旋轉帶動而在該螺紋段313上沿著該長方向I移動,且能相對該基座組2在一完全放鬆位置及一完全夾緊位置間位移。在該完全放鬆位置時,該夾片32的該移動段321靠抵於該固定片23,且該夾持段322遠離該固定片23。旋轉該螺絲31,使該夾片32的該移動段311遠離該固定片23並靠抵於該螺絲31的該環片部312,並讓該夾持段322鄰近該固定片23而無法繼續靠近,如此即到達該完全夾緊位置。該夾片32能在該完全放鬆位置及該完全夾緊位置間的多數位置上改變,如此,使用者即可透過轉動該螺絲31來調整該夾口4的大小。
參閱圖3、圖5及圖8,使用時,是將該固定裝置固定到該平台8,如:桌板,再將該螢幕支撐懸臂9安置在該固定裝置。安裝該固定裝置之前,需要先將該夾口4打開到足夠夾住該平台8側緣的大小。操作的方式是先透過一多角扳手(圖未示)伸進該設置槽216內並咬合到該螺絲31的該多角孔315,再轉動該多角扳手,藉以帶動該螺絲31轉動而讓該夾片32朝該完全放鬆位置移動。透過此方式即可調整該夾口4的大小。其中,當該夾片32到達該完全放鬆位置時,該固定片23就會阻擋住該夾片32使其無法繼續位移,以避免該夾片32自該螺絲31上脫落。
當該夾口4調整到合適大小後,就可以安置到該平台8的周緣,再逆向轉動該多角扳手以讓該夾片32的該夾持段322朝該平台8移動,並夾住該平台8。當該夾持段322靠抵於該平台8的底部時,只要繼續旋轉該多角扳手,就可以調整該夾片32抵靠該平台8的力度,藉以調整該固定裝置的穩定度。當確認該固定裝置已經穩固地安裝到該平台8後,再將該螢幕支撐懸臂9安裝到該基座組2的設置槽216內,如此,即完成安裝。
透過上述說明,可將本新型的功效歸納如下:
一、該螺絲31的兩相反端部分別設置在該基座21內部及該固定片23,因此當該夾片32到達該完全放鬆位置時,該夾片32的移動段321會被該固定片23抵擋而無法繼續移動,能防止與該螺絲31分離。
二、該基座組2的夾座22進一步提高與該平台8的接觸面積,當透過該夾片32夾固至該平台8後,該夾座22擴大了該基座組2與與該平台8的接觸面積,藉此提高固定的穩定度。
三、該螺絲31的螺頭部311是露出於該設置槽216,使用者可以簡單地採用該多角扳手操作該螺絲31,藉以調整該夾片32的位置。並且,該螺絲31的圓柱部314並不具有螺紋,因此能平順地在該固定孔231中轉動,提高操作的流暢度。
參閱圖9、圖10及圖11,本新型螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置的一第二實施例,大致與該第一實施例相同,差異僅在於該調整孔217及該固定孔231都是長形孔,且皆朝遠離該傾斜面部215的方向延伸,以及,該夾片組3的夾片32結構與該第一實施例不同。
該夾片32的該連接段323與該移動段321間夾一鈍角,且該連接段323與該夾持段322間呈一銳角。較佳地,該鈍角的角度範圍介於92至102度,該銳角的角度範圍介於76至86度,更佳地,該鈍角的角度範圍介於95至99度,該銳角的角度範圍介於79至83度。在本第二實施例中,該鈍角是97度,該銳角是81度。
參閱圖10及圖12,當旋轉該螺絲31帶動該夾片32朝該完全夾緊位置移動時,該連接段323會受到該傾斜面部215的引導而朝該平台8移動,此也會帶動該夾持段322的後端更為靠近該平台8,如此,該夾片32與該平台8間的接觸面積就會進一步的增加,以提高固定的穩定度。並且,因為該連接段323與該夾持段322間為銳角,因此該夾持段322的前端會先抵靠在該平台8上,當更進一步移動該夾片32時,其前端的夾壓力道就會進一步提高,且該夾持段322亦會自該前端向後逐步地貼靠在該平台8,藉此能提高該夾片32夾固在該平台8的程度。
如此,本第二實施例不僅具備該第一實施例相同的功效外,透過另一種夾片32的結構,能有效提高夾持固定的力道,增加該固定裝置於安裝後的穩固程度。
綜上所述,該固定片23能抵擋該夾片32移動,進而防止該夾片32與該螺絲31分離。因此,確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,凡是依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,包含: 一基座組,包括一基座及一固定片,該基座適合用於承載該螢幕支撐懸臂,並界定出一沿著一長方向延伸的容置槽,該容置槽具有一開口,該固定片設置在該開口;及 一夾片組,包括一螺絲及一呈U型的夾片,該螺絲沿該長方向配置在該基座的容置槽,且兩相反端分別可轉動地設置在該基座內部及該固定片,並且可轉動地螺設於該夾片,該夾片具有一可動地設置在該容置槽的移動段、一位在該基座組外側的夾持段,及一連接該移動段及該夾持段的連接段,該移動段具有一與該螺絲螺合的螺孔, 該夾片被該螺絲旋轉帶動而相對該基座組在一完全放鬆位置及一完全夾緊位置間位移,在該完全放鬆位置時,該夾片的該移動段靠抵於該固定片,且該夾持段遠離該固定片,在該完全夾緊位置時,該夾片的該移動段遠離該固定片,且該夾持段鄰近該固定片。
- 如請求項1所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該基座還具有一界定出該容置槽的內壁面,該內壁面具有一朝向該固定片的調整孔,該基座組的固定片具有一相對於該調整孔的固定孔,該螺絲的兩相反端部可移動地分別設置在該調整孔及該固定孔。
- 如請求項2所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該基座的內壁面具有一傾斜面部,該傾斜面部能抵靠在該夾片,且該傾斜面部的延伸方向不平行於該長方向,該調整孔及該固定孔皆為長形孔,且朝遠離該傾斜面部的方向延伸,該夾片的移動段與該連接段間夾一鈍角。
- 如請求項2所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該基座還具有一相反於該容置槽的設置槽,該設置槽連通該調整孔,該螺絲具有一露出於該設置槽的螺頭部。
- 如請求項2所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該螺絲具有一位在該容置槽並抵靠在該內壁面的環片部、一自該環片部朝該固定孔延伸的螺紋部,及一連接該螺紋部末端並設置在該固定孔的圓柱部,該固定孔的寬度大於等於該圓柱部的外徑,並小於該螺紋部的外徑。
- 如請求項1所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該基座組還包括一設置在該基座外周緣並鄰近該開口的夾座,該固定片緊固於該夾座而設置在該開口。
- 如請求項1所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該夾片的該連接段與該移動段間夾一鈍角,該鈍角的角度範圍介於92至102度。
- 如請求項7所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該鈍角的角度範圍介於95至99度。
- 如請求項1所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該夾片的該連接段與該夾持段間呈一銳角,該銳角的角度範圍介於76至86度。
- 如請求項9所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該銳角的角度範圍介於79至83度。
