Abstract

一種螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,包含一基座組及一夾片組。該基座組包括一基座。該基座適合用於乘載該螢幕支撐懸臂,並界定出一沿著一長方向延伸的容置槽。該容置槽具有一開口。該夾片組包括一呈U型的夾片及一螺絲,該夾片具有一可動地設置在該容置槽的移動段、一位在該基座外側的夾持段,及一連接該移動段及該夾持段的連接段,該移動段與該夾持段相配合界定出一朝遠離該連接段的方向逐漸縮小的夾口,該移動段具有一螺孔,該螺絲螺設於該螺孔,並沿該長方向設置在該基座的容置槽,該螺絲可被旋動來帶動該夾片沿該長方向位移。

Description

螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置
本新型是有關於一種固定裝置,特別是指一種螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置。
參閱圖1及圖2,一種習知的螢幕支撐架1,包含一螢幕支撐懸臂11,及一固定裝置12。該螢幕支撐懸臂11用來放置螢幕(圖未示),且其底部安裝在該固定裝置12。該固定裝置12包括一殼座13、一螺絲14,及一U形夾片15。該殼座13具有一供該螢幕支撐懸臂11設置的安裝槽131、一容置該U形夾片15的容置槽132,及一區隔該安裝槽131及該容置槽132的區隔壁133。該安裝槽131及該容置槽132分別位在該殼座13的兩相反側。該螺絲14具有相銜接的一螺頭段141及一螺紋段142。該螺頭段141位在該安裝槽131並靠抵在該區隔壁133。該螺紋段142自該螺頭段141延伸並穿出該區隔壁133,且螺設於該U形夾片15。該U形夾片15具有一與該螺絲14螺接的移動段151,及一位在該殼座13外側的夾持段152。該夾持段152與該殼座13相配合而界定出一夾口16。
使用者只要透過一六角扳手(圖未示)即可轉動該螺絲14,藉此帶動該U形夾片15在該容置槽132內上下往復移動。當轉動該螺絲14使該U形夾片15向下移動時,即可擴大該夾口16,以方便該固定裝置12安裝到一平台(圖未示)的邊緣。然而,此種固定的方式常因該U形夾片15的夾持力道不足,容易受外力推動而鬆脫,穩定度不足,有改善的需要。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種提高固定穩固程度的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置。
於是,本新型螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,包含一基座組及一夾片組。
該基座組包括一基座。該基座適合用於承載該螢幕支撐懸臂,並界定出一沿著一長方向延伸的容置槽。該容置槽具有一開口。
該夾片組包括一呈U型的夾片及一螺絲,該夾片具有一可動地設置在該容置槽的移動段、一位在該基座外側的夾持段,及一連接該移動段及該夾持段的連接段,該移動段與該夾持段相配合界定出一朝遠離該連接段的方向逐漸縮小的夾口,該移動段具有一螺孔,該螺絲螺設於該螺孔,並沿該長方向設置在該基座的容置槽,該螺絲可被旋動來帶動該夾片沿該長方向位移。
本新型之功效在於:因為該夾片的夾口是逐漸地縮小,所以當該夾片夾固於一平台的側邊時,該夾持段的前端會先抵靠在該平台上,此時只要更進一步移動該夾片,該夾持段的夾壓力道就會進一步提高,且與該平台的接觸面積亦會增加,如此即能提高夾持力道,改善固定的穩固程度。
參閱圖3、圖4及圖5,本新型固定裝置的一實施例,適用於承載一螢幕支撐懸臂9。該螢幕支撐懸臂9用來供一螢幕(圖未示)放置,且位於底側的一安裝部91則用來安裝到該固定裝置。該螢幕支撐懸臂9屬於習知結構,且非本新型的特徵,故在此不予贅述。
該固定裝置包含一基座組2及一夾片組3。該基座組2是用來供該螢幕支撐懸臂9的安裝部91裝設,且該夾片組3可與該基座組2相配合而夾固在一平台8(見圖8)上。
該基座組2包括一基座21、一夾座22,及一固定片23。該基座21大致上呈筒狀,並具有一圍繞界定出一容置槽211的內壁面212、一設置槽216,及一調整孔217。該容置槽211沿一長方向I延伸並具有一朝外的開口213。該內壁面212具有一面朝該開口213的頂面部214,及一延伸方向不平行於該長方向I的傾斜面部215。該設置槽216相反於該容置槽211且與該容置槽211相間隔,適合用於乘載該螢幕支撐懸臂9。該調整孔217由該內壁面212的頂面部214朝該設置槽216沿該長方向I延伸,並連通該容置槽211及該設置槽216。
該夾座22設置在該基座21底部的外周緣,並鄰近該開口213。該夾座22是沿該基座21的徑向向外延伸,且外周緣大致呈弧形。該夾座22能與該基座21一體成型地製造,又或者分別製造後再組裝一起。在本實施例中,該夾座22是與該基座21一體成型地製造而成。
該固定片23的兩相反側被鎖固在該夾座22,藉以設置在該基座21的開口213,其中,該固定片23掩蓋住該開口213的一部分而露出一細縫218。該固定片23具有一相對於該調整孔217的固定孔231。
該夾片組3包括一夾片31及一螺絲32。該夾片31呈U型,並具有一移動段311、一夾持段312,及一連接段313。該移動段311可動地設置在該容置槽211,並具有一螺孔314。該夾持段312位在該基座組2外側,並與該移動段311共同界定出一夾口4。該連接段313穿出該基座21的細縫218,且兩相反端分別連接該移動段311及該夾持段312,並且外側能抵靠在該傾斜面部215。該夾片31的材質可採用硬質材料,如:塑膠或金屬。其中金屬可選自但不限於鐵合金或鋁合金。在本實施例是採用鐵合金。
該夾持段312與該移動段311共同界定出的該夾口4,是朝遠離該連接段313的方向逐漸縮小。較佳地,該夾片的該連接段與該夾持段間夾一銳角,且該銳角的角度範圍介於76至86度,更佳地,該銳角的角度範圍介於79至83度。該夾片31能沿著該長方向I移動,而移動時該連接段313會靠抵在該傾斜面部215上並受引導而滑動,因此,若要讓該連接段313更為平順地在該傾斜面部215上滑動,可適度地調整該移動段與該連接段313間的彎折角度以對應該傾斜面部215,較佳地,該移動段與該連接段間夾一鈍角,且該鈍角的角度範圍介於92至102度,更佳地,該鈍角的角度範圍介於95至99度。
該螺絲32沿該長方向I配置在該基座組2的容置槽211,且兩相反端部分別可轉動地設置在該基座21內部及該固定片23。該螺絲32的兩相反端部可移動地分別穿置在該調整孔217及該固定孔231,並具有一螺頭部321、一環片部322、一螺紋部323,及一圓柱部324。該螺頭部321可轉動地設置在該調整孔217,並露出於該設置槽216。該螺頭部321具有一供扳手咬合的多角孔325。該環片部322位在該容置槽211並連接該螺頭部321,且抵靠在該內壁面212的頂面部214。該螺紋部323自該環片部322朝該固定孔231延伸,並且可轉動地螺設於該夾片31的螺孔314,且該螺紋部323的外徑大於該固定孔231的寬度。該圓柱部324可轉動地設置在該固定孔231,並連接該螺紋部323末端。該圓柱部324的外徑小於該固定孔231的寬度。
參閱圖5及圖6,該螺絲32可被旋動來帶動該夾片31沿該長方向I位移,使該夾片31相對該基座組2在一完全放鬆位置及一完全夾緊位置間位移。在該完全放鬆位置時,該夾片31的該移動段311靠抵於該固定片23,且該夾持段312遠離該固定片23。當該夾片31的該移動段311靠抵於該螺絲32的該環片部322,使該夾持段312鄰近該固定片23而無法繼續靠近時,即到達該完全夾緊位置時。如此,使用者即可透過轉動該螺絲32來調整該夾持段312相對於該固定片23之間的距離。該夾片31相對該基座組2在一完全放鬆位置及一完全夾緊位置間位移時,該螺絲32的螺頭部321會在該基座21之調整孔217內位移。
參閱圖5及圖7,使用時,是將該固定裝置固定到該平台8,如:桌板,再將該螢幕支撐懸臂9安置在該固定裝置。安裝該固定裝置之前,是先調整該夾持段312相對於該固定片23之間的距離到足夠夾住該平台8側緣的大小。操作的方式是先透過一多角扳手(圖未示)伸進該設置槽216內並咬合到該螺絲32的該多角孔325,再轉動該多角扳手,藉以帶動該螺絲32轉動而讓該夾片31朝該完全放鬆位置移動,直到足以夾住該平台8的側緣。其中,當該夾片31到達該完全放鬆位置時,該固定片23就會阻擋住該夾片31使其無法繼續位移,以避免該夾片31自該螺絲32上脫落。
當調整該夾片31到合適的位置後,就可以安置到該平台8的周緣,再逆向轉動該多角扳手以讓該夾片31的該夾持段312朝該平台8移動。此時,因該連接段313會受到該傾斜面部215的引導而朝該平台8移動,此也會帶動該夾持段312的後端更為靠近該平台8,如此,該夾片31與該平台8間的接觸面積就會進一步的增加,以提高固定的穩定度。並且,因為該連接段313與該夾持段312間為銳角,所以該夾持段312的前端會先抵靠在該平台8上,當更進一步移動該夾片31時,其前端的夾壓力道就會進一步提高,且該夾持段312亦會自該前端向後逐步地貼靠在該平台8,藉此能提高該夾片31夾固在該平台8的程度。
綜上所述,本新型採用具有新穎結構的該夾片31,能有效提高夾持固定的力道,增加該固定裝置於安裝後的穩固程度。因此,確實能達成本新型之目的。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,包含: 一基座組,包括一基座,該基座適合用於承載該螢幕支撐懸臂,並界定出一沿著一長方向延伸的容置槽,該容置槽具有一開口;及 一夾片組,包括一呈U型的夾片及一螺絲,該夾片具有一可動地設置在該容置槽的移動段、一位在該基座外側的夾持段,及一連接該移動段及該夾持段的連接段,該移動段與該夾持段相配合界定出一朝遠離該連接段的方向逐漸縮小的夾口,該移動段具有一螺孔,該螺絲螺設於該螺孔,並沿該長方向設置在該基座的容置槽,該螺絲可被旋動來帶動該夾片沿該長方向位移。
  2. 如請求項1所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該夾片的該連接段與該夾持段間夾一銳角,該銳角的角度範圍介於76至86度。
  3. 如請求項2所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該銳角的角度範圍介於79至83度。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該夾片的該移動段與該連接段間夾一鈍角,該鈍角的角度範圍介於92至102度。
  5. 如請求項4所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該鈍角的角度範圍介於95至99度。
  6. 如請求項4所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該基座還具有一界定出該容置槽的內壁面,該內壁面具有一調整孔及一傾斜面部,該調整孔呈長形且朝遠離該傾斜面部的方向延伸,並供該螺絲的其中一端部設置,該傾斜面部的延伸方向不平行於該長方向,且能與該夾片的連接段相抵靠。
  7. 如請求項6所述的螢幕支撐懸臂的固定裝置,其中,該基座組還包括一設置在該開口的固定片,該夾片組的該螺絲的兩相反端部分別可轉動地設置在該基座內部及該固定片間。
