Abstract
本新型係一種CNC車銑複合加工機,主要由底座、移動單元、主軸單元及刀塔單元組成,透過主軸限制單元與刀塔限制單元限制滑移範圍,同時,主軸單元與刀塔單元固設在立柱上,賦予整體強度穩固、降低加工時的震動,進而提高加工精度與加工效能,同時,降低表面的粗糙度。
Description
本新型關於一種複合加工機,特別係一種CNC車銑複合加工機。
請參閱圖1所示,為習知一CNC車銑複合加工機的立體圖, 一般車床與銑床的結合已普遍被應用在各工廠中。但是由於上述結構的車床的刀塔架1接在複合座2,車床的車刀3對工件加工時,由於刀塔架1遠離複合座2,使的兩構件支撐連接處會因為震動與剛性不足產生損壞,因此,有可能會產生斷裂的疑虞。另外,當刀塔架1與複合座2產生損壞時,容易產生角度改變、進給量失真與剛性減弱等因素,進而造成加工該工件時產生尺寸誤差,導致精準度不佳、加工表面紋路不良與加工效率差的狀況。
鑒於上述習知技術的缺點,因此,本新型提供一種CNC車銑複合加工機,其主要賦予整體強度穩固、降低加工時的震動,進而提高加工精度與加工效能,同時,降低表面的粗糙度。
為達前述目的,本新型係一種CNC車銑複合加工機,適用於對一工件進行銑削與車削,包含:
一底座,包含一夾持該工件的夾持方向、一垂直該夾持方向的位移方向、及一垂直該夾持方向與該位移方向的車銑削方向;
一移動單元,包含一能夠沿著該夾持方向往復位移地設置在該底座的移動模組、及一能夠沿該位移方向且朝該工件往復位移地設在該移動模組的立柱,該立柱具有一第一位移部以及一第二位移部;
一主軸單元,包含一能夠沿著該車銑削方向且朝該工件往復位移地設置在該第一位移部的銑刀模組;以及
一刀塔單元,包含一能夠沿著該車銑削方向且朝該工件往復位移地設置在該第二位移部的車刀模組。
較佳地,更包含一主軸限制單元,該主軸限制單元設置在該第一位移部,並具有一設置在該第一位移部一端的第一主軸限制部、一設置在該第一位移部另一端的第二主軸限制部、以及一連接該第一主軸限制部與該第二主軸限制部的限制桿,該主軸單元設置於該第一主軸限制部與該第二主軸限制部之間。
較佳地,更包含一刀塔限制單元,該刀塔限制單元設置在該第二位移部,並具有一設置在該第二位移部一端的第一刀塔限制部、一設置在該第二位移部另一端的第二刀塔限制部、以及一連接該第一刀塔限制部與該第二刀塔限制部的限位桿,該刀塔單元設置於該第一刀塔限制部與該第二刀塔限制部之間。
較佳地,更包含一夾持單元,該夾持單元設置在該底座上且相距該移動單元一距離,並具有一能夠鎖固該工件的尾座模組。
參閱圖2至圖7所示,本新型實施例所提供的一種CNC車銑複合加工機,適用於對一工件A進行銑削與車削,包含:其主要是由一底座20、一移動單元30、一主軸單元40以及一刀塔單元50所組成,其中:
該底座20,包含一夾持該工件A的夾持方向Z、一垂直該夾持方向Z的位移方向X、及一垂直該夾持方向Z與該位移方向X的車銑削方向Y。
該移動單元30,包含一能夠沿著該夾持方向Z往復位移地設置在該底座20的移動模組31、及一能夠沿該位移方向X且朝該工件A往復位移地設在該移動模組31的立柱32,該立柱32具有一第一位移部321以及一第二位移部322。
該主軸單元40,包含一能夠沿著該車銑削方向Y且朝該工件A往復位移地設置在該第一位移部321的銑刀模組41。
該刀塔單元50,包含一能夠沿著該車銑削方向Y且朝該工件A往復位移地設置在該第二位移部322的車刀模組51。
較佳地,更包含一主軸限制單元60與一刀塔限制單元70,該主軸限制單元60設置在該第一位移部321,並具有一設置在該第一位移部321一端的第一主軸限制部61、一設置在該第一位移部321另一端的第二主軸限制部62、以及一連接該第一主軸限制部61與該第二主軸限制部62的限制桿63,該主軸單元40設置於該第一主軸限制部61與該第二主軸限制部62之間;該刀塔限制單元70設置在該第二位移部322,並具有一設置在該第二位移部322一端的第一刀塔限制部71、一設置在該第二位移部322另一端的第二刀塔限制部72、以及一連接該第一刀塔限制部71與該第二刀塔限制部72的限位桿73,該刀塔單元50設置於該第一刀塔限制部71與該第二刀塔限制部72之間;藉此限制該主軸單元40與該刀塔單元50的滑移範圍,以該立柱32穩固該主軸單元40與該刀塔單元50固設的連接點,不易產生滑移時連接點支撐性不足的現象。
較佳地,更包含一夾持單元80,該夾持單元80設置在該底座20上且相距該移動單元30一距離,並具有一能夠鎖固該工件A的尾座模組81。
較佳地,更包括一滑軌組90,該滑軌組90包括二滑軌91及複數滑塊92,該二滑軌91沿該夾持方向Z且平行地固設在該底座20,該等滑塊92能夠位移地設在該二滑軌91,並供該移動模組31固設。
綜上所述,本新型透過該主軸限制單元60與該刀塔限制單元70限制滑移範圍,同時,該主軸單元40與該刀塔單元50固設在該立柱32,賦予整體強度穩固、降低加工時的震動,進而提高加工精度與加工效能,同時,降低表面的粗糙度。

Claims (4)
- 一種CNC車銑複合加工機,適用於對一工件進行銑削與車削,包含: 一底座,包含一夾持該工件的夾持方向、一垂直該夾持方向的位移方向、及一垂直該夾持方向與該位移方向的車銑削方向; 一移動單元,包含一能夠沿著該夾持方向往復位移地設置在該底座的移動模組、及一能夠沿該位移方向且朝該工件往復位移地設在該移動模組的立柱,該立柱具有一第一位移部以及一第二位移部; 一主軸單元,包含一能夠沿著該車銑削方向且朝該工件往復位移地設置在該第一位移部的銑刀模組;以及 一刀塔單元,包含一能夠沿著該車銑削方向且朝該工件往復位移地設置在該第二位移部的車刀模組。
- 如請求項1所述之CNC車銑複合加工機,其中更包含一主軸限制單元,該主軸限制單元設置在該第一位移部,並具有一設置在該第一位移部一端的第一主軸限制部、一設置在該第一位移部另一端的第二主軸限制部、以及一連接該第一主軸限制部與該第二主軸限制部的限制桿,該主軸單元設置於該第一主軸限制部與該第二主軸限制部之間。
- 如請求項1所述之CNC車銑複合加工機,其中更包含一刀塔限制單元,該刀塔限制單元設置在該第二位移部,並具有一設置在該第二位移部一端的第一刀塔限制部、一設置在該第二位移部另一端的第二刀塔限制部、以及一連接該第一刀塔限制部與該第二刀塔限制部的限位桿,該刀塔單元設置於該第一刀塔限制部與該第二刀塔限制部之間。
- 如請求項1所述之CNC車銑複合加工機,其中更包含一夾持單元,該夾持單元設置在該底座上且相距該移動單元一距離,並具有一能夠鎖固該工件的尾座模組。
