Description

黃油槍的接嘴結構
本新型涉及機械潤滑領域,尤指黃油槍的接嘴結構。
按,在一部機器當中,通常會有至少一個作動元件,而這些作動元件,例如軸、軸承之間少不了黃油(潤滑油的一種),且這些作動元件得向外部延伸出一潤滑管路,最後該潤滑管路在接上一黃油嘴,必須於一定期間保養時,使用一黃油槍工具銜接該黃油嘴打入黃油於該作動元件之間潤滑,藉以達到保護並延長作動元件壽命。
然而,於操作一般黃油槍的出油管前端所設的習知接嘴結構時,使用人的一手必須一邊按住已銜接於該黃油嘴的習知接嘴結構,使用人的另一手必須一邊操作該黃油槍,故於該黃油槍的打油過程相當地不方便,若操作不當,會使該習知接嘴結構、黃油嘴之間密封性不佳,容易於打油過程中漏出黃油。
請參閱圖8所示一習知接嘴結構8,係為中華民國專利TW554987 「黃油槍接嘴」,其揭示了解決上述問題,該習知接嘴結構8包含有數個金屬鉤爪81,當該習知接嘴結構8套入於一黃油嘴c時,運用金屬鉤爪81的彈性,使各鉤爪81得以咬住該黃油嘴c,但金屬鉤爪81容易被反折而損壞時,使用人若繼續將該黃油嘴c硬塞入於該習知接嘴結構8內時,將導致該習知接嘴結構8不容易從該黃油嘴c拔出,造成使用上的不便利。
故,有發明人發展出一習知接嘴結構9,如圖9所示者,係為US8955544B2美國專利,其係揭露以扳手91朝內拉動該套筒92,讓其數個鉤爪93外露後,各鉤爪93會略為張開,以便套入於Zerk-type的黃油嘴c。
然而,該黃油嘴c有各種尺寸規格,各類規格的黃油嘴c的軸向長度尺寸L是不固定的,即有長有短,又該習知接嘴結構9的接嘴處94所形成的容納空間尺寸為固定,因此其各鉤爪93咬合不適用的黃油嘴c時,常會出現咬合不佳而有容易脫離之情形,導致打油過程中容易有漏油的情況,故該習知專利必須加以改善其缺失。
鑑於習知接嘴結構的缺失,於是本新型創作人創造出一種黃油槍的接嘴結構,故本新型之主要目的在於:提供可容易咬合/脫離黃油嘴的黃油槍之接嘴結構;本新型之次要目的在於:提供可適用咬合結合各種不同規格黃油嘴的黃油槍之接嘴結構;故本新型之再一目的在於:提供防止該扳手鬆脫的黃油槍的接嘴結構,維持其咬合力;本新型另一目的在於:提供簡化其構成元件的一種黃油槍的接嘴結構。
本新型黃油槍的接嘴結構為達上述目的,運用了如下技術手段: 本新型黃油槍的接嘴結構,係接設於黃油槍的一出油管前端,其包含有一本體,係得接設於該出油管前端並包含有一出油通道,且於該本體內部分別設有一逆止閥組件、一出油頂抵件,並將該出油頂抵件接設於該逆止閥組件,藉以銜接並延伸該出油通道,而該逆止閥組件包含有一彈簧以接設並頂抵該出油頂抵件;另於該本體的出油端周圍設有一環凹槽;數個鉤爪,以其一端套接於該本體的環凹槽內,其另端得供套接於黃油嘴上;一套筒,係套接於該本體的前端處,俾將各鉤爪覆蓋收納其內;另該套筒內設有一環凸部,該環凸部得供頂抵並致動各鉤爪的另端;及一扳手,係樞接該本體上,並以至少一連桿接設於該扳手、套筒之間,藉以操作該扳手來驅動該套筒在該本體上滑動,並致動各鉤爪的張開與閉合;當該接嘴結構套接於黃油嘴時,可藉由該彈簧頂抵該出油頂抵件,該出油頂抵件頂抵該黃油嘴,讓該接嘴結構可適用各種規格的黃油嘴。
上述該逆止閥組件更包含有一球體,且該球體得受該彈簧頂抵推動該球體來阻塞該出油通道所設的一錐形出油口,以利形成逆止作用。
上述該本體的出油端對應各鉤爪處設有一推拔部,該推拔部得配合該套筒以利致動各鉤爪。
上述該扳手對應該本體所設二平面處,分別設有具彈性的一緊固夾塊,該二緊固夾塊俾供該數個鉤爪於咬住該黃油嘴時,藉以緊固定位該扳手於該本體上。
上述各鉤爪的二端分別設有一彎鉤部,各彎鉤部俾利咬合黃油嘴。
上述該本體的出油頂抵件設為一金屬殼包覆著一橡膠體,且該橡膠體得銜接並延伸該出油通道,並可供密封該黃油嘴端面的入油口。
上述設為共有二連桿接設於該扳手、套筒之間,其中該二連桿的一端得分別樞接於該板手的二側,該二連桿的另端得分別樞接於該套筒的二側,致該扳手往前扳動連動該套筒向前滑動,且致動各鉤爪得脫離於黃油嘴,而該扳手往後扳動連動該套筒向後滑動,且致動各鉤爪得咬住於黃油嘴。
本新型黃油槍的接嘴結構藉由上述技術手段,可以達成如下功效: 1.        本新型結構係扳手係以連桿方式驅動該套筒作滑動,據以致動各鉤爪的開張/緊閉,讓本新型結構容易咬合/脫離黃油嘴的黃油槍之接嘴結構。 2.        本新型結構係藉由其逆止閥組件的彈簧,使該各鉤爪前端與該出油頂抵件端面的間距維持可變動,俾供本新型結構可咬合結合各種不同規格黃油嘴,並提供適當的咬合力量,而不容易鬆脫於黃油嘴而有漏油的情形。 3.        本新型結構的扳手對應該本體的二平面處設有具彈性的二緊固夾塊,該扳手於閉合各鉤爪操作時,該二緊固夾塊俾供該扳手夾持固定於該本體的二平面,以固定並維持該扳手定位固定而不鬆脫,據以維持各鉤爪的咬合力。 4.        本新型結構的扳手係以連桿方式驅動該套筒作滑動,且共用該逆止閥組件的彈簧來增進該出油頂抵件端面、黃油嘴端面入油口之間的密合度,故可較習知接嘴結構少用一彈簧元件。
首先,請參閱圖1至圖3所示,本新型係關於一種黃油槍5的接嘴結構A,且該接嘴結構A得結設於該黃油槍5所設一出油管51的前端,據以提供以該接嘴結構A咬住於一機器所設的一黃油嘴c,俾利使用人以雙手操作該黃油槍5打入黃油於該機器的作動元件之間。而該接嘴結構A包含有:一本體1、數個鉤爪2、一套筒3及一扳手4;其中,
該本體1,如圖3及圖4所示,係得接設於該出油管51前端並包含有一出油通道10,且於該本體1內部分別設有一逆止閥組件11、一出油頂抵件12,並將該出油頂抵件12接設於該逆止閥組件11的前端,藉以銜接並延伸出該出油通道10,而該逆止閥組件11包含有一彈簧111及一球體112,而該彈簧111接設於該球體的前端,且該彈簧111得以接設並頂抵該出油頂抵件12;進一步,該球體112得受該彈簧111頂抵推動該球體112得阻塞該出油通道10所設的一錐形出油口101;進一步,該本體1的出油端對應各鉤爪2處設有一推拔部13及一環凹槽14,該推拔部13、環凹槽14得配合該套筒3以利來致動各鉤爪2的張開與閉合;另,該出油頂抵件12設為一金屬殼121包覆著一橡膠體122,且該橡膠體122得銜接並延伸該出油通道10,而該橡膠體122可供於該接嘴結構A咬合該黃油嘴c時,經該彈簧111施力於該橡膠體122來密封該黃油嘴c端面的入油口;
該數個鉤爪2,如圖3及圖4所示,各鉤爪2的二端分別設有一彎鉤21,各彎鉤21以其一端彎鉤21均套接於該本體1的環凹槽14內,其另端可供套接於該黃油嘴c上;
該套筒3,如圖3及圖4所示,係套接於該本體1的前端處並可相在該本體1作滑動;且可將各鉤爪2覆蓋收納其內,另該套筒3內設有一環凸部31,該環凸部31得供頂抵並致動各鉤爪2的前端;及
該扳手4,如圖3及圖4所示,係樞接該本體1於一旋轉中心40上,並以至少一連桿41接設於該扳手4、套筒3之間(於本實施例係使用二連桿41),藉以操作該扳手4來驅動該套筒3在該主體1上滑動,並以致動各鉤爪2的張開與閉合,來達到咬合或脫離該黃油嘴c之作用;進一步,該扳手4對應該本體1所設二平面處15分別設有具彈性橡膠製成的一緊固夾塊42,即該緊固夾塊42得穿伸固定於該連桿41及板手4的所疊置結合孔(如圖5所示者),該二緊固夾塊42俾提供該數個鉤爪2咬住於該黃油嘴c時之夾持力量,如圖5所示者,藉以緊固定位該扳手4於該本體1上的二平面處15。
藉由上述各元件構成本新型結構A,俾供使用人以手操作該扳手4往前、往後扳動來連動該套筒3並致動各鉤爪2來咬合或鬆脫該黃油嘴c,以利該使用人雙手操作該黃油槍5。
請參閱圖1、圖6及圖7所示,若要對機器的黃油嘴c打黃油時,使用人必須先將該接嘴結構A的扳手4往前扳開,則該扳手4以該旋轉中心40逆時針旋轉且連動該連桿41驅動該套筒3相對於該本體1往前移動,則各鉤爪2與該套筒3內壁之間形成較大間隙的空間,足夠讓該黃油嘴c套入於本新型結構A內時,該黃油嘴c致動各鉤爪2的彎鉤21往外擴大,致該黃油嘴c端面頂抵該出油頂抵件12的端面為止。
接者,如圖1、圖4及圖5所示,使用人用手將該扳手4往後扳,則該扳手4以該旋轉中心40順時針旋轉並連動該連桿41驅動該套筒3相對於該本體1往後移動,使該套筒3的環凸部31頂抵各鉤爪2的前端,且配合該本體1的推拔部13,便可讓各鉤爪2逐漸內縮,待該扳手4移至盡頭,則其所設的緊固夾塊42得夾住本體1的二平面處15,據以定位固定該扳手4,此時各鉤爪2得咬住該黃油嘴c,如此使用人便可以雙手來操作該黃油槍5來進行打油,讓黃油從該黃油槍5內的活塞擠壓,得依序流經其該出油管51、接嘴結構A的出油通道10、黃油嘴c,最後才進入並潤滑機器的各作動元件之間。
請參閱圖7所示,向該黃油嘴c打完黃油後,使用人以手將該接嘴結構A的扳手4往前旋轉扳開並連動該套筒3相對於該本體1往前移動,則各鉤爪2的彎鉤21得再度往外擴大,俾利使該接嘴結構A脫離該黃油嘴c,而該出油頂抵件12則恢復原始位置。
綜上所述實施例,本新型係關於一種「黃油槍的接嘴結構」,且其構成結構未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用,誠符合專利申請要件,懇請 鈞局明鑑,早日准予專利,至為感禱;需陳明者,以上所述乃是本專利申請案之具體實施例及所運用之技術原理,若依本專利申請案之構想所作之改變,其所產生之功能作用仍未超出說明書及圖式所涵蓋之精神時,均應在本專利申請案之範圍內,合予陳明。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種黃油槍的接嘴結構,係接設於黃油槍的一出油管前端,其包含有:   一本體,係得接設於該出油管前端並包含有一出油通道,且於該本體內部分別設有一逆止閥組件、一出油頂抵件,並將該出油頂抵件接設於該逆止閥組件,藉以銜接並延伸該出油通道,而該逆止閥組件更包含有一彈簧以接設並頂抵該出油頂抵件;另於該本體的出油端周圍設有一環凹槽;   數個鉤爪,以其一端套接於該本體的環凹槽內,其另端得供套接於黃油嘴上;   一套筒,係套接於該本體的前端處,俾將各鉤爪覆蓋收納其內;另該套筒內設有一環凸部,該環凸部得供頂抵並致動各鉤爪的另端;及   一扳手,係樞接該本體上,並以至少一連桿接設於該扳手、套筒之間,藉以操作該扳手來驅動該套筒在該本體上滑動,並致動各鉤爪的張開與閉合;   當該接嘴結構套接於黃油嘴時,可藉由該彈簧頂抵該出油頂抵件,該出油頂抵件頂抵該黃油嘴,讓該接嘴結構可適用各種規格的黃油嘴。
  2. 如請求項1所述黃油槍的接嘴結構,其中該逆止閥組件更包含有一球體,且該球體得受該彈簧頂抵推動該球體來阻塞該出油通道所設的一錐形出油口。
  3. 如請求項1所述黃油槍的接嘴結構,其中該本體的出油端對應各鉤爪處設有一推拔部。
  4. 如請求項1所述黃油槍的接嘴結構,其中該扳手對應該本體所設二平面處,分別設有具彈性的一緊固夾塊,該二緊固夾塊俾供該數個鉤爪套入於該黃油嘴時,藉以緊固定位該扳手於該本體上。
  5. 如請求項1所述黃油槍的接嘴結構,其中各鉤爪的二端分別設有一彎鉤部。
  6. 如請求項1所述黃油槍的接嘴結構,其中以二連桿接設於該扳手、套筒之間,又該二連桿的一端得分別樞接於該板手的二側,該二連桿的另端得分別樞接於該套筒的二側,致該扳手往前扳動連動該套筒向前滑動,且致動各鉤爪得脫離於黃油嘴,而該扳手往後扳動連動該套筒向後滑動,且致動各鉤爪得咬住於黃油嘴。
  7. 如請求項1~6任一項所述黃油槍的接嘴結構,其中該本體的出油頂抵件設為一金屬殼包覆著一橡膠體,且該橡膠體得銜接並延伸該出油通道。
