Description
本創作係關於一種壓差式充氣裝置,特別是關於一種利用內部壓力差,使高壓氣體迅速排出,以對輪胎進行快速充氣之充氣裝置。
按,中華民國專利證書號M477504「壓差式快速加壓裝置」及美國專利US 6179033 B1均是揭露快速加壓的裝置,其主要係可對輪胎進行快速加壓,以「壓差式快速加壓裝置」而言,其主要係在儲氣筒分別組裝快速釋放閥及洩壓控制閥,兩者之間再以管路連通,同時該快速釋放閥再外接輸氣管,當洩壓控制閥啟動時,該管路中的高壓氣體會立即釋放,使儲氣筒內的高壓氣體經由快速釋放閥及輸氣管向外排出,以對輪胎快速充氣,然而在設計上,快速釋放閥與儲氣筒之間、輸氣管與快速釋放閥之間、快速釋放閥與管路之間,以及管路與洩壓控制閥之間係以焊接方式連結,由於各元件間的組合有其順序性,在焊接作業上受限於狹小空間,造成各元件間之焊接組裝有其困難度,因此,習知「壓差式快速加壓裝置」存在組裝不便之缺失。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種組裝便捷之壓差式充氣裝置。
於是,本新型壓差式充氣裝置係用以對需要充氣之設備進行快速充氣,而包含有一儲氣筒、一釋壓閥、一噴氣管、一管接頭、一開關閥及一釋壓管,該儲氣筒係可儲存來自外部的高壓氣體,而具有一筒本體,以及分別形成於筒本體前端與上方部位之一組接環與一鎖接環,該組接環之內緣上形成有一螺接部,該鎖接環內緣亦形成有一內螺紋;該釋壓閥係具有一閥本體,一組設於閥本體內部之活塞件,以及一連設於閥本體與活塞件之間的彈性件,該閥本體上形成有數個之排氣孔,且其一端成型有一內鎖接部與一外鎖接部,另一端則成型有一鎖螺部,該外鎖接部係螺設於該組接環的螺接部上,該活塞件受到彈性件之頂推係封閉該等排氣孔;該噴氣管係具有一螺接於該釋壓閥的內鎖接部上之管件,以及一由該管件延伸之管頭,該管件係螺接於該釋壓閥的內鎖接部上;該管接頭係螺設於該鎖接環之內螺紋上,而具有一上內螺部與一下內螺部;該開關閥係螺設於該管接頭的上內螺部上;該釋壓管係組設於該釋壓閥與管接頭之間,該釋壓管的兩端分別形成一第一螺接端與一第二螺接端,該第一螺接端係螺組於該釋壓閥的鎖螺部上,該第二螺接端係螺設於該管接頭的下內螺部上;當外部高壓氣體進入儲氣筒,並使儲氣筒內及釋壓管中的氣體壓力達到平衡時,按壓該開關閥使釋壓管內產生壓降,促使釋壓閥作動而使儲氣筒內的高壓氣體由噴氣管排出。
在設計上,該充氣裝置係將儲氣筒、釋壓閥、噴氣管、釋壓管及管接頭之間利用螺接結構相互組接,在組裝上確實可達到組裝便捷之功效。

請參閱第1~5圖所示,本創作一較佳實施例壓差式充氣裝置1係可儲存外部氣壓源產生之高壓氣體,其主要係可用以對例如輪胎等需要充氣之設備進行快速充氣,而包含有一儲氣筒2、一釋壓閥3、一噴氣管4、一管接頭5、一開關閥6、一釋壓管7及一環手把8。
該儲氣筒2係可儲存來自外部的高壓氣體,其具有一筒本體21,以及分別形成於筒本體21前端與上方部位之一組接環22與一鎖接環23,該組接環22之內緣上成型一螺接部221,該鎖接環23內緣亦形成有一內螺紋231,又,該筒本體21為了可外接氣壓源及安全性之考量,其上均設有氣嘴、壓力表與洩壓閥,由於非本新型之特徵,故不贅述。
該釋壓閥3係具有一閥本體31,一組設於閥本體31內部之活
塞件32,以及一連設於閥本體31與活塞件32之間的彈性件33,該閥本體31係為中空態樣,以容置前述活塞件32與彈性件33,其中間部位並形成有數個間隔之排氣孔311,且其一端成型有一內鎖接部312與一外鎖接部313,另一端則形成一鎖螺部314,該外鎖接部313係螺設於該組接環22的螺接部221上,該活塞件32常態下受到彈性件33之頂推,係封閉該等排氣孔311,當釋壓閥3內外部產生壓差時,該活塞件32則不再封閉該等排氣孔311。
該噴氣管4係具有一螺接於該釋壓閥3的內鎖接部312上之管件41,以及一由該管件41延伸之管頭42,該管頭42係可依需要設計不同的形狀,而管件41與釋壓閥3之間係相互螺接,可便於組裝。
該管接頭5係螺設於該鎖接環23之內螺紋231上,而具有一上內螺部51與一下內螺部52。
該開關閥6係螺設於該管接頭5的上內螺部51上,常態下,該開關閥6係為關閉狀態。
該釋壓管7係組設於該釋壓閥3與管接頭5之間,該釋壓管7的兩端分別形成一第一螺接端71與一第二螺接端72,該第一螺接端71係螺組於該釋壓閥3的鎖螺部314上,該第二螺接端72係螺設於該管接頭5的下內螺部52上。
該環手把8係固接於筒本體21前端外部上,以供握持,便於充氣裝置1的操作及搬運。
本新型各元件在組裝上,首先將釋壓管7由儲氣筒2的組接環22進入筒本體21中,再將該管接頭5螺接於鎖接環23的內螺紋231上,以及其下內螺部52同時與釋壓管7的第二螺接端72螺結,接著再將該釋壓閥3的鎖螺
部314與釋壓管7的第一螺接端71對應螺接,而其外鎖接部313亦同時與組接環22的螺接部221螺組,最後再將噴氣管4的管件41與內鎖接部312螺接,以及開關閥6螺設於該管接頭5的上內螺部51上,即完成充氣裝置1的組裝,為加強各元件間螺接的密封性,可在相互螺接的接面上分別塗上黏稠狀之膠類。
當外部高壓氣體由儲氣筒2的氣嘴進入儲氣筒2時,高壓氣體除了充斥於筒本體21內之外,高壓氣體亦由釋壓閥3的閥本體31與活塞件32之間進入釋壓管7中,最後達到壓力平衡,請配合參閱第6圖,當按壓開關閥6時,釋壓管7中的氣體壓力瞬間由開關閥6釋放至外部,造成釋壓管7內壓力小於儲氣筒2中的氣體壓力,此時儲氣筒2中的高壓氣體便如第7圖所示推移活塞件32壓縮彈性件33,而使儲氣筒2內的高壓氣體由該等排氣孔311經噴氣管4排出外部,以進行輪胎之充氣作業。
本新型在設計上係將儲氣筒2、釋壓閥3、噴氣管4、釋壓管7及管接頭5之間利用螺接結構相互組接,其與習知以焊接的方式連結各元件相較,在組裝上確實可達到組裝便捷之功效。

Claims (2)
- 一種壓差式充氣裝置,其係用以對需要充氣之設備進行快速充氣,而包含有:一儲氣筒,其係可儲存來自外部的高壓氣體,而具有一筒本體,以及分別形成於筒本體前端與上方部位之一組接環與一鎖接環,該組接環之內緣上形成有一螺接部,該鎖接環內緣亦形成有一內螺紋;一釋壓閥,其具有一閥本體,一組設於閥本體內部之活塞件,以及一連設於閥本體與活塞件之間的彈性件,該閥本體上形成有數個之排氣孔,且其一端成型有一內鎖接部與一外鎖接部,另一端則成型有一鎖螺部,該外鎖接部係螺設於該組接環的螺接部上,該活塞件受到彈性件之頂推係封閉該等排氣孔;一噴氣管,其係具有一螺接於該釋壓閥的內鎖接部上之管件,以及一由該管件延伸之管頭,該管件係螺接於該釋壓閥的內鎖接部上;一管接頭,其係螺設於該鎖接環之內螺紋上,而具有一上內螺部與一下內螺部;一開關閥,其係螺設於該管接頭的上內螺部上;以及一釋壓管,其係組設於該釋壓閥與管接頭之間,該釋壓管的兩端分別形成一第一螺接端與一第二螺接端,該第一螺接端係螺組於該釋壓閥的鎖螺部上,該第二螺接端係螺設於該管接頭的下內螺部上;當外部高壓氣體進入儲氣筒,並使儲氣筒內及釋壓管中的氣體壓力達到平衡時,按壓該開關閥使釋壓管內產生壓降,促使釋壓閥作動而使儲氣筒內的高壓氣體由噴氣管排出。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之壓差式充氣裝置,其中,該充氣裝置更包含有一固接於筒本體外部之環手把。
