Description
本創作係一種RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,尤指一種應用於露營車用管體結構之所屬技術領域者。
按目前習知RV用水管結構如圖9所示,其露營車內部之接管組20係以數硬管體21配合數T型分接頭22、數套管固定環23、數控制閥頭24及數轉角接頭25所構成,該硬管體21配合安裝空間之轉角進行長度裁切後,以T型分接頭22及套管固定環23連接固定,並於硬管體21之端部配合套管固定環23連接固定控制閥頭24,其管路配置之硬管體21須配合RV車體結構,以邊緣走線方式設置,將於轉角彎取處需以T型分接頭22配合套管固定環23進行轉接,造成使用者配管上的不便利,並增加配管所需零件及人工之成本,且上述管材無法提供使用者簡易辨識各接管之用途,於接管應用時易形成錯誤接管之狀況產生,故有改良之必要者。
本創作的目的在於提供一種RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,其係包括一抗壓耐熱多層軟管體,該抗壓耐熱多層軟管體設有一抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管、一聚酯密鉤織式包紗層及一抗壓PVC軟質外管,而抗壓PVC軟質外管外表面設有一識別表層部,且識別表層部係以環外表面全周或半周設置,而識別表層部以藍色、紅色、黑色、標示文字或標示圖紋呈現,其聚酯密鉤織式包紗層包覆於抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管外,而抗壓PVC軟質外管包覆於聚酯密鉤織式包紗層外,藉由抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管、聚酯密鉤織式包紗層及抗壓PVC軟質外管之配合,使抗壓耐熱多層軟管體之抗壓性提升至300PSI,另抗壓PVC軟質外管外表面設有一識別表層部可區隔冷水管、熱水管或廢水管,令使用者簡易並快速辨別各管材之用途進行接管,且軟質之抗壓耐熱多層軟管體可依使用需求彎折,而無需侷限於以邊緣走線之方式設置,減少配管所需零件及人工成本,以達提升抗壓性及使用便利性佳之功效。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本創作之結構,特徵及其他目的,玆以如后之較佳實施例附以圖式詳細說明如后,惟本圖例所說明之實施例係供說明之用,並非為專利申請上之唯一限制者。
請配合參閱圖1至3所示,係本創作RV用抗壓耐熱管結構之立體組成狀態、立體分解狀態及側視剖面狀態示意圖,其係包括:
一抗壓耐熱多層軟管體10,該抗壓耐熱多層軟管體10設有一抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管11、一聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12及一抗壓PVC軟質外管13,而抗壓PVC軟質外管13外表面設有一識別表層部130,其聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12包覆於抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管11外,而抗壓PVC軟質外管13包覆於聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12外。
藉由上述結構之配合,以完成本創作之RV用抗壓耐熱管結構。
請配合參閱圖2至4所示,係本創作RV用抗壓耐熱管結構之立體組成狀態、立體分解狀態、側視剖面狀態及使用於露營車接管狀態參考圖,其抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管11係為飲用水級管材,而聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12係以聚酯線材以加密細目之鉤織方式加工形成,該聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12包覆於抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管11外,而抗壓PVC軟質外管13包覆於聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12外,藉由抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管11進行飲用水之輸送,而抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管11、聚酯密鉤織式包紗層12及抗壓PVC軟質外管13之配合,使抗壓耐熱多層軟管體10之抗壓性提升至300PSI,且軟質管型態之設置可使管材於露營車內設置時於轉角處直接彎折,無須再裁管配合其餘轉角接管配件,且識別表層部130之設置可令使用者簡易並快速辨別各管材之用途進行接管,且軟質之抗壓耐熱多層軟管體10可依使用需求彎折,而無需侷限於以邊緣走線之方式設置,減少配管所需零件及人工成本,以達使用便利及安裝便利性佳之功效。
請配合參閱圖5至8所示,係本創作RV用抗壓耐熱管結構之第一實施例抗壓PVC軟質外管之識別表層部以環外表面全周設置狀態、第二實施例抗壓PVC軟質外管之識別表層部以環外表面半周設置狀態、第三實施例抗壓PVC軟質外管之識別表層部設有標示文字分別以圖(A)(B)(C)標示冷水、熱水及廢水狀態及第四實施例抗壓PVC軟質外管之識別表層部設有標示圖紋分別以圖(A)(B)(C)標示冷水、熱水及廢水狀態參考圖,其整體結構與本新型之圖1至4相同,唯其係於抗壓PVC軟質外管之識別表層部130以環外表面全周或半周設置,且全周或半周設置之識別表層部130以藍、紅、黑色等色彩進行管材冷水管、熱水管或廢水管用途之區隔,另識別表層部130亦可以標示文字或標示圖紋呈現,有效區隔冷水管、熱水管或廢水管,該識別表層部130之設置可令使用者簡易並快速辨別各管材之用途進行接管,以達使用便利性佳之功效,提升本新型之多重使用性。
綜上所述,本創作確實可達到上述諸項功能及目的,故本創作應符合專利申請要件,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (6)
- 一種RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,其係包括: 一抗壓耐熱多層軟管體,該抗壓耐熱多層軟管體設有一抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管、一聚酯密鉤織式包紗層及一抗壓PVC軟質外管,而抗壓PVC軟質外管外表面可設有一識別表層部,其聚酯密鉤織式包紗層包覆於抗壓耐熱PVC軟質內管外,而抗壓PVC軟質外管包覆於聚酯密鉤織式包紗層外,該抗壓耐熱多層軟管體呈軟質可彎折型態設置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,其中,該識別表層部係以環外表面全周設置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,其中,該識別表層部係以環外表面半周設置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述的RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,其中,該識別表層部以藍、紅或黑色呈現,以區隔冷水管、熱水管或廢水管。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述的RV用抗壓耐熱管結構,其中,該識別表層部以文字呈現,以區隔冷水管、熱水管或廢水管。
