Description
本創作揭露一種連接器組合,尤指一種透過將傳輸線的編織網焊接於連接器的焊接區上,以形成完整屏蔽的連接器組合。
纜線數據機及纜線電視機上盒等纜線類產品內皆設置有射頻(radio-frequency,RF)連接器,簡稱F-連接器,其功能主要是連接纜線與數據機及電視機上盒。F-連接器的基本規格需符合有好的反射損失(return loss),以防止纜線訊號系統產生反射波的雜訊。此外,良好的插入損失(insertion loss)可讓數據機及電視機上盒內部調諧器(tuner)維持良好的收訊品質。
近年來,手持式產品的流行帶來了行動通訊系統的演進,不同的行動通訊系統可支援包含震幅調變(amplitude modulation,AM),第三代行動通訊規範所制定的全球移動通訊系統(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM)、及/或長期演進(long term evolution,LTE)等無線通訊技術。為確保通訊品質,纜線類產品的抗干擾能力的挑戰也隨之提升,傳統的纜線產品中,F-連接器是透過卯接加錫的方式連接,其中抗干擾的處理是採用加錫焊接傳輸線與連接器之間的縫隙或黏上導電貼布於傳輸線與連接器之間的縫隙等方式。
此外,考量美觀的因素,手持式產品等網路通訊裝置的外觀往往呈現流線型等不規則設計,因此F-連接器及傳輸線的設計也更加彈性化。現今市面上的傳輸線材大多用於支援Wi-Fi功能的產品,反觀用於F-連接器的傳輸線不常見且屏蔽效果普遍不佳。
以75歐姆的線材(包含傳輸線及連接器)而言,習知做法通常是利用壓接的方式固定,例如將傳輸線的內芯線露出以接觸連接器內的彈片後,再使用熱縮套管固定,以壓接傳輸線及連接器。然而,此做法雖然利於生產,但幾乎沒有屏蔽性而無法抵抗雜訊干擾。因此,上述做法生產出的線材大多是用在測試線,或是干擾測試規範較寬鬆的產品,而無法應用於規格較高的纜線數據機及纜線電視機上盒。
因此,為提升收訊品質,實有必要設計一種具有屏蔽性來抵抗雜訊干擾的連接器組合,以適用於纜線數據機及纜線電視機上盒。
因此,本創作的主要目的即在於提供一種連接器組合,透過將傳輸線的編織網焊接於連接器的焊接區上,以形成完整屏蔽來抵抗雜訊干擾。
本創作揭露一種連接器組合,包含有一傳輸線以及一連接器。該傳輸線,包含有一編織網,用來作為一射頻訊號的訊號參考面,及屏蔽外界雜訊,以防止該射頻訊號受雜訊干擾。該連接器耦接於該傳輸線,包含有一導管,該導管的一端設置有一焊接區,用來在該傳輸線與該連接器結合後,使該編織網可於該焊接區上進行焊接而電性連接於該導管。
第1圖為本創作實施例一傳輸線10的剖面圖。傳輸線10較佳為一具有特定阻抗值的傳輸線,例如阻抗值75歐姆(ohm)的同軸電纜(coaxial cable)等。傳輸線10包含一內芯線11、一絕緣層12、一編織網13以及一保護層14。內芯線11設置於傳輸線10的內部,用來傳遞一射頻訊號RF_sig。絕緣層12形成於內芯線11及編織網13之間,用來隔絕內芯線11及編織網13。編織網13用來作為射頻訊號RF_sig的訊號參考面,同時可屏蔽外界雜訊,以防止射頻訊號RF_sig受雜訊干擾。保護層14形成於編織網13之外,用來防止編織網13接觸外部電路而短路,以及防止編織網13氧化,以確保傳輸線10的使用壽命。
第2圖為本創作實施例一F-連接器20的剖面圖。F-連接器20包含一對彈片21、一導管22、一焊接區23及一殼體24。彈片21設置於殼體24內部,用來從傳輸線10接收射頻訊號RF_sig。殼體24耦接於一電子裝置的接地部,用來提供接地。導管22的一端耦接於殼體24,傳輸線10可透過導管22插入F-連接器20。導管22的另一端設置有焊接區23,焊接區23用來在傳輸線10與連接器20結合後,使露出的編織網13可於焊接區23上進行焊接而電性連接於導管22。
第3圖為本創作實施例一連接器組合30的組裝示意圖。在電子裝置的組裝產線上,操作員可將傳輸線10與F-連接器20相互結合,讓內芯線11通過導管22而插入二彈片21中間,並使絕緣層12設置於導管22內。焊接區23則與露出的編織網13重疊,因此操作員可進行焊接(例如,環焊),將編織網13焊接在焊接區23上,使編織網13電性連接於導管22。如此一來,透過焊接的方式,可使編織網13與導管22緊密結合,進而增加彼此的導電性,因此可完全屏蔽外界干擾訊號。例如,在編織網13與導管22緊密結合的情況下,可防止雜訊藉由編織網13與導管22之間的縫隙而干擾射頻訊號RF_sig。
根據傳輸線理論可知,射頻訊號RF_sig的傳遞路徑(包含其訊號參考面的傳遞路徑)若遭遇不連續阻抗,則會導致射頻訊號RF_sig被反射,如此將導致射頻訊號RF_sig的傳輸品質不佳。穿透訊號與入射訊號的比例定義為插入損耗(insertion loss),而反射訊號與入射訊號的比例定義為反射損耗(return loss)。因此,F-連接器20與傳輸線10的阻抗值可設為相等,例如阻抗值75歐姆,以保持阻抗匹配,進而確保射頻訊號RF_sig的傳輸品質。
值得注意的是,焊接的方式也可確保編織網13與導管22緊密結合,使得射頻訊號RF_sig的訊號參考面也維持連續阻抗,因此也可改善插入損耗及反射損耗,以符合應用需求及設計規範。
換言之,本創作在F-連接器的導管預留焊接區,用來焊接傳輸線的編織網,使編織網與導管緊密結合,因此可屏蔽任何外界干擾訊號,並改善插入損耗及反射損耗,以符合應用需求及設計規範。舉凡符合上述操作及架構的F-連接器及傳輸線皆屬本創作的範疇,本領域具通常知識者可據以修飾變化,而不限於本創作實施例。
舉例而言,編織網與導管的連接方式可利用任何金屬融接方式連接。傳輸線與F-連接器可為任意阻抗值,只要兩者相互匹配即可。導管可為例如鐵弗龍或是任何可使用之金屬。
此外,F-連接器與傳輸線的接合部分(即編織網與導管的焊接處)需考慮扭力測試,以確保使用壽命。在一實施例中,在導管的兩側,可利用一體成形的方式,形成二固定片以固定導管。在另一實施例中,可利用卯接加金屬融接的方式固定導管。進一步地,殼體可透過金屬融接、焊接或卯接而耦接於導管,以確保殼體與導管緊密結合而形成完整屏蔽。
綜上所述,本創作在F-連接器的導管預留焊接區,用來焊接傳輸線的編織網,使編織網與導管緊密結合,因此可屏蔽任何外界干擾訊號,並改善插入損耗及反射損耗,以符合應用需求及設計規範。

Claims (6)
- 一種連接器組合,包含有: 一傳輸線,包含有一編織網,用來作為一射頻訊號的訊號參考面,及屏蔽外界雜訊,以防止該射頻訊號受雜訊干擾;以及 一連接器,耦接於該傳輸線,包含有一導管,該導管的一端設置有一焊接區,用來在該傳輸線與該連接器結合後,使該編織網可於該焊接區上進行焊接而電性連接於該導管。
- 如請求項1所述的連接器組合,其中該傳輸線另包含: 一內芯線,用來傳輸該射頻訊號; 一絕緣層,形成於該內芯線及該編織網之間;以及 一保護層,形成於該編織網之外。
- 如請求項2所述的連接器組合,其中該連接器另包含: 一殼體,耦接於該導管及一電子裝置的接地部,用來提供接地;以及 二彈片,設置於該殼體內部,用來在該傳輸線與該連接器結合後,從該內芯線接收該射頻訊號。
- 如請求項3所述的連接器組合,其中該殼體透過金屬融接、焊接或卯接而耦接於該導管。
- 如請求項3所述的連接器組合,其中該殼體透過金屬融接、焊接或卯接而耦接於該導管。
- 如請求項1所述的連接器組合,其中在該導管的兩側,利用一體成形的方式,形成二固定片以固定該導管。
