Description

健身用之彈性拉繩
本創作係有關於一種健身用之彈性拉繩，尤指將線材採十字交叉狀編織而成之紗線層夾設於內、外管層之間，使所構成之彈性拉繩具有至少三層之繩體，藉以增進彈性拉繩之整體結構強度。
現階段，拉力健身器之彈性拉繩係組設於二握把之間，而能供健身使用者雙手握持於握把，並重複地進行拉伸及回復該彈性拉繩長度之動作，以產生鍛鍊胸部與手臂肌肉之效果。
習用彈性拉力繩，係由乳膠、熱塑性樹脂(TPR，thermoplastic resin)…等材質製成中空管狀體，故容易受氧化而脆裂，尤其是收納健身器時，經常會捆捲彈性拉繩，致使彈性拉繩於彎折處產生折角，由於折角處更容易受到氧化，因此，可能使彈性拉力繩由折角處被拉斷，甚至造成使用者被拉斷的拉力繩打到而衍生安全性問題。
雖然，現階段已有新型專利M265065、M335293及發明專利I365085等案件已提出專利申請，但各案仍具有改善進步之空間。
公告號M265065新型專利案，一種運動用彈性拉繩結構，利用圓筒針織機之編織而將彈性拉繩包覆其中，以減少彈性拉繩於拉伸或彈回時相互磨擦之運動用彈性拉繩結構者，其主要係於一具有彈力之彈性拉繩管體外緣，藉由圓筒針織機之編織，而得以成一織線外層，以形成一彈性拉繩於拉伸或彈回時，雖其表層碰撞，不致造體間直接磨擦，而減少管體磨擦之磨損破裂，或因管體破裂後，其彈性拉繩於繼續拉伸而斷裂，造成該彈性拉繩因其彈力彈回時而彈傷使用者。然而，上述M265065前案之彈性拉繩收納時，捆捲彈性拉繩，使彈性拉繩在彎折處產生折角之問題仍需改善。
公告號M335293新型專利案，一種拉繩健身器用的彈性拉力繩，該拉力繩包含一第一彈性繩及一第二彈性繩，該第一彈性繩係形成中空管狀並具有一第一端及一第二端，而該第二彈性繩係穿插在該第一彈性繩的內部且與該第一彈性繩具有不同的彈性係數，又該第二彈性繩具有一第一端及一第二端，該第二彈性繩的第一端與第一彈性繩的第一端以擋止件結合定位，且第二彈性繩的第二端與第一彈性繩的第二端係以擋止件結合定位，使得該第二彈性繩構成一防護裝置用以保護使用者免受斷裂的第一彈性繩擊傷，而能確保該拉繩健身器在使用上的安全性。然而，上述M335293前案之第一彈性繩及第二彈性繩，極有可能同時斷裂，造成該彈性拉繩因其彈力彈回時而彈傷使用者之意外。
公告號I365085發明專利案，一種具有內安全繩的彈性拉繩裝置，包含二固定端點及兩端連接該等固定端點的一彈性外拉繩與一內安全繩，該內安全繩具彈性，且由於該內安全繩穿設於該彈性外拉繩內部，因此改善了該彈性拉繩裝置的外觀，且提高該彈性拉繩裝置的產品應用性，並同時能確保使用安全性。然而，上述I365085前案之彈性外拉繩與一內安全繩，極有可能同時斷裂，造成該彈性拉繩因其彈力彈回時而彈傷使用者之意外。
為避免拉力健身器在使用過程中，其彈性拉力繩可能發生斷裂而造成危險，是以，創作人已有不同結構的拉力繩創新問世。
因此，本新型之目的，即在提供一種健身用之彈性拉繩，包括：一內管層，設有中空通道；一紗線層，且該紗線層係由線材採十字交叉編織構成，並環設於內管層外部；以及一外管層，環設於紗線層外部。
上述內管層及外管層係由乳膠或熱塑性樹脂材質製成。
上述紗線層之線材為非金屬材質。
上述紗線層之線材為尼龍線或棉線或聚脂纖維線。
上述紗線層係由尼龍線、棉線及聚脂纖維線，以任一種編織或任二種、任三種混合編織組成。
本創作所提供健身用之彈性拉繩，透過將線材採十字交叉狀編織而成之紗線層夾設於內、外管層之間，使所構成之彈性拉繩具有至少三層之繩體，藉以增進彈性拉繩之整體結構強度，以杜絕彈性拉繩在健身使用過程中，因繩體拉斷而打到使用者，並降低發生意外危險之可能性。另外，當彈性拉繩不需使用時，使用者可以彎繞收納彈性拉繩，以藉由內、外管層之設置，使其彎繞處呈彎曲且無折角狀態，而能於收納時，改善習用彈性拉繩因折角氧化、脆裂而產生之斷裂問題。
有關本創作之特色與技術內容，在以下配合參考圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中，將可清楚的呈現。
首先，請參閱第1圖並配合第2圖所示，該彈性拉繩1，包括：一設有中空通道111之內管層11，於本創作之一實施例中，該內管層11係由乳膠或熱塑性樹脂材質製成；一環設於內管層11外部之紗線層12，該紗線層12係由線材121採十字交叉編織構成，於本創作之一實施例中，該紗線層12之線材121係為非金屬材質，且為尼龍線、棉線或聚脂纖維線，且該紗線層12係由尼龍線、棉線及聚脂纖維線，以任一種編織或任二種、任三種混合編織組成；以及一環設於紗線層12外部之外管層13，於本創作之一實施例中，該外管層13係由乳膠或熱塑性樹脂材質製成。
其次，請參閱第3圖所示，係本創作彈性拉繩使用狀態之示意圖，使用時，係將彈性拉繩1組設於拉力健身器2之二握把21之間，當使用者的雙手握持於握把21並重複地拉伸及回復彈性拉繩1之長度時，就可產生鍛鍊使用者胸部與手臂肌肉之效果。
由於使用一段時間後之拉力健身器2其彈性拉繩1，其外管層13容易因拉力而斷裂，此時，能藉由內管層11及紗線層12來保持繩體完整，且當內管層11與外管層13因拉力而同時斷裂時，亦能藉紗線層12來避免彈性拉繩1之繩體完全斷裂。此外，該紗線層12係透過線材121採用十字交叉之方式編織，且交織之線材121其十字交叉之角度越大（配合參閱第4圖所示），則紗線層12於內管層11與外管層13之間可拉伸的長度越長，因此，能讓紗線層12於內管層11與外管層13之間拉伸時，具有足夠的空間拉長。
經由以上實施例之敘述，可知本創作健身用之彈性拉繩具有以下功效增進之處： 1.     增進繩體強度：本創作健身用之彈性拉繩，透過將線材採十字交叉狀編織而成之紗線層夾設於內、外管層之間，使所構成之彈性拉繩具有至少三層之繩體，藉以增進彈性拉繩之整體結構強度，以杜絕彈性拉繩在健身使用過程中，因繩體拉斷而打到使用者，並降低發生意外危險之可能性。 2.     收納時無彎折角產生：本創作健身用之彈性拉繩不需使用時，使用者可以彎繞收納彈性拉繩，以藉由內、外管層之設置，使其彎繞處呈彎曲且無折角狀態，而能於收納時，改善習用彈性拉繩因折角氧化、脆裂而產生之斷裂問題。
綜上所述，本創作健身用之彈性拉繩，將紗線層設置於內、外管層之間，其結構特徵使彈性拉繩之結構強度大幅增進，改善習用彈性拉繩彎折時因折角處氧化、脆裂而容易產生斷裂問題，其確實符合新穎性、進步性及產業利用性之專利要件。
惟以上所述者，僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已，當不能以此限定本創作實施之範圍，即大凡依本創作申請專利範圍及新型說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆仍屬本創作專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種健身用之彈性拉繩，包括： 一內管層，設有中空通道； 一紗線層，且該紗線層係由線材採十字交叉編織構成，並環設於該內管層外部；以及 一外管層，環設於該紗線層外部。
  2. 如請求項1所述之健身用之彈性拉繩，其中，該內管層及該外管層係由乳膠或熱塑性樹脂材質製成。
  3. 如請求項1所述之健身用之彈性拉繩，其中，該紗線層之線材為非金屬材質。
  4. 如請求項1所述之健身用之彈性拉繩，其中，該紗線層之線材為尼龍線、棉線或聚脂纖維線。
  5. 如請求項1所述之健身用之彈性拉繩，其中，該紗線層係由尼龍線、棉線及聚脂纖維線，以任一種編織或任二種、任三種混合編織組成。
