- 根据权利要求1所述的健身弹力带,其特征在于,所述编织层为涤纶编织层、丙纶编织层、锦纶编织层、腈纶编织层中的任一种。
- 一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的耐老化体育训练用胶管的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:包括以下步骤:S1.制备内芯层:通过弹力套将弹力丝设置在内部,通过挤出或涂层的方式,使弹力套表面形成弹力内层;S2.在弹力内层外侧制备弹性编织层:在编织机上将弹力丝在原来状态下拉伸2-7倍后,同步的,将制备好的内芯层在自然状态下送入编织机,编织后编织层随内芯层回缩到自然状态,即可在内芯层外侧形成可拉伸的编织层;S3.在将电气石粉层的原料与胶粘层的原料充分混合,并涂布在步骤S2的半成品外侧;S4.制备弹性外层:将有编织层包覆的内芯层通过挤出或涂层的方式,使其表面形成弹性外层,此时弹性外层将依次与编织层和内芯层紧密结合,获得管体。
