Description

鋁管與熱導管的封包管體結構
本創作係涉及熱導管領域技術,尤其是指一種鋁管與熱導管的封包管體結構。
習知的熱導管,其工作原理主要於管體真空內部注入工作液,藉此流體遇熱後產生熱量傳遞,並進行散熱,而多數熱導管的管體一般都是採用銅金屬,由於材質特性,因此熱導管在壓鑄模的高溫環境下,銅管體容易發生爆裂情事;是以,目前亦有在銅金屬的熱導管再預先包覆結合一鋁金屬管,類似於銅金屬的熱導管再穿上一層鋁金屬管,用以強化整體結構,而避免於高溫工作環境下發生爆裂;例如第M345223號新型專利的「包覆式平板熱管」,其係將一板狀套筒緊密套設於平板熱管,且局部外露該平板熱管的蒸發端;此外,亦有如第I429489號發明專利所提供的「金屬包覆熱管加工方式及具有金屬包覆層熱管型材」,其係選用一金屬料材之中空管體(鋁管),而將熱管置入該金屬中空管體的中空部,特別是采抽拉的方式而對該金屬中空管體進行拉伸加工,使該金屬中空管體的管身延伸增長及管徑縮小,因此達到包覆熱管的目的,令熱管形成一金屬鋁管的包覆層。
惟查,上述第I429489號發明專利,除係採用抽拉方式對金屬中空管體進行拉伸加工,其針對金屬中空管體兩端口,則是通過二次加工方式,利用二鋁金屬堵頭分別填封於金屬中空管體的兩端口,以供進行端口封閉,以使熱管完全被封包於金屬中空管體內。
本創作之主要目的,乃在於提供一種鋁管與熱導管的封包管體結構,而有效解決現有熱管需要進行二次加工的問題,為通過預先將一熱導管完全套入一中空鋁管內,使該管體組合通過連續多段多組的上、下擠壓模與左、右縮口模的同步加工,分段整形消除管距間隙並緊縮鋁管的兩端口,使兩管體呈緊配結合,且同時同步的分段緊縮鋁管兩端口,因此鋁管的兩端口於鋁管與熱導管一體封包結合時即可同步完成封閉,故不需再通過二次加工,能節省工序並降低成本。

茲依附圖實施例將本創作結構特徵及其他作用、目的詳細說明如下:如第一圖至第三圖所示,本創作所為「鋁管與熱導管的封包管體結構」,其係預先將一熱導管1套入一中空鋁管2內,使該管體組合可通過連續多段多組的上、下擠壓模31a、32a(31b、32b與31c、32c)與左、右縮口模41a、42a(41b、42b與41c、42c)的同步加工,而分段縮減鋁管2與熱導管1的管距間隙G(如第四、五圖),兩管體1、2經過多次的擠壓整形即呈緊配結合,且同時同步分段緊縮鋁管2的兩端口21、21’,而將鋁管2的兩端口21、21’完全封閉,以快速達成鋁管2與熱導管1形成一體封包結合的目的。
上述連續多段多組的上、下擠壓模31a、32a(31b、32b與31c、32c)與左、右縮口模41a、42a(41b、42b與41c、42c),其中:上、下擠壓模31a、32a(31b、32b與31c、32c),如第三圖所示,各上模形槽311a、311b、311c係具有遞減尺 寸的比例改變,即:模形槽311a>311b>311c,而下模形槽亦為同理匹配;左、右縮口模41a、42a(41b、42b與41c、42c),如第二圖所示,各左側縮口槽411a、411b、411c,係同樣具有遞減尺寸的比例改變,即:縮口槽411a>411b>411c,而右側縮口槽亦為同理匹配;上述多段多組的上、下擠壓模31a、32a(31b、32b與31c、32c)係依序固定設於上、下模塊101、102,而左、右縮口模41a、42a(41b、42b與41c、42c)係對應設於各上、下擠壓模31a、32a(31b、32b與31c、32c)的相對兩側,因此將熱導管1套入中空鋁管2的管體組合通過上述多段多組的上、下擠壓模與左、右縮口模的同步加工,即可分段縮減鋁管2與熱導管1的管距間隙G,兩管體經過多次的擠壓整形而可呈緊配結合,且同時同步的分段緊縮鋁管2兩端口21、21’(如第六至八圖所示),而將鋁管2的兩端口21、21’完全封閉。
上述多段多組的上、下擠壓模31a、32a(31b、32b與31c、32c),其中的第一組的上、下擠壓模31a、32a係可將熱導管1套入中空鋁管2的管體組合進行第一次擠壓整形,而消除一部份的管距間隙,同時同步也通過第一組的左、右縮口模41a、42a進行第一次端口緊縮,使鋁管2的兩端口21、21’獲第一次緊縮整形(如第六圖);而第二組的上、下擠壓模31b、32b係將第一次管體組合再進行第二次擠壓整形,而再消除一部份的管距間隙,同時同步也通過第二 組的左、右縮口模41b、42b進行第二次端口緊縮,使鋁管2的兩端口21、21’獲第二次緊縮整形(如第七圖);如實施例所示第三組的上、下擠壓模31c、32c,其係將第二次管體組合再進行第三次擠壓整形,直至完全消除管距間隙,同時同步也通過第三組的左、右縮口模41c、42c進行第三次端口緊縮,使鋁管2的兩端口21、21’獲第三次緊縮整形(如第八圖),以完成鋁管2與熱導管1的封包結合,並同步封閉鋁管22的兩端口21、21’,進而構成如第九圖的包覆成品。
依本創作實施圖面,主要係揭露一代表例,本創作之手段特徵係指通過連續多段多組的上、下擠壓模與左、右縮口模的多次同步加工,進而分段整形消除管距間隙G並緊縮鋁管2的兩端口21、21’,使兩管體1、2呈緊配結合,且鋁管2與熱導管1於一體封包結合時即可同步完成兩端口21、21’的封閉工作,因此不需再通過二次加工,從而可節省工序並降低成本。惟本實施例所揭之三次擠壓整形與緊縮整形(即第六至八圖分別所示的三個加工階段),其僅係一種例示實施作法,實際上自可依熱導管1與中空鋁管2的尺寸或規格不同,任意增減擠壓與緊縮整形的整形加工次數。
綜上所述,本創作所為鋁管與熱導管的封包管體結構,其手段運用及結構組成特徵均不同於習知,並已具進步功效,而符合新穎性及進步性,敬祈 依法審查賜准專利,實感德便。

  1. 一種鋁管與熱導管的封包管體結構,其特徵在於熱導管係完全套入一中空鋁管內,兩管體係通過擠壓整形而形成緊配結合,且鋁管兩端口係緊縮整形形成一體封包結合。
