Description

線纜連接器
本新型涉及一種線纜連接器,尤其是涉及一種具旋轉固定功能的線纜連接器。
電子裝置其電源的輸入多是靠對接連接器及線纜連接器相互連接以完成電連接,例如透過IEC C14連接器和IEC C13連接器接合後做為電源供應。
許多電子設備常常需要處理重要的工作,若是在操作過程中,因鬆脫或是因人為誤觸而造成脫落,將使電子設備停擺,造成使用者工作上的不便,因此可以見到市面上售有許多具有鎖固裝置的電源對接連接器與線纜連接器,其功能是用以使對接連接器與線纜連接器在結合後若不經由解鎖鎖固裝置即無法取下,藉此防止電子裝置在工作過程中線纜連接器脫落。
然而,某些電子設備若是設置於人員走動或是貨物搬運的動線上,使用市面上具有鎖固裝置的線纜連接器,若是絆倒了人員或是貨物,則有可能造成人員摔傷、貨物損壞或是電子設備因被電線拉扯而損壞等情況,其損失可能因連接器具有鎖固裝置而更加慘重,特別是一種線對線的線纜連接器,其係用以延長電線的長度,因電線變長,絆倒人或物的可能性變得更高。
因此,有鑑於所述狀況,急需要一種能夠防止對 接連接器與線纜連接器相互脫落,又能夠在電線被過度拉扯時又能斷開連結的線纜連接器。
本新型的目的是針對所述現有技術的不足提出一種不易脫落,又能夠在電線被過度拉扯時又能斷開連結的線纜連接器。
為達成所述目的,本新型公開一種線纜連接器,用以與一對接連接器電性連接,所述線纜連接器係由一本體及鎖合裝置所組成,其中所述本體包括一殼體以及一與殼體前端面一體相連接的套筒,殼體內設置有至少一由殼體內部向套筒內部延伸的導電端子。所述鎖合裝置包括一可沿著殼體的前後方向移動的套合件及一設置於殼體後端面的進給機構,套合件上形成至少一懸臂,懸臂透過一本體上的開口伸入套筒內,進給機構連接套合件,用以控制套合件位移。
所述套合件大致成環狀,套設於殼體外圍面。
所述進給機構包括一設置於殼體後端面的螺桿以及一與螺桿螺合的調控螺母,調控螺母可轉動的與套合件成軸向連接。
所述套筒具有突出於殼體外圍面表面的梯部,開口設置於梯部與殼體相鄰的垂直表面上。
所述調控螺母表面設置有便於手指轉動的抵靠部。
所述開口內設置有斜滑槽。
所述懸臂的末端處設置有倒角,所述倒角為斜倒角或是圓倒角。
所述懸臂上設置有楔型片。
所述套筒與對接連接器的配合為餘隙配合,使對接連接器與套筒內壁產生縫隙。
綜上所述,本新型的線纜連接器透過增加插拔力來固定對接連接器與線纜連接器,藉此確保對接連接器與線纜連接器之間不易脫落,並且由於對接連接器與線纜連接器之間是透過楔型片抵壓,當電線(圖未示)被過度拉扯至一定力道時,對接連接器與線纜連接器仍然能夠被斷開,並且由於插拔力可以調整,能夠依據線纜連接器所連接的電子設備的重量調整插拔力,若較重的電子設備可以調整較大的插拔力,若較輕的電子設備可以調整較小的插拔力(因電子設備被電線拉倒的力量大小與自身重量有關),在電線絆倒人或物時線纜連接器線纜連接器能夠及時鬆脫,不會連帶電子設備一起拉倒。本新型透過鎖合裝置克服線纜連接器在使用中脫落或是被過度拉扯的問題。

為詳細說明本新型之技術內容、構造特徵、所達成目的及功效,以下茲舉例並配合圖式詳予說明。
請參閱第一圖,本新型公開一種線纜連接器100,用以與一對接連接器(圖未示)電性連接,所述線纜連接器100包括一本體1及一鎖合裝置2,鎖合裝置2與本體1相連接,用以增加線纜連接器100與對接連接器的插拔力。
請配合參閱第二圖及第三圖,本體1包括一殼體10以及一套筒11,殼體10包括一前端面101、一後端 面102及一連接殼體10前端面101與後端面102的外圍面103,套筒11與殼體10前端面101連接,由殼體10前端面101的周緣處向前延伸形成桶狀空間,用以收容對接連接器,本實施例中,殼體10以及套筒11是由一上蓋及一下蓋所組成。
套筒11與所述對接連接器的配合為餘隙配合,使對接連接器與套筒11內壁間產生縫隙。
殼體10內設置有至少一由殼體10內部向套筒11內部延伸的導電端子3,當對接連接器插入套筒11,導電端子3與對接連接器即形成電連接。
鎖合裝置2包括一設置於殼體10外圍面103並可沿著殼體10前後方向移動的套合件21及一設置於殼體10後端面102的進給機構23,進給機構23用以控制套合件21沿著殼體10前後方向位移。
套合件21上形成至少一片狀的懸臂22,套合件21大致成環狀,套設於殼體10外圍面103,懸臂22連接於套合件21上並與套筒11相鄰,懸臂22透過本體1上的一開口104伸入套筒11內。
進給機構23包括一設置於殼體10後端面102的螺桿231以及一與螺桿231螺合的調控螺母232,螺桿231的軸向方向與後端面102垂直,調控螺母232前端可轉動的與套合件21後端成軸向連接,藉此,透過旋轉調控螺母232能夠控制套合件21沿著殼體10前後方向移動。
調控螺母232表面設置有便於手指轉動的抵靠部233,本實施例中,抵靠部233為複數前後延伸並間隔排列的凸肋,旨在增加接觸摩擦力。
套筒11具有突出於殼體10外圍面103表面的梯部111,所述開口104設置於梯部111與殼體10 相鄰的垂直表面上,藉此,懸臂22由殼體10外圍面103向前延伸直接穿入開口104內。
請參閱第三圖,為了使懸臂22於套筒11內能夠向中心方向斜向移動以增加插拔力,開口104內設置有導引懸臂22往套筒11的軸向中心方向斜向移動的斜滑槽105。
請參閱第四圖,為懸臂22的局部放大圖,所述懸臂22的末端處設置有倒角221,倒角221可為斜倒角或是圓倒角,懸臂22上設置有前低後高的楔型片222,楔型片222可設置於懸臂22的外側或是內側上。
在使用時,當線纜連接器100插入對接連接器後,即可旋轉調控螺母232以使套合件21被調控螺母232帶動向前,進而帶動懸臂22向前移動並插入對接連接器與套筒11內壁的縫隙內(圖未示),藉此增加套筒11與對接連接器的插拔力。
請參閱第三圖,因斜滑槽105提供懸臂22向中心方向斜向移動的支持,且經由楔型片222抵壓,懸臂22往縫隙內移動的越深,楔型片222受到套筒11內壁以及對接連接器擠壓的力道就越大,因此插拔力也越大,藉此線纜連接器100與對接連接器的插拔力可以透過懸臂22移動的位置決定,故插拔力可以調整。
綜上所述,本新型的線纜連接器100透過增加插拔力來固定對接連接器與線纜連接器100,藉此確保對接連接器與線纜連接器100之間不易脫落,並且由於對接連接器與線纜連接器100之間是透過楔型片222抵壓,當電線(圖未示)被過度拉扯至一定力道時,對接連接器與線纜連接器100仍然能夠被斷開,並且由於插拔力可以調整,能夠依據線纜連接器100所連接的電子設備的重量調整插拔力,若較重的電子設備可以調整較大的插拔力,若較輕的電子設備可以 調整較小的插拔力(因電子設備被電線拉倒的力量大小與自身重量有關),在電線絆倒人或物時線纜連接器100能夠及時鬆脫,不會連帶電子設備一起拉倒。本新型透過鎖合裝置2克服線纜連接器100在使用中脫落或是被過度拉扯的問題。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種線纜連接器,用以與一對接連接器電性連接,其包括:一本體,包括一殼體以及一與殼體前端面一體相連接的套筒,殼體內設置有至少一由殼體內部向套筒內部延伸的導電端子;一鎖合裝置,包括一可沿著殼體的前後方向移動的套合件及一設置於殼體後端面的進給機構,套合件上形成至少一懸臂,懸臂透過一本體上的開口伸入套筒內,進給機構連接套合件,用以控制套合件位移。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線纜連接器,其中所述套合件大致成環狀,套設於殼體外圍面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之線纜連接器,其中所述進給機構包括一設置於殼體後端面的螺桿以及一與螺桿螺合的調控螺母,調控螺母可轉動的與套合件成軸向連接。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線纜連接器,其中所述套筒具有突出於殼體外圍面表面的梯部,開口設置於梯部與殼體相鄰的垂直表面上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線纜連接器,其中所述調控螺母表面設置有便於手指轉動的抵靠部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線纜連接器,其中所述開口內設置有斜滑槽。
