Description

智慧型鍵盤
本創作是有關於一種智慧型鍵盤,尤指一種可建立電視與可攜式裝置之間雙向溝通的智慧型鍵盤。
在現有技術中,雖然鍵盤具有和電視通訊的功能(亦即鍵盤可通過有線或無線的方式控制電視),但是現有技術所提供的鍵盤僅能單向地控制電視播放手機的內容,而無法將電視節目下載至手機,導致鍵盤的便利性大大受限。因此,現有技術所提供的鍵盤並無法使使用者獲得更大的便利。
尤其是當手機與電視都朝向智慧化發展的情況下,現有技術所提供的鍵盤將無法滿足使用者的需求,所以對於使用者而言一個更智慧且更便利的智慧型鍵盤是非常需要的。
本創作的一實施例提供一種用以在電視與可攜式裝置之間建立雙向溝通的智慧型鍵盤。該智慧型鍵盤包含一無線模組、一插座、一觸控螢幕及一處理器,其中該觸控螢幕耦接於該插座,以及該處理器耦接於該插座和該觸控螢幕。該無線模組是用以和該電視建立一無線連結。該處理器是用以根據該觸控螢幕所產生的第一指令,通過該無線連結控制該電視的操作,或當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,通過該無線連結控制該電視顯示該可攜式裝置顯示的內容。
本創作提供一種智慧型鍵盤。該智慧型鍵盤具有下列優點:第一、因為該智慧型鍵盤可同時控制一可攜式裝置和一電視,所以該智慧型鍵盤可作為該可攜式裝置和該電視之間的內容交換、整合、存儲或播放的平台;第二、當該可攜式裝置沒有固定在該智慧型鍵盤時,該智慧型鍵盤可通過與該電視之間的無線連結作為一遙控器;第三、該智慧型鍵盤亦可利用其觸控螢幕直接播放其記憶體所儲存的檔案。因此,相較於現有技術,本創作所提供的智慧型鍵盤對於一使用者而言更智慧且更便利。

請參照第1圖,第1圖是本創作的一實施例說明一種用以在電視與可攜式裝置之間建立雙向溝通的智慧型鍵盤100的示意圖。智慧型鍵盤100包含一無線模組102、一插座104、一觸控螢幕106及一處理器108,其中觸控螢幕106是耦接於插座104,以及處理器108是耦接於插座104和觸控螢幕106。無線模組102是用以和一電視200建立一無線連結WLC,其中無線模組102是透過一無線區域網路(wireless LAN,WLAN)、一紫蜂短距無線傳輸標準(IEEE 802.15.4,Zigbee)、一藍芽(Bluetooth)、一無線廣域網(Wireless Wide Area Network,WWAN)、一全球行動通訊系統(Global System for Mobile Communications,GSM)、一通用封包無線服務技術(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、一第三代行動通訊技術(third generation,3G)、一無線保真(Wi-Fi,Wireless Fidelity)天線、一微波存取全球互通(Wimax,Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access)或一Ant+技術和電視200之間建立無線連結WLC。處理器108是用以根據觸控螢幕106所產生的第一指令,通過無 線連結WLC控制電視200的操作(此時,智慧型鍵盤100可視為電視200的遙控器),亦即電視200和一可攜式裝置300可顯示相同的內容,其中可攜式裝置300是一行動電話、一平板電腦或一個人數位助理。另外,當可攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,處理器108可通過無線連結WLC控制電視200顯示可攜式裝置300顯示的內容,亦即當可攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,電視200、觸控螢幕106和可攜式裝置300可顯示相同的內容。另外,當可攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,一使用者可通過觸控螢幕106控制可攜式裝置300和電視200。
如第1圖所示,智慧型鍵盤100另包含一記憶體110,其中記憶體110是一快閃記憶體或一動態隨機存取記憶體(dynamic random access memory,DRAM),且記憶體110是耦接於處理器108。但本創作並不受限於記憶體110是一快閃記憶體或一動態隨機存取記憶體,亦即記憶體110亦可為其他型式的記憶體。因此,當智慧型鍵盤100和電視200之間的無線連結WLC被建立之後,記憶體110可用以儲存電視200所播放的至少一節目。而當攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,使用者可通過觸控螢幕106產生一第二指令。然後,處理器108即可根據觸控螢幕106所產生的第二指令,通過插座104儲存電視200所播放的至少一節目至可攜式裝置300。另外,當處理器108通過無線連結WLC控制電視200顯示可攜式裝置300顯示的內容時,處理器108是通過插座104先將可攜式裝置300顯示的內容儲存至記憶體110,然後控制記憶體110通過無線連結WLC輸出可攜式裝置300顯示的內容至電視200以及通過無線連結WLC控制電視200顯示可攜式裝置300顯示的內容。
如第1圖所示,智慧型鍵盤100另包含一揚聲器112與一麥克風114。但本創作並不受限於智慧型鍵盤100僅包含一個揚聲器與一個麥克風。 因此,當攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,使用者可通過觸控螢幕106產生一第三指令。然後,處理器108即可根據觸控螢幕106所產生的第三指令,使智慧型鍵盤100連結可攜式裝置300的通訊服務。當智慧型鍵盤100連結可攜式裝置300的通訊服務後,使用者即可利用揚聲器112、麥克風114和可攜式裝置300的行動電話服務執行一行動電話功能(例如一視訊會議或一電話會議)。另外,當可攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,智慧型鍵盤100亦可根據可攜式裝置300的通訊服務,成為一行動路由器。
如第1圖所示,智慧型鍵盤100另包含一充電基座116,其中充電基座116是耦接於插座104。當可攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,充電基座116可對可攜式裝置300執行一充電功能,或當可攜式裝置300距離充電基座116一預定距離內時,充電基座116即可通過一近場通訊(Near Field Communication,NFC)對可攜式裝置300執行充電功能。但本創作並不受限於充電基座116通過近場通訊對可攜式裝置300執行充電功能,亦即充電基座116可通過其他通訊標準對可攜式裝置300執行充電功能。
如第1圖所示,智慧型鍵盤100另包含一按鍵部118,其中按鍵部118包含複數個按鍵,按鍵部118的複數個按鍵是實體按鍵、觸控按鍵或投影式按鍵,且按鍵部118是耦接於處理器108。使用者可通過按鍵部118的複數個按鍵的至少一按鍵產生一第四指令。然後,處理器108根據複數個按鍵的至少一按鍵所產生的第四指令,通過無線連結WLC控制電視200的操作,或當可攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,通過無線連結WLC控制電視200顯示可攜式裝置300顯示的內容。另外,當攜式裝置300被固定在插座104時,使用者亦可通過複數個按鍵的至少一按鍵產生一第五指令。然後,處理器108即可根據複數個按鍵的至少一按鍵所產生的第五指令,通過插座104儲存電視200所播放的至少一節目至可攜式裝置300。
綜上所述,本創作所提供的智慧型鍵盤具有下列優點:第一、因為本創作所提供的智慧型鍵盤可同時控制可攜式裝置和電視,所以本創作所提供的智慧型鍵盤可作為可攜式裝置和電視之間的內容交換、整合、存儲或播放的平台;第二、當可攜式裝置沒有固定在智慧型鍵盤時,智慧型鍵盤可通過與電視之間的無線連結作為一遙控器;第三、本創作所提供的智慧型鍵盤亦可利用其觸控螢幕直接播放記憶體所儲存的檔案。因此,相較於現有技術,本創作所提供的智慧型鍵盤對於使用者而言更智慧且更便利。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種用以在電視與可攜式裝置之間建立雙向溝通的智慧型鍵盤,包含:一無線模組,用以和該電視建立一無線連結;一插座;一觸控螢幕,耦接於該插座;及一處理器,耦接於該插座和該觸控螢幕,用以根據該觸控螢幕所產生的第一指令,通過該無線連結控制該電視的操作,或當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,通過該無線連結控制該電視顯示該可攜式裝置顯示的內容。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中當該觸控螢幕通過該無線連結控制該電視的操作時,該電視和該觸控螢幕同時顯示一相同的內容。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,該電視和該觸控螢幕同時顯示該可攜式裝置顯示的內容。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,另包含:一記憶體,耦接於該處理器,用以儲存該電視所播放的至少一節目,其中當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,該處理器是根據該觸控螢幕所產生的一第二指令,通過該插座儲存該至少一節目至該可攜式裝置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,該處理器通過該無線連結控制該電視顯示該可攜式裝置顯示的內容,是該處理器通過該插座將該可攜式裝置顯示的內容儲存至該 記憶體,控制該記憶體通過該無線連結輸出該可攜式裝置顯示的內容至該電視,以及通過該無線連結控制該電視顯示該可攜式裝置顯示的內容。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,另包含:一揚聲器;及一麥克風;其中該觸控螢幕另用以產生一第三指令以使該智慧型鍵盤連結該可攜式裝置的通訊服務,以及該揚聲器、該麥克風和該可攜式裝置的通訊服務是用以執行一行動電話功能。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中該行動電話功能是一視訊會議或一電話會議。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,該智慧型鍵盤根據該可攜式裝置的通訊服務,成為一行動路由器。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,另包含:一充電基座,耦接於該插座,其中當該可攜式裝置距離該充電基座一預定距離內時,該充電基座對該可攜式裝置執行一充電功能。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,另包含:一按鍵部,包含複數個按鍵,其中該複數個按鍵的至少一按鍵是用以產生一第四指令,該按鍵部是耦接於該處理器,且該處理器根據該第四指令,通過該無線連結控制該電視的操作,或當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,通過該無線連結控制該電視顯示該可攜式裝置顯 示的內容。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中該複數個按鍵是實體按鍵、觸控按鍵或投影式按鍵。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的智慧型鍵盤,另包含:一記憶體,用以儲存該電視所播放的一節目,其中當該可攜式裝置被固定在該插座時,該處理器是根據該複數個按鍵的至少一按鍵所產生的一第五指令,通過該插座儲存該節目至該可攜式裝置。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中該無線模組是透過一無線區域網路(wireless LAN,WLAN)、一紫蜂短距無線傳輸標準(IEEE 802.15.4,Zigbee)、一藍芽(Bluetooth)、一無線廣域網(Wireless Wide Area Network,WWAN)、一全球行動通訊系統(Global System for Mobile Communications,GSM)、一通用封包無線服務技術(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、一第三代行動通訊技術(third generation,3G)、一無線保真(Wi-Fi,Wireless Fidelity)天線、一微波存取全球互通(Wimax,Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access)或一Ant+技術和該電視之間建立該無線連結。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧型鍵盤,其中該可攜式裝置是一行動電話、一平板電腦或一個人數位助理。
