本实用新型是有关于一种智能型键盘,尤指一种可建立电视与可携式装置之间双向沟通的智能型键盘。
背景技术
在现有技术中,虽然键盘具有和电视通信的功能(亦即键盘可通过有线或无线的方式控制电视),但是现有技术所公开的键盘仅能单向地控制电视播放手机的内容,而无法将电视节目下载至手机,导致键盘的便利性大大受限。因此,现有技术所公开的键盘并无法使使用者获得更大的便利。
尤其是当手机与电视都朝向智能化发展的情况下,现有技术所公开的键盘将无法满足使用者的需求,所以对于使用者而言一个更智慧且更便利的智能型键盘是非常需要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一实施例公开一种用以在电视与可携式装置之间建立双向沟通的智能型键盘。该智能型键盘包含一无线模块、一插座、一触控屏幕及一处理器。该无线模块是用以和该电视建立一无线连接。该处理器是用以根据该触控屏幕所产生的第一指令,通过该无线连接控制该电视的操作,或当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,通过该无线连接控制该电视显示该可携式装置显示的内容。
本实用新型公开一种智能型键盘。该智能型键盘具有下列优点:第一、因为该智能型键盘可同时控制一可携式装置和一电视,所以该智能型键盘可作为该可携式装置和该电视之间的内容交换、整合、存储或播放的平台;第二、当该可携式装置没有固定在该智能型键盘时,该智能型键盘可通过与该电视之间的无线连接作为一遥控器;第三、该智能型键盘亦可利用其触控屏幕直接播放其内存所储存的档案。因此,相较于现有技术,本实用新型所公开的智能型键盘对于一使用者而言更智能且更便利。

请参照图1,图1是本实用新型的一实施例说明一种用以在电视与可携式装置之间建立双向沟通的智能型键盘100的示意图。智能型键盘100包含一无线模块102、一插座104、一触控屏幕106及一处理器108。无线模块102是用以和一电视200建立一无线连接WLC,其中无线模块102是通过一无线局域网络(wireless LAN,WLAN)、一紫蜂短距无线传输标准(IEEE802.15.4,Zigbee)、一蓝芽(Bluetooth)、一无线广域网(Wireless Wide Area Network,WWAN)、一全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communications,GSM)、一通用封包无线服务技术(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、一第三代移动通信技术(third generation,3G)、一无线保真(Wi-Fi,Wireless Fidelity)天线、一微波存取全球互通(Wimax,Worldwide Interoperability for MicrowaveAccess)或一行动者网络理论+(Actor network theory+,Ant+)技术和电视200之间建立无线连接WLC。处理器108是用以根据触控屏幕106所产生的第一指令,通过无线连接WLC控制电视200的操作(此时,智能型键盘100可视为电视200的遥控器),亦即电视200和一可携式装置300可显示相同的内容,其中可携式装置300是一移动电话、一平板计算机或一个人数字助理。另外,当可携式装置300被固定在插座104时,处理器108可通过无线连接WLC控制电视200显示可携式装置300显示的内容,亦即当可携式装置300被固定在插座104时,电视200、触控屏幕106和可携式装置300可显示相同的内容。另外,当可携式装置300被固定在插座104时,一使用者可通过触控屏幕106控制可携式装置300和电视200。

如图1所示,智能型键盘100另包含一按键部118,其中按键部118包含多个按键,且按键部118的多个按键是实体按键、触控按键或投影式按键。使用者可通过按键部118的多个按键的至少一按键产生一第四指令。然后,处理器108根据多个按键的至少一按键所产生的第四指令,通过无线连接WLC控制电视200的操作,或当可携式装置300被固定在插座104时,通过无线连接WLC控制电视200显示可携式装置300显示的内容。另外,当携式装置300被固定在插座104时,使用者亦可通过多个按键的至少一按键产生一第五指令。然后,处理器108即可根据多个按键的至少一按键所产生的第五指令,通过插座104储存电视200所播放的至少一节目至可携式装置300。
综上所述,本实用新型所公开的智能型键盘具有下列优点:第一、因为本实用新型所公开的智能型键盘可同时控制可携式装置和电视,所以本实用新型所公开的智能型键盘可作为可携式装置和电视之间的内容交换、整合、存储或播放的平台;第二、当可携式装置没有固定在智能型键盘时,智能型键盘可通过与电视之间的无线连接作为一遥控器;第三、本实用新型所公开的智能型键盘亦可利用其触控屏幕直接播放内存所储存的档案。因此,相较于现有技术,本实用新型所公开的智能型键盘对于使用者而言更智能且更便利。

1.一种用以在电视与可携式装置之间建立双向沟通的智能型键盘,该智能型键盘的特征在于包含:
一无线模块,用以和该电视建立一无线连接;
一插座;
一触控屏幕;及
一处理器,用以根据该触控屏幕所产生的第一指令,通过该无线连接控制该电视的操作,或当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,通过该无线连接控制该电视显示该可携式装置显示的内容。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,当该触控屏幕通过该无线连接控制该电视的操作时,该电视和该触控屏幕同时显示一相同的内容。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,该电视和该触控屏幕同时显示该可携式装置显示的内容。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,另包含:
一内存,用以储存该电视所播放的至少一节目,其中当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,该处理器是根据该触控屏幕所产生的一第二指令,通过该插座储存该至少一节目至该可携式装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,该处理器通过该无线连接控制该电视显示该可携式装置显示的内容,是该处理器通过该插座将该可携式装置显示的内容储存至该内存,控制该内存通过该无线连接输出该可携式装置显示的内容至该电视,以及通过该无线连接控制该电视显示该可携式装置显示的内容。
6.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,另包含:
一扬声器;及
一麦克风;
其中该触控屏幕另用以产生一第三指令以使该智能型键盘连接该可携式装置的通信服务,以及该扬声器、该麦克风和该可携式装置的通信服务是用以执行一移动电话功能。
7.如权利要求6所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,该移动电话功能是一视频会议或一电话会议。
8.如权利要求6所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,该智能型键盘根据该可携式装置的通信服务,成为一移动路由器。
9.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,另包含:
一充电基座,耦接于该插座,其中当该可携式装置距离该充电基座一预定距离内时,该充电基座对该可携式装置执行一充电功能。
10.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,另包含:
一按键部,包含多个按键,其中该多个按键的至少一按键是用以产生一第四指令,且该处理器根据该第四指令,通过该无线连接控制该电视的操作,或当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,通过该无线连接控制该电视显示该可携式装置显示的内容。
11.如权利要求10所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,该多个按键是实体按键、触控按键或投影式按键。
12.如权利要求10所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,另包含:
一内存,用以储存该电视所播放的一节目,其中当该可携式装置被固定在该插座时,该处理器是根据该多个按键的至少一按键所产生的一第五指令,通过该插座储存该节目至该可携式装置。
13.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,该无线模块是通过一无线局域网络、一紫蜂短距无线传输标准、一蓝芽、一无线广域网、一全球移动通信系统、一通用封包无线服务技术、一第三代移动通信技术、一无线保真天线、一微波存取全球互通或一行动者网络理论+技术和该电视之间建立该无线连接。
14.如权利要求1所述的智能型键盘,其特征在于,该可携式装置是一移动电话、一平板计算机或一个人数字助理。
