Description
本創作是一種涉及富含膠原蛋白及透明質酸的之粒子結構，其可廣泛應用於機能性食品、醫藥品、保養品或化妝品之領域。
隨著年齡、勞動的增加，肌膚就會開始出現老化現象，如產生皺紋、斑點、粗糙、膠原蛋白流失、角質增生及老化，因此為防止或預防肌膚老化現象，除了每日護膚保養品的使用，更可搭配食用保健食品以達到肌膚美白、保濕及抗老化的功效。
目前市面上有許多可促進皮膚新陳代謝、保濕及抗老化的產品，如「魚子精華萃取物」、「透明質酸」。該些產品是以乳液或精華液的方式塗抹在肌膚上，並在肌膚表面上形成薄膜，然當洗臉時，該薄膜也隨之洗去，效果同時消失。
「透明質酸」的基本結構是由兩個雙糖單位D-葡萄糖醛酸
及N-乙醯葡萄胺組成的大型多醣類，其目前為公認的最佳保濕成分，且廣泛應用於保養品或化妝品；此外，透明質酸因具有獨特的理化性質和生理功能，目前更進一步應用於醫藥領域，如關節炎治療、眼科、心外科手術的輔助藥品和人造皮膚等。
目前已開發出許多可促進膠原蛋白增生或其他用於保養肌
膚的原料之劑型。如中華民國新型專利公告第M445983號之專利案，其揭示一種促進皮膚膠原蛋白增生的百合萃取物微粒結構，其功效在於刺激真皮膠原蛋白增生及提升皮膚含水量。
目前常見促進膠原蛋白增生或補充膠原蛋白的方法為皮下
注射、塗抹含膠原蛋白產品和口服膠原蛋白。皮下注射的方式是將膠原蛋白注射至真皮層，其能立刻減少皮膚的皺紋，然注射的膠原蛋白會被身體內的酵素分解，且研究顯示部分使用者注射後產生免疫排斥反應等副作用。此外，目前並無研究證實塗抹方式可以使膠原蛋白分子片段直接進入真皮層，有效讓肌膚恢復彈性及祛除皺紋。
因此，基於上述過去習知補充膠原蛋白的方法，創作人有感
其未臻於完善，遂竭其心智悉心研究克服，憑其從事該項領域多年的累積經驗，進而研發一種可用於加強改善肌膚狀態的粒子結構；此外，更增加粒子結構對於機能性食品、醫藥品、保養品或化妝品的應用層面。
是以，本創作的粒子結構是一種可用於促進膠原蛋白增生、
除皺及提高肌膚保濕度的粒子結構，此粒子結構可有效的釋放活性成份，
其包含：一具膠原蛋白之活性核心層；一具透明質酸之保濕層，其包覆該活性核心層之外層；及一保護層，其包覆該保濕層之外層。
本文所述的膠原蛋白具有高濃度小分子膠原胜肽，易於被腸
道吸收，以補充皮膚中膠原蛋白，預防皮膚老化、增強代謝角質、消除皺紋，進而恢復皮膚彈性與光澤，並達到保濕的效果。在一具體實施例中，本文所述的膠原蛋白係選自於由魚類膠原蛋白、豬類膠原蛋白及/或牛類膠原蛋白所組成之群組；在一較佳實施例中，本創作所使用的膠原蛋白係選用魚類膠原蛋白，該具膠原蛋白之活性核心層佔粒子結構重量的20%至25%。
本文所述的透明質酸可維持肌膚的水分，以達到保濕的效
果，本創作所述的具透明質酸之保濕層佔粒子結構重量的0.0001%至0.01%。
在一具體實施例中，本創作的粒子結構進一步包含一具魚子
萃取物的強化功效層，其披覆於該保濕層的外層。其中該魚子萃取物萃取自野生鮭魚精巢萃取的魚子精華DNA，該魚子萃取物可有效預防肌膚老化，本創作所述的具魚子萃取物的強化功效層佔粒子結構重量的0.001%至0.01%。
在一具體實施例中，所述的保護層進一步包含賦形劑，其中
該賦形劑係選自由調味劑、增甜劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、螯合劑、滲透劑、潤滑劑、著色劑及結合劑所組成之群組。
在一具體實施例中，所述的粒子結構進一步包含一防潮層，其包覆於保護層之外層，以使粒子結構易保存於一般環境中。
在一具體實施例中，所述的保濕層厚度為0.01-0.05mm，所
述的保護層厚度為0.01-0.05mm。
在一具體實施例中，所述活性核心層表面粗糙，該特徵可以
增加該層表面積。當表面積增加，有助於增加活性核心層與保濕層之間的附著力，同時，在進入人體後，還可增加活性核心層內含的效性成份在體內釋放的速度。另外，所述保護層表面亦具有粗糙的特徵。
在一具體實施例中，本創作的粒子結構係呈粉劑、錠劑、膠
囊或液體之任一態樣，並可用於機能性食品、醫藥品、保養品或化妝品之製品。在本實施例中，所述錠劑之型態可為圓形錠劑、橢圓形錠型、三角形錠型、四角形錠型、蜆狀錠型、與中空圓形錠型其中之一或其組合。
在一具體實施例中，本創作的粒子結構可經溶解於水溶液
中，並添加至不織布面膜、棉質面膜或生物纖維面膜或將面膜浸泡於精華液中。
本創作的粒子結構及其施用方法，不因本實施方式侷限之，任何適用本創作用途之施用方式，皆應包含於本創作之施用範疇。

實施例1：本創作的粒子結構

在一較佳實施例中，本創作的粒子結構可進一步包含具魚子萃取物的強化功效層，其披覆於該保濕層的外層。該強化功效層可依照需求，加入所需的功效物質，在粒子結構的釋放過程中，可達到各功效的加乘效果。在本文所述的強化功效層是透過所添加的物質強化整體粒子結構所產生的特殊功效及加成功效，使效果更突出。
在本創作的一較佳實施例中，如圖2所示，本創作的粒子結構之保護層40

係由麥芽糊精所組成，麥芽糊精的來源可由市面上所購得。此防潮層是利用一般造粒噴覆技術將麥芽糊精噴覆於粒子的最外層，所屬技術領域的技術人員可依據產品的需求調整麥芽糊精的濃度及噴覆厚度，以使本創作的粒子結構具有防潮效果，進而安全地保存於一般環境中。
本創作之可釋放活性成分的粒子結構可製備成粉劑、錠劑、膠囊及飲品作為機能性食品、保養品、醫藥品及化妝品之產品。
如本創作粒子結構之保護層可包含一食品上可接受的賦形劑，其可係選自由調味劑、增甜劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、螯合劑、滲透劑、潤滑劑、著色劑及結合劑所組成之群組。此外，本創作的粒子結構更可充填入膠囊，其可作為機能性食品、醫藥品或保養品；又，本創作的粒子結構亦可添加乳糖、澱粉或纖維素等賦形劑以加壓的方式做為錠劑，其中該錠劑之型態可為圓形錠劑、橢圓形錠型、三角形錠型、四角形錠型、蜆狀錠型、與中空圓形錠型其中之一或其組合。上述之錠劑亦可作為機能性食品、保養品或醫藥品。
實施例2：粒子結構的施用方式
在本創作的一較佳實施例中，利用本創作的粒子結構所製備的產品「金膠原」(Collagene Gold)，其含有膠原蛋白、魚子萃取物及透明質酸等原料，將此粒子結構溶於水中，形成溶液後飲用，或直接經由口腔攝食。當溶於水中形成水溶液後，於50毫升的溶液中，含佔粒子結構重量的20%至25%膠原蛋白活性核心層、佔粒子結構重量的20%至25%透明質酸保濕層及佔粒子結構重量的0.0001%至0.01%魚子萃取物的強化功效層的粒子結構，人體可直接吸收高活性的膠原蛋白的天然活性成份、高保濕度的透明質酸及預防肌膚老化魚子萃取物，該些成分為天然物質，有助於皮膚的保養，並不會造成人體的負擔。
除了上述組成成分外，還可採用下列組成成分：基於以上成分，本創作的粒子結構可搭配其他添加劑或香料等，如果糖、維生素C、檸檬酸、櫻花液態香料、蘋果液態香料及荔枝液態
香料，用於水中形成溶液後，以適當水量溶解形成50mL的飲品以添增飲品風味。
而為了改變飲品口感，可適當地在該飲品內添加甜味，像是糖精鈉、砂糖、葡萄糖、澱粉糖漿、右旋糖、果糖、甘油、異麥芽酮糖醇、乳糖醇、乳糖、麥芽糖醇、麥芽糖、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、蔗糖、塔格糖、海藻糖、木糖醇、阿力甜、阿斯巴甜、乙醯磺胺酸鉀、環拉酸、環拉酸鹽、新橘皮苷二氫查酮、祝馬丁、糖精、糖精鹽、蔗糖素等等。
在本創作的一較佳實施例中，如圖3所示，本創作的粒子結構更可溶於水或精華液中，以不織布面膜、棉質面膜或生物纖維面膜吸收含有粒子結構的液體，當使用者301

敷於臉部肌膚上，進而使肌膚緊實並提高肌膚保濕度。
此外，本創作人另提供一實施例，該保護層為一腸溶膜衣，該腸溶膜衣需至腸道之環境中才會溶解，並將核心功效層的活性成分釋放，使活性成分免於胃酸的分解破壞。該腸溶膜衣的組成包含如篦麻油、蟲膠、礦物油、丙二醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、檸檬酸三乙酯、檸檬酸三丁酯、鄰苯二甲酸二甲酯、鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯、聚乙二醇、鄰苯二甲酸醋酸纖維素、羥丙基鄰苯二甲酸甲基纖維素、羥丙基甲基纖維素琥珀酸醋酸塩等其中一項或多項組成。
綜上所述，本創作的粒子結構可有效釋放出內含的活性成分，如魚子萃取物、膠原蛋白及透明質酸，其使在人體中可有效釋放活性成分，易於被腸道所吸收，達到有效促進膠原蛋白增生，使肌膚緊實，具有彈性及除皺；此外，更能提高肌膚保濕度，進而達到抗老化的功效。

Claims (18)
- 一種用於促進膠原蛋白增生、除皺及提高肌膚保濕度的粒子結構，其包含：一具膠原蛋白之活性核心層；一具透明質酸之保濕層，其包覆該活性核心層之外層；及一保護層，其包覆該保濕層之外層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其進一步包含一具魚子萃取物的強化功效層，其披覆於該保濕層的外層。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的粒子結構，其中該魚子萃取物係選自野生鮭魚精巢萃取。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該膠原蛋白係選自於由魚類膠原蛋白、豬類膠原蛋白及/或牛類膠原蛋白所組成之群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該具膠原蛋白之活性核心層佔粒子結構重量的20%至25%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中具透明質酸之保濕層佔粒子結構重量的0.0001%至0.01%。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的粒子結構，其中具魚子萃取物的強化功效層佔粒子結構重量的0.001%至0.01%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該保護層進一步包含賦形劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的粒子結構，其中該賦形劑係選自由調味劑、增甜劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、螯合劑、滲透劑、潤滑劑、著色劑及結合 劑所組成之群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其進一步包含一防潮層，其包覆於保護層之外層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該保濕層厚度為0.01-0.05mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該保護層厚度為0.01-0.05mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該活性核心層表面粗糙。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其中該保護層表面粗糙。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其係呈粉劑、錠劑、膠囊或液體之任一態樣。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項所述的粒子結構，其中該錠劑之型態可為圓形錠劑、橢圓形錠型、三角形錠型、四角形錠型、蜆狀錠型、與中空圓形錠型其中之一或其組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其用於機能性食品、保養品或化妝品之製品。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的粒子結構，其用於添加至不織布面膜、棉質面膜或生物纖維面膜。
