Description

鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置
本創作係有關於一種鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,尤指一種眼鏡之腳架利用銜接裝置與鏡框連接之裝置。
按,一般傳統式的眼鏡鏡框與二腳架大都以螺絲作為連結鎖合的銜接構件,由於螺絲組裝時,必須藉助螺絲起子工具來鎖合,因而耗費人力與時間,增加生產組裝的成本,況且眼鏡配戴一段時間後,螺絲會生銹或者產生鬆動現象,因此常困擾著一般配戴者,故有業者乃研發一種眼鏡框與腳架無螺絲之連結結構,由於目前市面上常見的眼鏡框無螺絲連結構件,其結構複雜、而且組裝繁瑣,仍有未盡理想之處,而有待改進者。
緣是,本創作之主要目的在於提供一種鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,係利用二座體及一雙向螺桿所組成之銜接裝置,利用該銜接裝置將二腳架與鏡框簡易、迅速地結合成為一體,如此二腳架便可以銜接裝置為中心而任意地轉向為展開狀或收合狀者。
為達上述目的,本創作採用如下的技術手段:一種鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,該眼鏡係包括一鏡框、二腳架及二鏡片,其中二鏡片分別嵌固在鏡框兩端之框架上,每一框架之側邊分別具有一開槽及二插塊;鏡框與二腳架係利用銜接裝置結合成為一體,二腳架之銜接端分別設置三叉片,其特徵在於: 上述銜接裝置係包括二座體及一雙向螺桿,座體側面之插槽係供框架之插塊插固定位,座體上緣為一弧狀塊、下緣為一嵌邊,座體內側銜接端具一螺孔,而雙向螺桿之上、下端分別具一螺牙,該螺牙依序地鎖固在上、下端座體之螺孔內以組裝成銜接裝置;二腳架中間之叉片係設置有一弧狀體,該弧狀體內具一弧形槽,結合時,弧狀體係套置在雙向螺桿上,弧形槽則供雙向螺桿貫穿,而腳架上、下端之二叉片則分別嵌置於上、下端座體之嵌邊上;如此,二腳架利用該銜接裝置便可與鏡框結合。

請參閱第一圖及第二圖所示,本創作之眼鏡1係由一鏡框10、二腳架20及二鏡片30所組成之結構,其中二鏡片30係分別嵌固在鏡框10兩端之框架11上,每一框架11之側邊分別具有一開槽111及二插塊112;二腳架20之銜接端係分別設置有三叉片21、22、23;具撓性之二金屬腳架20係利用銜接裝置40與鏡框10連結成為一體;其主要特徵在於:上述銜接裝置40係由二座體41、42及一雙向螺桿43所組成,二座體41、42之側面具一插槽411、421,上緣為一弧狀塊412、422、下緣為一L形狀之嵌邊413、423,座體41、42內側銜接端具一螺孔414、424,雙向螺桿43之上、下端分別具一螺牙431、432。配合第三圖所示,鏡片 30先置入鏡框10之框架11內,該鏡框11之開槽111並未密合,因此鏡片30尚未緊密地嵌固在框架11上;欲組裝二腳架20時,先將框架11之二插塊112分別插固在二座體41、42之插槽411、421內,再將雙向螺桿43之螺牙431、432依序地鎖固在上、下端座體41、42之螺孔414、424內,當雙向螺桿43鎖緊時,可將鏡框10框架11上之開槽111密合,以緊密鎖固住鏡片30。
其次,再將二腳架20嵌固在鏡框10兩側之銜接裝置40上,其中單一腳架20中間之叉片23係設置一弧狀體231,該弧狀體231內具一弧形槽2311,扳動中間的叉片23向內,以與上、下的叉片21、22分離,中間的叉片23之弧狀體231係套置在雙向螺桿43上,弧狀體231之弧形槽2311供雙向螺桿43貫穿,上、下端之二叉片21、22則分別嵌置於上、下端座體41、42之嵌邊413、423上。欲戴眼鏡1時,如第四圖所示,二腳架20係呈展開狀。未戴眼鏡1以折收眼鏡1時,如第五圖所示,二腳架20以鏡框10兩側之銜接裝置40為中心,分別向內呈90度狀彎折,上、下端之二叉片21、22係抵靠在座體41、42之緣邊415、425上,中間的叉片23之弧形槽2311係跨過雙向螺桿43,以便中間的叉片23彎折。
綜上所述,本創作鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,係利用二 座體及一雙向螺桿所組成之銜接裝置,將二腳架與鏡框以免螺絲的方式組裝成型;由於其結構簡單而組裝簡易,在鏡框與腳架無螺絲之連結結構中,成為一創新而實用的新產品。其實用功效當無庸置疑,而本創作又從未公諸於世或已見於其他刊物,實已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出專利申請之。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,該眼鏡係包括一鏡框、二腳架及二鏡片,其中二鏡片分別嵌固在鏡框兩端之框架上,每一框架之側邊分別具有一開槽及二插塊;鏡框與二腳架係利用銜接裝置結合成為一體,二腳架之銜接端分別設置三叉片,其特徵在於:上述銜接裝置係包括二座體及一雙向螺桿,座體側面之插槽係供框架之插塊插固定位,座體上緣為一弧狀塊、下緣為一嵌邊,座體內側銜接端具一螺孔,而雙向螺桿之上、下端分別具一螺牙,該螺牙依序地鎖固在上、下端座體之螺孔內以組裝成銜接裝置;二腳架中間之叉片係設置有一弧狀體,該弧狀體內具一弧形槽,結合時,弧狀體係套置在雙向螺桿上,弧形槽則供雙向螺桿貫穿,而腳架上、下端之二叉片則分別嵌置於上、下端座體之嵌邊上;如此,二腳架利用該銜接裝置便可與鏡框結合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,其中二腳架係為具撓性的金屬架。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡框與腳架無螺絲之銜接裝置,其中銜接裝置座體之嵌邊係呈L形。
