Description

羅馬簾結構改良
　　本創作係關於一種涉及於窗簾的技術領域，特別是提供一結構單純、無拉繩外露的羅馬簾。
　　按，窗簾具有遮陽、保護隱私及裝飾等功效，常見操作窗簾的作動方式多為平移式或垂降式，該平移式窗簾係利用拉繩或手動拉動窗簾布左、右平移，而該垂直式窗簾係具有上、下樑之窗簾蜂巢簾片，使窗簾蜂巢簾片隨拉繩上升或下降進行收合或展開動作，使窗簾達到遮飾或調整光線之目的。常見垂降式窗簾就比如是羅馬簾，其大多是於一上樑底部垂設一簾布，簾布在設定距離處縫設一出長管孔，供一穿桿穿套，再於縫合線處縫結數個具穿孔的吊耳，以藉上樑穿裝之拉繩穿過吊耳的穿孔，拉繩一端是垂放於簾布一側以供手部拉動，因此受到拉繩之拉升，即可使簾布各節段穿桿處重疊收合；由於羅馬簾係透過拉繩來對簾體造成收合或展開，但是該拉繩係裸露於外部而破壞羅馬簾之美感，尤其拉繩若被孩童拿來玩耍，很容易造成繞頸、勒頸導致發生危險。
　　本創作者鑑於前述的問題，進而用心研究開發，因此本創作主要目的係在提供一種羅馬簾結構改良，其主要係羅馬簾結合於一封閉式的簾體上，因此能有效免除羅馬簾原有繁複的拉繩、穿桿的結構，避免拉繩外露，而達到一安全、美觀的羅馬簾結構。
　　為了可達到前述的目的，本創作所運用的技術手段係在於提供一種羅馬簾結構改良，其係包含：
　　一封閉式簾體，其包含一上樑以及一連結於該上樑內而可收折、展開之蜂巢簾，該上樑一側固定一第一固件，該蜂巢簾沿著簾面的縱向高度，間隔地在數外緣處分設有一第一連接側；
　　一簾布，其為布材，一端對應該上樑設有一結合端，該結合端設有一第二固件用以對應連結該第一固件，該簾布對應該第一連接側亦設置一第二連接側，該第一、二連接側係以車縫方式的縫定部來連結固定，使該簾布是對應摺疊於該封閉式簾體而形成一層層收摺的羅馬簾。
　　因此依據本創作的技術手段，本創作可以獲得的功效簡要說明如下所列：
　　1.本創作主要係讓一封閉式簾體結合一簾布，即可構成羅馬簾，由於升降控制的拉繩隱藏於封閉式簾體的蜂巢簾中，因此不會造成拉繩外露，故而阻隔孩童容易嬉弄拉繩導致繞頸的意外，本創作的設計使羅馬簾更具安全性。
　　2.本創作的羅馬簾係包含蜂巢簾，可利用蜂巢簾的蜂巢管，其可讓空氣儲存於內，而讓室內保持恒温，適度地隔離紫外光而具備隔熱功能。
　　3.由於本創作未讓拉繩外露，所以讓整個羅馬簾的視覺觀感更加清爽、更為美觀。

　　本創作係一種羅馬簾結構改良，如第二圖所示，其係包含：
　　一封閉式簾體(10)，其包含一上樑(11)以及一連結於上樑(11)內而可收折、展開之蜂巢簾(14)，該上樑(11)內設有可控制蜂巢簾(14)升降之無拉繩式傳動機構<未示於圖面>，以驅動蜂巢簾(14)升降，而上樑(11)朝屋內之一側固定一第一固件(12)，該第一固件(12)可為魔鬼氈，蜂巢簾(14)沿著簾面的縱向高度，間隔地在外緣設有第一連接側(15)；
　　一簾布(20)，其為布材，一端對應封閉式簾體(10)之上樑(11)設有結合端(21)，結合端(21)對應第一固件(12)而設有第二固件(22)，以利第一、二固件(12)(22)黏扣固定，簾布(20)在對應封閉式簾體(10)之第一連接側(15)也分別設有第二連接側(24)，進一步說明，各個第二連接側(24)之縱向間距較第一連接側(15)之間距為長，故第二連接側(24)如第四圖所示係呈雙面折疊，以便簾布(20)是一節一節對應摺疊於封閉式簾體(10)上，形成一層層收摺的羅馬簾，而為固定簾布(20)於封閉式簾體(10)，因此如第三、四圖所示，以第一、二連接側(15)(24)係透過車縫方式的縫定部(30)，其中呈上下重疊一小部份的第連接側(24)疊置於第一連接側(15)下側緣，透過縫定部(30)予以車縫固定，因而簾布(20)的各個第二連接側(24)呈摺疊狀地固定於封閉式簾體(10)上。
　　另如第五、六圖的實施例，係說明簾布(20)結合於封閉式簾體(10)的另種型態，其中第二連接側(25)係先以封閉狀的U形口(251)包住第一連接側(15)外側緣，U形口(251)的自由側(252)則夾貼住第一連接側(15)之上、下側，緣，使第一連接側(15)上、下、外側面都受到第二連接側(25)的三面包覆，之後再配合縫定部(30)車縫固定第一、二連接側(15)(25)之重疊處，達到簾布(20)結合於封閉式簾體(10)而組成羅馬簾。
　　由於控制升降的封閉式簾體(10)，其將隱藏控制拉繩，所以簾布(20)結合於封閉式簾體(10)組成羅馬簾，完全不會存在拉繩外露，以致孩童會嬉鬧繞頸的意外事故。
　　上述實施例僅為例示性說明本創作之技術及其功效，而非用於限制本創作。任何熟於此項技術人士均可在不違背本創作之技術原理及精神的情況下，對上述實施例進行修改及變化，因此本創作之權利保護範圍應如後所述之申請專利範圍所列。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種羅馬簾結構改良，其係包含：
    一封閉式簾體，其包含一上樑以及一連結於該上樑內而可收折、展開之蜂巢簾，該上樑一側固定一第一固件，該蜂巢簾沿著簾面的縱向高度，間隔地在數外緣處分設有一第一連接側；
    一簾布，其為布材，一端對應該上樑設有一結合端，該結合端設有一第二固件用以對應連結該第一固件，該簾布對應該第一連接側亦設置一第二連接側，該第一、二連接側係以車縫方式的縫定部來連結固定，使該簾布是對應摺疊於該封閉式簾體而形成一層層收摺的羅馬簾。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之羅馬簾結構改良，所述封閉式簾體第一、二固件為魔鬼氈。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之羅馬簾結構改良，所述簾布之第二連接側呈上下重疊一小部份，而疊置於第一連接側下側緣，由縫定部車縫固定。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之羅馬簾結構改良，所述簾布之第二連接側係以封閉狀的U形口包住第一連接側外側緣，U形口的自由側夾貼第一連接側之上、下側，緣，供第一連接側上、下、外側面都受到第二連接側的三面包覆，以配合縫定部車縫固定第一、二連接側。
