Description

連接元件
本創作係有關於一種連接元件,特別係指用於兩組件間導電連結之連接元件,其可在兩組件間,特別是電路板上,盡可能無耗損地傳輸高頻訊號。
一般連接元件之必要條件為,即使在兩電路板之平行度與距離在一固定公差範圍內,亦可確保高頻訊號的無損耗傳輸;除此之外,低生產成本與安裝簡易亦為此種連接元件所必備之特徵,為此,連接元件軸向與徑向尺寸大小應盡量縮小。
而目前所使用之此類連接元件之設計主要有下列兩種:
第一種設計為,於兩電路板間利用兩個固定連接於電路板上之同軸插接器,以及一個可連接二同軸插頭之連接器-亦即所謂的”Bullet“-所形成,前述連接器可平衡彌補軸向、徑向以及平行度之公差,可應用之典型同軸插接器為SMP、迷你SMP或是FMC。
另一種方式為,利用單一導線與/或多重導線構造之彈簧探針,即所謂的Pogo Pin,此種彈簧探針包含一外殼、一部分位於該外殼內部之頭部以及一支撐於該外殼與頭部之間的盤簧,由彈力與長度來看,該盤簧需具有較大之長度,此對裝置於彈簧探針軸向上之組件具有負面影響,在使用單一導線構造時其缺點在於,必須為特定之訊號與接 地引腳型式,以達到足夠之導電性;而多重導線構造則因其複雜結構,較為昂貴且易發生失誤。
本創作之主要功能在於,提供一改良型可用於兩組件間導電連結之連接元件,其特徵尤其是指,為了達到彌補安裝公差特性而設計之低成本生產,本創作之連接元件同時具有簡易、低失誤之構造,以及安裝便利之功效。
本創作之中心概念在於,兩組件間利用一構造簡單,優先為一單一導線來達成導電連接,且與兩連結組件間之組裝公差彌補可藉由該導線結構上之型變來達成。
本創作使用一導線,其包含一管狀外壁,該管狀外壁具有至少一可降低其軸向剛性之開口,其中該管狀外壁之軸向剛性很低,使得兩組件組裝時特別因組裝公差所產生之應力可使外壁產生一必要之軸向型變。
本創作為可降低該管狀外壁軸向剛性之簡易且便宜之方法,於該管狀外壁上形成螺旋狀排列之開口。
本創作該螺旋狀排列之開口,係為沿著軸向與圓周方向排列。
本創作之連接元件具有至少兩組上述螺旋狀排列之開口,且由該管狀外壁之兩端開始相互朝對方排列而去,其中,該至少兩組螺旋狀排列之開口最多僅延伸至該管狀外壁長度之一半,且不貫穿該外壁。
本創作為具有多數個平行與/或螺旋狀排列之開口,尤其是可具有一第一組螺旋狀排列之開口以及第二組螺旋狀 排列之開口,其中該兩組螺旋狀排列之開口由管狀外壁兩端出發互相朝對方排列而去,在使用螺旋狀排列之開口時,導線之軸向型變會導致由螺旋狀排列之開口所分割之外壁截面之一相對轉動,而本創作之最大優點在於,可在該管狀外壁上之一區域內降低此種導線之軸向型變,該區域為介於兩組螺旋狀排列之開口之間,藉此,可確保用於與兩組件接觸之管狀外壁兩端,避免受到由此種軸向型變所產生之扭轉應力之作用。
本創作之連接元件為在該管狀外壁之至少一端上設有一傾斜於該管狀外壁長軸之彈性片(對應基準為個別彈性片起始點與終點間之連線),此種彈性片之設計優點在於可彌補兩組件相互接合面上之平行度公差,也可使得該彈性片在至少一邊緣上達到彌補修正兩組件在軸向與徑向位置的目的(以導線外壁為基準)。
本創作之連接元件為該管狀外壁在至少一端具有接合面,該接合面較管狀外壁之截面積為大,此種加大面積之設計優點在於可簡化兩組件間安全連接之製作。
製作此種加大接合面積的方法,可為將該管狀外壁頂端製成九十度之端面。
為了確保訊號(特別是高頻訊號)經由其特徵為一或多數個開口之導線的良好傳輸,優先設計為該第一導線可與一第二導線形成導電及可移動接觸(相對於以第一導線之截面),此種第一導線與第二導線間的接觸特別可位於第一導線之一截面上,於該管狀外壁上設有開口,在傳導電 能以及訊號(特別指高頻訊號)時,該第二導線可支撐該第一導線,其中藉由軸向上至少部分可移動性,該第一導線之型變可確實彌補兩組件之安裝位置公差。
其優先設計為,該第二導線構造為一封閉管狀外壁,以便可傳輸一訊號,特別指高頻訊號。
本創作之連接元件,其中,該導線之型式為一同軸連接元件之外導線,且圍繞於一位於內部之另一導線(內導線)之外,該內導線可優先為一彈簧探針構造,故其包含一外殼、一部分伸入外殼內之活塞、以及一盤簧,該盤簧支撐於該活塞及該外殼之間,該彈簧探針之特徵在於對特別是高頻訊號之良好傳導性,以及對兩組件組合時位置公差之敏感度;兩組件間距離公差可藉由該活塞進入該外殼內部之滑動加以彌補,該盤簧此時可提供將該活塞壓入兩相鄰元件之足夠壓力。
介於外導線與內導線間具有一絕緣元件,該絕緣元件為了保持良好之操作特性,可與該內導線及該外導線之至少一截面固定接合,此時,該絕緣元件只要具有較低彈性係數,且不會或是僅些微阻礙本創作所揭露之該外導線之軸向型變,便可與該外導線完全固定接合。
有關本創作為達上述之使用目的與功效,所採用之技術手段,茲舉出較佳可行之實施例,並配合圖式所示,詳述如下:
本創作之實施例,請參閱第一~三圖所示,連接元件 包含一內導線1、一外導線2、以及一位於該內導線1與該外導線2之間的絕緣元件3,該內導線1之型式為一傳統之彈簧探針構造,也就是說包含一外殼4、一可部分於該外殼4內可移動具有活塞桿5之活塞、以及該活塞一端為圓形之頭部6,於該外殼4內安裝有一盤簧(未於圖中標示),該盤簧係支撐於該活塞底部與該外殼之間。
該外導線2包含一具有管狀外壁之第一導線7,其內具有多數個螺旋狀排列之開口8,該螺旋狀排列之開口8區分為兩組,其中一組由第一圖所示之上端出發,延伸排列至接近外壁(軸向上)中點,第二組則由第一圖所示之下端出發,延伸排列至接近外壁(軸向上)中點,該螺旋狀排列之開口8具有對角線排列部分以及軸向排列之截面,一組螺旋狀排列之開口8其整體截面與另一組為平行。
第一圖下方所示之外壁端面為九十度之端面,使得所形成之接合面大於外壁之截面;第一圖上方所示之外壁端面環繞有多數個彈性片9,該彈性片9於徑向向上朝外呈九十度彎曲排列,而彈性片9所形成之截面端即為接合面。
外導線2包含一第一導線7及一同為管狀構造、長度與絕緣元件3相同且與之固定接合(如黏合)之第二導線10,該第二導線10之外壁為封閉構造且不具有開口,位於第一圖下方所示之第一導線7外壁上之開口8與該第二導線10間可做固定接合,藉此可使連接元件之所有組件彼此固定接合,此時第一圖上方所示之第一導線7的上部與第二導線10間可相對移動。
為了於兩電路板間利用本創作之連接元件造成一可傳輸高頻訊號之連接,首先將連接元件之一端面連接至第一電路板11(如第二圖所示);接著組裝上第二電路板12,該第二電路板12藉由一固定之壓力緊壓於連接元件之上端(如第三圖所示),此一壓力可隨著兩電路板11、12之位置公差而自行調整,第二電路板12緊壓於連接元件上,可使得內導線1內部之活塞於盤簧彈力相反方向上滑動,以此產生之彈性預力可於內導線1之頭部6與電路板12上相對應之位置間提供一穩固之接觸。
此外,第二電路板12之下壓亦使得可彈性偏移之彈性片9產生些微的形變,原因在於,外導線2之第一導線7之全長僅微量大於第一電路板11與第二電路板12間可容許之距離公差,雖然彈性片9亦可彌補兩電路板11、12彼此距離之公差,但其主要功能仍在於彌補兩連接電路板11、12間彼此平行度之公差。
彌補兩電路板11、12間距離公差之功能,主要由本創作之第一導線7之外壁設計所擔負,藉由外壁上之內螺旋狀排列之開口8可使軸向剛性極低,使得該管狀外壁可在兩電路板11、12間依需求盡可能地型變,其中螺旋狀排列之開口8的具體排列為兩組朝向對方排去之構造,其優點為第一導線7之軸向型變,僅會造成由兩組螺旋狀排列之開口8所隔開之中央區域之相對扭轉(如第三圖所示),如此,可使兩電路板11、12與第一導線7間的接合處不受扭轉應力之作用。
綜上所述,本創作確實已達到所預期之使用目的與功效,且更較習知者為之理想、實用,惟,上述實施例僅係針對本創作之較佳實施例進行具體說明而已,此實施例並非用以限定本創作之申請專利範圍,舉凡其它未脫離本創作所揭示之技術手段下所完成之均等變化與修飾,均應包含於本創作所涵蓋之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種連接元件,係用於兩組件間導電連結之連接元件,該連接元件係設有外導線與內導線,該外導線具有第一導線及第二導線,其特徵在於:該第一導線設有管狀外壁,該管狀外壁具有至少一可降低軸向剛性之開口。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接元件,其中,該開口為螺旋狀排列。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接元件,其中,該螺旋狀排列之開口係具有至少二分別由兩端出發,互相朝對方延伸而去。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接元件,其中,該管狀外壁於至少一端上具有相對於外壁長軸為傾斜之彈性片。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接元件,其中,該管狀外壁於至少一端具有一接合面,該接合面大於該管狀外壁之截面積。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之連接元件,其中,該接合面為該管狀外壁之端緣。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接元件,其中,該第一導線與該第二導線間具有導電且可於軸向上移動之接觸。
