Description

木螺絲
  本創作有關於一種螺絲,尤指一種應用於鎖固木材之木螺絲。
  按,螺絲具有快速鎖接固定的優點,因此已廣泛被應用於結合各種材料的工件上,例如木材、塑膠、金屬或水泥等,一般木螺絲作工時是將螺絲尖端鑽入表面,並利用螺牙切削工件以形成螺紋孔,再進一步螺入工件的內部,達到螺固的目的。
  然,螺絲在螺入工件時,會產生一旋轉扭力,當扭力過大便會導致螺絲產生滑牙或螺紋孔破裂等情形,而螺絲的設計影響著旋轉扭力的大小,影響扭力的因素非常多,像螺絲的直徑與螺距越大其扭力需要越大,相對的得花費更多的力氣和時間方能使螺絲與工件鎖固,但使用者卻常常忽略了螺絲的設計需求,而造成一些使用上的缺憾。
  為避免上述之情形發生,本創作人潛心研究,並結合從事相關事業的多年經驗,提出一種木螺絲,以達到良好的螺固效果。
  本創作之目的在於,提供一種木螺絲,其設計之尺寸規格係經由本創作人重複驗證後,成為可降低旋轉扭力及提升鎖固強度之螺絲。
  本創作提供一種木螺絲,該木螺絲包含一螺頭及一桿體,該螺頭頂部設有供螺絲起子旋扭之旋動槽;該桿體為一圓形桿體並由該螺頭底端向下延伸,該桿體環設有螺牙部,該螺牙部設為等角螺牙,該等角螺牙之對稱角和為40度,其對稱角和的容許範圍可增加5度或減少5度,該螺牙部之牙尖至該桿體端面所形成的牙高為0.5~3.5公厘,該等角螺牙之外徑為6~14公厘,該外徑與該螺牙部之螺距比值為1~2.5。
  綜上所述,本創作人係依據設計理論,並實際的使用測試,計算出螺絲最適當的尺寸規格,使螺絲作工時可有效降低旋轉扭力並增加鎖固強度,進而減少螺絲與工件產生崩壞之情形發生,俾利提高工作效率與使用效益。
  以下藉由具體實施例配合所附的圖式詳加說明,當更容易瞭解本創作之目的、技術內容、特點及其所達成之功效。
  首先,請參閱第1及2圖所示,為本創作之第一實施例,本創作一種木螺絲,該木螺絲1包含一螺頭2及一桿體3,其中:
  該螺頭2頂部設有供螺絲起子旋扭之旋動槽21;該桿體3為一圓形桿體並由該螺頭2底端向下延伸,其末端形成尖錐部31,該桿體3環設有螺牙部32,該螺牙部32設為等角螺牙,等角螺牙是指該螺牙部32在牙尖321處的第一切削面322及第二切削面323與該牙尖321延伸之水平面形成二對稱角θ,該對稱角θ理想角度為20度,二對稱角θ和為40度,該對稱角θ和的容許範圍可增加5度或減少5度,該牙尖321至該桿體3端面所形成的牙高H為0.5~3.5公厘,該等角螺牙之外徑D為6~14公厘,該外徑D與該螺牙部32之螺距P比值為1~2.5,藉此規格設計,使木螺絲1可有效降低作工時之旋轉扭力,進而增加鎖固強度。
  該比值之關係式:1≦外徑D/螺距P≦2.5。
  請同時參閱第3及4圖所示,為本創作之第二實施例,本創作木螺絲1a之桿體3a底端一側更成型有一割尾槽33a,其供容納並排出切削工件所產生之切屑。
  再參閱第5及6圖所示,為本創作之第三實施例,本創作木螺絲1b之桿體3b底部設置有一切削螺牙部34b,該切削螺牙部34b具有三個螺旋牙鋒341b,該螺旋牙鋒341b係由該尖錐部31b底端往上與該螺牙部32b之螺旋方向呈同向螺旋設置,該螺旋牙鋒341b之螺旋角度相較於該螺牙部32b之螺旋角度為陡,使木螺絲1b可於螺入工件時,提升對工件物料的斬削效果;且該螺牙部32b自該尖錐部31b起取適當長度於外周緣設有鋸齒切刃324b,得以有效降低木螺絲1b旋動時的摩擦力;請同時參閱第7及8圖,為本創作之第四實施例,本實施例係與第二實施例作結合,該木螺絲1c更可同時增設該割尾槽33c,以達到極佳的工作效率與使用效益。
  再參閱第9及10圖所示,為本創作之第五實施例,本創作木螺絲1d之桿體3d之末端可設成一鑽頭部31d,而該螺牙部32d自該鑽頭部31d起取適當長度於外周緣設有鋸齒切刃324d。
  再參閱第11及12圖所示,為本創作之第六實施例,本創作木螺絲1e之桿體3e之末端可設成一釘頭部31e,而該螺牙部32e自該釘頭部31e起取適當長度於外周緣設有鋸齒切刃324e。
  綜上所述,僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,在不離本創作精神之範圍,熟習此項技藝者憑之而作之各種變化、修飾與應用,皆應涵蓋於本創作中,因此本創作的保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種木螺絲,該木螺絲包含一螺頭及一桿體,其中:
    該螺頭,其頂部設有供螺絲起子旋扭之旋動槽;
    該桿體,其為一圓形桿體並由該螺頭底端向下延伸,該桿體環設有螺牙部,該螺牙部設為等角螺牙,該等角螺牙之對稱角和為40度,該對稱角和的容許範圍可增加5度或減少5度,該螺牙部之牙尖至該桿體端面所形成的牙高為0.5~3.5公厘,該等角螺牙之外徑為6~14公厘,該外徑與該螺牙部之螺距比值為1~2.5。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之木螺絲,其中,該桿體之末端設為一尖錐部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之木螺絲,其中,該桿體底端一側更成型有一割尾槽。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2或3項所述之木螺絲,其中,該桿體底部設置有一切削螺牙部,該切削螺牙部具有三個螺旋牙鋒,該螺旋牙鋒係由該尖錐部底端往上與該螺牙部之螺旋方向呈同向螺旋設置,該螺旋牙鋒之螺旋角度相較於該螺牙部之螺旋角度為陡,且該螺牙部自該尖錐部起取適當長度於外周緣設有鋸齒切刃。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之木螺絲,其中,該桿體之末端設為一鑽頭部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之木螺絲,其中,該螺牙部自該鑽頭部起取適當長度於外周緣設有鋸齒切刃。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之木螺絲,其中,該桿體之末端設為一釘頭部。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之木螺絲,其中,該螺牙部自該釘頭部起取適當長度於外周緣設有鋸齒切刃。
