M383161 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創關於一種觸控面板,特指投射電容式的觸控面 板。 【先前技術】 ^ 觸控式面板之技術依其原理主要區分為電容式、電阻 式、音波式、紅外線式等等,其中電容式觸控面具有防水、 Φ 防刮、較高的透光度等優點,主要應用在較高階的顯示器 產ησ上’其觸控原理又可細分為表面電容式以及投射電容 式兩種,其中投射電容式技術由於可供多點觸控操作,因 此在影音產品上的應用也逐漸的擴展。 則述投射電谷式技術,主要是在兩基板上分別設有由 氧化銦錫(ΙΤΟ)形成的複數佈線區’且兩基板周邊分別設有 複數導線’該些導線呈不透明且兩端分別與佈線區以及位 _於基板一側邊的—軟性電路板連接,用以將佈線區的訊號 Φ 傳輸至軟性電路板,而使用投射電容式觸控面板的電子產 品’為了美觀上的考量,皆會在該觸控面板頂面上設置有 —罩板’該罩板相應於觸控面板的導線區域係塗佈有不透 明的油墨’藉以遮蔽該些導線,惟該罩板的使用除有製作 成本上升的問題外,亦會造成產品整體厚度增加,導致產 品無法滿足薄型化的需求。 【新型内容】 有鐾於觸控式電子產品在使用上述現有技術之投射電 谷式觸控面板時,必須另搭配使用罩板來遮蔽導線’導致 3 M383161 量的導線(34),該些導線(34)可為銀導線,其一端分別連接 於對應的連接埠(33),而另一端連接至該軟性電路板(2〇); 配合參見第四圖所示,其係上板(40)的仰視圖,該上板 (40) 設置於所述絕緣膠層(10)與軟性電路板(2〇)的頂面,且 於其底面設有複數平行排列且具有共同軸向之上佈線區 (41) ’上佈線區(41)之軸向係垂直於所述下佈線區(3 2)之轴 向,各上佈線區(41)包括相互串接的複數觸點(411),該些 觸點(411)可由氧化姻錫所構成,其對應位於下板(3〇)頂面 籲未設置有觸點(321)之位置,另上板(40)底面周緣設有—不 透光的絕緣油墨層(42) ’其覆蓋位於各上佈線區(41)轴向上 的一側的各觸點(411)的邊緣處’並且與下板(3〇)之各下佈 線區(32)的連接埠(33)及導線(34)呈重疊,配合參見第五圖 所示,絕緣油墨層(42)覆蓋上佈線區(41)的各觸點(411)處分 別凹s又有通至觸點(411)的預留槽(421),該些預留槽(421)内 分別設有一導體(422),各導體(422)底面分別設有一連接埠 (43) ’另絕緣油墨層(42)的底面設有對應於連接埠(43)數量 的導線(44),該些導線(44)可為銀導線,其一端分別連接至 對應的連接埠(43),而另一端分別連接至所述軟性電路板 (20)。 本創作中’所述上板(40)底面周緣形成絕緣油墨層 (42) ,而所述導線(44)係形成於該絕緣油墨層(42)的底面, 其一端連接於軟性電路板(20),而另一端係連接於連接埠 (43) ,從而可透過連接埠(43)及導體(422)與上佈線區的 觸點(411)之間呈電連接,據以將上佈線區(41)的觸點(4ιι) 的訊號傳遞至軟性電路板(2〇),而由於絕緣油墨層(42)呈不 6 M383161 透光,且其與下板(30)的連接埠(33)以及導線(34)呈重疊, 疋以’配合參見第六圖所示’自觸控面板的頂面觀看時, 絕緣油墨層(42)可遮蔽上板(40)及下板(3〇)上的導線(44)(34) 與連接埠(43)(33),故本創作之觸控面板使用於—電子產品 時,該產品上無需額外設置一罩板來遮蔽導線(34)(44)與連 接埠(33)(43),從而可達到節省成本以及減少產品厚度之目 的〇 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖為本創作之立體外觀圖。 第二圖為本創作於上板掀起狀態之部分分解圖。 第三圖為本創作中下板之立體外觀圖。 第四圖為本創作中上板之仰視圖。 第五圖為第四圖的5-5剖面圖。 第六圖為本創作的上視圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 (10)絕緣膠層 (20)軟性電路板 (30)下板 (32) 下佈線區 (33) 連接埠 (40)上板 (411)觸點 (421)預留槽 (43)連接埠 (11)凹槽 (31)電磁遮蔽層 (321)觸點 (34)導線 (41) 上佈線區 (42) 絕緣油墨層 (422)導體 (44)導線 7

  1. M383161 99. 4. 年月 六、申請專利範圍: 1.一種投射電容式觸控面板,其包含有: 一絕緣膠層,其自一側邊内凹形成有一凹槽;
    一軟性電路板,其設置於所述絕緣膠層的凹槽内; 一下板,其設置於所述絕緣膠層與軟性電路板的底面, 且其底面形成一電磁遮蔽層,而頂面設有複數平行排列且 具有共同轴向之下佈線區,各下佈線區包括複數相串接的 觸點’且位於各下佈線區軸向上的一側的各觸點的邊緣處 分別設有連接埠’下板的頂面尚設有對應連接埠數量的導 線’其一端分別連接於對應的連接埠,而另一端連接至所 述軟性電路板; 一上板’其設置於所述絕緣膠層與電路板的頂面,且 於其底面設有複數平行排列且具有共同軸向之上佈線區, 各上佈線區包括相互串接的複數觸點,且上佈線區之轴向 係垂直於下佈線區之軸向’上板底面周緣另設有一不透光 的絕緣油墨層,其覆蓋位於各上佈線區軸向上的一側的各 觸點的邊緣處’並且與下板之各下佈線區的連接埠及導線 呈重疊’絕緣油墨層上凹設有複數分別通至各觸點的預留 槽’該些預留槽内分別設有一導體,各導體底面分別設有 一連接埠,另絕緣油墨層的底面設有對應於連接埠數量的 導線,該些導線的一端分別連接至對應的連接埠,而另一 端分別連接至所述軟性電路板。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之投射電容式觸控面 板,其中所述導線係銀導線。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之投射電容式觸控面 M383161 09· 4· 9修正Η曰補充 板,其中該電磁遮蔽層由氧化銦錫所構成。 4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之投射電容式觸控面 板,其中該電磁遮蔽層由氧化銦錫所構成。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項任一項所述之投射電容 式觸控面板,其中所述上、下佈線區的觸點由氧化銦錫所 構成。 七、圖式:(如次頁)
