M264892 g、創作說明（1) 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係關於一種鞋墊結構之改良，特別是提供一種 上軟下硬兼具底部支撐良好及彈性氣墊吸震效果之複合 式鞋墊。 【先前技術】 根據美國足部協會研究統計，一般人行走時足部所承 受的壓力約相當於其自身體重，跑步時則可能高達其體 重的3 - 4倍，以一個體重6 0公斤的人為例，累積一天下來 足部所承受的壓力將可高達6 0 0〜1 2 0 0公噸。因此，僅僅 藉由鞋墊一層薄薄的泡棉對抗來自地面巨大的反震壓 力，雙腳自然容易產生疲勞酸痛，長久下來無形中已造 成膝蓋、腰部甚至脊椎的傷害。 為能有效舒緩足部所受壓力，各式各樣號稱具有氣墊 功能之鞋墊於焉產生，藉所謂彈性吸震、支撐足弓、保 護足弓氣室來減輕腳部承受的壓力並增加足部舒適度。 例如美國發明第5，2 1 8，0 5 6號專利揭露一種彈性氣墊構 造，係於相對於腳蹏骨及腳跟骨位置預設凹槽，並於該 凹槽内置放片狀彈性氣墊。又如美國發明第4，9 1 8，8 3 8號 專利揭露另一種彈性氣墊構造，係將圓柱狀吸震元件置 放於鞋跟處所預設之圓孔。 以上述構造所製成之氣墊鞋固然具有減低重量回震的 能力，但其構造仍嫌繁雜，且吸震元件使用日久後易因 位移形成定位不良，進而無法保證吸震元件以最正確的 角度與腳底接觸，反而產生所謂瑱腳的不適感。

此外，本國新型第9 0 2 1 5 3 3 7號「軟硬兼具之複合式鞋 中底」專利案則提供一種藉由同一材質但軟硬不同的物 性，以雙射出機同時射出一體成型之複合式鞋中底，該 鞋中底之板面具有一硬質端部及至少一軟性端部，並且 使該硬質端部與該軟性端部之接合為漸進式的結合，該 軟性端部性質較為柔韌容易彎折變形，該硬質端部則較 為硬挺不易彎折變形。惟該軟性端部係局部性設置於硬 質之板面，因此製造時要求之精密度相形較高，而局部 軟性端部使用日久後之摩損程度將無法與硬質板面同 步，形成軟性端部與硬質板面不在同一平面而有蹟腳不 適感之虞。 【新型内容】 本案申請人乃氣墊鞋專業製造廠商，有鑒於上述習用 產品之既存缺點，乃戮力開發具有一種複合式鞋墊。
即，本創作之目的在於提供一種複合式鞋墊，係由上 墊與下墊所複合而成，其中上墊係採用軟性材質一體成 型，而下墊則採用硬質材料一體成型，其中下墊於腳掌 右側亦即腳趾骨右側區域設為缺口 ，而上墊相對於該缺 口則向下設有突塊，使上墊與下墊藉由突塊與缺口結合 為一，藉由複合後軟質上墊具備之彈性吸震功能以舒緩 足部壓力，而硬質下墊則以向上支撐軟質上墊避免向下 坍陷之效果，提供一種兼具底部支撐良好及彈性氣墊吸 震效果之鞋墊。 【實施方式】

本創作複合式鞋墊之特徵在於下墊2於腳掌右側亦即 腳趾骨右側區域設為缺口 2 1，而上墊1相對於該缺口 2 1則 向下設有突塊11(如第二圖所示），使上墊1與下墊2藉由 突塊1 1與缺口 2 1結合為一（如第一圖所示），該結合手段 可於一體成型過程中融結或一體成型完成後膠黏。 藉由上述複合而成之鞋墊具有上軟下硬之特質，而軟 質上墊用以彈性吸震以舒緩足部壓力，而硬質下墊則具 有向上支撐軟質上墊避免坍陷之功能。進而提供一種兼 具底部支撐良好及彈性氣墊吸震效果之鞋墊，有效舒緩 使用者行走時對腳底的反壓力。
綜合以上所述可知，本創作以極為精簡的構造創造出 效果顯著之複合式鞋墊，使有效提供底部支撐及吸震緩 衝以達到減低重量回震的目的，深具健康意義，其實用 功效當無庸置疑，而本創作又從未公諸於市或見於其他 刊物，實已符合專利法之規定，爰依法提出專利申請
