Description
この出願は、2009年6月2日にファイルされた米国仮出願61/217,708、発明の名称「健康靴」を優先権の基礎とし、その全体の開示内容が参考のためこの明細書に組み入れられる。
本発明は、主として、歩行周期中に使用者を支援する靴に関するものであり、より詳細には、歩行周期中の均等な足圧および適切な配置(アライメント)を維持するように使用者を支援するものである。
本発明の一形態は、本底に動作可能に結合した靴の甲を含む靴本体を有する履物製品を含む。靴本体は、前方部および後方部を有する。中底は、靴の甲の内部に設けられており、略非弾性の踵部および略弾性の爪先部を有する。略剛性の加圧プレートが略弾性の爪先部に隣接している。
図1Aは、本発明の一実施形態に係る靴を示す側面図である。
以下の説明では、「上方」「下方」「右」「左」「後方」「前方」「縦」「横」およびこれらの派生語は、本発明を図1のように向けて関連付ける。しかし、本発明において、明確に特定した場合を除いて、種々の別の方向付けを取りうることは理解される。また、図面および以下の明細書に記載されたに示された具体的な装置およびプロセスは、単に、添付の特許請求の範囲で特徴付けられた本発明の概念の典型的な形態である。従って、以下で開示された具体的な寸法および他の物理的物性は、特許請求の範囲で明確に記載されていなければ、限定的にはみなされない。
Claims (17)
- 歩行を改善する履物製品であって、
本底に動作可能に結合した靴の甲を含む靴本体であって、前方部および後方部を有する靴本体と、
靴の甲の内部に設けられた中底であって、略非弾性の踵部および略弾性の爪先部を有する中底と、
略弾性の爪先部に隣接する略剛性の加圧プレートとを備え、
上記加圧プレートは、使用者の中足骨に略並べられ、中底の足底面から下方へ突出した凸部を有し、
上記凸部は、前足の圧力を、加圧プレートの表面に沿って拡げるようになっている履物製品。 - 非弾性の踵部と中底との間に設けられた弾力吸収パッドをさらに備える請求項1に記載の履物製品。
- 中底と本底との間に設けられた弾力吸収パッドをさらに備える請求項1に記載の履物製品。
- 略非弾性の踵部の厚さが、略弾性の爪先部の厚さの約2倍である請求項1に記載の履物製品。
- 中底を覆うように設けられた緩和層をさらに備える請求項1に記載の履物製品。
- 緩和層は、略非弾性物質から構成された背面部と、略弾性材料から構成された前面部とを有する請求項5に記載の履物製品。
- 略非弾性の踵部と略弾性の爪先部との間にあり、上記靴本体の後方部から前方の前方部まで下向きのエネルギーを移動させるレバーを備える請求項1に記載の履物製品。
- 歩行を改善する履物製品用の挿入物であって、
略非弾性の踵部および略弾性の爪先部を有する中底と、
非弾性の踵部の下方に設けられた弾力吸収パッドと、
略弾性の爪先部に隣接する略剛性の加圧プレートとを備え、
上記加圧プレートは、使用者の中足骨に略並べられ、中底の足底面から下方へ突出した凸部を有し、
上記凸部は、前足の圧力を、加圧プレートの表面に沿って拡げるようになっている履物製品用の挿入物。 - 中底と表底との間に設けられた中間ソールをさらに備える請求項8に記載の履物製品用の挿入物。
- 略非弾性の踵部の厚さが、略弾性の爪先部の厚さの約2倍である請求項8に記載の履物製品用の挿入物。
- 中底を覆うように設けられた緩和層をさらに備える請求項8に記載の履物製品用の挿入物。
- 緩和層は、略非弾性物質から構成された背面部と、略弾性材料から構成された前面部とを有する請求項11に記載の履物製品用の挿入物。
- 略非弾性の踵部と略弾性の爪先部との間にあり、靴本体の後方部から前方の前方部まで下向きのエネルギーを移動させるレバーを備える請求項8に記載の履物製品用の挿入物。
- 本底に動作可能に結合した靴の甲を設け、
靴の内部に中底を挿入し、
中底に略弾性の爪先部を形成し、
中底の略弾性の爪先部より上方に略非弾性の踵部を形成し、
略非弾性の踵部の下方に弾性吸収パッドを接続し、
略弾性の爪先部に隣接する略剛性の加圧プレートを設け、
上記加圧プレートは、使用者の中足骨に略並べられ、中底の足底面から下方へ突出した凸部を有し、
上記凸部は、前足の圧力を、加圧プレートの表面に沿って拡げるようになっており、
使用者の足を靴に置くことによって、歩行中に自然な歩行周期を進める、人の歩行を改善する方法。 - 略剛性の加圧プレートを設ける工程は、略剛性の加圧プレートを中底と一体的に形成する請求項14に記載の方法。
- 中底を覆う2成分の上部カバーを設ける請求項14に記載の方法。
- 中底と表底との間に中間ソールを設ける請求項14に記載の方法。
