M263485 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 其特別係在渦卷壓 本創作係關於一種壓縮機油氣回收結構 縮機中形成一攔截潤滑油氣之結構者。 【先前技術】 習知渦卷壓縮機中,由於其具有許多動件,以及其動件之門 會發生摩擦,因而常使⑽滑油,提供各摩擦面之間的潤滑,^ 以減低其摩擦力’且進__步提升壓縮機之能源效率。另—方面, 由於這類渦卷壓縮機的潤滑油氣,係分部於各構件中,使得容易 將潤滑油氣夾帶至其產生的高壓卫作氣體中,造成潤滑油逐:損 失’而影響潤滑工作。因此,本創作基㈣用料壓縮機之缺失 而進行改良。 【新型内容】 本創作主要目的係提供一種壓縮機油氣回收結構,用以提供 回收工作氣體中所夾帶的潤滑油氣者。其主要係於渦卷麼縮機 中,,工作氣體回流之通道處設置—攔油板,使得卫作氣體中的潤 滑油氣凝結附著於攔油板表面上,並透過重力之作用,而達成潤 滑油回收至渦卷壓縮機之儲油槽者。 為使热悉该項技藝人士瞭解本創作之目的、特徵及功效,茲 藉由下述具體實施例,並配合所附之圖式,詳加說明如后。 M263485 【貫施方式】 每 > 睛參見第1圖所示為本創作壓縮機油氣回收結構的一種具體 實施7 ^其主要係於一渦卷壓縮機(1〇),並透過一封閉結構之殼體 (1)’裝設一渦卷裝置(3)以及一潤滑裝置(5),且各元件分述如下: 、亥f卷裝置(3)’係由一固定渦卷(3 1)以及一繞動渦卷(33)設置 ' ^撑座(35)所構成,經壓縮由一回流管(13)進入壓縮機(1〇)之 壓工作氣體(37)用以產生並輸出一高壓工作氣體(38),且該渦 卷名置(?)所產生之咼壓工作氣體(38),係可透過一出氣管(11)輸送 至需要此高壓工作氣體(38)之外部特定裝置中,再透過該回流管 (13)自則述之外部特定裝置中,將該低壓工作氣體(37)導引輸送回 渦卷壓縮機(1〇)中。 該潤滑裝置(5),係一提供渦卷壓縮機(1〇)所需潤滑油之結 構,其具有一儲油槽(51)以及一攔油板(53),該儲油槽(51)係設置 於4渦卷裝置(3)下方,用以儲存該潤滑油,且該攔油板(53)係一板 體環繞該渦卷裝置(3)所形成,且該攔油板(53)與該殼體(1)之間至 少會有局部形成貫通至該儲油槽(51)的外通道(55),且該攔油板(53) 與该渦卷裝置(3)之間也至少會有局部形成貫通至該儲油槽(51)的 内通道(57)。 月1J述之回流管(1 3)貫穿該殼體(1 ),而將低壓工作氣體(37)導引 輪送回渦卷壓縮機(10)中,且前述之攔油板(53)至少延伸至該回流 皆(13)貫穿該殼體(1)處,使得該回流管(13)流回的低壓工作氣體 (37)會直接衝擊該攔油板(53)。 前述之殼體(1)係由鑄件所構成,並使得該渦卷壓縮機(1〇)形 成—半密式渦卷壓縮機結構者。 M263485 基^述本創作之壓縮機油氣回收結構,當該渦卷壓縮機⑽ 之各几件的潤滑油氣,會隨著㈣卷壓縮機⑽所輪出之高壓工作 氣體⑽進人出氣管⑴),待低壓卫作氣體(37)自回流管(13)回到該 渦卷壓縮機⑽,低壓工作氣體(37)會直接進入該外通道⑽中°, :衝擊到該攔油板(53),如第2圖所顯示,使得低壓讀氣體⑼ ^的油氣會附著於該攔油板⑼上,並受到重力之作用而逐漸沿著 忒攔油板(53),自外通道(55)流回該儲油槽(51)中。 前述之满卷裝置(3)中,其固定漏卷⑼、燒動渴卷⑽以及支 芽座(35)等各具有相對運動的兀件之間,會分佈有潤滑裝置(5)所提 i、的/閏滑油乳,且可能會因為其中的動件之作動,而將潤滑油氣# 側向噴濺至該渦卷壓縮機(10)之殼體(1)。因此,本創作之潤滑裝置.
