M262527 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關-種R C鋼牆、隔間牆支架,此尤指—種可供金屬 網釘設而形成一容置空間,以供灌 贤璀叹此/旋土而形成一 R C鋼牆、隔間 牆之支架。 【先前技術】 按-般建_之11 c鋼牆、隔間牆其建築方式,主要是利用多數支架 (又稱月架)先仃架設好牆體支柱’並_金屬網触釘結於其外圍 後,再進行職作業,於難後就形成—牆體,其中所用料之社構, 如附件一公告編號第456393號專利案(下稱前案)其第一圖所 揭示者即是;惟此結構主要係於__鋼i 0上每隔定距沖設有一透 孔11,由於該透孔11部分之面積大,相對耗材廢料量亦高,使得 其製造成本始終高居不下,因而乃有此前案之創作。 【新型内容】 述已“j案雖可改善一般習式支架之缺失,惟查其骨條2 3係 橫向設置以賴其_以_,餘構上之抗剪強度㈣仍有不足 之處’尤其是罐她峨之峰嫩_直接關係到 建築物之抗震能力。 本案創作人有鑑於 x上、4式支架所存缺失,歷經改善終於完成本 M262527
案之創作,即本創作提出一種R c鋼牆、隔間牆支架,其係於二對應 平订之第u與第—主架體間,銲接有—抗剪力骨架,並中該 抗贫力骨㈣、域數妓臥_規關_蘭贼,其-分段 的兩端係分繼接於該第—域體無第二主籍之外側面。 又本創作提出-種R C鋼牆、隔間牆支架,其係於二對應且平行 之第-主架體與第二主架體間’銲接有—抗剪力轉,該抗剪力骨架 係-連續規則侧向彎折侧而成複數段分段之架體,且其每一分段的 兩端係分別連接_第-主架體與第二主架體之外側面藉此以強化 支架之側壓抗剪強度,以及易於自動化生產者。 本創作之效果’魏有效解決習式支架所存缺失,侧本創作之 -種R C鋼牆、隔間牆支架,不但可以強化支架整體之側壓抗剪強 度,且又能有效節省材料成本者。 【實施方式】 以下炫就本創作之組成元件及實施方式參照圖示加以說明: 凊參閱第一、二、四圖所示,本創作係由一第一主架體3丄、一 第二主架體3 2及-抗剪力骨架3 3所組成-支架3者,其中該第-主架體3 1與第二主架體3 2係相互對應平行設於該支架3之兩 側,又該第一主架體31與第二主架體3 2間銲接有一抗剪力骨架3 3,而該抗剪力骨架3 3係由複數支分段3 31以連續規則側向排列 M262527 所構成,其每一分段3 31的兩端3 3 2、3 3 3係分別連接於該第 一主架體31與該第二主架體3 2之外側面311、3 21,故當該 支架3承受來自縱向及橫向之壓力的同時,同樣會因剪力作用而產生 一斜側向的壓力,此時該抗剪力骨架3 3因係呈現連續側向的規則排 列,如此便會強化其承受及抵抗側向及斜向之剪力,藉此可提升該牆 體之側壓強度者。 藉由以上元件之組成,當欲築設一R c鋼牆、隔間牆時,則須先 以支架3架設完成一牆體支柱後,再於其前、後側各覆設金屬網5, 並以鋼釘51將該金屬網5釘於該第一、第二主架體31、3 2,此 日守該支架3與金屬網5間即圍設形成一容置空間以供灌入混凝土4 (如第二圖所示);由於該抗剪力骨架3 3係固設於該第一、第二主 表體31、3 2之一外側面31 1、3 21,於釘設鋼釘51時,即 使其位置擺設不正,鋼釘5 i之尾端亦不會碰撞到抗剪力骨架3 3, 故不㈢發生無法釘入或破壞骨架之情形者。 第五圖所揭示者,係本創作之另一實施例示意圖,其係於二對應 且平灯之第-主架體3 1與第二主架體3 2間,銲接有一抗剪力骨架 3 4 ’该抗剪力骨架3 4係一條呈連續規則側向彎折排列而成複數段 /刀段3 4 1之架體,且每一分段3 4的兩端3 4 2、3 4 3係分別連 接於《第-主架體3丄與第二主架體3 2之外側面3丄丄、3 2工, M262527 藉此以強化支架3之側壓抗剪強度,以及易於自動化生產者。 又上述本創作之抗剪力骨架3 3、3 4之斷面可為一柱體狀或一 片體狀之骨架者。 又上述本創作之各抗剪力骨架3 3、3 4的各分段3 31、3 4 1間係呈連續側向的規則排列,其形狀約略呈現一連續的鋸齒狀(如 第二、五圖所示),亦可如第六圖所示之抗剪力骨架3 5係約略呈現 一連續的Z字狀。 綜上所述,本創作之組成結構具有易於自動化生產與節省材料成 本’更能增加支架側壓強度及順利釘設金屬網以利於工程進行等進步 效益,爰依法提出專利申請。 【圖式簡單說明】 第圖,係本創作之局部分解立體示意圖。 第二圖,係本創作之平面示意圖。 第二圖,係本創作使用狀態之剖面示意圖。 第四圖,係本創作第一實施例之立體外觀圖。 第五圖係、本創作第二實施例之立體分解圖。 第六圖’係本創作第三實施例之平面示意圖。 附件一:公告編號第456393號專利案。 • ••支架 M262527 【主要元件符號說明】 31····第一主架體 32·· 3 1 1、3 21 · · · ·外側面 3 3、3 4、3 5 · · ·抗剪力骨架 332、333、342、343··· 3 41 · · ·分段 5.....金屬網 ••第二主架體 分段的兩端 5 1 · · · ·鋼釘 4 混凝土
