但是,使用轻钢屋架的轻钢建筑,无论在建筑设计、结构设计,还是在制作安装技术方面,还有很大的改进之处。目前使用的轻钢屋架在现场进行组装时,结构梁、结构柱、檩条等一般采用对接方式(如固接或铰接)进行连接。由于目前这种结构的轻钢屋架中使用了大量的结构梁、结构柱、檩条等,这种对接方式造成结合工艺复杂,同时产生严重的误差积累。因此,现有技术中使用的这种结构的屋架在实际使用时产生很多缺陷。
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明人于2009年8月20日向国家知识产提交的专利号为200920171128.9、名称为“设有连续双梁结构的轻钢屋架”的实用新型专利。该专利解决了以下技术问题,即简化了现场安装工艺,避免了现场安装过程中的误差积累。但是,在实际使用中,本发明人发现该发明也存在一些缺陷,比如连续梁或结构柱的结构或安装方式给后续房屋的建设、装修造成一些不方便之处,梁与柱之间结合处的强度问题,以及结构梁和结构柱本身的强度也有进一步改进之处。
另外,本发明人于2010年6月30日提交的专利号为201010216616.4 的发明专利“设有加强部件的方形轻钢构件”,对结构柱的一些结构进行了创新设计和改进。该发明的全部内容整体引入,作为本发明的一部分内容。
有鉴于上述现有的轻钢屋架存在的缺陷,本发明人在现有技术基础上,通过对结构梁、结构柱的结构进行重新设计,改进其连接方式,从而改进现有轻钢屋架的不足之处,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,克服现有的轻钢屋架存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型结构的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,所要解决的技术问题是使其结构更加合理,抗压和抗扭曲更好,从而使其抗震性能更加优良。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,所要解决的技术问题是通过对结构梁、结构柱、斜撑等部件的结构进行改进设计,从而使得结构梁、结构柱、斜撑等部件的强度更趋合理。
本发明的再一目的在于,通过对连续结构梁结构的改进,以及连续结构梁组合的改进和连续结构梁和结构柱之间连接方式的改变,从而提高本发明轻钢屋架的实用性,使得本发明具有更广泛的应用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其包括结构柱和连续结构梁,以及固定连接结构柱与连续结构梁的固定部件,其中所述的连续结构梁和所述结构柱在结合处是连续的,且不截断和不间断。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的结构柱为开口矩形柱或方形柱,所述的连续结构梁进一步为连续结构双梁,所述的连续结构双梁由结构相同或不同的单梁组合而成,,所述的连续结构双梁通过固定部件和所述的结构柱固定连接,分别设于结构柱的两侧。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁的结构为L形、U形、C形、Z形。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁进一步为 嵌入式连续结构梁。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的嵌入式连续结构梁的上下缘于所述结构柱两边线以内处切除嵌入,所述的连续结构梁的腹板和所述的结构柱贴合,并通过固定部件将所述结构柱与所述连续结构梁固定连接。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁和结构柱之间进一步设有用于加强支撑的斜撑。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的结构柱和/或所述的斜撑的结构为一定厚度的钢板一体冷弯成型的方形或矩形结构,该方形或矩形结构的三面封闭,一面设有开口。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的开口的宽度不超过该面总宽度的三分之一,所述开口的端部进一步设有卷边。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的结构柱、斜撑的内部空腔进一步填充混凝土或水泥砂浆。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构双梁之间或所述的嵌入式连续结构双梁之间填充有混凝土或水泥砂浆。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁、结构柱和斜撑的彼此连接处,以及所述连续结构梁的外侧设有外加补强结构。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的外加补强结构为金属制成的冷弯或热轧的L形、C形、U形或平板部件。
前述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,所述的固定部件的周边进一步设有焊接或铆接的钢板以增厚补强。
经由上述可知,本发明是关于一种设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,包括连续结构双梁、结构柱以及固定部件。本发明的屋架中的结构柱与连续结构双梁交叉结合,结合处梁柱不截断或不间断,屋架与屋架间的连接也采用连续梁与结构柱通过交叉结合,梁与柱结合处的也不截断或不间断。本发明的结构更加合理,屋架结构的支撑更加稳定,轻钢屋架的各种支撑件的接合工艺更加简化,消除了屋架安装过程中的误差积累,增强了屋架的结构强度,进而更加适于实用。
其中,“连续结构梁”的含义是指结构柱与结构梁交叉结合处的结构梁和结构柱不截断或不间断,以及屋架与屋架间的连接也采用连续梁与结构柱通过交叉结合,结合处的结构梁和结构柱也不截断或不间断。而现有技术则是在结构梁和结构柱交叉结合的地方,将梁或柱截断。
“嵌入式连续结构梁”的含义是指形状为L形、U形、C形、Z形的连续结构梁和方形或矩形结构柱交叉结合时,在结合处将连续结构梁的上下缘于柱两边线以内处切除嵌入,所述连续结构梁的腹板和结构柱贴合,从而实现结构梁的不间断或不截断。
在一实施例中,本发明提供的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,所述的连续结构双梁将结构柱夹住,并通过紧锁件将结构柱定位于连续双结构梁之间。
在一实施例中,所述的结构柱与斜撑进一步为开口矩形柱或方形柱,矩形柱的三面封闭,一面设置开口并于开口端部形成内弯卷边。
在一实施例中,所述的连续结构双梁进一步为嵌入式连续双梁,所述的嵌入式连续结构双梁的上下缘于柱两边线以内处切除,连续结构双梁将结构柱夹住,并通过紧锁件将结构柱与连续双结构梁接合。
在一实施例中,所述的紧锁件为螺栓或自攻螺丝。
在一实施例中,所述的嵌入式连续结构双梁为冷湾成形钢或热札钢,形状为L形、U形、Z形、C形,双梁的构型或结构可以是相同或不同的,即可以是L形或U形、Z形、C形的组合,亦可以是其他形式的组合。
在一实施例中,所述的嵌入式连续结构双梁之间设置防火隔板。
在一实施例中,进一步于连续结构双梁中间及结构柱、斜撑中间灌注水泥沙浆或混凝土泥浆。
在一实施例中,进一步于连续结构双梁外侧增设补强构件。所述补强构件为冷湾成形钢或热札钢,形状为U形、L形或钢板。
在一实施例中,连续结构梁和结构柱、斜撑交接并固定连接时,采用螺钉、螺栓的方式。进一步的,在螺栓孔外围以外加钢板固定于原构件(结构梁或斜撑)钢板补强。外加钢板固定于原构件钢板采用焊接或卯接。
借由上述技术方案,本发明设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架至少具有下列 优点:
第一,本发明设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架中采用的结构柱可以为开口矩形柱或方形柱的结构,其具有以下优点:(1)开口矩形柱或方形柱的结构柱的一面设有开口,且开口处收边弯折。这种结构不仅有利于加强开口两翼材料的侧向约束,有利于增强结构柱的抗压力及抗弯矩,而且也便于加强部件和方形主体结构的连接;(2)结构柱设有开口的一面间隔一定距离设有加强部件,该加强部件由钢板或其它强度和韧性好的材料制成,有利于增强方形轻钢构件的抗弯矩和抗压力及抗挫屈力;(3)结构柱可以根据结构力学计算决定是否在完成框架搭建完成后加入混凝土或水泥砂浆,从而使其性能具有更大的可操作性,适用范围和场合更加广泛;(4)结构柱其与梁或其它构件接合时,其一面的开口有助于工具及螺栓得以伸入并旋紧。
第二,本发明设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架中采用的结构梁的形状可以是嵌入式的,梁的形状或结构采用本发明特别设计的形状,如L形、U形、Z形、C形,其具有以下优点:(1)本发明的现场接合工艺简化;(2)本发明在现场接合时不会产生误差积累的问题;(3)本发明设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,通过双结构梁夹住结构柱,在配置高密度结构柱情况下,使得结构梁和结构柱的接合可以向结构梁的弱轴一侧提供约束力,从而增强了结构梁的抵抗力;(4)嵌入式连续结构梁和结构柱的外侧接近平齐,从而使得墙体的装修更容易,同时通过在嵌入式连续结构梁之间加设防火隔板(fire stop),既可以实现防火的功能,又可以作为灌浆(水泥浆、混凝土等类似物质)的模板。
第三,本发明设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架中,其中结构柱、斜撑的内部空腔填充有混凝土或水泥砂浆,嵌入式连续结构梁的内部空腔或所述的嵌入式连续结构梁之间的空腔内填充有混凝土或水泥砂浆。这种填满间隙的结构增强了结构梁的稳定性,提高了结构柱的强度,并形成对整个轻钢屋架的整体约束,减少了整体屋架的位移。
第四,本发明通过对结构梁内增设补强结构,从而加强了螺栓节点钢板的承受力,同时将受力点分散至其他构件。
第五,本发明通过对连续结构梁、结构柱和斜撑的彼此连接处设置补强结构,增加了固定连接件如螺栓节点钢板承受力。
综上所述,本发明特殊结构的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其具有上述诸多的优点及实用价值,并在同类产品中未见有类似的结构设计公开发表或使用而确属创新,其不论在产品的结构或功能上皆有较大的改进,在技术上有较大的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,且较现有的轻钢屋架具有增进的多项功效,从而更加适于实用,而具有产业的广泛利用价值,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的新设计。
上述说明仅是本发明技术方案的概述,为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段,并可依照说明书的内容予以实施,以下以本发明的较佳实施例并配合附图详细说明如后。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如下。
请参阅图1所示,嵌入式结构梁11和结构柱10交叉处的上下缘被除去,结构梁和结构柱通过螺栓30或自攻螺丝29固定连接。图1显示的本发明中结构梁和结构柱优选的固定连接方式。
图2A和2B分别显示了开口矩形或方形的结构柱、斜撑的截面示意图及其灌浆后的示意图。标号24显示的是方形结构柱或斜撑。标号25显示的是矩形结构柱或斜撑。
图3显示的是本发明优选实施例采用的连续结构梁的结构示意图,包括L形20、C形23、Z形22和U形21。
图4中显示的本发明优选外侧增设补强结构包括冷湾成形钢或热札钢,形状为U形26、L形27或钢板28。
图5A显示的双梁结构中的一个梁为嵌入式连续结构梁,图5B显示的是非嵌入式连续结构双梁,而图5C显示的是嵌入式连续结构双梁。
图6A、6B、6C和6D显示出的是本发明轻钢屋架中不同结构连续梁和结构柱的结合方式示意图。
图8A、8B和8C中所示的防火隔板41优选为钢板。图9A、9B和9C中所示的灌浆的浆料50可以是任何适合用于轻钢建筑的水泥砂浆或混凝土等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图5A、5B和5C,以及图6A、6B、6C和6D中示出的不同形状或结构的连续结构梁之间可以根据需要任意组合成连续结构双梁。上述图示并不构成对连续结构双梁的形状或其组合的限制。
请参阅图12、13和14,其显示的是本发明中连续结构梁外侧增设补强结构26。从图中可以看出,外侧增设补强结构26设置在结构梁外侧。补强结构可以是冷湾成形钢或热札钢,形状为U形26、L形27或钢板28。
图15和16显示的是在本发明优选的实例中,连续结构梁和结构柱、或结构柱和斜撑结合处的螺栓孔外围设置外加钢板补强结构。该补强结构通过铆接或焊接的方式设于结合处,从而增强了结合处的抗撕裂性能。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,连续结构双梁和结构柱的结合处增设补强结构,以及连续结构双梁外侧增设补强结构,仅是本发明的优选实施例。

Claims (13)
1.一种设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其特征在于其包括结构柱和连续结构梁,以及固定连接结构柱与连续结构梁的固定部件,其中所述的连续结构梁和所述结构柱在结合处是连续的,且不截断和不间断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的结构柱为开口矩形柱或方形柱,所述的连续结构梁进一步为连续结构双梁,所述的连续结构双梁由结构相同或不同的单梁组合而成,,所述的连续结构双梁通过固定部件和所述的结构柱固定连接,分别设于结构柱的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁的结构为L形、U形、C形、Z形。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁进一步为嵌入式连续结构梁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的嵌入式连续结构梁的上下缘于所述结构柱两边线以内处切除嵌入,所述的连续结构梁的腹板和所述的结构柱贴合,并通过固定部件将所述结构柱与所述连续结构梁固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁和结构柱之间进一步设有用于加强支撑的斜撑。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的结构柱和/或所述的斜撑的结构为一定厚度的钢板一体冷弯成型的方形或矩形结构,该方形或矩形结构的三面封闭,一面设有开口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的开口的宽度不超过该面总宽度的三分之一,所述开口的端部进一步设有卷边。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的结构柱、斜撑的内部空腔进一步填充混凝土或水泥砂浆。
10.根据权利要求1-9所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构双梁之间或所述的嵌入式连续结构双梁之间填充有混凝土或水泥砂浆。
11.根据权利要求1-9中任一权利要求所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的连续结构梁、结构柱和斜撑的彼此连接处,以及所述连续结构梁的外侧设有外加补强结构。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,其中所述的外加补强结构为金属制成的冷弯或热轧的L形、C形、U形或平板部件。
13.根据权利要求1-9中任一权利要所述的设有连续结构梁的轻钢屋架,所述的固定部件的周边进一步设有焊接或铆接的钢板以增厚补强。
