M260660 四、創作說明ο) 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係一種空氣蓄壓筒構造,其藉由改良筒體與筒 蓋之固接方式,先卡接套合再予以固接密封,進而達到提 升耐壓性之目的。 【先前技術】 按,目前常見之空氣蓄壓筒構造,請配合第四、五圖 所示,係有筒體(10)及筒蓋(20),於中空式圓柱 型筒體(10)兩端各固接一筒蓋(20),並以焊料 (3 0)予以焊接密封,而於筒體(1 0)與筒蓋 (20)表面結合處形成水平式結合面(B)。 詳觀上述習用結構,不難發現尚存些許不足處,主要原因 歸納如下: 1 ·耐壓度不佳:因筒體(10)與筒蓋(20)結合處 為水平式結合面(A) 5焊料(3 0)之ΰ父合力可能 不夠強,形成内蓄空氣之耐壓度較低之可能性。 2 ·較易發生工安意外··因筒體(10)與筒蓋(20) 之固接度不夠強,是以可能因内蓄空氣受溫度變化連 帶產生壓力變化時,於内壓過高情況可能會造成筒蓋 (2 0 )高速脫離狀況,因而增加引發工安意外之可 能性。 【新型内容】 〈創作動機〉 本創作人有鑑於此,為增強筒體與筒蓋之固接強度, 乃開發出一種符合上述條件之本創作一種空氣蓄壓筒構
