Abstract
本發明係以提供一種在未含對苯二胺下可減低皮膚障礙的染髮劑為目的者。
本發明之染髮劑組成物為含有選自由巰基乙酸、半胱胺酸、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、半胱胺以及此等衍生物及鹽所成群的至少1種、鹼性染料、HC染料、胺基酸、陽離子界面活性劑、增黏劑、油劑、pH調整劑與濕潤劑的染髮劑組成物,其特徵為前述染髮劑組成物之pH為pH3.5以上。
Description
本發明係關於染髮劑組成物,特別有關可減低皮膚障礙的染髮劑組成物。
作為染髮方式,主要有醫藥部外品之永久染毛料的染髮與化妝品之半永久染毛料的頭髮表面染色處理(Hair manicure)或頭髮顏色處理(Hair color treatment)等。特別以於永久染毛料的染髮中含有如對苯二胺(氧化染料)之物質者成為主流,黑色系的濃色之情況為因二胺系化合物之配合量會變多故更需要注意。
例如作為含有對苯二胺(氧化染料)之染髮組成物,已知有含有(a)水溶性過氧漂白劑;(b)選自有機過氧酸漂白劑前驅物及/或預先形成的有機過氧酸之漂白助劑;以及(c)1種以上的染髮劑為特徵的染髮組成物(專利文獻1)。

[發明所解決的問題]
然而,亦含有上述專利文獻1,對於過去技術,含有對苯二胺(氧化染料)者,如上述的黑色系之濃色情況的二胺系化合物之配合量為變多,故除必需更要注意以外,近年來所謂對苯二胺(氧化染料)的物質成為原因之皮膚障礙已被報告。
又,半永久染毛料的頭髮表面染色處理(Hair manicure)的特徵為經過1次使用可使色素(酸性染料)浸透至頭髮內部而保持2~3週時間的著色狀態者,附著於頭皮的放置時間越長會變的越不容易去除所染的色素,能讓施行染髮者可以剛剛好塗布至被染髮者的髮際線為困難,施行者的技術對於染髮而言比起染髮更會使染色惡化,故在沙龍或美容室中為盡可能不去使用的染毛料。
其中,本發明係以提供在未含對苯二胺下,可減低皮膚障礙之染髮劑為目的者。
[解決課題的手段]
欲達成上述目的,本發明者們對於頭髮顏色處理(Hair color treatment)進行詳細檢討結果而發現本發明。
即,本發明之染髮劑組成物為含有選自由巰基乙酸、半胱胺酸、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、半胱胺以及此等衍生物及鹽所成群的至少1種、鹼性染料、HC染料、胺基酸、陽離子界面活性劑、增黏劑、油劑、pH調整劑與濕潤劑的染髮劑組成物,其特徵為前述染髮劑組成物的pH為pH3.5以上。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述pH調整劑為選自檸檬酸、磷酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、氨水、碳酸氫銨、碳酸銨、氫氧化鉀、氫氧化鈉、單乙醇胺、磷酸銨、檸檬酸鈉、檸檬酸銨、乳酸鈉、磷酸鉀、磷酸鈉的至少一種。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述胺基酸為選自半胱胺酸、精胺酸、賴胺酸、組胺酸以及此等鹽的至少1種。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述鹼性染料為INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)命名中,選自鹼性藍3(基本藍3)、鹼性藍7(基本藍7)、鹼性藍9(基本藍9)、鹼性藍26(基本藍26)、鹼性藍75(基本藍75)、鹼性藍77(基本藍77)、鹼性藍99(基本藍99)、鹼性藍124(基本藍124)、鹼性紅51(基本紅51)、鹼性紅76(基本紅76)、鹼性黃57(基本黃57)、鹼性紫2(基本紫2)、鹼性棕16(基本棕16),或鹼性棕17(基本棕17)的至少1種。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述HC染料為INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)命名中,選自HC藍2(HC藍2)、HC藍12(HC藍12)、HC藍14(HC藍14)、HC藍15(HC藍15)、HC藍16(HC藍16)、HC藍18(HC藍18)、HC黃2(HC黃2)、HC黃4(HC黃4)、HC黃5(HC黃5)、HC紅1(HC紅1)、HC紅3(HC紅3),或HC橙1(HC橙1)的至少1種。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述陽離子界面活性劑為4級銨鹽及/或3級胺。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述4級銨鹽為氯化烷基三甲基銨液、氯化硬脂基三甲基銨或溴化硬脂基三甲基銨。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,其特徵為前述3級胺為硬脂酸二甲基胺基丙基醯胺、硬脂酸二乙基胺基乙基醯胺,或山嵛酸丙基二甲基胺。
又,本發明之染髮劑係以含有本發明之染髮劑組成物為特徴者。
[發明之效果]
依據本發明之染髮劑組成物,未含有對苯二胺,適用於因皮疹而困擾的人或擔心接觸性皮膚炎的人,且高齡化的染髮使用期間極可能變長,故安心使用且可良好地保色,又提供一種施行染髮技術者亦可安心地不用在意會附著於頭皮上,且可塗布至新髮長出處的染髮製品,而達成有利效果。
又,依據本發明之染髮劑組成物,可藉由特定成分之使用,達成浸透性良好,且可減少染色料等量之有利效果。
[實施發明的型態]
本發明之染髮劑組成物為含有選自由巰基乙酸、半胱胺酸、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、半胱胺以及此等的衍生物及鹽所成群的至少1種、鹼性染料、HC染料、胺基酸、陽離子界面活性劑、增黏劑、油劑、pH調整劑與濕潤劑之染髮劑組成物,其特徵為前述染髮劑組成物的pH為pH3.5以上者。此為藉由添加巰基乙酸油(科學名:3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇)等,不用提高pH或進行加溫下,比不添加巰基乙酸油等而提高pH並加溫之染毛者更使的染毛變的良好,此為本發明者們所發現的結果。又,已知對於本發明之染髮劑組成物,發現藉由成為pH6.8以上,可使表皮容易打開,同時將L-精胺酸、L-賴胺酸、L-組胺酸或其鹽類之鹼性胺基酸送入毛髮內部,可補充受到傷害而流出的鹼性胺基酸,一邊補修下一邊可得到可進行色彩處理之製品。即,在頭髮顏色處理(Hair color treatment)等,其為染色在表皮(頭髮皮膚)及接近毛髮表面的皮質者,故雖有無法達到充分保色的良染髮之情況,但使用本發明之染髮劑組成物時,可達到使表皮打開,接著達到保色良的染髮之有利效果者。
又,對於本發明,所謂選自由巰基乙酸、半胱胺酸、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、半胱胺以及此等的衍生物及鹽類所成群的至少1種者,藉由含有這些成分,可使染料等成分浸透至毛髮內部深處,即使為少量的染料亦可實現充分的染髮效果,況且經過長期間亦可維持染料效果。對於本發明,於巰基乙酸、半胱胺酸、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、半胱胺以及此等衍生物及鹽類之中,由臭味與結晶析出等觀點來看,以使用3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇者為佳。
對於本發明之較佳實施態樣,選自由巰基乙酸、半胱胺酸、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、半胱胺以及此等的衍生物及鹽類所成群的至少1種成分之含有量對於前述染髮劑全量而言,由低刺激性且對毛髮的浸透促進作用亦優良的組成物之觀點來看為0.01~10.0重量%,以0.05~5.0重量%為佳,較佳為0.1~3.0%重量%。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,由容易打開表皮且可調整pH至所望值以上的觀點來看,前述pH調整劑可舉出選自檸檬酸、磷酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、氨水、碳酸氫銨、碳酸銨、氫氧化鉀、氫氧化鈉、單乙醇胺、磷酸銨、檸檬酸鈉、檸檬酸銨、乳酸鈉、磷酸鉀、磷酸鈉的至少一種。由以弱鹼性且對於毛髮的殘留較少的觀點來看,作為前述pH調整劑,可舉出碳酸氫銨、碳酸氫鈉等。
由更有效率地打開表皮且可良好地發揮保色的觀點來看,作為本發明之染髮劑組成物的pH值,以調整至pH3.5以上為佳,較佳為調整至pH5~11,更佳為調整至pH6.8~10。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,前述胺基酸係以選自半胱胺酸、精胺酸、賴胺酸、組胺酸以及此等鹽的至少1種為特徴。又,作為胺基酸之量,雖無特別限定,由保持毛髮的保濕及柔軟性之觀點來看,對於組成物之合計量,以0.01~0.5質量%為佳,較佳為0.01~0.3質量%,更佳為0.02~0.2質量%。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,前述鹼性染料為INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)命名中,選自鹼性藍3(基本藍3)、鹼性藍7(基本藍7)、鹼性藍9(基本藍9)、鹼性藍26(基本藍26)、鹼性藍75(基本藍75)、鹼性藍77(基本藍77)、鹼性藍99(基本藍99)、鹼性藍124(基本藍124)、鹼性紅51(基本紅51)、鹼性紅76(基本紅76)、鹼性黃57(基本黃57)、鹼性紫2(基本紫2)、鹼性棕16(基本棕16),或鹼性棕17(基本棕17)的至少1種為特徴。且,INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)為國際命名法委員會(INC:International Nomenclature Committee)所作成的化妝品成分之國際性表示名稱。又,作為前述鹼性染料的量,雖無特別限定,由染色力雖不強但對毛髮的損傷較少的觀點來看,對於組成物的合計量而言,以0.0005~5質量%為佳,較佳為0.01~3質量%,更佳為0.1~1質量%。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,前述HC染料為INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)命名中,選自HC藍2(HC藍2)、HC藍12(HC藍12)、HC藍14(HC藍14)、HC藍15(HC藍15)、HC藍16(HC藍16)、HC藍18(HC藍18)、HC黃2(HC黃2)、HC黃4(HC黃4)、HC黃5(HC黃5)、HC紅1(HC紅1)、HC紅3(HC紅3),或HC橙1(HC橙1)的至少1種者為特徴。且,INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)為國際命名法委員會(INC:International Nomenclature Committee)所作成的化妝品成分之國際性表示名稱。又,作為前述HC染料之量,雖無特別限定,但HC染料係將毛髮內進行染色,故由呈現較深的發色之觀點來看,對於組成物之合計量而言,以0.0005~5質量%為佳,較佳為0.01~3質量%,更佳為0.1~1.5質量%。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,由進一步提高賦予毛髮的感觸之觀點來看,前述陽離子界面活性劑以4級銨鹽及/或3級胺者為特徴。又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,前述4級銨鹽係以氯化烷基三甲基銨液、氯化硬脂基三甲基銨,或溴化硬脂基三甲基銨為特徴。又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,以前述3級胺為硬脂酸二甲基胺基丙基醯胺、硬脂酸二乙基胺基乙基醯胺,或山嵛酸丙基二甲基胺者為特徴。又,作為前述陽離子界面活性劑的量,雖無特別限定,但由提高鹼性染料的毛髮染著力之觀點來看,對於組成物之合計量而言,以0.01~10質量%為佳,較佳為0.1~5質量%,更佳為1~3質量%。
其他對於本發明之染髮劑組成物,可含有增黏劑、濕潤劑、油劑等。對於本發明,針對這些增黏劑等,若不會脫離本發明之效果下,並無特別限定,可使用公知者。作為增黏劑,由製品的安定性之觀點來看,例如可舉出羥基乙基纖維素、黃原膠、聚乙二醇等。又,作為前述增黏劑之量,並無特別限定,但由提高製品之安定性的觀點來看,對於組成物之合計量而言,以0.05~0.8質量%為佳,較佳為0.1~0.5質量%,更佳為0.2~0.4質量%。
又,作為濕潤劑,可舉出甘油、二甘油、1,3-丁二醇。又,作為前述濕潤劑的量,雖無特別限定,但由製品之塗布容易度的觀點來看,對於組成物的合計量而言,以0.1~15質量%為佳,較佳為0.5~10質量%,更佳為1~5質量%。
又,作為油劑,可舉出油脂、蠟、烴、烷基甘油基醚、酯、聚矽氧、高級醇等。又,作為前述油劑之量,並無特別限定,但由可防止塗布放置時間之乾燥以及由製品之安定性的觀點來看,以1~30質量%為佳,較佳為2~20質量%,更佳為3~15質量%。
又,本發明之染髮劑係以含有本發明之染髮劑組成物者為特徴。依據所需,或藉由染髮劑之用途,於染髮劑中可含有適宜的本發明之染髮劑組成物。
又,對於本發明之染髮劑組成物的較佳實施態樣,可進一步含有抗體產生抑制劑。作為抗體產生抑制劑,由過敏疾病之預防或改善的觀點來看,可舉出石榴籽萃取物、姬松茸屬等蕈、牛膝草、雪絨花等萃取物。
例如作為抗體產生抑制劑,將使用石榴籽萃取物的情況作為例子進行說明時如以下所示。石榴籽萃取物為來自石榴的種子之萃取物。使用於本發明的石榴籽萃取物若為來自石榴的種子者,皆可將所有石榴籽萃取物作為對象。
又,對於較佳實施態樣,前述石榴籽萃取物以含有石榴酸,或鞣花酸(Ellagic acid)者為特徴。石榴籽萃取物,例如可藉由以下方法而獲得。首先將石榴種子經粉碎而得的粉碎物於選自由乙醇、甲醇、水、己烷所成群的至少1種溶劑中進行浸漬,取出上清液後得到前述石榴籽萃取物者為特徴。例如可進行振動萃取法。對於振動萃取法,例如於約4℃等低溫室下架設在旋轉器而一邊轉動一邊進行萃取。
更詳細而言,首先準備石榴種子。石榴種子視必要先洗淨,進行乾燥。若充分進行乾燥為佳。其原因為之後可均勻進行粉碎之故。
其次,粉碎石榴種子。粉碎的方法並未特別限定,可使用球磨機、錘磨機、輥磨機、棒磨機、樣品研磨機、搗碎機、崩解劑、乳鉢、附有冷卻裝置的混合器等公知粉碎機。且,因考慮到藉由在粉碎時的發熱時,會產生石榴種子組成物之分解等,故將粉碎時間設定在數秒,而可重複數十次。
其次,將石榴種子進行粉碎而得到粉碎物後,於各種溶劑中浸漬前述粉碎物。此時的溶劑並無特別限定,對應所望的效果而可適宜地設定溶劑。又,對於本發明之石榴籽萃取物的製造方法之較佳實施態樣,溶劑為選自由乙醇、甲醇、己烷、水所成群的至少1種者為特徴。作為溶劑,可舉出乙醇、甲醇、水、己烷、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、丙酮等極性、非極性溶劑任一種。較佳可舉出甲醇、乙醇、水等。
浸漬可在緩和的攪拌下進行。於各種溶劑中浸漬前述粉碎物後得到各種溶液。對於各種溶液,配合溶液狀態而進行攪拌,依情況所需可直接放置溶液。在攪拌時,並無特別限定,可為10小時~48小時,較佳為繼續約1天(24小時)攪拌。
其後藉由取出上清液可得到石榴籽萃取物。視必要可使上清液蒸發乾固。蒸發乾固為可使用蒸發器進行20℃~60℃,較佳為37℃~40℃的溫浴上進行。藉由進行蒸發乾固,可使石榴籽萃取物長期間保存。
含於石榴種子中之成分為將石榴種子藉由使用極性相異的溶劑而進行萃取後,藉由該物性而充分震盪後分出。因此,依據所使用的溶劑,石榴籽萃取物之成分的種類及含有量亦變的相異。
且,對於本發明,將染髮方法的一例子如以下做說明。
1)欲除去整髮劑或污垢,適宜地進行預洗髮精。
2)將可適用於本發明的染髮劑(含有染毛成分)及毛髮化妝料(含有鹼性表皮膨潤劑)以所定比例下進行混合者,藉由刷毛對毛髮進行塗布。
3)將經塗布的毛髮以保鮮膜包覆,使用吹風機或熱帽進行加溫並放置約30分鐘。
4)經3)之後,視必要將表皮保養劑充分地塗布於毛髮上,並放置約6分鐘。
5)經4)之後,以適溫水與洗髮精進行洗髮。
6)毛巾擦乾後以吹風機吹乾毛髮。
[實施例]
以下說明本發明之一實施例,但本發明並未僅限定於下述實施例而解釋者。
實施例1
有關鹼劑(pH調整劑),由弱鹼性不容易引起皮膚刺激的觀點來看,對於本實施例,將碳酸氫銨作為一例子進行試驗。
又,人的毛髮約80%係由來自胺基酸的角蛋白蛋白質所構成,L-半胱胺酸為多量含於該毛髮的胺基酸,嘗試將L-半胱胺酸及其鹽類以保持毛髮的保濕及柔軟性為目的而添加。已知作為該代表性鹼性胺基酸,有L-精胺酸、L-賴胺酸、L-組胺酸,但這些若受到損傷時會流出,故判斷鹼性胺基酸及其鹽類以0.01~0.5質量%為佳。
表1表示對於本發明之一實施態樣中之染髮劑組成物的成分例。
調整方法如以下所示。
調整方法:
1. 將表1之水相一邊攪拌至75~77℃而一邊進行加溫。
2. 將表1的油相加熱至75~79℃而一邊加熱下一邊攪拌而變的均勻。
3. 於加熱至75~77℃的水相中加入色素使其均勻,加入前述油相並使其乳化後攪拌至變的均勻。
4. 使內容物慢慢地冷卻,溫度到達43℃以下時加入防腐劑及清涼成分、消炎成分、胺基酸群並攪拌至均勻,再冷卻至32℃以下。
且,對於pH測定可使用以下機種及電極。

又,調整本發明之染髮劑,對毛束進行脫色試驗時,判斷其脫色性極為優良。
過去若將未含有對苯二胺的染髮劑進行塗布而放置時,作為基本顏色,雖與氧化染料相比具有較高安全性之鹼性染料及HC染料,因對毛髮進行染著時染毛後的保色較差,且重複使用洗髮精後會有容易脫色的缺點。對於過去染髮劑,本發明之染髮劑不僅使基本顏色容易浸透,且因未含有酸性染料,故不用在意對頭皮的附著,可自新生毛部位塗布置髮尾。
如此,本發明之染髮劑等在進行毛髮染料時,與過去的染髮及頭髮表面染色處理(Hair manicure)相比較,無以下問題,1)重複進行染色而傷害到毛髮的人因毛髮強度降低,且失去彈力,毛髮變細(過去的染髮),及2)若頭皮上產生皮疹時,染色在皮疹部分非常難去除(過去的頭髮表面染色處理(Hair manicure))等問題,本發明提供一種更可保色與浸透染著力良好的毛髮化妝料。即對於本發明,除保色以外,亦具備安全性。
實施例2
比較可使用於本發明的主要鹼性染料之浸透。將毛髮市售白髮100%未處理毛(型號:BS-C、View Lux, Inc.製)長度30cm分為3等分,作為進行染毛的毛髮試料。Basic Red 51、Basic Brown 16及17為將色素於純化水溶解0.2%,使用25%氨水(和光純藥工業(股)製)使pH成為鹼性,作為巰基乙酸油,將3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇(和光純藥工業(股)製)調整至0%、1%、3%溶液。亦有鹼性的最適值為pH7.5~10.0附近,但依據色素而有相異,pH過高時,在溶液內會有沈澱產生的色素。又,Basic Blue 75、77、99、Basic Violet 2、Basic Yellow 57與提高染料之溶解性,於醯胺甜菜鹼型兩面活性劑之椰子油脂肪酸醯胺丙基甜菜鹼液(型號:SoftazolinCPB-R,Kawaken Fine化學(股)製)5.0%中溶解染料至0.7%,並加入純化水,使用25%氨水(和光純藥工業(股)製)將pH調至鹼性,調整出3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇之0%、1%、3%溶液。將1根白髮分為3等分的毛髮試料浸漬於各染料之3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇的0%、1%、3%溶液中,使用40℃恆溫槽放置30分鐘後使其染色。將上述毛髮試料使用PVA樹脂進行冷凍包埋後,使用切片機,製作出毛髮截面試料(切片厚度:10μm)。而作為顯微鏡觀察用試料為載持於玻璃片上以顯微鏡進行比較(圖1)。
如圖1所示示,得知對於毛髮試料之染料的浸透程度,當3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇為3%時,對任何染料亦最深(由截面外周之顏色濃度範圍為最大)。特別為使用Basic Brown 16與Basic Blue 77之染料時,更確認浸透為良好。
實施例3
使用在實施例2之浸透良好的Basic Brown 16與Basic Blue 77之染料,將毛髮市售白髮100%未處理毛(型號:BS-C、View Lux, Inc.製)以以下處方例(表2)使用40℃恆溫槽進行30分鐘放置後染成黑褐色。表2表示此時的成分例與處方例。將上述毛髮試料使用PVA樹脂進行冷凍包埋後,使用切片機,製作出毛髮截面試料(切片厚度:10μm)。作為顯微鏡觀察用試料載持在玻璃片上以顯微鏡進行比較(圖2)。
實施例4
將毛髮市售白髮100%未處理毛(型號:BM-W-A,View Lux, Inc.製)重度1g且長度10cm使用於實施例1之處方中進行染毛,使用桌上型超音波洗淨器以以下洗淨液進行5分鐘毛束的洗淨。於洗淨液中使用胺基酸系負離子界面活性劑之N-椰子油脂肪酸醯基-L-谷胺酸三乙醇胺液(型號:AminosurfactACMT-L、Asahi Kasei Finechem(股)製)。表3表示洗淨液之成分。
其次,欲將藉由毛髮洗淨次數的脫色進行數值化,以分光色彩計(日本電色工業股份有限公司製之裝置名:SD6000)進行測定。各處方的洗淨次數之色彩(L*,a*,b*)如表4所示。表4表示藉由毛髮洗淨次數與脫色之相關結果。對於藉由洗髮次數之相異色感,使用明亮度(L*)等進行測定。表4中,L*表示明亮度,將明亮色與黯淡色進行數值化,數值月小表示顯示越黯淡。若a*的數值變的越大,越往紅色方向進行,數值越小,越表示往綠色方向進行。又,若b*的數值變的越大,越往黃色方向進行,若數值變的越小越往藍色方向進行。
因此,若巰基乙酸油為0%時,藉由20次洗淨,因L*、a*與b*的數值變大,故黯淡感會減少,而紅色與黃色變強,已知藉由棕色所造成。相反地若在3%之情況時,L*、a*、b*的數值幾乎沒有變動下,即使進行20次的洗淨亦顯示幾乎無變化。且,L*的數值越接近0時,越成為如黯淡色的數值。此等結果得知,依據本發明可使明亮度降低較少並藉由洗髮的脫色變的極少。
實施例5
使用在實施例2進行浸透良好的Basic Brown 16與Basic Blue 77之染料,將毛髮市售白髮100%未處理毛(型號:BS-C、View Lux, Inc.製)嚄以下處方例(表5)使用40℃恆溫槽進行30分鐘放置後染成黑褐色。表5表示此時的成分例與處方例。將上述毛髮試料使用PVA樹脂而進行冷凍包埋後,使用切片機,製作出毛髮截面試料(切片厚度:10μm)。而作為顯微鏡觀察用試料載持於玻璃片上並以顯微鏡進行比較(圖3)。圖3比少混合Basic Brown16 0.2%與Basic Blue77 0.2%作為黑褐色時,以3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇的0%、0.5%、1%、3%、4%、5%及10%溶液中進行處理的毛髮截面試料藉由光學顯微鏡所觀察結果表示圖。
由以上結果得知,添加巰基乙酸油等時,會使pH提高,且無需加溫下亦可得到具有良好堅牢特性之染毛。又,得知添加巰基乙酸油等,且進行加溫與提高pH時具有更高效果。染料的鹼性藍99與鹼性棕16之情況為,將pH值提高至pH10附近時,可得到具有更良好堅牢特性之染毛,另一方面,鹼性藍77之情況為,若提高至pH8以上時,有著色素會被破壞且色彩會改變成為脆弱染毛之傾向。
由上述可判斷對於毛髮等染色,藉由添加巰基乙酸油時可容易將染料進入毛髮中。
[產業上可利用性]
依據本發明一種染色方法,其為不容易傷害到毛髮,可減低皮膚障礙之同時,染料對於毛髮亦容易進入的染色方法,容易普及化且產業上利用價值高。
[圖1] 圖1表示使用各種色素之情況的藉由在3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇之0%、1%、3%溶液中進行處理的毛髮截面試料之光學顯微鏡所得的觀察結果圖。
[圖2] 圖2表示混合Basic Brown16 0.2%與Basic Blue 77 0.2%的黑褐色之情況的藉由在3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇的0%、0.5%、1%、3%溶液中進行處理的毛髮截面試料之光學顯微鏡所得的觀察結果圖。

Claims (8)
- 一種染髮劑組成物,其為含有選自由巰基乙酸、半胱胺,以及此等衍生物及鹽所成群的至少1種、3-巰基-1,2-丙烷二醇、鹼性染料、HC染料、胺基酸、陽離子界面活性劑、增黏劑、油劑、pH調整劑與濕潤劑的染髮劑組成物,其特徵為前述pH調整劑為碳酸氫銨或碳酸氫鈉,前述染髮劑組成物的pH為pH6.8~10的範圍。
- 如請求項1之染髮劑組成物,其中前述胺基酸為選自半胱胺酸、精胺酸、賴胺酸、組胺酸以及此等鹽的至少1種。
- 如請求項1之染髮劑組成物,其中前述鹼性染料為INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)命名中,選自鹼性藍3(基本藍3)、鹼性藍7(基本藍7)、鹼性藍9(基本藍9)、鹼性藍26(基本藍26)、鹼性藍75(基本藍75)、鹼性藍77(基本藍77)、鹼性藍99(基本藍99)、鹼性藍124(基本藍124)、鹼性紅51(基本紅51)、鹼性紅76(基本紅76)、鹼性黃57(基本黃57)、鹼性紫2(基本紫2)、鹼性棕16(基本棕16)或鹼性棕17(基本棕17)的至少1種。
- 如請求項1之染髮劑組成物,其中前述HC染料為 INCI(INCI:International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient:化妝品原料國際命名法)命名中,選自HC藍2(HC藍2)、HC藍12(HC藍12)、HC藍14(HC藍14)、HC藍15(HC藍15)、HC藍16(HC藍16)、HC藍18(HC藍18)、HC黃2(HC黃2)、HC黃4(HC黃4)、HC黃5(HC黃5)、HC紅1(HC紅1)、HC紅3(HC紅3),或HC橙1(HC橙1)的至少一種。
- 如請求項1之染髮劑組成物,其中前述陽離子界面活性劑為4級銨鹽及/或3級胺。
- 如請求項5之染髮劑組成物,其中前述4級銨鹽為氯化烷基三甲基銨液、氯化硬脂基三甲基銨或溴化硬脂基三甲基銨。
- 如請求項5之染髮劑組成物,其中前述3級胺為硬脂酸二甲基胺基丙基醯胺、硬脂酸二乙基胺基乙基醯胺或山嵛酸丙基二甲基胺。
- 一種染髮劑,其特徵為含有如請求項1~7中任一項之染髮劑組成物。
