Abstract

Description
本發明是有關於一種燈,且特別是有關於一種筆電燈。
圖1為習知的一種筆電燈示意圖。請參考圖1,習知的筆電燈大致分成燈體1及燈臂2,其中燈體1及燈臂2利用磁吸的方式以可轉動地組裝在一起。
如圖1所示,在燈臂2處設置電接點部3,而燈體1處可利用金屬凸點(未繪示),例如金屬圓頂(metal dome)的方式以與燈臂2處的電接點部3接觸以電性連接。
然而,使用者依照使用需求而轉動筆電燈的燈體1以改變筆電燈的照光角度,會造成燈體1處的金屬凸點與燈臂2處的電接點部3重複摩擦而造成電接點部3的耗損。
本發明提供一種架構新穎的筆電燈,其能夠改善因為轉動燈體以調整照光角度而發生的電接點磨損的問題。
本發明的一種筆電燈包括燈臂、底座以及燈體。燈臂具有
連接件以及第一電接點,其中第一電接點位於連接件。底座具有第一轉軸部,第一轉軸部與連接件固接。燈體包括殼體、電路板、第二電接點以及可撓性電路板。殼體具有第二轉軸部,第二轉軸部與第一轉軸部重疊置放且適於相對第一轉軸部轉動。電路板設置於殼體中相對遠離第一轉軸部處,第二電接點穿過第一轉軸部而經設置以接觸第一電接點。可撓性電路板電性連接於電路板以及第二電接點之間,其中當藉由第一轉軸部及第二轉軸部而使燈體相對底座轉動時,第二電接點與第一電接點的相對位置固定不變。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的燈體還包括第一磁性元件,設置於燈體相對靠近第一轉軸部處。底座設置有第二磁性元件,且第一磁性元件與第二磁性元件彼此吸引。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的連接件具有拱形部,且拱形部具有開孔以及容置槽。第一電接點配置於開孔,而第二磁性元件配置於容置槽中。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的底座具有底部,而第一轉軸部自底部突起。第一轉軸部具有一空槽,而第一磁性元件對應空槽設置。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的筆電燈還包括設置在第一磁性元件及第一轉軸部之間的緩衝件。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的可撓性電路板配置且彎折於電路板及第一轉軸部之間。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的可撓性電路板與第二電
接點焊接。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的筆電燈還包括電池臂,其中燈臂位於燈體及電池臂之間,電池臂中適於容納電池,且電池與第一電接點電性連接。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的第二電接點為彈簧針(pogo pin)。
在本發明的一實施例中,當燈體相對底座轉動時,可撓性電路板產生形變以保持第二電接點與第一電接點的電性連接。
基於上述,本發明的筆電燈提供一種新穎的架構,使得燈體相對底座轉動時電接點的相對位置固定不變以改善習知的筆電燈因為燈體轉動以調整照光角度而發生的電接點磨損的問題。

圖2為本發明一實施例之筆電燈放置在筆電使用的示意圖。請參考圖2,本實施例的筆電燈100適於裝設在筆記型電腦(未標示)上以提供筆記型電腦的使用者足夠的亮度。筆電燈100包括燈臂110、底座120、燈體130以及電池臂140。燈體130可相對底座120轉動地組裝至底座120上,而底座120連接於燈臂110,因此燈臂110位於燈體130及電池臂140之間。電池臂140用以容納電池(未繪示),且電池與設置在燈臂110的第一電接點114(示於圖5)電性連接。當燈體130組裝到底座120上時,燈體130的第二電接點133(示於圖5)會與第一電接點114(示於圖5)實體接觸以電性連接,以使電池(未繪示)能夠供電給設置在燈體130中的光源。使用者可以使燈體130相對底座120轉動,以調整筆電燈100的光照角度。
圖3為圖2的筆電燈的燈臂、燈體及底座的分解示意圖、圖4為圖3的燈臂、燈體及底座的組合示意圖,而圖5為圖2的筆電燈的局部剖面示意圖。請同時參考圖3、圖4及圖5,上述的燈臂110具有連接件112以及第一電接點114,其中第一電接點114設置在連接件112處。底座120具有第一轉軸部122,第一轉軸部122與連接件112固接。此處所指的固接是指第一轉軸部122
固定在連接件112上,且因此底座120與燈臂110不會相對移動或轉動。
具體地說,連接件112具有一拱形部112a,其中拱形部112a具有一開孔112b,而第一電接點114即是配置在此開孔112b中。
底座120具有底部121,而第一轉軸部122為自底部121突起且適形於拱形部112a的弧形。在本實施例中,第一轉軸部122設置為一對,且位在底座120朝向燈體130的表面上的相對兩側,其中第一轉軸部122疊放在連接件112的拱形部112a上。
燈體130包括殼體131、電路板132、第二電接點133以及可撓性電路板134。殼體131具有與第一轉軸部122重疊置放且適於相對第一轉軸部122轉動的一第二轉軸部131a,其中第二轉軸部131a與第一轉軸部122的形狀互相配合。電路板132設置於殼體131中相對遠離第一轉軸部122處。在本實施例中,第二電接點133為彈簧針(pogo pin),且第二電接點133穿過第一轉軸部122且經設置以接觸第一電接點114。
須說明的是,例如是彈簧針的第二電接點133穿過第一轉軸部122以正向地接觸第一電接點114,且由於第一轉軸部122固接在連接件112而不會產生相對於連接件112的移動或轉動,因此第二電接點133始終保持接觸第一電接點114。
上述的可撓性電路板134電性連接於電路板132以及第二電接點133之間,其中可撓性電路板134以焊接的方式連接至
第二電接點133。可撓性電路板134配置在殼體131與底座120之間的空間,其中可撓性電路板134的一部分撓曲地彎折在電路板132及第一轉軸部122之間。
燈體130及底座120的組裝方式可以有很多種,可依照實際需求而決定。在本實施例中,燈體130及底座120藉由磁吸的方式而簡單地組裝在一起。具體地說,燈體130還包括設置於燈體130相對靠近第一轉軸部122處的第一磁性元件135,而連接件112還具有容置槽112c,且容置槽112c中設置有第二磁性元件150,且通過第一磁性元件135與第二磁性元件150的彼此吸引而使得燈體130組裝到底座120上。
詳細而言,兩個第一轉軸部122之間具有空槽123,而第一磁性元件135對應空槽123設置。在本實施例中,第一磁性元件135選用能夠受到磁性影響的金屬片,例如鐵片,且第一磁性元件135的形狀可製作為與第一轉軸部122及第二轉軸部131a的形狀相類似的弧形,以適應於第一轉軸部122及第二轉軸部131a的形狀。設置在容置槽112c中的第二磁性元件150可選用磁鐵。
圖6為圖2的筆電燈的剖面示意圖。請參考圖6,筆電燈100還包括設置在第一磁性元件135及第一轉軸部122之間的緩衝件160。緩衝件160的設置用來緩衝當第一轉軸部122與第二轉軸部131a相對轉動時,第一磁性元件135與第一轉軸部122及/或連接部之間的直接接觸而可能造成的磨損。
須說明的是,圖5及圖6的剖面位置並不相同,且為了
清楚示出緩衝件160的設置位置,因此圖6中省略了殼體131。
圖7A為筆電燈處於第一照光角度的示意圖,而圖7B為圖7A的局部剖面圖。請同時參考圖7A及圖7B,經由上述的設置架構,可撓性電路板134的一部分撓曲地彎折在電路板132及第一轉軸部122之間,且為彈簧針的第二電接點133正向地接觸第一電接點114。須說明的是,可撓性電路板134彎折在電路板132及第一轉軸部122之間的部分並沒有被拉緊,而是以具有形變的餘裕的方式彎折在電路板132及第一轉軸部122之間。
圖8A為筆電燈處於第二照光角度的示意圖,而圖8B為圖8A的局部剖面圖。請同時參考圖7B、圖8A及圖8B,當使用者轉動燈體130,使燈體130相對底座120轉動以改變照光角度時,是燈體130的殼體131的第二轉軸部131a相對底座120的第一轉軸部122轉動,其中連接在設置殼體131內的電路板132以及第二電接點133之間的可撓性電路板134受到電路板132因為殼體131的轉動被拉動而使具有形變餘裕的部分產生形變,且通過可撓性電路板134始以終保持電路板132與第二電接點133的電性連接。
承上述,由於第二電接點133並未設置在第二轉軸部131a處,而是穿過第一轉軸部122地設置並以正向接觸第一電接點114,因此當第二轉軸部131a相對第一轉軸部122轉動時,第二電接點133並不會受到第二轉軸部131a的轉動而改變其位置,始終保持著與第一電接點114正向接觸。
此外,第一轉軸部122固定在連接件112上,因此底座120不會相對燈臂110移動或轉動,所以不會影響到第二電接點133與第一電接點114的相對位置,即第二電接點133與第一電接點114的相對位置固定不變,且第二電接點133始終保持正向地接觸第一電接點114。
綜上所述,本發明的筆電燈改變了設置架構以不同於習知的筆電燈的設置架構,且因此當燈體相對底座轉動時,兩個電接點的相對位置固定不變且始終保持正向接觸,因此得以改善習知的筆電燈因為燈體轉動以調整照光角度而發生的電接點磨損的問題。

Claims (10)
- 一種筆電燈,包括: 一燈臂,具有一連接件以及一第一電接點,其中該第一電接點位於該連接件; 一底座,具有一第一轉軸部,該第一轉軸部與該連接件固接;以及 一燈體,包括一殼體、一電路板、一第二電接點以及一可撓性電路板,該殼體具有一第二轉軸部,該第二轉軸部與該第一轉軸部重疊置放且適於相對該第一轉軸部轉動,該電路板設置於該殼體中相對遠離該第一轉軸部處,該第二電接點穿過該第一轉軸部而經設置以接觸該第一電接點,且該可撓性電路板電性連接於該電路板以及該第二電接點之間, 其中當藉由該第一轉軸部及該第二轉軸部而使該燈體相對該底座轉動時,該第二電接點與該第一電接點的相對位置固定不變。
- 如請求項1所述的筆電燈,其中該燈體還包括一第一磁性元件,設置於該燈體相對靠近該第一轉軸部處,而該底座設置有一第二磁性元件,且該第一磁性元件與該第二磁性元件彼此吸引。
- 如請求項2所述的筆電燈,其中該連接件具有一拱形部,且該拱形部具有一開孔以及一容置槽,該第一電接點配置於該開孔,而該第二磁性元件配置於該容置槽中。
- 如請求項3所述的筆電燈,其中該底座具有一底部,而該第一轉軸部自該底部突起,且該第一轉軸部具有一空槽,而該第一磁性元件對應該空槽設置。
- 如請求項4所述的筆電燈,還包括一緩衝件,設置在該第一磁性元件及該第一轉軸部之間。
- 如請求項1所述的筆電燈,其中該可撓性電路板配置且彎折於該電路板及該第一轉軸部之間。
- 如請求項1所述的筆電燈,其中該可撓性電路板與該第二電接點焊接。
- 如請求項1所述的筆電燈,還包括一電池臂,其中該燈臂位於該燈體及該電池臂之間,該電池臂中適於容納一電池,且該電池與該第一電接點電性連接。
- 如請求項1所述的筆電燈,其中該第二電接點為彈簧針(pogo pin)。
- 如請求項1所述的筆電燈,其中當該燈體相對該底座轉動時,該可撓性電路板產生形變以保持該第二電接點與該第一電接點的電性連接。
