Abstract

Description

可高荷重之輕量化紙管結構及其製造方法
本發明係為一種可高荷重之輕量化紙管結構,尤指一種可保持輕量化又可強化該紙管荷重強度者。
由熱塑性塑料或紙製成的管子和芯材可用來容納諸如片材或線材等捲繞材料。這些材料會在芯部上施加相對較高的徑向壓力(荷重),這會導致芯部出現非期望的偏轉、扭曲、屈曲、壓碎或其他類型的變形。希望有一種具有高荷重能力但仍輕量化的管子和芯材。
有鑑於此,為了改善上述之缺點,本發明人乃積極研究開發,提供一種可高荷重之輕量化紙管結構。本發明之目的係於內管及外管間之環空間設置發泡體,以達到強化紙管強度又可保持輕量化之功效。
提供一種可高荷重之輕量化紙管結構,該管結構包括:一內管及一外管,該內管之外徑小於該外管之內徑,使該外管之內環面與該內管之外環面之間形成一環空間;一第一紙環及一第二紙環,該第 一紙環及該第二紙環分別組設於該環空間的兩端,使該環空間的兩端呈封閉;以及設置於該環空間內之一環狀發泡體,該環狀發泡體支撐於該外管之內環面與該內管之外環面之間。可提供複數個緊固件諸如固定釘,其分別釘設或以其他方式固定於該第一紙環、內管與外管,使該第一紙環、內管與外管牢固地緊固成一體;以及分別釘設或以其他方式固定於該第二紙環、內管與外管,使該第二紙環、內管與外管牢固地緊固成一體。
在本發明之一具體例中,該發泡體係由多元醇與異氰酸鹽之混合劑於該環空間內經一設定時間發泡熟成。
上述的管結構可使該紙管保持輕量化,又可強化該紙管的荷重強度,達到防止變形之實質功效。

為使讀者對管結構有更進一步瞭解,茲舉一代表性的具體例並配合圖式詳述如後。
圖1至3顯示一紙管結構。紙管10包括一內管11、一外管12,該內管11之外徑小於該外管12之內徑,使該外管12之內環面與該 內管11之外環面之間形成一環空間13。
該結構進一步包括兩個紙環14,該等紙環14分別黏設於該環空間13的兩端,使該環空間13的兩端呈封閉。
該結構可進一步包括緊固件,諸如複數個固定釘15,該等固定釘15釘設於紙環14與內管11之間以及紙環14與外管12之間,使內管11、外管12及紙環14牢固地釘組成一體,以便紙環14可黏設於外管12和內管11之間,從而增加紙管10的強度。
上述的紙管10可用於捲收現今高科技之薄片材料,諸如感光膜、反射膜、液晶膜等,且由於內管11、外管12和紙環14緊固成一體而具有環空間13。紙管10對於捲收頗具重量的薄片材料而言是輕量的。然而,為了使捲收薄片材料的紙管10能夠捲收更多的薄片材料,只能選擇將外管12的厚度大幅提升,使外管12的耐重強度更高,方能捲收更多的薄片材料。然而,如此將大大增加紙管10的重量,讓原本輕量化效果的紙管10大打折扣,且即使有紙環14的存在,環空間13仍有使外管12變形的可能。因此,存在對於改進的芯材或管子的需求。
參考圖4,根據本發明之紙管20包括一內管21、一外管22、一第一紙環24、一第二紙環25、一發泡體26以及諸如固定釘27等緊固件。
內管21的外徑小於外管22的內徑,使得在外管22的內環面與內管21的外環面之間形成一環空間23。換句話說,內管21和外管22界定出該環空間23。
第一紙環24和第二紙環25分別嵌合在環空間23的兩 端,使環空間23的兩端呈封閉。如圖4所示,第一紙環24及第二紙環25各具有小於外管22之內徑的一環外徑、及大於內管21之外徑的一環內徑,使得,第一紙環24及第二紙環25在紙管20之兩端被嵌入至外管22之內環面,且被安置在內管21之外環面上。亦如圖4所示,第一紙環24及第二紙環25之各自的朝外的表面係與內管21及外管22之對應端呈齊平狀。
發泡體26設置在環空間23內。發泡體26可藉由多元醇與異氰酸鹽之混合劑於該環空間23內經一設定時間發泡熟成。環狀發泡體26可具有環形且可被支撐在外管22之內環面和內管21之外環面之間。換句話說,環狀發泡體26可以佔據整個環空間23,接觸全部或實質上全部的外管22之內環面和全部或實質上全部的內管21之外環面,以及全部或實質上全部的紙環14之面向內(面向環空間)的表面。
在管結構的一端,固定釘27分別釘在第一紙環24、內管21和外管22上,使得第一紙環24、內管21和外管22牢固地釘在一起成為一體。在管結構的另一端,固定釘27分別釘在第二紙環25、內管21和外管22上,使得第二紙環25、內管21和外管22牢固地釘在一起成為一體。
上述結構可使紙管20保持輕量化,同時也可提高紙管20的荷重強度,從而起到防止變形的顯著效果。
上述具體例之組成、作用等細節說明如下。參閱圖4,內管21可以由丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)、紙或任何合適的材料製成,而外管22可以由丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)、紙或任何合適的材料製成,但不以此為限。
固定釘27可以是ㄇ形釘、浪釘或任何合適的用以將第 一紙環24及第二紙環25分別與內管21及外管22連結、固定的扣件。
設置於紙管20之環空間23中的發泡體26可以由可發泡材料例如其中多元醇與異氰酸鹽混合以產生PU發泡劑的聚氨酯(PU)製成,但不以此為限。原則上,可發泡材料可於常溫下於環空間23中發泡熟成,而無須採用其他發泡輔助設備(例如,加熱減壓等機械設備)。
以PU發泡劑填充環空間23的方法可以包括以下步驟。
首先,使用第一紙環24將環空間23的一端先封閉。
接著,在環空間23中充填入多元醇與異氰酸鹽混合之PU發泡劑,其充填量係經計算環空間23所需之適當劑量。
然後,可使用第二紙環25封閉環空間23的另一端,使得環空間23的兩端皆封閉。
PU發泡劑發泡可持續一設定時間以形成發泡體26。通常約需時6至10小時時間。PU發泡劑熟成過程中係呈具多孔隙之膨脹狀態,使得熟成後之環狀發泡體26可支撐於外管22之內環面與內管21之外環面上。藉此使環空間23內有環狀發泡體26之支撐於外管22與內管21之間,進而增強紙管20之荷重強度。
再者,相較於習知將外管22增加厚度之作法,環狀發泡體26的重量遠低於增厚之外管22的重量。如此一來,即能夠達到使紙管20輕量化且又能增加強度之實質功效,達到避免紙管20變形之功效。又,藉PU發泡劑之異氰酸鹽混合多寡,可使環狀發泡體26之密度改變,亦即,可調整環狀發泡體26之硬度。可依紙管20上捲收薄片材料之重量的需求,做適當調配改變。舉例來說,捲收400KG重之薄片材料,其紙管20 之環狀發泡體26的密度要求較低,而捲收600KG重之薄片材料,其紙管20之環狀發泡體26的密度要求較高。藉此,具有可根據需求改變環狀發泡體26之密度的功效。
上述具體例僅是為了充分說明本發明而所舉的較佳具體例,並非用以侷限本發明之特徵。舉凡利用本發明相關之技術手段、創設原理之再發明,仍屬本發明等效結構創意範疇。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種輕量化紙管結構,包括:一內管(21)及一外管(22),該內管具有一外環面及一外徑,該外管具有一內環面及一內徑,而該內管之該外徑係小於該外管之該內徑;該內管(21)及該外管(22)在該外管之該內環面與該內管之該外環面之間界定出一環空間(23),而該環空間具有兩端;一第一紙環(24)及一第二紙環(25),該第一紙環及該第二紙環係分別組設於該環空間(23)的該兩端,使該環空間(23)的該兩端呈封閉,其中,該第一紙環(24)及該第二紙環(25)具有小於該外管(22)之內徑的一環外徑、及大於該內管(21)之外徑的一環內徑;其中,在此輕量化紙管(20)結構之一第一端處,該第一紙環(24)被嵌入至該外管(22)之內環面,且被安置在該內管(21)之外環面上;且其中,在此輕量化紙管(20)結構之一第二端處,該第二紙環(25)被嵌入至該外管(22)之內環面,且被安置在該內管(21)之外環面上;以及一發泡體(26),設置於該環空間內且具有環狀,該發泡體係支撐於該外管(22)之該內環面與該內管(21)之該外環面之間。

  6. 一種製造請求項1之輕量化紙管結構的方法,包括以下步驟:使用該第一紙環(24)封閉該環空間(23)之一端;以多元醇與異氰酸鹽之混合物,部分地填充該環空間(23),其劑量係經計算為使發泡劑填充該環空間所需者;在填充步驟之後,使用該第二紙環(25)封閉該環空間(23)之另一端;以及使該混合物發泡以形成該發泡體(26),支撐於該外管(22)與該內管(21)之間的該環空間(23)內。
