Description

電池連接模組
本發明是有關於一種電池連接模組,特別是指一種具有通過橋接片使匯流件與電路板連接的電池連接模組。
中國發明專利公告號CN102859755 B公開了一種蓄能器模組,所述蓄能器模塊的電壓分接頭構成為柔性的運動補償元件,用於在蓄能器模組工作中補償佈線元件相對於單元連接器的相對運動和/或用於補償佈線元件和單元連接器的不同膨脹。所述電壓分接頭的第一端部設置在第一連接區段中,且所述電壓分接頭的第二端部設置在第二連接區段中,所述第一連接區段和所述第二連接區段彼此鄰接,並且所述第一連接區段相對於所述第二連接區段成45 度至135度的角度設置。所述第一連接區段和所述第二連接區段設有彼此過渡的縫隙和一個從電壓分接頭的平面中突出的溝槽區段。另外,各電壓分接頭的第一端部具有至少一個從相應電壓分接頭的平面突出的支腳。所述電壓分接頭的溝槽區段構成從電壓分接頭的平面中彎折,用來補償面對板面方向上因膨脹所產生的相對運動,而第一連接區段相對于第二連接區段則需要呈45-135度的角度設置,才能補償面對板厚方向的相對運動和其所產生的剪力。

上述兩件先前技術的構造在兩個部件之間的相對移動及膨脹的補償仍有不足。電池模組為提供電動汽車的動力來源,對電池模組各項性能的監控則顯得尤為重要。電池連接模組基本上包含電路板、連接電池芯的匯流排、以及連接在電路板與匯流排之間的連接件。困難的是,在組裝中,匯流排在焊接到電池芯時會與電路板之間產生大幅度的相對移動。在工作狀態中,電池連接模組中的各部件及電池單元的各電池也會相對移動;除了由電池單元化學反應引起的膨脹之外,在交變的環境溫度中由電池單元的各電池之間的溫度差異也會引起這種移動,另外,在震動過程中也會受到一定的衝擊力而產生移動,進而使得電池連接模組的信號採集不穩定、使用壽命變短。因此在電路板與匯流排之間的連接件需要能夠保證補償靜態的受力的和動態的移動,以使電池連接模組能夠穩定採集信號,且具有更長的使用壽命。
因此,本發明之一目的,即在提供一種能改善先前技術中至少一缺點的電池連接模組。

本發明電池連接模組提供一種形變能力較高且抗震效果更好的橋接片,提高所述橋接片對應所述電路板與所述匯流件之間的相對移動以及對應電池膨脹的補償能力。更進一步地,通過該橋接片的該電路板連接段的焊接用穿孔與焊接用插腳,提高該橋接片的該電路板連接段與該電路板之間的焊接固持力。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1至圖4,本發明電池連接模組100之一第一實施例,適用於電性連接於一電池組200,該電池組200具有多個電池201,在本第一實施例中,該等電池201排列成兩排。該電池組200的兩端設有多個端板300。該電池連接模組100包含一承載盤1、多個匯流件2、兩個電路板3,以及多個橋接片4。
參閱圖2至圖6,該承載盤1沿一前後方向D1(其中箭號所指方向為前,反向為後)及一左右方向D2(其中箭號所指方向為右,反向為左)延伸,且適用於沿一上下方向D3(其中箭號所指方向為上,反向為下)設置在該電池組200上,並由絕緣材質製成。該承載盤1在本第一實施例中具有沿該左右方向D2並排地一體連接且分別對應該兩排電池201的兩個盤體11,需要說明的是,該承載盤1的盤體11數量可以對應電池201的排數而為任意數量,不以本第一實施例為限。每一盤體11具有沿該前後方向D1延伸且在該左右方向D2上間隔並排並大致上下貫穿的兩個匯流件安裝部111,以及沿該前後方向D1延伸且位於該兩匯流件安裝部111之間的一電路板安裝部112,每一匯流件安裝部111具有沿該前後方向D1排列的多個匯流件安裝槽111a。在本第一實施例中,該等匯流件2沿該前後方向D1排列且在該左右方向D2上分為四排地分別對應設置於該兩盤體11的匯流件安裝部111的匯流件安裝槽111a上,每一匯流件2具有沿該前後方向D1排列且適用於與所述電池201的電極連接的多個電池連接部21,以及位於鄰近的兩電池連接部21之間且朝上拱起並沿該左右方向D2延伸的多個緩衝部22。所述電池連接部21舉例來說可以是用焊接的方式與所述電池201的電極連接,進而通過該等匯流件2串接各電池201。
此外,跨接於該兩排電池201的其中一匯流件2’具有沿該前後方向D1排列並沿該左右方向D2呈兩排且與所述電池201的電極連接的多個電池連接部21,以及連接於鄰近的電池連接部21的之間且朝上拱起的多個緩衝部22,藉由跨接於該兩排電池201的該匯流件2’使兩排電池201彼此串接。另外,位於鄰近整體電路端點處的兩個匯流件2’’各自還具有自所述電池連接部21延伸出的一設置部23,所述設置部23設有作為電力輸出端點的輸出連接埠24。
需要說明的是,在本第一實施例中,所述電路板3為柔性電路板,但所述電路板3在其他變化實施態樣中也可以替換為硬式電路板(印刷電路板3),不以本第一實施例為限。該兩電路板3分別設置於該兩盤體11的電路板安裝部112上且分別對應於位於該兩盤體11上的各匯流件2。
參閱圖3及圖5至圖8,該等橋接片4連接於對應的匯流件2與該電路板3之間,以使所述電路板3通過該等橋接片4採集該等匯流件2的電壓及溫度等資訊。每一橋接片4具有沿一直向方向DS排列且分別連接到對應的電路板3與對應的匯流件2的一電路板連接段41與一匯流件連接段42,以及位於該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42之間的一緩衝段43。該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42舉例來說可以是透過焊接的方式分別與對應的電路板3及對應的匯流件2連接,但不以此為限制。
該緩衝段43包括至少兩個緩衝條431,具體來說本第一實施例中該緩衝段43包括兩個緩衝條431,該兩緩衝條431相對於沿該直向方向DS延伸的一中心線C在一橫向方向DT上構造成對稱的形狀。另外,在本第一實施例中,每一電路板3所對應的各橋接片4中,大部分的所述橋接片4的直向方向DS平行於該左右方向D2,且橫向方向DT平行於該前後方向D1,僅有一個所述橋接片4的直向方向DS平行於該前後方向D1,且橫向方向DT平行於該左右方向D2,但需要說明的是,所述橋接片4的上述擺放朝向可以根據所述電路板3與所述匯流件2之間的相對位置進行調整,不以本第一實施例為限制。
每一緩衝條431具有至少一彎曲部,而本第一實施例的每一緩衝條431具有位於同一平面且在該直向方向DS上彼此連續地反曲的至少兩個直向彎曲部431a,並且,該緩衝段43所在的面與該電路板連接段41所在的面及該匯流件連接段42所在的面之間具有段差,舉例來說,該緩衝段43所在的面是高於該電路板連接段41所在的面及該匯流件連接段42所在的面,但在其他實施態樣中該緩衝段43所在的面也可以是低於該電路板連接段41所在的面及該匯流件連接段42所在的面,不以此為限,該緩衝段43的每一緩衝條431的兩端分別通過段差連接部44連接到該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42。此外,連接到該電路板連接段41的該兩個段差連接部44位於相對的外側,連接到該匯流件連接段42的該兩個段差連接部44位於相對的內側,每一緩衝條431的該兩個直向彎曲部431a位於連接到該電路板連接段41的所述段差連接部44與連接到該匯流件連接段42的所述段差連接部44之間。透過該兩直向彎曲部431a能補償該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42之間沿該直向方向DS、該橫向方向DT及該上下方向D3的相對運動,透過該兩段差連接部44架高該緩衝段43能夠加大補償該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42之間沿上下方向D3的相對運動及空間。並且,透過各自獨立的兩個緩衝條431能夠加強該緩衝段43的柔韌性。
再者,在本第一實施例中,該橋接片4的該電路板連接段41具有一板片411、自該板片411的邊緣處一體地朝下形成的焊接用插腳412、形成於該板片411的多個焊接用穿孔413,以及形成於該板片411的邊緣處且用以容納設置於該電路板3的感測器31的一開口414。每一電路板3形成有對應於所述焊接用插腳412的焊接用插孔32,通過相配合的所述焊接用插腳412與所述焊接用插孔32以及所述焊接用穿孔413,能夠加強焊接後的焊接固持力。而設置於該開口414的所述感測器31可以為溫度傳感器或負溫度係數(NTC)熱敏電阻,另外,所述感測器31與對應的該電路板連接段41舉例來說還可以進一步地使用導熱膠5一併封蓋。在變化的實施例中,若橋接片4設置的位置是沒有所述感測器31,則此橋接片4的開口414是可以取消的。
參閱圖3與圖4,另外,每一電路板3上設有一連接器6,該兩電路板3能通過該等橋接片4蒐集該電池組200的該兩排電池201(見圖1)的狀態資訊(電壓及溫度等等),且藉由設置在該兩電路板3上的該兩連接器6能夠將所述狀態資訊傳遞至與該兩連接器6對接的電池管理裝置(圖未示)。
參閱圖9與圖10,本發明電池連接模組100之一第二實施例與該第一實施例的不同之處在於,每一緩衝條431還具有與該兩個直向彎曲部431a相間隔且沿該橫向方向DT朝外地側向凸出的至少一橫向彎曲部431b。該橫向彎曲部431b能夠加大補償該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42之間的相對運動。
參閱圖11與圖12,本發明電池連接模組100之一第三實施例與該第一實施例的不同之處在於, 該橋接片4還具有一體地形成於該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42上的鄰近該緩衝段43處且朝該緩衝段43所在的面的方向凸出的多個保護片45,該等保護片45能夠避免不當外力施加於該緩衝段43的緩衝條431而造成該緩衝段43的緩衝條431損壞。
參閱圖13,本發明電池連接模組100之一第四實施例與該第一實施例的不同之處在於,該緩衝段43所在的面與該電路板連接段41所在的面及該匯流件連接段42所在的面位於同一平面。
參閱圖14,本發明電池連接模組100之一第五實施例與該第四實施例的不同之處在於,每一緩衝條431具有位於同一平面且在該橫向方向DT上朝內外交互地凸出的至少兩個橫向彎曲部431b,而本第五實施例所示的緩衝條431具有三個橫向彎曲部431b。
參閱圖15,本發明電池連接模組100之一第六實施例與該第四實施例的不同之處在於,該緩衝段43的每一緩衝條431所在的面與該電路板連接段41所在的面及該匯流件連接段42所在的面相互垂直。並且,該緩衝段43的每一緩衝條431所在的面面朝該橫向方向DT,每一緩衝條431具有在該橫向方向DT上朝內凸出的一橫向彎曲部431b’,以及沿該橫向方向DT貫穿地形成且沿該直向方向DS延伸的一開槽431c。該開槽431c能夠加強每一緩衝條431的柔韌性,藉此提高所述橋接片4對應所述電路板3與所述匯流件2之間的相對移動以及對應電池201膨脹的補償能力。
參閱圖16至圖19,本發明電池連接模組100之一第七實施例與該第六實施例的不同之處在於,該橋接片4的該電路板連接段41還具有朝下地形成於該板片411且用以架設於該電路板3的兩個架高腳415,以及朝下地形成於該板片411且用以抵靠於該電路板3的一支撐彈片416。所述焊接用插腳412形成於所述架高腳415的末端,所述架高腳415的寬度大於焊接用插腳412。通過所述架高腳415及所述支撐彈片416將該板片411架高並使該板片411與該電路板3間隔一段距離,這種連接方式相對於該電路板連接段41的板片411與該電路板3之間為面與面的連接方式較能進一步降低連接處崩壞的風險。
綜上所述,本發明電池連接模組100提供一種形變能力較高且抗震效果更好的橋接片4,所述橋接片4的緩衝段43能補償該電路板連接段41與該匯流件連接段42之間的相對運動,藉此提高所述橋接片4對應所述電路板3與所述匯流件2之間的相對移動以及對應電池201膨脹的補償能力。更進一步地,通過該橋接片4的該電路板連接段41的焊接用穿孔413與焊接用插腳412,提高該橋接片4的該電路板連接段41與該電路板3之間的焊接固持力。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種電池連接模組,適用於連接多個電池,該電池連接模組包含: 多個匯流件,用以連接於該等電池; 一電路板;以及 多個橋接片,連接於對應的匯流件與該電路板之間,每一橋接片具有沿一直向方向排列且分別連接到該電路板與對應的匯流件的一電路板連接段與一匯流件連接段,以及位於該電路板連接段與該匯流件連接段之間的一緩衝段,該緩衝段包括兩個緩衝條,該等緩衝條相對於沿該直向方向延伸的一中心線在一橫向方向上構造成對稱的形狀,每一緩衝條具有位於同一平面且在該直向方向上彼此連續地反曲的至少兩個直向彎曲部,以及與該至少兩個直向彎曲部相間隔且沿該橫向方向朝外地側向凸出的至少一橫向彎曲部。
  2. 如請求項1所述的電池連接模組,其中,該緩衝段所在的面與該電路板連接段所在的面及該匯流件連接段所在的面之間具有段差,該緩衝段的每一緩衝條的兩端分別通過段差連接部連接到該電路板連接段與該匯流件連接段。
  3. 如請求項2所述的電池連接模組,其中,連接到該電路板連接段的該兩個段差連接部位於相對的外側,連接到該匯流件連接段的該兩個段差連接部位於相對的內側,每一緩衝條的該至少兩個直向彎曲部位於連接到該電路板連接段的所述段差連接部與連接到該匯流件連接段的所述段差連接部之間。
  4. 如請求項2至請求項3中任一請求項所述的電池連接模組,其中,該橋接片還具有一體地形成於該電路板連接段與該匯流件連接段上且朝該緩衝段所在的面的方向凸出的多個保護片。
  5. 如請求項1所述的電池連接模組,其中,該橋接片的該電路板連接段具有多個焊接用穿孔。
  6. 如請求項1所述的電池連接模組,其中,該橋接片的該電路板連接段具有焊接用插腳,該電路板形成有對應於所述焊接用插腳的焊接用插孔。
  7. 如請求項1所述的電池連接模組,其中,該橋接片的該電路板連接段具有用以設置感測器的開口。
