本发明涉及一种电池连接模块,尤其涉及一种具有通过桥接片使汇流件与电路板连接的电池连接模块。
背景技术
中国发明专利公告号CN102859755 B公开了一种蓄能器模块,所述蓄能器模块的电压分接头构成为柔性的运动补偿元件,用于在蓄能器模块工作中补偿布线元件相对于单元连接器的相对运动和/或用于补偿布线元件和单元连接器的不同膨胀。所述电压分接头的第一端部设置在第一连接区段中,且所述电压分接头的第二端部设置在第二连接区段中,所述第一连接区段和所述第二连接区段彼此邻接,并且所述第一连接区段相对于所述第二连接区段成45度至135度的角度设置。所述第一连接区段和所述第二连接区段设有彼此过渡的缝隙和一个从电压分接头的平面中突出的沟槽区段。另外,各电压分接头的第一端部具有至少一个从相应电压分接头的平面突出的支脚。所述电压分接头的沟槽区段构成从电压分接头的平面中弯折,用来补偿面对板面方向上因膨胀所产生的相对运动,而第一连接区段相对于第二连接区段则需要呈45-135度的角度设置,才能补偿面对板厚方向的相对运动和其所产生的剪力。
中国发明专利公开号CN110459888A公开了一种连接组件,所述连接组件的导电端子包括固定部、与相应电池芯电性连接的接触部及将所述固定部与接触部相连的连接臂,所述连接臂具有一平板部及一弯折部,且呈弯曲状设置以弹性连接于所述基部与所述接触部之间。所述导电端子的固定部具有与所述电路板电性连接的基部和自所述基部弯折延伸形成的固定脚及焊接部。然而,上述的弯折部是沿板面方向凸出的弯折部分,用来补偿面对板厚方向的剪力,但对于面对板面方向上因膨胀所产生的相对运动的承受力较弱。
上述两件现有技术的构造在两个部件之间的相对移动及膨胀的补偿仍有不足。电池模块为提供电动汽车的动力来源,对电池模块各项性能的监控则显得尤为重要。电池连接模块基本上包含电路板、连接电池芯的总线、以及连接在电路板与总线之间的连接件。困难的是,在组装中,总线在焊接到电池芯时会与电路板之间产生大幅度的相对移动。在工作状态中,电池连接模块中的各部件及电池单元的各电池也会相对移动;除了由电池单元化学反应引起的膨胀之外,在交变的环境温度中由电池单元的各电池之间的温度差异也会引起这种移动,另外,在震动过程中也会受到一定的冲击力而产生移动,进而使得电池连接模块的信号采集不稳定、使用寿命变短。因此在电路板与总线之间的连接件需要能够保证补偿静态的受力的和动态的移动,以使电池连接模块能够稳定采集信号,且具有更长的使用寿命。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的,即在于提供一种能改善现有技术中至少一缺点的电池连接模块。
于是,本发明电池连接模块在一些实施方式中,适用于连接多个电池,该电池连接模块是包含多个汇流件、一电路板以及多个桥接片。多个所述汇流件用以连接于多个所述电池。多个所述桥接片连接于对应的汇流件与该电路板之间,每一桥接片具有沿一直向方向排列且分别连接到该电路板与对应的汇流件的一电路板连接段与一汇流件连接段,以及位于该电路板连接段与该汇流件连接段之间的一缓冲段,该缓冲段包括至少两个缓冲条,多个所述缓冲条相对于沿该直向方向延伸的一中心线在一横向方向上构造成对称的形状,每一缓冲条具有至少一弯曲部。
在一些实施方式中,该缓冲段所在的面与该电路板连接段所在的面及该汇流件连接段所在的面之间具有段差,该缓冲段的每一缓冲条的两端分别通过段差连接部连接到该电路板连接段与该汇流件连接段。
在一些实施方式中,该缓冲段包括两个缓冲条,每一缓冲条具有位于同一平面且在该直向方向上彼此连续地反曲的至少两个直向弯曲部。
在一些实施方式中,连接到该电路板连接段的该两个段差连接部位于相对的外侧,连接到该汇流件连接段的该两个段差连接部位于相对的内侧,每一缓冲条的该至少两个直向弯曲部位于连接到该电路板连接段的所述段差连接部与连接到该汇流件连接段的所述段差连接部之间。

在一些实施方式中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有多个焊接用穿孔。
在一些实施方式中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有焊接用插脚,该电路板形成有对应于所述焊接用插脚的焊接用插孔。
在一些实施方式中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有用以设置感测器的开口。
本发明电池连接模块提供一种形变能力较高且抗震效果更好的桥接片,提高所述桥接片对应所述电路板与所述汇流件之间的相对移动以及对应电池膨胀的补偿能力。更进一步地,通过该桥接片的该电路板连接段的焊接用穿孔与焊接用插脚,提高该桥接片的该电路板连接段与该电路板之间的焊接固持力。

具体实施方式
在本发明被详细描述之前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,类似的元件是以相同的编号来表示。
参阅图1至图4,本发明电池连接模块100的一第一实施例,适用于电性连接于一电池组200,该电池组200具有多个电池201,在本第一实施例中,多个电池201排列成两排。该电池组200的两端设有多个端板300。该电池连接模块100包含一承载盘1、多个汇流件2、两个电路板3以及多个桥接片4。
参阅图2至图6,该承载盘1沿一前后方向D1(其中箭头所指方向为前,反向为后)及一左右方向D2(其中箭头所指方向为右,反向为左)延伸,且适用于沿一上下方向D3(其中箭头所指方向为上,反向为下)设置在该电池组200上,并由绝缘材质制成。该承载盘1在本第一实施例中具有沿该左右方向D2并排地一体连接且分别对应该两排电池201的两个盘体11,需要说明的是,该承载盘1的盘体11数量可以对应电池201的排数而为任意数量,不以本第一实施例为限。每一盘体11具有沿该前后方向D1延伸且在该左右方向D2上间隔并排并大致上下贯穿的两个汇流件安装部111,以及沿该前后方向D1延伸且位于该两个汇流件安装部111之间的一电路板安装部112,每一汇流件安装部111具有沿该前后方向D1排列的多个汇流件安装槽111a。在本第一实施例中,多个汇流件2沿该前后方向D1排列且在该左右方向D2上分为四排地分别对应设置于该两个盘体11的汇流件安装部111的汇流件安装槽111a上,每一汇流件2具有沿该前后方向D1排列且适用于与所述电池201的电极连接的多个电池连接部21,以及位于邻近的两个电池连接部21之间且朝上拱起并沿该左右方向D2延伸的多个缓冲部22。所述电池连接部21举例来说可以是用焊接的方式与所述电池201的电极连接,进而通过多个汇流件2串接各电池201。
此外,跨接于该两排电池201的其中一汇流件2’具有沿该前后方向D1排列并沿该左右方向D2呈两排且与所述电池201的电极连接的多个电池连接部21,以及连接于邻近的电池连接部21的之间且朝上拱起的多个缓冲部22,通过跨接于该两排电池201的该汇流件2’使两排电池201彼此串接。另外,位于邻近整体电路端点处的两个汇流件2”各自还具有自所述电池连接部21延伸出的一设置部23,所述设置部23设有作为电力输出端点的输出连接端口24。
需要说明的是,在本第一实施例中,所述电路板3为柔性电路板,但所述电路板3在其他变化实施方式中也可以替换为硬式电路板(印刷电路板3),不以本第一实施例为限。该两个电路板3分别设置于该两个盘体11的电路板安装部112上且分别对应于位于该两个盘体11上的各汇流件2。
参阅图3及图5至图8,多个桥接片4连接于对应的汇流件2与该电路板3之间,以使所述电路板3通过多个桥接片4采集多个汇流件2的电压及温度等信息。每一桥接片4具有沿一直向方向DS排列且分别连接到对应的电路板3与对应的汇流件2的一电路板连接段41与一汇流件连接段42,以及位于该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42之间的一缓冲段43。该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42举例来说可以是通过焊接的方式分别与对应的电路板3及对应的汇流件2连接,但不以此为限制。
该缓冲段43包括至少两个缓冲条431,具体来说本第一实施例中该缓冲段43包括两个缓冲条431,该两缓冲条431相对于沿该直向方向DS延伸的一中心线C在一横向方向DT上构造成对称的形状。另外,在本第一实施例中,每一电路板3所对应的各桥接片4中,大部分的所述桥接片4的直向方向DS平行于该左右方向D2,且横向方向DT平行于该前后方向D1,仅有一个所述桥接片4的直向方向DS平行于该前后方向D1,且横向方向DT平行于该左右方向D2,但需要说明的是,所述桥接片4的上述摆放朝向可以根据所述电路板3与所述汇流件2之间的相对位置进行调整,不以本第一实施例为限制。
每一缓冲条431具有至少一弯曲部,而本第一实施例的每一缓冲条431具有位于同一平面且在该直向方向DS上彼此连续地反曲的至少两个直向弯曲部431a,并且,该缓冲段43所在的面与该电路板连接段41所在的面及该汇流件连接段42所在的面之间具有段差,举例来说,该缓冲段43所在的面是高于该电路板连接段41所在的面及该汇流件连接段42所在的面,但在其他实施方式中该缓冲段43所在的面也可以是低于该电路板连接段41所在的面及该汇流件连接段42所在的面,不以此为限,该缓冲段43的每一缓冲条431的两端分别通过段差连接部44连接到该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42。此外,连接到该电路板连接段41的该两个段差连接部44位于相对的外侧,连接到该汇流件连接段42的该两个段差连接部44位于相对的内侧,每一缓冲条431的该两个直向弯曲部431a位于连接到该电路板连接段41的所述段差连接部44与连接到该汇流件连接段42的所述段差连接部44之间。通过该两直向弯曲部431a能补偿该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42之间沿该直向方向DS、该横向方向DT及该上下方向D3的相对运动,通过该两段差连接部44架高该缓冲段43能够加大补偿该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42之间沿上下方向D3的相对运动及空间。并且,通过各自独立的两个缓冲条431能够加强该缓冲段43的柔韧性。
再者,在本第一实施例中,该桥接片4的该电路板连接段41具有一板片411、自该板片411的边缘处一体地朝下形成的焊接用插脚412、形成于该板片411的多个焊接用穿孔413,以及形成于该板片411的边缘处且用以容纳设置于该电路板3的感测器31的一开口414。每一电路板3形成有对应于所述焊接用插脚412的焊接用插孔32,通过相配合的所述焊接用插脚412与所述焊接用插孔32以及所述焊接用穿孔413,能够加强焊接后的焊接固持力。而设置于该开口414的所述感测器31可以为温度传感器或负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻,另外,所述感测器31与对应的该电路板连接段41举例来说还可以进一步地使用导热胶5一并封盖。在变化的实施例中,若桥接片4设置的位置是没有所述感测器31,则此桥接片4的开口414是可以取消的。
参阅图3与图4,另外,每一电路板3上设有一连接器6,该两个电路板3能通过多个桥接片4搜集该电池组200的该两排电池201(见图1)的状态信息(电压及温度等等),且通过设置在该两个电路板3上的该两个连接器6能够将所述状态信息传递至与该两个连接器6对接的电池管理装置(图未示)。
参阅图9与图10,本发明电池连接模块100的一第二实施例与该第一实施例的不同之处在于,每一缓冲条431还具有与该两个直向弯曲部431a相间隔且沿该横向方向DT朝外地侧向凸出的至少一横向弯曲部431b。该横向弯曲部431b能够加大补偿该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42之间的相对运动。
参阅图11与图12,本发明电池连接模块100的一第三实施例与该第一实施例的不同之处在于,该桥接片4还具有一体地形成于该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42上的邻近该缓冲段43处且朝该缓冲段43所在的面的方向凸出的多个保护片45,多个保护片45能够避免不当外力施加于该缓冲段43的缓冲条431而造成该缓冲段43的缓冲条431损坏。
参阅图13,本发明电池连接模块100的一第四实施例与该第一实施例的不同之处在于,该缓冲段43所在的面与该电路板连接段41所在的面及该汇流件连接段42所在的面位于同一平面。
参阅图14,本发明电池连接模块100的一第五实施例与该第四实施例的不同之处在于,每一缓冲条431具有位于同一平面且在该横向方向DT上朝内外交互地凸出的至少两个横向弯曲部431b,而本第五实施例所示的缓冲条431具有三个横向弯曲部431b。
参阅图15,本发明电池连接模块100的一第六实施例与该第四实施例的不同之处在于,该缓冲段43的每一缓冲条431所在的面与该电路板连接段41所在的面及该汇流件连接段42所在的面相互垂直。并且,该缓冲段43的每一缓冲条431所在的面面朝该横向方向DT,每一缓冲条431具有在该横向方向DT上朝内凸出的一横向弯曲部431b’,以及沿该横向方向DT贯穿地形成且沿该直向方向DS延伸的一开槽431c。该开槽431c能够加强每一缓冲条431的柔韧性,由此提高所述桥接片4对应所述电路板3与所述汇流件2之间的相对移动以及对应电池201膨胀的补偿能力。
参阅图16至图19,本发明电池连接模块100的一第七实施例与该第六实施例的不同之处在于,该桥接片4的该电路板连接段41还具有朝下地形成于该板片411且用以架设于该电路板3的两个架高脚415,以及朝下地形成于该板片411且用以抵靠于该电路板3的一支撑弹片416。所述焊接用插脚412形成于所述架高脚415的末端,所述架高脚415的宽度大于焊接用插脚412。通过所述架高脚415及所述支撑弹片416将该板片411架高并使该板片411与该电路板3间隔一段距离,这种连接方式相对于该电路板连接段41的板片411与该电路板3之间为面与面的连接方式较能进一步降低连接处崩坏的风险。
综上所述,本发明电池连接模块100提供一种形变能力较高且抗震效果更好的桥接片4,所述桥接片4的缓冲段43能补偿该电路板连接段41与该汇流件连接段42之间的相对运动,由此提高所述桥接片4对应所述电路板3与所述汇流件2之间的相对移动以及对应电池201膨胀的补偿能力。更进一步地,通过该桥接片4的该电路板连接段41的焊接用穿孔413与焊接用插脚412,提高该桥接片4的该电路板连接段41与该电路板3之间的焊接固持力。
然而以上所述,仅为本发明的实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,凡是依本发明权利要求及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (16)

1.一种电池连接模块,适用于连接多个电池,该电池连接模块包含:
多个汇流件,用以连接于多个所述电池;
一电路板;以及
多个桥接片,连接于对应的汇流件与该电路板之间,每一桥接片具有沿一直向方向排列且分别连接到该电路板与对应的汇流件的一电路板连接段与一汇流件连接段,以及位于该电路板连接段与该汇流件连接段之间的一缓冲段,该缓冲段包括至少两个缓冲条,多个所述缓冲条相对于沿该直向方向延伸的一中心线在一横向方向上构造成对称的形状,每一缓冲条具有至少一弯曲部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该缓冲段所在的面与该电路板连接段所在的面及该汇流件连接段所在的面之间具有段差,该缓冲段的每一缓冲条的两端分别通过段差连接部连接到该电路板连接段与该汇流件连接段。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池连接模块,其中,该缓冲段包括两个缓冲条,每一缓冲条具有位于同一平面且在该直向方向上彼此连续地反曲的至少两个直向弯曲部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池连接模块,其中,连接到该电路板连接段的该两个段差连接部位于相对的外侧,连接到该汇流件连接段的该两个段差连接部位于相对的内侧,每一缓冲条的该至少两个直向弯曲部位于连接到该电路板连接段的所述段差连接部与连接到该汇流件连接段的所述段差连接部之间。
5.如权利要求3所述的电池连接模块,其中,每一缓冲条还具有与该至少两个直向弯曲部相间隔且沿该横向方向朝外地侧向凸出的至少一横向弯曲部。
6.如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的电池连接模块,其中,该桥接片还具有一体地形成于该电路板连接段与该汇流件连接段上且朝该缓冲段所在的面的方向凸出的多个保护片。
7.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该缓冲段所在的面与该电路板连接段所在的面及该汇流件连接段所在的面位于同一平面。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池连接模块,其中,该缓冲段包括两个缓冲条,每一缓冲条具有位于同一平面且在该直向方向上彼此连续地反曲的至少两个直向弯曲部。
9.如权利要求7所述的电池连接模块,其中,该缓冲段包括两个缓冲条,每一缓冲条具有位于同一平面且在该横向方向上朝内外交互地凸出的至少两个横向弯曲部。
10.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该缓冲段包括至少两个缓冲条,该缓冲段的每一缓冲条所在的面与该电路板连接段所在的面及该汇流件连接段所在的面相互垂直。
11.如权利要求10所述的电池连接模块,其中,每一缓冲条形成有一开槽。
12.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有一板片,以及形成于该板片且用以架设于该电路板的架高脚,所述架高脚将该板片架高并使该板片与该电路板间隔一段距离。
13.如权利要求12所述的电池连接模块,其中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段还具有形成于该板片且用以抵靠于该电路板的支撑弹片,所述支撑弹片将该板片架高并使该板片与该电路板间隔一段距离。
14.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有多个焊接用穿孔。
15.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有焊接用插脚,该电路板形成有对应于所述焊接用插脚的焊接用插孔。
16.如权利要求1所述的电池连接模块,其中,该桥接片的该电路板连接段具有用以设置感测器的开口。
