Abstract

本發明係關於一種具視覺穿透性之人工皮革及其製造方法。該具視覺穿透性之人工皮革包括:一熱塑性基材、一熱塑性接著層及一熱塑性表面層。該熱塑性基材呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性。該熱塑性接著層設置於該熱塑性基材上。該熱塑性表面層設置於該熱塑性接著層上,該熱塑性表面層及該熱塑性接著層呈透明性。本發明之人工皮革具視覺穿透性,具美觀性及產品之多樣性。

Description

具視覺穿透性之人工皮革及其製造方法
本發明關於一種具視覺穿透性之人工皮革及其製造方法。
習知製造人工皮革之方法普遍會採用多種繁複製程,且部分製程中需使用溶劑,該溶劑會危害環境,不符合環保需求。並且,習知人工皮革不具有視覺穿透性,不能呈現多樣之變化。
因此,有必要提供一創新且具進步性之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革及其製造方法,以解決上述習知缺失。
本發明係關於一種具視覺穿透性之人工皮革。在一實施例中,該具視覺穿透性之人工皮革包括:一熱塑性基材、一熱塑性接著層及一熱塑性表面層。該熱塑性基材呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性。該熱塑性接著層設置於該熱塑性基材上。該熱塑性表面層設置於該熱塑性接著層上,該熱塑性表面層及該熱塑性接著層呈透明性。
本發明係關於一種具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法。在一實施例中,該具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法包括以下步驟:提供一熱塑性基材,該熱塑性基材呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性;設置一熱塑性接著層至該熱塑性基材上;設置一熱塑性表面層至該熱塑性接著層上,該熱塑性表面層以熔噴方式加工,且不添加色料,以堆疊形成具遮蔽性纖維結構;熱加工複合該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層及該熱塑性表面層;及熱壓已複合之該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層及該熱塑性表面層,該熱塑性表面層及該熱塑性接著層呈透明性。
參閱圖1,其係顯示本發明一實施例具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之結構示意圖。在一實施例中,本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10包括:一熱塑性基材11、一熱塑性接著層12及一熱塑性表面層13。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性基材11具有一第一表面111及一第二表面112,該第二表面112相對於該第一表面111,該熱塑性基材11呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性。在一實施例中,該熱塑性基材11具有一設定之顏色。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性接著層12設置於該熱塑性基材11之該第一表面111上。
在一實施例中,該熱塑性表面層13設置於該熱塑性接著層12上。該熱塑性表面層13及該熱塑性接著層12呈透明性。因此,由於該熱塑性基材11呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性,且配合該熱塑性表面層13及該熱塑性接著層12呈透明性,故本發明之人工皮革10具視覺穿透性,具美觀性及產品之多樣性。本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10可廣泛應用於製鞋、成衣、衛材等領域,但不以上述為限。
在一實施例中,本發明之該熱塑性基材11、該熱塑性接著層12及該熱塑性表面層13係為同一材質,不具有其他材質,例如為聚醚類材質或聚酯類材質,但不以上述為限。因此,本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10之全部材質均為同一種熱塑性材質製成,本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。並且,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性回收粒子,可再添加於本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10之製造過程中,以進一步提升環保效益,以節省製造成本。
在一實施例中,本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10另包括一塗料層14,設置於該熱塑性表面層13上,該塗料層14具有設定之色彩,且該塗料層14呈透明性。因此,本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10可依客戶之需求,提供豐富的色彩設計,進一步提昇產品之美觀及多樣性。
參閱圖2,其係顯示本發明另一實施例具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之結構示意圖。在一實施例中,本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革20包括:一視覺穿透部21及一非視覺穿透部22。該視覺穿透部21包括該熱塑性基材211、該熱塑性接著層212及該熱塑性表面層213。該熱塑性基材211呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性,該熱塑性表面層213及該熱塑性接著層212呈透明性。因此,本發明人工皮革20之該視覺穿透部21具視覺穿透性。該視覺穿透部21具有一第一厚度T1,該第一厚度T1包括該熱塑性基材211、該熱塑性接著層212及該熱塑性表面層213之厚度。
在一實施例中,該非視覺穿透部22包括:一初始熱塑性基材221、一初始熱塑性接著層222及一初始熱塑性表面層223。該初始熱塑性基材221呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性。該初始熱塑性接著層222及該初始熱塑性表面層223不具透明性。因此,本發明人工皮革20之該非視覺穿透部22不具有視覺穿透性。
在一實施例中,該非視覺穿透部22具有一第二厚度T2,其包括該初始熱塑性基材221、該初始熱塑性接著層222及該初始熱塑性表面層223之厚度,該第二厚度T2大於該第一厚度T1。在一實施例中,本發明之人工皮革20之該非視覺穿透部22未經熱壓處理,故該第二厚度T2大於該第一厚度T1,且該初始熱塑性接著層222及該初始熱塑性表面層223不具透明性,使得該非視覺穿透部22不具有視覺穿透性。在一實施例中,本發明人工皮革20之該視覺穿透部21經熱壓處理,該第一厚度T1小於該第二厚度T2,且該熱塑性表面層213及該熱塑性接著層212呈透明性,使得該視覺穿透部21具有視覺穿透性。因此,本發明之人工皮革20同時具有該視覺穿透部21及該非視覺穿透部22,可達到客製化之需求,以進一步提升產品之對比性、性美觀及多樣性。
圖3顯示本發明一實施例具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法流程示意圖。配合參考圖1及圖3,首先參考步驟S31,提供一熱塑性基材11,該熱塑性基材11具有一第一表面111及一第二表面112,該第二表面112相對於該第一表面111,該熱塑性基材11呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性。
參考步驟S32,設置一熱塑性接著層12至該熱塑性基材11之該第一表面111上。在一實施例中,係先製備該熱塑性接著層12,再將該熱塑性接著層12設置於該熱塑性基材11之該第一表面111上。參考步驟S33,設置一熱塑性表面層13至該熱塑性接著層12上,該熱塑性表面層13以熔噴方式加工,且不添加色料,以堆疊形成具遮蔽性纖維結構。在一實施例中,係先製備該熱塑性表面層13,再將該熱塑性表面層13設置於該熱塑性接著層12上。
參考步驟S34,熱加工複合該熱塑性基材11、該熱塑性接著層12及該熱塑性表面層13,使該熱塑性接著層12與該熱塑性基材11及該熱塑性表面層13結合。
參考步驟S35,熱壓已複合之該熱塑性基材11、該熱塑性接著層12及該熱塑性表面層13,該熱塑性表面層13及該熱塑性接著層12呈透明性。
在一實施例中,在熱壓之步驟中,其加熱溫度為110~160˚C。在一實施例中,在熱壓之步驟中,其加熱溫度為130~140˚C。在一實施例中,在熱壓之步驟中,其加壓之壓力為20-50 kg/cm2。在一實施例中,在熱壓之步驟中,其加壓之壓力為30-40 kg/cm 2
因此,利用本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,可製作具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10,使得人工皮革所製之產品具美觀性及多樣性。且利用多層熱塑性結構複合及熱壓之方式製作,可提升本發明之人工皮革10之整體強度,例如:接著強度或撕裂強度。再者,該熱塑性基材11、該熱塑性接著層12及該熱塑性表面層13係為單一熱塑性材質製成,故為單一原料生產,可使本發明具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法製程及備料單純化,可提升製造效率,及降低製造成本。另外,本發明之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10使用後可回收造粒,具有環保效益。並且,經回收造粒而得之熱塑性回收粒子,可再添加於本發明之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革10之製造過程中,以進一步提升環保效益,以節省製造成本。
在一實施例中,在設置該熱塑性表面層步驟後,另包括設置一塗料層14於該熱塑性表面層上,在熱加工步驟中,係複合該熱塑性基材11、該熱塑性接著層12、該熱塑性表面層13及該塗料層14,在熱壓步驟中,係熱壓已複合之該熱塑性基材11、該熱塑性接著層12、該熱塑性表面層13及該塗料層14,且該熱塑性表面層13、該熱塑性接著層12及該塗料層14呈透明性,故可依客戶之需求,提供豐富的色彩設計,進一步提昇產品之美觀及多樣性。
上述實施例僅為說明本發明之原理及其功效,而非限制本發明。習於此技術之人士對上述實施例所做之修改及變化仍不違背本發明之精神。本發明之權利範圍應如後述之申請專利範圍所列。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種具視覺穿透性之人工皮革,包括:一熱塑性基材,該熱塑性基材呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性;一熱塑性接著層,設置於該熱塑性基材上;一熱塑性表面層,設置於該熱塑性接著層上,該熱塑性表面層及該熱塑性接著層呈透明性;及一視覺穿透部,具有一第一厚度,其包括該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層及該熱塑性表面層之厚度。
  2. 如請求項1之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革,其中該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層及該熱塑性表面層係為同一材質。
  3. 如請求項1之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革,其中該熱塑性基材具有一設定之顏色。
  4. 如請求項1之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革,另包括一塗料層,設置於該熱塑性表面層上,該塗料層具有設定之色彩,且該塗料層呈透明性。
  5. 如請求項1之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革,另包括一非視覺穿透部,其包括:一初始熱塑性基材、一初始熱塑性接著層及一初始熱塑性表面層,該非視覺穿透部具有一第二厚度,其包括該初始熱塑性基材、該初始熱塑性接著層及該初始熱塑性表面層之厚度,該第二厚度大於該第一厚度。
  6. 如請求項5之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革,其中該初始熱塑性接著層及該初始熱塑性表面層不具透明性。
  7. 一種具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,包括以下步驟:提供一熱塑性基材,該熱塑性基材呈纖維網狀,具視覺穿透性;設置一熱塑性接著層至該熱塑性基材上;設置一熱塑性表面層至該熱塑性接著層上,該熱塑性表面層以熔噴方式加工,且不添加色料,以堆疊形成具遮蔽性纖維結構;熱加工複合該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層及該熱塑性表面層;及熱壓已複合之該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層及該熱塑性表面層,該熱塑性表面層及該熱塑性接著層呈透明性。
  8. 如請求項7之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在熱壓之步驟中,其加熱溫度為110~160℃。
  9. 如請求項8之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在熱壓之步驟中,其加熱溫度為130~140℃。
  10. 如請求項7之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在熱壓之步驟中,其加壓之壓力為20-50kg/cm2
  11. 如請求項10之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在熱壓之 步驟中,其加壓之壓力為30-40kg/cm2
  12. 如請求項7之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在設置該熱塑性表面層步驟後,另包括設置一塗料層於該熱塑性表面層上,在熱加工步驟中,係複合該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層、該熱塑性表面層及該塗料層,在熱壓步驟中,係熱壓已複合之該熱塑性基材、該熱塑性接著層、該熱塑性表面層及該塗料層,該熱塑性表面層、該熱塑性接著層及該塗料層呈透明性。
  13. 如請求項7之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在設置該熱塑性接著層之步驟中,另包括製備該熱塑性接著層,再將該熱塑性接著層設置於該熱塑性基材上。
  14. 如請求項7之具視覺穿透性之人工皮革之製造方法,其中在設置該熱塑性表面層之步驟中,另包括製備該熱塑性表面層,再將該熱塑性表面層設置於該熱塑性接著層上。
