Abstract
一種可自我修補破洞的充氣輪胎,可利用儲存在輪胎中的補胎劑來修補破洞。
Description
本發明係關於一種可自動修補破洞的輪胎,特別是關於一種利用儲存在輪胎中的補胎劑來修補破洞的充氣輪胎。
現今的自補胎,多是在充氣輪胎的胎面內層塗上一層黏稠的補胎劑,或是在胎面的內面設置一層封閉的補胎劑層,在胎面發生破洞並穿過補胎劑層時,令補胎劑從破洞溢出,並填滿破洞,防止輪胎漏氣。此種自補胎的缺點在於發生破洞後補胎劑無法重新填充,多餘的補胎劑也無法回收使用,並且大多必須在輪胎工廠內製作,以至於造價偏高。
因此,如何設計一種自補胎,不需要高成本來製作,且又不需要在工廠內利用特殊製程製作,甚至可以利用現有的一般充氣輪胎改裝成自補胎,且破洞後輪胎可以利用現有技術修補,補胎劑也可以再充填或再回收利用,則可以大大降低目前的成本,使自補胎的安裝及後續的維修更容易,使自補胎更容易普及。
有鑑於上述課題,本發明之目的為提供一種易於改裝及修復的自補胎,以降低整個自補胎的製造及維護成本。
於一實施例,請參考圖1,依據本發明之一種自補胎中,具有一氣密的外胎及輪圈,一可充氣的內胎,及一個位於內、外胎之間的補胎劑層,該外胎可由一氣嘴將液態補胎劑注入內、外胎之間的補胎劑層,該內胎可由一氣嘴將內胎充氣,正常使用時補胎劑受內胎氣壓擠壓,會均勻分布於外胎內面的補胎劑層,且其液壓會與內胎內的氣壓相同,外胎有破洞時補胎劑會受內胎擠壓由破洞擠出,因而接觸空氣並填補破洞,內、
外胎同時被穿破時,補胎劑仍會因漏氣處較低的氣壓而流向破洞,因而填補破洞,阻止漏氣。
於另一實施例,請參考圖2,依據本發明之一種自補胎,與前例類似,但在內外胎之間的補胎劑層更具有一隔間構造,以便在內外胎之間隔出一層空間作為補胎劑層,供補胎劑儲存與流動,同時讓補胎劑可以均勻分布於所要保護的胎面或胎壁內面,該隔間構造可為獨立的構造,或是貼附於內胎表面或外胎內面。
於另一實施例,請參考圖3,依據本發明之一種自補胎中,與前例類似,但是內胎與外胎的氣嘴合在一起變成一個二合一氣嘴,由輪圈上的一個氣嘴孔伸出,該二合一氣嘴的一個實施例包含兩個氣閥及兩個氣道,其中一個氣閥與一個氣道可對內胎充氣,另一個氣閥與另一個氣道則可對內、外胎間的補胎劑層注入補胎劑,或是該二合一氣嘴的另一個實施例包含一個共用氣閥、兩個氣道及一個氣道選擇開關,成為一個可選擇氣道的氣嘴,靠氣道選擇開關來選擇對內胎充氣或是對內、外胎間的補胎劑層注入補胎劑,本二合一氣嘴可以適用於市面上大部分僅有單一氣嘴孔之輪圈,並可將現存之傳統無內胎輪胎改造成本發明之自補胎。
承上所述,本發明係將一個內胎置於原本無內胎的充氣輪胎內,在內、外胎間的空間注入補胎劑,成為一個自補胎,不僅安裝成本較低,並且維護容易,任何現有的傳統充氣輪胎皆可以改裝成自補胎,破洞發生後內胎或外胎皆可以拆卸,並可分別用現有的補胎技術修補,且輪胎內的補胎劑還可以從氣嘴回收或再充填,因此與其他種類的自補胎比較,本發明具有低成本、維護容易、可直接由現有之傳統輪胎改裝的優點。

以下將參照相關圖式,說明本發明複數實施例之一種自補胎,其中相同元件以相同符號表示。
如圖1所示,為本發明之第一實施例之自補胎,係包含輪圈1、氣密的外胎2、外胎氣嘴(可稱為第一氣嘴)3、外胎氣道4、可充氣的內胎5、內胎氣嘴(可稱為第二氣嘴)6、內胎氣道7及位於內、外胎之間的補胎劑層8。輪圈1具有第一氣嘴孔(外胎氣嘴3穿過輪圈1之處的開孔)與一第二氣嘴孔(內胎氣嘴6穿過輪圈1之處的開孔)。外胎2安裝於輪圈1上,內胎5安裝於外胎2內與輪圈1之間。外胎氣嘴3由前述的第一氣嘴孔伸出,而內胎氣嘴6則由前述的第二氣嘴孔伸出。外胎氣道4位於外胎氣嘴3內,並與內胎5、外胎2之間的空間相通。內胎氣道7位於內胎氣嘴6內,並與內胎5內部相通。外胎氣嘴(可稱為第一氣嘴)3內更包含一外胎氣閥(未繪示),其與外胎氣道4相接,而內胎氣嘴(可稱為第二氣嘴)6內更包含一內胎氣閥(未繪示),其與內胎氣道7相接。補胎劑層8用以儲存由外胎氣道4注入之補胎劑。內胎5經由內胎氣嘴6及內胎氣道7充氣後,補胎劑由外胎氣嘴3及外胎氣道4注入到內胎與外胎間的補胎劑層8。正常使用時,補胎劑受內胎5中的氣壓擠壓,會均勻分布於外胎2內面的補胎劑層8,且其液壓會與內胎5內的氣壓相同。在外胎2發生破洞時,補胎劑即會受內胎擠壓由破洞流出,因而接觸空氣填補破洞並防止漏氣。內胎5及外胎2同時被穿破時,補胎劑仍會因漏氣處較低的氣壓而流向破洞,因而填補破洞,阻止漏氣。
如圖2所示,為本發明之第二實施例之自補胎,與前例類似,但與第一實施例不同處在於內、外胎之間多了一層隔間構造9,可在內胎5及外胎2之間隔出一層空間做為補胎劑層8,以便儲存補胎劑,並供補胎劑流動,讓補胎劑可以均勻分布於所要保護的胎面或胎壁內面。隔間構造9具有凸起的結構藉以控制補胎劑在輪胎內的分布區域。該隔間構造9可貼附於內胎5的外表面,或貼附於外胎2的內表面,或為一獨立於內胎5
與外胎2的構造物。
如圖3所示,為本發明第三實施例的自補胎,與前例類似,但與前例不同的地方在於本實施例將前例的內胎氣嘴6與外胎氣嘴3合而為一,成為一個二合一氣嘴10,由輪圈1上的一個氣嘴孔(如圖3中的二合一氣嘴10穿過輪圈1的開孔)伸出。輪圈1上僅需要一個氣嘴孔即可安裝二合一氣嘴10。外胎氣道4及內胎氣道7均位於二合一氣嘴10內,其中內胎氣道7與內胎5相通,外胎氣道4與外胎2內層(即內胎5與外胎2之間的空間)相通,達到使用一個氣嘴即可分別對內胎5充氣及對位於內胎5、外胎2之間的補胎劑層8注入補胎劑的目的。本實施例的二合一氣嘴10可以適用於市面上大部分僅有單一氣嘴孔之輪圈1,並可將現存之傳統無內胎輪胎改造成本發明之自補胎。
如圖4所示,為一種二合一氣嘴的實施例,二合一氣嘴11包含兩個氣閥(外胎氣閥111、內胎氣閥112)及兩個氣道(外胎氣道4、內胎氣道7),內胎氣道7與內胎5相接,外胎氣道4與內、外胎間的補胎劑層8相接。其中,內胎氣閥112與內胎氣道7可對內胎5充氣,而外胎氣閥111與外胎氣道4則可對內胎5及外胎2間的補胎劑層8注入補胎劑。本實施例的二合一氣嘴11可以適用於市面上大部分僅有單一氣嘴孔之輪圈1,並可將現存之傳統無內胎輪胎改造成本發明之自補胎。
如圖5所示,為另一種二合一氣嘴的實施例,二合一氣嘴12包含一個共用氣閥121與兩個氣道(外胎氣道4、內胎氣道7)及一個氣道選擇開關122,成為一個可選擇氣道的氣嘴。內胎氣道7與內胎5相接,外胎氣道4與內、外胎間的補胎劑層8相接,由氣道選擇開關122選擇共用氣閥121要與外胎氣道4及內胎氣道7中的哪一個氣道相接,以選擇對內胎5充氣或是對位於內胎5及外胎2之間的補胎劑層8注入補胎劑。本實施例的二合一氣嘴12可以適用於市面上大部分僅有單一氣嘴孔之輪圈1,並可將現存之傳統無內胎輪胎改造成本發明之自補胎。
承上所述,本發明之自補胎在原本無內胎的充氣外胎內增加一個內胎,並利用外胎氣道將補胎劑注入內、外胎之間,具有低成本、易維護以及可利用現有傳統輪胎改裝等優點。

- 一種自補胎,包含:一輪圈,具有至少一氣嘴孔;一外胎,安裝於該輪圈上;一內胎,安裝於該外胎內與該輪圈之間;至少一氣嘴,由該氣嘴孔伸出;一外胎氣道,位於該氣嘴內,並與該內胎、該外胎之間的空間相通;一內胎氣道,位於該氣嘴內,並與該內胎內部相通,藉以充氣到該內胎內;一補胎劑層,位於該內胎與該外胎之間,用以儲存由該外胎氣道注入之補胎劑;以及一隔間構造,其係將該內胎與該外胎隔開形成一個容納補胎劑的空間,形成該補胎劑層,該隔間構造係位於該內胎表面或該外胎內面,或位於該內胎與該外胎之間,其中該隔間構造具有凸起的結構,藉以控制該補胎劑的分布區域;其中,該氣嘴內更包含一外胎氣閥與一內胎氣閥,該外胎氣閥與該外胎氣道相接,且該內胎氣閥與該內胎氣道相接;其中,該補胎劑係從該氣嘴的該外胎氣閥經由該外胎氣道注入到該內胎與該外胎間,以均勻分布於該外胎內面的該補胎劑層,且於該外胎破洞時,該補胎劑受到該內胎的擠壓自動推往破洞處以堵住破洞。
