Abstract
本發明為一種輸入裝置,包括電路板、滾輪、支撐架、按壓開關及傾斜開關。滾輪具有轉動軸心。支撐架包括本體、延伸臂、第一支撐部及第二支撐部。滾輪以轉動軸心樞接於本體,使滾輪可轉動並帶動支撐架下壓與朝至少一側邊傾斜。延伸臂係設置於本體之側邊。第一支撐部樞設於本體的一端。第二支撐部連接本體並支撐於電路板,其中第二支撐部設置於轉動軸心及第一支撐部之間。按壓開關係設置於電路板上並對應本體設置,按壓滾輪時帶動本體下壓觸發按壓開關。傾斜開關係設置於電路板並對應於延伸臂,滾輪傾斜時,帶動延伸臂傾斜而觸發傾斜開關。
Description
本發明係關於一種輸入裝置,特別是一種具有傾斜滾輪的輸入裝置。
隨著技術快速發展及電腦多媒體時代的來臨,人們對各式各樣的電腦裝置的依賴也增加。各種供使用者與電腦系統溝通之周邊輸入裝置,例如滑鼠、鍵盤、麥克風等等,均扮演重要角色。當中以滑鼠為使用者最常使用的輸入裝置。滑鼠通常具有一滾輪,以供使用者對畫面執行放大、縮小、捲動畫面等等操作。於先前技術中另具有一種滑鼠之滾輪還可以被左右擺動,以控制螢幕的水平方向的捲動。此種滾輪滑鼠被稱為傾斜式滾輪(Tilt Wheel)滑鼠。然而,先前技術中,傾斜式滾輪滑鼠之滾輪在左右方向擺動的幅度要較大才可以達到左右控制的目的,對使用者而言就必須要施予較大的力道,所以使用上較不方便。
因此,有必要發明一種新的輸入裝置,以解決先前技術的缺失。
本發明之主要目的係在提供一種具有傾斜滾輪的輸入裝置。
為達成上述之目的,本發明之輸入裝置包括電路板、滾輪、支撐架、按壓開關及至少一傾斜開關。滾輪具有轉動軸心。支撐架用以支撐滾輪並可被滾輪帶動。支撐架包括本體、至少一延伸臂、第一支撐部及第二支撐部。滾輪以轉動軸心樞接於本體,使滾輪可相對本體轉動,滾輪能帶動支撐架下壓與朝至少一側邊傾斜。至少一延伸臂設置於本體之側邊。第一支撐部樞設於本體的一端以使本體能夠被滾輪帶動下壓。第二支撐部連接本體並支撐於電路板,其中第二支撐部設置於轉動軸心及第一支撐部之間。按壓開關係設置於電路板上並對應本體設置,按壓滾輪時帶動本體下壓觸發按壓開關。至少一傾斜開關係設置於電路板並對應於至少一延伸臂,滾輪傾斜時,帶動至少一延伸臂傾斜而觸發至少一傾斜開關。
為能讓 貴審查委員能更瞭解本發明之技術內容,特舉較佳具體實施例說明如下。
以下請先同時參考圖1到圖3,其中圖1係本發明之輸入裝置之第一實施例之立體示意圖、圖2係本發明之輸入裝置之第一實施例之側面示意圖、圖3係本發明之輸入裝置之第一實施例之正面示意圖。
首先說明的是,本發明係提供一種輸入裝置1a,使用者可藉由操作輸入裝置1a而控制相對應的電子設備,且輸入裝置1a係可設置於各類的滑鼠裝置或鍵盤裝置等,但不以此侷限滾輸入裝置1a的應用範疇。於本發明之第一實施例中,輸入裝置1a可以用於滑鼠裝置,其係設置於滑鼠裝置內部並包覆於一外殼3內。由於滑鼠裝置的外殼3形狀並非本發明之重點所在,故在此不加以詳述。該輸入裝置1a包括電路板2、滾輪10、支撐架20、按壓開關31、左傾斜開關32a及右傾斜開關32b。滾輪10之表面可以由橡膠製成,滾輪10具有一轉動軸心11,藉此樞接於支撐架20,使滾輪10可以供使用者撥動,藉此發出控制指令使電子設備執行命令。由於此技術已為本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者所熟知,故在此不再贅述。
支撐架20用以支撐滾輪10,並可被滾輪10帶動。支撐架20包括本體21、左延伸臂22a、右延伸臂22b、第一支撐部23及第二支撐部24a。滾輪10以轉動軸心11樞接於本體21,使滾輪10可相對本體21轉動,且使用者可以藉由操控滾輪10帶動支撐架20下壓以及朝至少一側邊傾斜。第一支撐部23係樞設於本體21的一端,使本體21能夠被滾輪10帶動下壓。第一支撐部可利用固定軸231以樞設到電路板2之樞接部2a。第二支撐部24a係連接本體21的左右兩側,第二支撐部24a係為一彈簧,以支撐於電路板2,並於使用者按壓滾輪10時提供回復彈力。藉此,第一支撐部23及第二支撐部24a係支撐起整個支撐架20,以承受滾輪10的重量及使用者按壓滾輪10時的力道。
按壓開關31係設置於電路板2上並對應於本體21設置於本體21下方,以藉由使用者按壓滾輪10而帶動本體21下壓觸發按壓開關31來產生相對應的控制訊號。而由圖2可知,第二支撐部24a設置於轉動軸心11及第一支撐部23之間,按壓開關31係設置於該第二支撐部24a及該第一支撐部23之間,左延伸臂22a亦設置於第二支撐部24a及第一支撐部23之間。所以由輸入裝置1a的側面來看,上述元件從前方到後方的位置依序為轉動軸心11、第二支撐部24a、按壓開關31、左延伸臂22a及第一支撐部23,第二支撐部24a及第一支撐部23都不會超過轉動軸心11的所在位置。
於本發明之第一實施例中,輸入裝置1a包括左延伸臂22a、右延伸臂22b、左傾斜開關32a及右傾斜開關32b,但本發明並不限於此。輸入裝置1a也可以設置單一個延伸臂以配合單一個傾斜開關,來達成傾斜控制的目的。左延伸臂22a及右延伸臂22b係分別從本體21的左側及右側朝斜下方延伸。左傾斜開關32a及右傾斜開關32b係設置於電路板2上並位於左延伸臂22a及右延伸臂22b下方。就如圖3所示,左延伸臂22a係設置於本體21之左側並對應於左傾斜開關32a,右延伸臂22b係設置於本體21之右側並對應於右傾斜開關32b。藉此使用者控制滾輪10朝左傾斜時,帶動左延伸臂22a傾斜而向下觸發左傾斜開關32a。同理,使用者控制滾輪10朝右傾斜時,帶動右延伸臂22b係傾斜而向下觸發右傾斜開關32b。藉由上述輸入裝置1a之結構,使用者就不須施加太大的力道來觸發按壓開關31、左傾斜開關32a或右傾斜開關32b。
接著請參考圖4係本發明之輸入裝置之第一實施例之另一方向之立體示意圖。
於本發明之第一實施例中,輸入裝置1a可以再包括一發光元件41,發光元件41可以為發光二極體。發光元件41係設置於該支撐架20上不會隨著滾輪10轉動或傾斜的元件,例如設置於感測滾輪10轉動狀態的編碼器50上,但本發明並不限於此。發光元件41係伸入該滾輪10之內側,以根據使用者不同的控制發出不同顏色或亮度的光線,藉此可增加輸入裝置1a之美觀,但本發明並不限制發光元件41僅能設置於滾輪10之內側。
最後請參考圖5係本發明之輸入裝置之第二實施例之側面示意圖。
於本發明之第二實施例中,輸入裝置1b之該按壓開關31係設置於該滾輪10之下方,且輸入裝置1b僅具有一個第二支撐部24b。第二支撐部24b位於本體21之正下方,且設置於該按壓開關31及該第一支撐部23之間。所以由輸入裝置1b的側面來看,各元件從前方到後方的位置依序為按壓開關31、轉動軸心11、第二支撐部24b、左延伸臂22a及第一支撐部23,第二支撐部24b及第一支撐部23都不會超過轉動軸心11的所在位置。藉由上述輸入裝置1b之結構,使用者同樣不須施加太大的力道來帶動本體21觸發按壓開關31、左傾斜開關32a或右傾斜開關32b。
藉此,本發明的輸入裝置1a、1b可以讓使用者輕易地按壓或傾斜滾輪10來產生控制命令,以解決先前技術的缺失。
需注意的是,上述實施方式僅例示本發明之較佳實施例,為避免贅述,並未詳加記載所有可能的變化組合。然而,本領域之通常知識者應可理解,上述各模組或元件未必皆為必要。且為實施本發明,亦可能包含其他較細節之習知模組或元件。各模組或元件皆可能視需求加以省略或修改,且任兩模組間未必不存在其他模組或元件。只要不脫離本發明基本架構者,皆應為本專利所主張之權利範圍,而應以專利申請範圍為準。

Claims (8)
- 一種輸入裝置,該輸入裝置包括:一電路板;一滾輪,具有一轉動軸心;一支撐架,用以支撐該滾輪並可被該滾輪帶動,該支撐架包括:一本體,該滾輪以該轉動軸心樞接於該本體,使該滾輪可相對該本體轉動,該滾輪能帶動該支撐架下壓與朝至少一側邊傾斜;至少一延伸臂,設置於該本體之該側邊;一第一支撐部,樞設於該本體的一端以使該本體能夠被該滾輪帶動下壓;以及一第二支撐部,係設置於該本體之下方以連接該本體並支撐於該電路板,其中該第二支撐部設置於該轉動軸心及該第一支撐部之間;一按壓開關,係設置於該電路板上並對應該本體設置,按壓該滾輪時帶動該本體下壓觸發該按壓開關;以及至少一傾斜開關,係設置於該電路板並對應於該至少一延伸臂, 該滾輪傾斜時,帶動該至少一延伸臂傾斜而觸發該至少一傾斜開關。
- 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置,其中該輸入裝置包括一左傾斜開關及一右傾斜開關,該支撐架更包括一左延伸臂及一右延伸臂;其中該左延伸臂係設置於該本體之左側並對應於該左傾斜開關,該右延伸臂係設置於該本體之右側並對應於該右傾斜開關。
- 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置,其中該支撐架包括兩第二支撐部,係分別設置於該本體之左右兩側。
- 如請求項3所述之輸入裝置,其中該按壓開關係設置於該第二支撐部及該第一支撐部之間。
- 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置,其中該第二支撐部設置於該按壓開關及該第一支撐部之間。
- 如請求項1到5之任一項所述之輸入裝置,其中該第二支撐部係為一彈簧。
- 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置,其中該第一支撐部係利用一固定軸以樞接到該電路板之一樞接部。
- 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置,更包括一發光元件,係設置於該支撐架並伸入該滾輪之內側。
