Description

Textile tool module and textile machine with textile tool module

The present invention relates to a textile tool module and a textile machine having at least one such textile tool module.

This textile tool mod contains several textile tools. By means of the textile tool module, the textile tools can be positioned in a desired position or mounted, for example, on a bar of a textile machine or on another carrier.

Various embodiments of such textile tool modules are known. For example, publication DE 10 2009 019 316 A1 describes a textile tool module for a knitting machine. Among them, several sinkers are cast in a common plastic material carrier. Publication DE 102 27 532 A1 describes a similar textile tool module for a stitch-forming textile machine.

Publication GB 1 225 935 A describes a textile tool module with a plurality of guide pins. The textile tool module has a module body with a mounting portion penetrated by a mounting hole in a mounting section. This mounting section can be used to mount the module body to a suitable carrier of the textile machine. Such a textile tool module is also known from publication DE 196 18 368 A1.

Another textile tool module with guide needles for a crocheting and raschel machine is described in publication EP 0 227 018 A1. The textile tool module has a module body, and the guide pins are arranged on the module body. The module body has a mounting portion with a completely flat first lateral surface that acts as a contact surface for mounting on a crochet or raschel knitting machine on a suitable carrier. The opposite second lateral surface is provided with a plurality of stiffening ribs and a plurality of grooves to stabilize the module body. A mounting hole extends through the module body and connects the two lateral surfaces. A reinforcement is provided around the mouth of the mounting hole on the second lateral surface, in this case when the textile tool module is mounted to a carrier in a crochet or raschel machine , a screw head rests on the reinforcement.

In the known textile tool module, the lateral surfaces of the module body, which act as contact surfaces, extend in a contact plane. Generally speaking, the module system is made by casting or injection molding. As such, it is difficult and expensive to configure one of the lateral surfaces as a planar contact surface. Once ripples or any other irregularities appear, the accurate positioning of the textile tool module in the textile machine is no longer ensured, which may cause irregularities in the produced textiles. It has been found that in textiles, even small positional deviations of a few hundredths of a millimeter of textile tools can be detected.

From practical application, there is also known a textile tool module having one mounting protrusion with one contact surface on two diametrically opposite sides of the mounting hole, respectively. In this embodiment, the two spaced-apart contact surfaces of the module body abut a rod or a carriage of the textile machine. As a result, when the tightening force on a mounting screw is not set within a specified range, deformation may occur and a deflection may occur especially in the area of the module body between the contact surfaces. In the event of an inaccurate or faulty assembly, faulty alignment or positioning of the textile tool in one of the textile machines may therefore occur.

Therefore, the object of the present invention can be seen to provide a textile tool module that allows simple assembly and positioning and alignment of textile tools in a textile machine.

This object is achieved by a textile tool module exhibiting the features described in patent claim 1 .

The textile tool module is arranged for use in a weaving machine and in particular in a stitch-forming weaving machine, which is a knitting machine or a warp knitting machine. This mod contains several identical textile tools. For example, the textile tools are arranged for forming stitches or for feeding a thread during stitch formation.

The textile tools have a holding section and a working section. The textile tool module has a module body to which the textile tools are preferably unreleasably mounted in their respective holding sections. Each of the textile tools extends in a longitudinal direction from its respective holding section or from the module body to a respective one of the free ends in the working section. The textile tools are mounted to the module body to be fixed relative to each other. For example, the textile tools may be mounted to the module body in a positive-locking manner and/or in a material-locking manner.

For example, the module system consists of a plastic material or a composite material. The module body is preferably fabricated as a seamless or seamless one-piece body. The module body is preferably fabricated by casting or injection molding. In this way, the textile tools can be mounted to the module body during manufacture, for example by recasting or extrusion coating the holding section. The textile tools are preferably composed of metals or metal alloys.

The module body has a mounting portion arranged to connect to a rod or another suitable carrier in the textile machine. The mounting portion has a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface opposite to the first lateral surface. A mounting hole extends through the mounting portion and terminates at the first lateral surface and at the second lateral surface. At least one of the two lateral surfaces forms a mounting area. The mounting area is defined such that the mouth of the mounting hole is completely within the mounting area. The mounting area extends completely to the edge of the mounting portion in a transverse direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction. Thus, in the lateral direction, the mounting area is not limited to a section within the respective lateral surface.

At least one contact protrusion with a contact surface is present in at least one mounting area. All contact surfaces present in a common mounting area extend in a common contact plane. The mounting area does not contain any components of the module body which extend through the contact plane. Thus, a contact protrusion represents the component of the mounting portion that protrudes furthest in the mounting area in a height direction that is at right angles to the longitudinal and lateral directions. Thus, it is ensured that other components of the mounting portion do not interfere with a planar contact between at least one contact surface and a rod of a textile machine or a mounting surface on a carrier.

In one embodiment according to the invention, a contact surface completely surrounds the mouth in the mounting area. Thus, a contact surface in the form of a ring, eg a circular ring, is formed around the mouth.

In another embodiment according to the present invention, the at least one contact surface may have one or more interruptions in the circumferential direction around the mouth, so that the surface edges of a common contact surface or different contact surfaces are are arranged to be spaced apart in the circumferential direction around the mouth. The two surface edges then exhibit a maximum distance from each other which is smaller than the diameter of the mouth in the mounting area.

These embodiments ensure that, in the circumferential direction around the mouth, a cohesive surface, or a sufficiently small distance between adjacent surface edges of one or more contact surfaces, prevents an elastic deformation of the mounting portion, in particular a bending. Furthermore, the surface area of the at least one contact surface is smaller than the surface area of the mounting area. Therefore, the at least one contact surface can be configured with sufficient flatness. The operation of mounting and in particular screwing the mounting part to a rod or another carrier of the textile machine is likewise simplified, since it is not necessary to adjust so precisely against the carrier or rod to a mounting screw in order to avoid deformation Tightening force or pressing force on the mounting part. This improves the trouble-free alignment and positioning of the textile tool in the textile machine.

It is advantageous to have only one single cohesive contact surface in a respective mounting area, which surface extends partially or completely around the mouth in the circumferential direction. For example, a single annular or, in particular, annular contact surface can be provided in a corresponding mounting area.

An exemplary embodiment provides that at least one mounting surface has a radially inner surface edge arranged adjacent to the mouth and a radially outer surface edge arranged on the opposite side. The radially inner surface edge and/or the radially outer surface edge may extend along an arc of a circle. For example, at least one surface segment may form a sector of a circular ring extending over a specific angular range.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the at least one contact surface adjoins the mouth directly without forming a gap. In this embodiment, the hole inner surface of the mounting hole transitions into the contact protrusion without edge and/or step.

Furthermore, it is advantageous for the cross-section of the at least one contact protrusion to be constant and to correspond to the shape of the contact surface.

In an exemplary embodiment, the height of the at least one contact protrusion may be less than 0.3 millimeters (mm) and preferably 0.1 millimeters in a height direction at a right angle to the longitudinal direction and a right angle to the transverse direction.

The arrangement of the at least one contact surface in a mounting area preferably comprises at least one and in particular several planes of symmetry extending along the hole axis of the mounting hole. Therefore, a pressing force or a tightening force on a screw (which acts on the mounting portion of the module body via the screw head) can be uniformly supported.

The textile tool module can be constructed as a turnaround module, wherein each of the two lateral surfaces has a mounting area. The number and arrangement of the contact protrusions or contact surfaces are preferably the same in the two mounting areas. Preferably, the two mounting areas have the same configuration.

Furthermore, it is advantageous for at least one mounting area in which the textile tool extends to be bounded by at least one stop surface. The stop surface is arranged against a counter-stop surface when the textile tool module is installed in the textile machine and thus defines the positioning of the textile tool module in the longitudinal direction of the textile tool . Preferably, at least one stop surface - when viewed in the longitudinal direction - is located on the side of the installation area in which the textile tools are arranged. Therefore, one of the normal vectors of the stop surface faces away from the working area or free end of the textile tool.

Furthermore, it is advantageous to have a groove on the inside of the respective lateral surface adjoining each of the contact surfaces. Thus, it is ensured that the edge regions in which the contact surfaces transition into the corresponding lateral surfaces allow the contact surfaces to achieve a planar contact on a corresponding counter-contact surface. The edge area always forms a radius (even if it is small). Due to the groove, this radius is formed at least partially inside the groove. Larger radii are also acceptable.

The grooves adjoining the respective stop surfaces are preferably located completely within the respective mounting areas.

Preferably the working sections of the textile tool and more preferably also the holding sections of the textile tool are arranged at a distance from each other in the transverse direction. The working sections or free ends of the textile tools are arranged to be aligned in the transverse direction.

A textile tool die set as described above can be installed in a textile machine. For this purpose, a textile machine can comprise a carrier and in particular a rod, which carrier or rod has a mounting surface. The mounting surface preferably extends in a mounting plane. In the assembled state, at least one contact surface of a mounting area contacts the mounting surface. The textile tool module is releasably mounted to a carrier or rod, eg by means of a screw connection.

16。Figures 1 to 7 illustrate an exemplary embodiment of a textile tool module 15, which in this case is configured as a needle guide module for a warp knitting machine. The textile tool module 15 has a module body 16 on which a plurality of textile tools 17 are held to be fixed relative to the module body 16 and relative to each other. In this case, the textile tool 17 is a guide needle. Each of the textile tools 17 has a holding section 18 whereby it is mounted to the module body 16 . For example, the holding section 18 is connected to the module body 16 in a positive locking manner and/or in a material locking manner. In the exemplary embodiment, the module body consists of a plastic material or a composite material and is made by casting or injection moulding around the holding section 18 so that the textile tool 17 is fastened to the mould Group body 16 .

The textile tool 17 is preferably made of metal or metal alloy. For example, the textile tool 17 is used for forming stitches, or for feeding thread while forming stitches.

H。Furthermore, each of the textile tools 17 has a working section 19 which is located outside the module body 16 . Starting from the holding section 18 , the textile tool 17 extends in a longitudinal direction L away from the module body 16 along the working section 19 up to a free end 20 . The free end 20 of the textile tool 17 may also be referred to as the working end. In a transverse direction Q, which is at a right angle with respect to the longitudinal direction L, the textile tools 17 are arranged at a distance from each other at least in the region of the working section 19 or the free end 20 thereof. In the transverse direction Q, the textile tools are arranged in alignment. According to this example, the holes of each guide pin are arranged to extend in a line coaxially with respect to the transverse direction, and are therefore aligned in the transverse direction Q. One of the directions oriented at a right angle with respect to the longitudinal direction L and at a right angle with respect to the transverse direction W is referred to as the height direction H.

The module body 16 has a mounting portion 25 , and the mounting portion 25 has a first lateral surface 26 and a second lateral surface 27 opposite to the first lateral surface 26 . The two lateral surfaces 26, 27 extend in a plane delimited by the longitudinal direction L and the transverse direction Q, at least in certain sections. The textile tool 17 is mounted to a front portion 29 of the module body 16 . In the longitudinal direction L, the module body 16 has a rear side 28 on the side opposite the front portion 29 . The mounting portion 25 has a width in the lateral direction Q. The width increases away from the rear side 28 of the module body 16 in at least one section. In the section of increased width, the module body 16 may have a trapezoidal configuration.

At least a portion of at least one of the two lateral surfaces 26 , 27 forms a mounting area 20 . In the exemplary embodiment, the two lateral surfaces 26 , 27 form a mounting area 30 . In the mounting area 30, the mounting portion 25 of the module body 16 is provided and arranged to be in contact with a carrier of a textile machine 33 or a mounting surface 31 of a rod 32 and releasably mounted to the rod 32 ( Figures 8 and 9).

A mounting hole 34 extends completely through the mounting portion 25 for releasable mounting. The mounting hole 34 has a first mouth 35 on the first lateral surface 26 and a second mouth 36 on the second lateral surface 27 . The first mouth portion 35 has a first diameter D1, and the second mouth portion has a second diameter D2 (FIGS. 3 and 4). The first diameter D1 and the second diameter D2 may have the same size. In the exemplary embodiment described herein, the mounting holes 34 are conical and have a taper angle α (FIG. 5). Therefore, according to this example, the first diameter D1 is smaller than the second diameter D2. In a modified example embodiment, the diameters may also be the same size, or the second diameter D2 may be larger than the first diameter D1. In an example embodiment, the taper angle may be about 5°. The first diameter D1 has a size of about 7 mm.

The respective mouths 35 , 36 are located entirely within the respective mounting area 30 . In the transverse direction Q, the mounting area 30 can be said to be unrestricted and extends up to the mounting portion 25 or the respective edge 37 of the respective lateral surfaces 26 , 27 . In the longitudinal direction L, the mounting area 30 can also be said to be unrestricted and also extends up to the edge 28 of the mounting portion or the respective lateral surfaces 26 , 27 . In the longitudinal direction towards the front 29 or towards the textile tool 17 , the mounting area 30 is limited by at least one stop surface and according to this example by two stop surfaces 42 . In the transverse direction Q, the two stop surfaces 42 are arranged at a distance from each other. The two stop surfaces 42 extend in a common plane delimited by the transverse direction Q and the height direction H. The normal vector of each stop surface 42 faces away from the textile tool 17 . Each of the stop surfaces 42 is arranged on a stop protrusion 43 adjacent to the front portion 29 . In the exemplary embodiment, four stop protrusions 43 are provided, all of which transition into the front portion 29 of the module body 16 .

In doing so, the front portion 29 tapers away from the mounting portion 25 in the longitudinal direction L, so that its size decreases in the height direction H. As shown in FIG. According to this example, the width of the front part 29 in the transverse direction Q is constant.

A groove 44 having a depth T is provided in the mounting portion 25 directly adjacent to each of the stop surfaces 42 . According to this example, the groove 44 has an approximately rectangular profile, and one of its dimensions in the transverse direction Q corresponds to the dimension of the adjacent stop surface 42 . According to this example, the depth T is less than 0.1 mm.

Each such mounting area 30 has at least one contact protrusion 47 with at least one and according to this example exactly one contact surface 48 . All contact surfaces 48 within a common mounting area 30 extend in a common contact plane. In the exemplary embodiment of the textile tool module 15 according to FIGS. 1 to 7, each of the lateral surfaces 26, 27 forms a mounting area 30, in this case, according to the example, respectively only A contact protrusion 7 with a cohesive contact surface 48 is provided. The contact surface 48 surrounds the respective mouths 35 , 36 in a circumferential direction U around the mouths 35 , 36 in the form of a ring. Thus, the contact surface 48 represents a circular ring. The outer diameter of the contact surface 48 is preferably between 1.5 and 2.5 times the first diameter D1 and/or the second diameter D2. In an exemplary embodiment, the outer diameter DA is approximately 2 times the first diameter D1. The contact surfaces 48 directly adjoin the respective mouths 35 , 36 . Therefore, the inner surface of the mounting hole is stepless and, according to this example, transitions into the contact protrusion 47 without an edge.

The contact surface 47 does not have the configuration of a circular ring, but can also have other annular closed contours, eg representing a polygonal ring. Preferably, at least one contact surface 48 is completely aligned within at least one mounting area 30 .

The contact protrusions 47 extend in the height direction H away from the immediately adjacent sections of the respective lateral surfaces 26, 27 and thus form a step along their outer contour, which step has a height S in the height direction H (No. 6 figure). The height S of the contact protrusion 48 is greater than the depth T of the groove 44 . For example, the height S of the contact protrusion may be about 0.1 mm.

30。The exemplary embodiment of the textile tool module 15 described above is configured as a convolution module. The textile tool module 15 may be mounted such that the first lateral surface 26 and the second lateral surface 27 face the rods of the textile machine 33 . Alternatively, a mounting area 30 with at least one contact protrusion 47 and at least one contact protrusion 48 on one of the two lateral surfaces 24 or 27 may also be provided.

At least one contact surface 48 of each of the mounting areas 30 extends in a contact plane, in this case, according to the example, the mounting area 30 of the contact surface 48 on the first lateral surface 26 is in a first contact plane E1 and the contact surface 48 extends in a second contact plane E2 in the mounting area 30 of the second lateral surface 27 . The two contact planes E1, E2 are arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart in the height direction H. As shown in FIG. If several contact surfaces 48 are present in a mounting area 30, they extend in a common contact plane E1 or E2, respectively. FIG. 6 shows the contact planes E1, E2. In each of the mounting areas 30, the mounting portion 25 of the module body 16 has no components extending through the contact planes E1, E2. Thus, the at least one contact surface 48 represents the point protruding farthest in the height direction H. As shown in FIG.

To mount the textile tool module 15 to the rod 32, a mounting member is provided and according to this example a mounting screw 52 (Fig. 8) is provided. The mounting screw 52 has a screw head 53 and a threaded portion 54 . The threaded portion 54 is provided with a suitable reverse thread for mounting to one of the threaded holes 55 of the rod 32 . For this purpose, at least one contact surface 48 of one of the mounting regions 30 of the mounting portion 25 is placed on the mounting surface 31 . The mounting surface 31 extends in a mounting plane M (FIG. 8). In planar contact with the associated contact surface 48, the mounting plane M is superimposed with the respective contact planes E1, E2. A planar contact occurs between the respective contact surfaces 48 and the mounting surface 31 . Therefore, the textile tool module 15 can be positioned and aligned on the rod in a direction (height direction H in the coordinate system of the textile tool module) at a right angle with respect to the installation plane M.

For positioning in the longitudinal direction L, the rod 32 has an anti-stop surface 56 adjoining the mounting surface 31 . The counter-stop surface 56 is aligned at a right angle with respect to the mounting surface 31, and is defined by the transverse direction Q and the height direction H when viewed in the coordinate system of the textile tool module 15 mounted to the rod. extending in a plane. For positioning in the longitudinal direction L, at least one stop surface 42 delimiting the respective mounting area 30 is brought into contact with the counter stop surface 56 .

The positioning in the transverse direction Q is achieved by means of mounting screws 53 which pass through the mounting holes 34 to form a screw connection with an associated threaded hole 55 of the rod 32 so that the mounting portion 25 is in contact with the mounting surface 31. A clamping force is experienced between the screw heads 53 of the mounting screws 52 .

In the exemplary embodiment of the textile tool module 15 according to FIGS. 1 to 7, since the contact surface 48 in contact with the mounting surface 31 closes the mounting hole 34 in the form of a ring, it is The pressure or clamping force exerted by the mounting portion 45 is uniformly supported in the circumferential direction U. Therefore, an elastic deformation can be prevented from occurring. Thus, even if an operator tightens the mounting screw 52 with a force greater than necessary or greater than a specified force, the textile tool components 17 remain in accurate relative alignment with respect to each other.

48。In the exemplary embodiments described so far, each of the mounting areas 30 is configured such that there is only a single contact surface 48 in the form of a circular ring.

Figures 10 and 11 show as examples and in a highly schematic way further embodiment possibilities for a corresponding mounting area 30 . The mounting area 30 may be formed by the first lateral surface 26 and the second lateral surface 27 . In these exemplary embodiments, each of the mounting regions 30 includes two or more contact protrusions 47 each having a contact surface 48 . When viewed in the circumferential direction U around the mounting hole 34, the immediately adjacent surface edges 60 are separated from each other by a maximum distance dmax. This maximum distance dmax is smaller than the first diameter D1 or D2 of the mouth 35 or 36 of the corresponding mounting hole 34 . The maximum distance dmax is measured along a straight line G at the point at which the surface edge 60 exhibits its maximum distance in the circumferential direction U.

In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 10 , the contact surface 48 is formed by a circular ring segment extending along an annular extent of less than 180° in the circumferential direction U around the mounting hole 34 . In its modified form, more than two ring segments can also be arranged in the circumferential direction U around the mounting hole 34 .

FIG. 11 illustrates other contours of the contact surface 48 . For example only, a rectangular contact surface 48 is shown. Other polygonal, or circular, or segmented circular, or segmented polygonal profiles may also be selected for the contact surface 48 . According to FIG. 11 , the contact surfaces 48 are preferably evenly distributed in the circumferential direction U around the mounting hole 34 .

In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the arrangement of contact protrusions 47 or contact surfaces 48 is selected such that there are at least two planes of symmetry surrounding the hole axis of mounting hole 34 X (Fig. 5) and can be said to form a radial plane. In the exemplary embodiment according to Figures 1 to 7, it can be said that there are an infinite number of such symmetry planes. Due to the symmetry, a uniform absorption and support of the forces introduced by the mounting screws can be achieved.

In all exemplary embodiments, the rectangular cross-section of each of the contact protrusions 47 is constant with respect to the height direction H and thus corresponds to the profile of the respective contact surface 48 . In contrast to this, it is also possible to make the cross-sectional surface of a contact protrusion 47 decrease away from the contact surface 48 and to make the contact protrusion 47 taper toward the contact surface 48 so to speak.

D1、D2。The present invention relates to a textile tool module 15 having a module body 16 and a plurality of textile tools 17 mounted on the module body 16 . The module body 16 includes a mounting portion 25 . The mounting portion 25 has a first lateral surface 26 and a second lateral surface 27 . At least one lateral surface 26 and/or 27 forms a mounting area 30 having at least one contact protrusion 47 and at least one contact surface 48 . In an exemplary embodiment, the contact surface 48 may extend in the form of a ring around a mounting hole 34 extending through the mounting portion 25 and exiting on the two lateral surfaces 26 and 27, respectively. It is also possible to provide several contact protrusions 47 and several contact surfaces 48 in one mounting area 30 . Of course, one or more contact surfaces 48 may be formed on a plurality of surface edges 60 arranged directly adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction U around the mounting hole 34 . The surface edges 60 exhibit a maximum distance dmax which is smaller than the minimum diameters D1, D2 of the mounting holes 34 .
