Abstract

A spray painting tool includes a base and a paint guiding structure. The base has a support platform. The support platform has an opening. The paint guiding structure is disposed in the opening. A paint guiding passage is formed between the paint guiding structure and the support platform. When a paint is sprayed into the opening, the paint guiding passage guides the paint to a direction away from the opening.

Spray paint fixture and spray paint method

The present invention relates to a paint spraying jig and a painting method, in particular to a paint spraying jig and a painting method which can prevent the through-hole paint accumulation of objects during painting.

When producing objects with through holes, such as keyboard frames, it is often necessary to paint the object. For quick and convenient painting, the existing painting fixtures all use a square base to support objects. Please refer to FIG. 1. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a paint spraying fixture 1 in the prior art. As shown in FIG. 1 , when painting the object 2 having the through hole 20 , the object 2 is placed on the square painting jig 1 . When the object 2 is sprayed in the direction of arrow A1 , the paint will collide with the painting fixture 1 and splash in the direction of arrow A2 , so that the paint is deposited on the side wall of the through hole 20 of the object 2 . Therefore, in the subsequent assembly, the problems of assembly interference and paint peeling will occur.

The present invention provides a paint spraying fixture and a paint spraying method which can prevent the through-hole paint accumulation of objects during painting, so as to solve the above problems.

According to an embodiment, the paint spraying fixture of the present invention includes a base and a paint guiding structure. The base has a support platform. The support platform has an opening. The paint guiding structure is arranged in the opening. A paint guide channel is formed between the paint guide structure and the support platform. When a paint is sprayed into the opening, the paint guide channel guides the paint away from the opening.

According to another embodiment, the painting method of the present invention includes the following steps: providing a painting jig, wherein the painting jig includes a base and a paint guide structure, the base has a support platform, the support platform has an opening, the paint The guide structure is arranged in the opening, and a paint guide channel is formed between the paint guide structure and the support platform; an object is placed on the support platform, wherein the object has a through hole, and the through hole is aligned with the opening; and spray the object A paint, wherein when the paint is sprayed into the through hole and the opening, the paint guide channel guides the paint to a direction away from the through hole and the opening.

To sum up, in the present invention, a paint guide structure is arranged in the opening of the support platform of the paint spraying fixture, so as to form a paint guide channel between the paint guide structure and the support platform. When the object with the through hole is placed on the support platform for painting, the paint sprayed into the through hole and the opening will be guided by the paint guide channel to the direction away from the through hole and the opening. As shown in FIG. 2 , the paint spraying fixture 3 includes a base 30 and a paint guiding structure 32 . The base 30 has a support platform 300 , a paint accumulation tank 302 and an air extraction tank 304 . The support platform 300 has an opening 306 . The paint guide structure 32 is disposed in the opening 306 . In this embodiment, the paint guide structure 32 can be fixed to the base 30 by a fixing member 34 (eg, a screw). A paint guide channel 320 is formed between the paint guide structure 32 and the support platform 300 . In this embodiment, the paint guide channel 320 can be stepped, but not limited thereto. The paint guide channel 320 communicates with the opening 306 and the paint accumulation groove 302 , and the paint guide channel 320 also communicates with the opening 306 and the air extraction groove 304 . As shown in FIG. 3 , the sidewall of the air extraction groove 304 may have a plurality of air holes 308 . Therefore, the paint guide channel 320 can communicate with the air extraction groove 304 through the plurality of air holes 308 .

Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, FIG. 4 is a flowchart of a painting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the object 4 placed on the support platform 300 for painting.

Before painting the object 4 in Fig. 5, the painting method of the present invention first provides the painting jig 3 as described above (step S10 in Fig. 4). Next, the object 4 is placed on the support platform 300 of the painting jig 3 (step S12 in FIG. 4 ). As shown in FIG. 5 , the object 4 has a through hole 40 , and the through hole 40 is aligned with the opening 306 of the paint spraying fixture 3 . Next, a paint can be sprayed on the object 4 (step S14 in FIG. 4 ).

As shown in FIG. 5 , the paint is sprayed into the through hole 40 of the object 4 and the opening 306 of the paint spraying fixture 3 along the direction of arrow A3 . In this embodiment, the present invention can connect an air pump or an air pump (not shown in the figure) to the air extraction groove 304 . When the object 4 is being painted, the air suction groove 304 can be pumped or pumped by an air pump or an air pump at the same time, so as to make the air in the air suction groove 304 flow. Claims (10)
