Description

Paint spraying jig and paint spraying method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a paint spraying apparatus and a paint spraying method, and more particularly, to a paint spraying apparatus and a paint spraying method capable of preventing paint accumulation in through holes of an object during paint spraying.
Background
When producing an object having a through hole (e.g., a keyboard frame), it is often necessary to paint the object. In order to achieve the fast and convenient painting, the current painting tools are all used to support objects by square bases. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a painting jig 1 in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1, when painting an object 2 having a through hole 20, the object 2 is placed on a square painting jig 1. When the object 2 is painted in the direction of the arrow a1, the paint collides with the painting jig 1 and splashes in the direction of the arrow a2, so that the paint is deposited on the side wall of the through-hole 20 of the object 2. Therefore, in the subsequent assembly, problems of assembly interference and paint dropping may occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a paint spraying jig and a paint spraying method, which can prevent paint accumulation in through holes of an object during paint spraying, and aims to solve the problems.
According to one embodiment, the paint spraying jig of the present invention comprises a base and a paint guiding structure. The base has a support platform. The support platform has an opening. The paint guide structure is disposed in the opening. A paint guide channel is formed between the paint guide structure and the support platform. When a paint is sprayed into the opening, the paint guide channel guides the paint in a direction away from the opening.
According to another embodiment, the painting method of the present invention comprises the steps of: providing a paint spraying jig, wherein the paint spraying jig comprises a base and a paint guiding structure, the base is provided with a supporting platform, the supporting platform is provided with an opening, the paint guiding structure is arranged in the opening, and a paint guiding channel is formed between the paint guiding structure and the supporting platform; placing an object on the support platform, wherein the object is provided with a through hole which is aligned with the opening; and spraying a paint on the object, wherein when the paint is sprayed into the through hole and the opening, the paint guide channel guides the paint in a direction away from the through hole and the opening.
In summary, the paint guiding structure is disposed in the opening of the supporting platform of the paint spraying jig, so as to form a paint guiding channel between the paint guiding structure and the supporting platform. When the object with the through hole is placed on the supporting platform for painting, the paint sprayed into the through hole and the opening is guided by the paint guide channel to the direction far away from the through hole and the opening. Therefore, the paint is not accumulated on the side wall of the through hole of the object. Therefore, the paint spraying jig can effectively prevent paint accumulation of the through holes of the object during paint spraying, and further avoid the problems of assembly interference and paint falling.
The advantages and spirit of the present invention can be further understood by the following detailed description of the invention and the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a side view of a paint spraying jig 3 according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of the air suction slot 304 in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the painting jig 3 includes a base 30 and a paint guide structure 32. The base 30 has a support platform 300, a paint collecting groove 302 and an air exhausting groove 304. The support platform 300 has an opening 306. Paint guide structure 32 is disposed in opening 306. In this embodiment, paint guide structure 32 may be secured to base 30 by fasteners 34 (e.g., screws). Paint guide structure 32 and support platform 300 define a paint guide channel 320 therebetween. In the present embodiment, paint guide channel 320 may be stepped, but is not limited thereto. Paint guide channel 320 communicates opening 306 with paint trap 302, and paint guide channel 320 also communicates opening 306 with suction slot 304. As shown in FIG. 3, the side wall of the pumping channel 304 may have a plurality of air holes 308. Thus, paint guide channel 320 may be in communication with pumping slot 304 via a plurality of air holes 308.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a painting method according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an object 4 placed on a supporting platform 300 for painting.
Before the object 4 shown in fig. 5 is painted, the painting method of the present invention provides the painting jig 3 as described above (step S10 shown in fig. 4). Next, the object 4 is placed on the supporting platform 300 of the painting jig 3 (step S12 in fig. 4). As shown in fig. 5, the object 4 has a through hole 40, and the through hole 40 is aligned with the opening 306 of the painting jig 3. Next, a paint is sprayed on the object 4 (step S14 in fig. 4).
As shown in fig. 5, paint is sprayed into the through-hole 40 of the object 4 and the opening 306 of the painting jig 3 in the direction of the arrow A3. In this embodiment, the present invention may connect an air pump or an air pump (not shown) to the air pumping groove 304. When the object 4 is painted, the air suction groove 304 may be simultaneously sucked or pumped by an air pump or a gas pump so as to flow air in the air suction groove 304. When paint is injected into the through-hole 40 and the opening 306 and the air in the pumping groove 304 flows, the paint injected from the through-hole 40 and the opening 306 is sucked into the paint guide channel 320 by the law of white effort, so that the paint guide channel 320 guides the paint in a direction away from the through-hole 40 and the opening 306 (i.e., the direction of the arrow a 4). Since paint guide channel 320 is in communication with paint collection groove 302, paint guide channel 320 directs paint to paint collection groove 302 after paint is drawn into paint guide channel 320. Thereby, the paint does not accumulate on the side wall of the through hole 40 of the object 4.
Since the paint is sucked into the paint guide passage 320 by the air flow in the air exhaust groove 304, the present invention can also prevent the paint from flowing back up to the lower edge of the through hole 40 of the object 4, so as to avoid the problem that the lower edge of the through hole 40 of the object 4 is uneven due to the paint accumulation. In addition, since the paint storage groove 302 is provided for the paint storage of the paint spraying jig 3 of the present invention, the paint in the paint storage groove 302 can be cleaned after a period of time (e.g., 10 days, 15 days, etc.) for spraying paint, so as to save the maintenance cost of the paint spraying jig 3.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made in accordance with the claims of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
