Abstract

A spray painting tool includes a base and a paint guiding structure. The base has a support platform. The support platform has an opening. The paint guiding structure is disposed in the opening. A paint guiding passage is formed between the paint guiding structure and the support platform. When a paint is sprayed into the opening, the paint guiding passage guides the paint to a direction away from the opening.

Description

Painting fixture and painting method

The present invention relates to a painting fixture and a painting method, in particular to a painting fixture and a painting method which can prevent the through-holes of an object from accumulating paint during painting.

When producing an object with a through hole (for example, a keyboard frame), it is often necessary to paint the object. In order to be quick and convenient for painting, the existing painting fixtures all use square bases to support objects. Please refer to Fig. 1, Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a painting fixture 1 of the prior art. As shown in FIG. 1 , when the object 2 having the through hole 20 is painted, the object 2 is placed on the square paint spraying jig 1 . When the object 2 is sprayed along the direction of the arrow A1, the paint material will collide with the painting fixture 1 and splash along the direction of the arrow A2, so that the paint material accumulates on the side wall of the through hole 20 of the object 2 . Therefore, during subsequent assembly, problems of assembly interference and paint peeling may occur.

The present invention provides a paint spraying fixture and a paint spraying method which can prevent the through holes of objects from accumulating paint during painting, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.

According to an embodiment, the painting fixture of the present invention includes a base and a paint guiding structure. The base has a supporting platform. The support platform has an opening. The paint guiding structure is disposed in the opening. A paint guiding channel is formed between the paint guiding structure and the supporting platform. When a paint is sprayed into the opening, the paint guide channel guides the paint to a direction away from the opening.

According to another embodiment, the painting method of the present invention includes the following steps: providing a painting fixture, wherein the painting fixture includes a base and a paint guiding structure, the base has a support platform, the support platform has an opening, and the paint The guide structure is arranged in the opening, and a paint guide channel is formed between the paint guide structure and the support platform; an object is placed on the support platform, wherein the object has a through hole, and the through hole is aligned with the opening; and the object is sprayed A paint material, wherein when the paint material is sprayed into the through hole and the opening, the paint guide channel guides the paint material to a direction away from the through hole and the opening.

As shown in FIG. 2 , the painting fixture 3 includes a base 30 and a paint guiding structure 32 . The base 30 has a supporting platform 300 , a paint accumulation tank 302 and an air extraction tank 304 . The supporting platform 300 has an opening 306 . The paint guiding structure 32 is disposed in the opening 306 . In this embodiment, the paint guiding structure 32 can be fixed on the base 30 by a fixing member 34 (for example, a screw). A paint guiding channel 320 is formed between the paint guiding structure 32 and the supporting platform 300 . In this embodiment, the paint guiding channel 320 may be stepped, but not limited thereto. The paint guide channel 320 communicates with the opening 306 and the paint accumulation tank 302 , and the paint guide channel 320 also communicates with the opening 306 and the air suction tank 304 . As shown in FIG. 3 , the sidewall of the suction groove 304 may have a plurality of air holes 308 . Therefore, the paint guide channel 320 can communicate with the air suction groove 304 through a plurality of air holes 308 .

Before painting the object 4 in Fig. 5, the painting method of the present invention provides the above-mentioned painting fixture 3 (step S10 in Fig. 4). Next, place the object 4 on the supporting platform 300 of the painting fixture 3 (step S12 in FIG. 4 ). As shown in FIG. 5 , the object 4 has a through hole 40 , and the through hole 40 is aligned with the opening 306 of the painting fixture 3 . Next, a paint can be sprayed on the object 4 (step S14 in FIG. 4 ).

As shown in FIG. 5 , the paint is sprayed into the through hole 40 of the object 4 and the opening 306 of the painting fixture 3 along the direction of the arrow A3. In this embodiment, the present invention can connect an air extractor or an air blower (not shown in the figure) to the air extraction groove 304 . When painting the object 4, the air suction groove 304 can be sucked or inflated by an air extractor or an air blower at the same time, so as to make the air in the air suction groove 304 flow. When the paint is sprayed into the through hole 40 and the opening 306, and the air in the air suction groove 304 is flowing, the paint sprayed from the through hole 40 and the opening 306 will be sucked into the paint guide channel 320 due to Beroulli's law, The paint guide channel 320 guides the paint to a direction away from the through hole 40 and the opening 306 (ie, the direction of the arrow A4 ). Since the paint guide channel 320 communicates with the paint storage tank 302 , after the paint is sucked into the paint guide channel 320 , the paint guide channel 320 will guide the paint to the paint storage tank 302 . Thus, the paint will not accumulate on the sidewall of the through hole 40 of the object 4 .

Since the paint can be sucked into the paint guide channel 320 due to the air flow in the air suction groove 304, the present invention can also prevent the paint from flowing back upwards to the lower edge of the through hole 40 of the object 4, so as to avoid the through hole of the object 4 40 The problem that the lower edge is uneven due to accumulated paint occurs. In addition, since the paint spraying fixture 3 of the present invention is provided with a paint accumulation tank 302 for the accumulation of paint, the paint in the paint accumulation tank 302 can be cleaned after a period of time (for example, 10 days, 15 days, etc.) after painting, To save the maintenance cost of the painting fixture 3.
