Abstract

一種鞋底的製法,其步驟包含:步驟一,提供一個包含有硬質纖維的底材並放置在一個模壓模具中,且經由一個模壓工序後而成型為預定尺寸的一個底層;步驟二,提供一個含有碳纖維的材料並經由平織、交織或層疊工序而成型為一個碳纖維層;步驟三,將該碳纖維層放置在一個銑床模具中,並經銑床工序而使該碳纖維層成型為穿設有至少二組設孔;以及,步驟四,將該底層與該碳纖維層放置在一個射出成型機台中,經由射出工序使該底層形成至少二個卡合部,讓該底層之該至少二個卡合部各別對應於該碳纖維層之至少二個組設孔的位置而結合成型,其中,該碳纖維層成型於該底層之上方。

Description

具碳纖維之鞋底的製法
本發明係有關於鞋底相關,特別是指一種具有碳纖維的鞋底及其製法。
請參閱圖1及圖2,為一般習知鞋子之鞋底100(例如:足球鞋),該鞋底100主要係由一個含有纖維材質的底層10以及一個碳纖維層20所組成,而該碳纖維層20係穿設有一個組設孔21,使該底層10具有的一個卡合部11藉由射出工序而與該碳纖維層20之組設孔21結合成型。而藉由該鞋底100之碳纖維層20具有較佳的彈性的功效,讓使用者在長時間的奔跑之下能夠有效地降低疲憊感。
然,也因為使用者長時間的奔跑的情況之下,相對地讓該鞋底100容易產生磨損的現象,尤其是,由於該底層10與該碳纖維層20二者之間僅藉由該單孔組設孔21作為結合結構,並沒有更具固定結合的微構件,因此,倘若使用者正處於劇烈的奔跑狀態時,將難以避免發生該鞋底100之底層10與碳纖維層20二者不慎脫離的現象,更嚴重者,將會讓使用者處於受傷的風險性中。
綜上,因此,要如何有效地提升該鞋底整體的穩固性與克服前述的技術缺陷,實為本發明之目的。
而本發明之目的在於提供一種具有碳纖維的鞋底,透過該鞋底之一底層與一碳纖維層二者之間,藉由該碳纖維層所設有之截斷面呈階梯狀或鋸齒狀的結合部之微結構技術特徵,使該底層透過射出與模壓等工序而能與之相符結合,讓使用者若正處於劇烈的奔跑狀態時,將可大幅改善該鞋底之底層與該碳纖維層二者構件不慎脫離的現象,進而降低使用者受傷的風險性。
為了達成上述目的,前述該鞋底係包含一個底層以及一個碳纖維層;而該底層係具有至少二個卡合部,且該碳纖維層係穿設有至少二個組設孔,使該底層之該至少二個卡合部係各別對應並卡設於該碳纖維層之該至少二個組設孔的位置;其中,該底層之任一該卡合部與該碳纖維層之任一該組設孔的接合處孔徑尺寸係小於該碳纖維層之任一該組設孔連接外界的孔徑尺寸。
較佳地,該碳纖維層之任一該組設孔的截斷面係呈階梯狀或鋸齒狀。
較佳地,該碳纖維層可由碳纖維編織線材經0度、45度、60度或75度等所平織、交織或層疊而組成;此外,該碳纖維層亦可由3K碳纖維編織布經預定層數層疊而成。
而為了能達成上述目的,本發明又提供的一種鞋底,係包含一個底層以及一個碳纖維層;而該底層係具有至少二個卡合部,該碳纖維層係穿設有至少二個組設孔,且任一該組設孔的內周壁係凹設形成 一個嵌合區;其中,該底層之該至少二個卡合部係各別對應並卡設於該碳纖維層之該至少二個組設孔的該嵌合區的位置。
此外,本發明更提供的一種鞋底的製法,其步驟包含:步驟一,提供一個包含有硬質纖維的底材並放置在一個模壓模具中,且經由一個模壓工序後而成型為預定尺寸的一個底層;步驟二,提供一個含有碳纖維的材料並經由平織、交織或層疊工序而成型為一個碳纖維層;步驟三,將該碳纖維層放置在一個銑床模具中,並經銑床工序而使該碳纖維層成型為穿設有至少二組設孔;以及,步驟四,將該底層與該碳纖維層放置在一個射出成型機台中,經由射出工序使該底層形成至少二個卡合部,讓該底層之該至少二個卡合部各別對應於該碳纖維層之至少二個組設孔的位置而結合成型,其中,該碳纖維層成型於該底層之上方。

參閱圖3及圖4,為本發明第一較佳實施例所揭露之一種鞋子2,該鞋子2係包含一個鞋面200與一個鞋底300,而該鞋底300主要係由一個底層30(本實施例係舉該底層30是由橡膠、PU、PVC、EVA、TPR、SBS等各種高分子複合材料所組成,此為習知技術且並非為本發明所欲主張的技術特徵,在此不再贅述之。)以及一個碳纖維層40所組成;其中,該碳纖維層40可為熱塑性碳纖維或熱固性碳纖維。而自該底層30朝該碳纖維層40的方向係凸伸五個間隔設置的卡合部31,且該底層30之五個卡合部31係各別對應並相符於該碳纖維層40所穿設的五個組設孔41,使該底層30之五個卡合部31係皆藉由射出工序而各別與該碳纖維層40之五個組設孔41結合成型;其中,該底層30之任一該卡合部31與該碳纖維層40之任一該組設孔41的接合處孔徑尺寸係小於該碳纖維層40之任一該組設孔41連接於外界的孔徑尺寸;較佳地,該碳纖維層40之任一該組設孔41的截斷面係呈階梯狀;更佳地,該碳纖維層40之該組設孔41的數量至少設為二個。而值得一提的是,該碳纖維層40可由碳纖維編織線材經0度、45度、60度或75度等所平織、交織或層疊組成,至於 如何由0度、45度、60度或75度的編織線材所平織、交織或層疊組成,此為習知技術且並非為本發明所欲主張的技術特徵,在此不再贅述之。而更值得一提的是,該碳纖維層40係可由3K碳纖維編織布經預定層數(例如:2、3、4、5層或以上,可視實際需求而增減之)所層疊組成。
以上為本發明第一較佳實施例所揭露之鞋子2,其功效在於,該鞋底300之底層30與該碳纖維層40二者之間,係藉由該碳纖維層40所設有之截斷面呈階梯狀的該等五個組設孔41的微結構技術特徵,使該底層30之該等五個卡合部31透過射出工序而能各別與之結合並形成類似圓錐狀固定結合的功效,進而提升穩固結合的效用,讓使用者若正處於劇烈的奔跑狀態時,將可大幅改善該鞋底300之底層30與該碳纖維層40二者構件不慎脫離的現象,降低使用者處於受傷的風險性。
而本發明第一較佳實施例係又揭露一種鞋子2之鞋底300的製法,其工序步驟包含如下:
步驟一,提供一個含有高分子複合材料的底材(本實施例係舉例高分子複合材料的底材是由橡膠、PU、PVC、EVA、TPR、SBS等各種高分子複合材料所組成)並放置在一個模壓模具中,並經由一個模壓工序後而成為預定尺寸的底層30,且自該底層30的表面係凸伸五個卡合部31。值得一提的是,在本步驟中,可依實際需求使該底層30之卡合部31的數量經模壓工序後成為至少二個即可。
步驟二,提供一個含有碳纖維的材料,係可由碳纖維編織線材經0度、45度、60度或75度等所平織、交織或層疊等工序而成型為碳纖維層40,或者可透過3K碳纖維編織布經預定層數(例如:2、3、4、 5層或以上,可視實際需求而增減之)層疊工序而成型為該碳纖維層40。
步驟三,將該碳纖維層40放置在一個銑床模具中,並經銑床工序而使該碳纖維層40成型為具有五個截斷面呈階梯狀的組設孔41(在本步驟中,該碳纖維層40之該等五個組設孔41係皆利用特殊形狀的銑刀銑出截斷面呈階梯狀的組設孔41)。而值得一提的是,在本步驟中,可依實際需求使該碳纖維層40之組設孔41的數量經銑床工序後成為至少二個即可。
步驟四,將該底層30與該碳纖維層40同時放置在一個射出成型機台之中,並經由二次射出成型的工序使該底層30之五個卡合部31而能各別與該碳纖維層40之五個組設孔41結合成型,其中,使該碳纖維層係成型於該底層30之上方。而於本步驟中,該射出成型機台的溫度值設定為介於攝氏130度至攝氏170度之間,該射出成型機台的壓力值設定為介於30kg/cm2至70kg/cm2之間,該射出成型機台的時間值設定為介於10分鐘至20分鐘之間。而又值得一提的是,於本步驟中,該射出成型機台的溫度較佳值係設定為攝氏150度,該射出成型機台的壓力較佳值係設定為50kg/cm2,該射出成型機台的時間較佳值係設定為15分鐘。
步驟五,自該射出成型機台中取出該鞋底300,並修整該鞋底300之毛邊後即完成。
請參閱圖5,為本發明第二較佳實施例所揭露之另一種鞋子之鞋底300A,而該鞋底300A之主要結構係概同於前揭第一較佳實施例,主要係由一個含有纖維的底層30A以及一個碳纖維層40A所組成,其中,該碳纖維層40A可為熱塑性碳纖維或熱固性碳纖維;而自該底層 30A朝該碳纖維層40A的方向係凸伸至少二個間隔設置的卡合部31A,且該底層30A之該至少二個卡合部31A係各別對應並相符於該碳纖維層40A所穿設的至少二個組設孔41A,使該底層30A之該至少二個卡合部31A皆藉由射出工序而各別與該碳纖維層40A之組設孔41A結合成型,由於該鞋底300A之各結構層的技術特徵及其功效與前揭第一較佳實施例相同,在此不再多著墨。而於本發明第二較佳實施例中,其相較於第一較佳實施例的不同之處在於,該碳纖維層40A之任一該組設孔41A的孔壁係經銑床工序後而呈現鋸齒狀,且又使該底層30A與該碳纖維層40A同時放置在一個射出成型機台之中,並經由二次射出成型的工序使該底層30A之該至少二個卡合部31A而能各別與該碳纖維層40A之該至少二個組設孔41A結合成型。
請參閱圖6,為本發明第三較佳實施例所揭露之又一種鞋子之鞋底300B,而該鞋底300B之主要結構係概同於前揭第一、第二較佳實施例,主要係由一個含有纖維的底層30B以及一個碳纖維層40B所組成,其中,該碳纖維層40B可為熱塑性碳纖維或熱固性碳纖維;而自該底層30B朝該碳纖維層40B的方向係凸伸至少二個間隔設置的卡合部31B,且該底層30B之該至少二個卡合部31B係各別對應並相符於該碳纖維層40B所穿設的至少二個組設孔41B,使該底層30B之該至少二個卡合部31B皆藉由射出工序而各別與該碳纖維層40B之組設孔41B結合成型,由於該鞋底300B之各結構層的技術特徵及其功效皆與前揭第一、第二較佳實施例相同,在此不再多著墨。而於本發明第三較佳實施例中,其相較於第一、第二較佳實施例的不同之處在於,該碳纖維層40B之任 一該組設孔41B的孔壁係經銑床工序而凹設形成一個環狀嵌合區43B,且又使該底層30B與該碳纖維層40B同時放置在一個射出成型機台之中,並經由二次射出成型的工序使該底層30B之至少二個卡合部31B而能各別與該碳纖維層40B之至少二個組設孔41B的該環狀嵌合區43B結合成型。而值得一提的是,該碳纖維層40B之任一該組設孔41B的該嵌合區43B係可為複數且呈間隔設置。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種鞋底的製法,其步驟包含:步驟一,提供一複合材料的底材並放置在一模壓模具中,且經由一模壓工序後而成型為預定尺寸的一底層;步驟二,提供一含有碳纖維的材料並經由平織、交織或層疊工序而成型為一碳纖維層;步驟三,將該碳纖維層放置在一銑床模具中,並經銑床工序而使該碳纖維層成型為穿設有至少二組設孔;以及步驟四,將該底層與該碳纖維層放置在一射出成型機台中,經由射出工序使該底層形成至少二卡合部,讓該底層之該至少二卡合部各別對應於該碳纖維層之該至少二組設孔的位置而結合成型,其中,該碳纖維層係成型於該底層之上方。
  2. 如請求項1所述之鞋底的製法,其中,在步驟三中,該碳纖維層之該至少二組設孔的截斷面係呈階梯狀或鋸齒狀。
  3. 如請求項1所述之鞋底的製法,其中,在步驟三中,該碳纖維層之任一該組設孔的孔壁係凹設而形成一嵌合區。
  4. 如請求項1所述之鞋底的製法,其中,在步驟四中,該射出成型機台的壓力值係設定介於30kg/cm2至70kg/cm2之間。
  5. 如請求項2所述之鞋底的製法,其中,在步驟四中,該射出成型機台的溫度值係設定介於攝氏130度至攝氏170度之間。
