Abstract
一種應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,係可設置於一大眾運輸工具,其中,該大眾運輸工具係設有至少一車門,該車門係具有一可供乘員進出之門口,並於該門口處設有至少一門板,該門板係設有至少一消毒滅菌單元,該消毒滅菌單元於該門板位於一開門位置時係朝向該門口,同時該消毒滅菌單元更連接有一控制單元,可供於該門板位於該開門位置時,啟動該消毒滅菌單元對經過該門口之乘員進行消毒滅菌,以達到防疫之目的。
Description
本發明係與一種防疫裝置有關,特別是指一種應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置。
現代化的都市為了降低空氣汙染、維持交通順暢與達到節約能源等目的,通常會設置許多種大眾運輸工具,例如公車、捷運、火車、高鐵、遊覽車,藉以快速、方便、大量的運送乘員到指定的地點,以期大幅降低自用車輛之使用率。
然而該大眾運輸工具係用以服務大眾,因此在流行病發生的期間,例如流感發生期,反而容易加速疾病的傳播,而目前常用的防疫手段,係要求乘員在搭乘該大眾運輸工具時必須配戴口罩,但此種被動防疫方式所能達到的防疫效果實在有限。
另一方面,因為該大眾運輸工具之車門係具備開、關門設計,而使該車門具有許多作動機構,所以無法將一般消毒隧道的設計直接應用於該大眾運輸工具上。
本發明之目的係提供一種應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其係可避開車門之作動機構,並對通過車門之乘員進行完整的消毒滅菌,以達到防疫之效果。
為達上述目的,本發明所提供之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,係可設置於一大眾運輸工具,其中,該大眾運輸工具係設有至少一車門,該車門係具有一門口,並於該門口處設有至少一門板,該門板可相對該門口移動而形成有一關門位置與一開門位置,且於該關門位置時,該門板係封閉該門口,而於該開門位置時,該門板係打開該門口,而該車門防疫裝置則包含有至少一消毒滅菌單元,該消毒滅菌單元係設置於該門板並可隨該門板移動,且該消毒滅菌單元於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口,同時該車門防疫裝置更包含有一控制單元,該控制單元係連接於該消毒滅菌單元,可供於該門板位於該開門位置時,啟動該消毒滅菌單元朝該門口進行消毒滅菌。
本發明所提供之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,當該大眾運輸工具完成停靠站並開啟該車門,使該門板由該關門位置移動至該開門位置以打開該門口後,該控制單元係可啟動該消毒滅菌單元,對經過該門口之乘員進行消毒滅菌,以達到防疫之目的,其中,因為該消毒滅菌單元係設置於該門板並隨該門板作動,且於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口,所以該消毒滅菌單元不會受到該車門之作動機構干擾,而可對經過該門口之乘員進行完整的消毒滅菌。
請參閱第1圖以及第2圖所示,係本發明之第一較佳實施例之平面圖以及局部立體圖,其係揭示有一種應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置100,該車門防疫裝置100係可設置於一大眾運輸工具10,例如公車、捷運、火車、高鐵、遊覽車、飛機、船舶,本實施例中係以一公車為例,其中,該大眾運輸工具10係設有至少一車門20,該車門20係具有二側壁21、以及連接於該等側壁21間之一頂壁22與一底壁23,並於該等側壁21與該頂壁22、該底壁23間圍成有一可供乘員或物品進出之門口24,同時該門口24處係設有至少一門板30,該門板30可相對該門口24移動而形成有一關門位置與一開門位置,於本實施例中,該門口24處係設有一對應該門口24大小之門板30,該門板30係採外推式開門設計,而可相對該門口24橫向移動,從而如第1圖所示,當該門板30位於該關門位置時,該門板30係封閉該門口24,再如第2圖所示,當該門板30位於該開門位置時,該門板30係橫向移動離開該門口24,以打開該門口24,讓乘員可自由穿過該門口24進行上下車,有關外推式開門設計係為習知通常知識,在此不再贅述。
請再參閱第3圖以及第4圖所示,係本發明之第一較佳實施例之局部分解圖以及方塊示意圖,並請同時參閱第2圖所示,該車門防疫裝置100係包含有至少一消毒滅菌單元40,該消毒滅菌單元40係設置於該門板30並可隨該門板30移動,其中,該門板30位於該開門狀態時,其面向該門口24之一側係設置有至少一組接部31,而該消毒滅菌單元40係設置於該組接部31,使該消毒滅菌單元40於該門板30位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口24,而可透過朝該門口24投放消毒液、紫外線等方式,對經過該門口24之乘員進行消毒滅菌,為達到上述目的,該消毒滅菌單元40可以具有至少一噴頭41,且該噴頭41於該門板30位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口24,同時該噴頭41係透過連接管連接於一供液模組50,例如儲液桶與噴射馬達之組合,該供液模組50係儲存有消毒液,例如次氯酸水、酒精,藉此可將消毒液經由該等噴頭41霧化後,朝該門口24方向噴灑以進行消毒滅菌,或者該消毒滅菌單元40也可以具有至少一紫外線燈42,該紫外線燈42之較佳波長係介於222 nm至265 nm,並且於該門板30位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口24,藉此可朝該門口24方向照射紫外線以進行消毒滅菌,而較佳的做法係如本實施例所示,該門板30之組接部31係由複數個由上而下間隔設置之凹槽311所構成,而該消毒滅菌單元40則具有由上而下間隔交錯設於該等凹槽311之複數個噴頭41與複數個紫外線燈42,藉此,讓該消毒滅菌單元40係同時具備該噴頭41與該紫外線燈42,而可同時朝該門口24投放消毒液與紫外線,或者可依據使用需求選擇啟動該噴頭41或該紫外線燈42之其中一種來進行消毒滅菌。
請再繼續參閱第4圖所示,該車門防疫裝置100更包含有一控制單元60,該控制單元60係連接於該消毒滅菌單元40,可供於該門板30位於該開門位置時,啟動該消毒滅菌單元40朝該門口24進行消毒滅菌,其中,該控制單元60係進一步具有一手動模組61,例如一啟動開關,可供裝置於駕駛座附近,讓使用者得手動啟動該消毒滅菌單元40,此外該控制單元60更具有一偵測模組62,例如人體感測器、影像辨識器、超音波感測器、熱影像感測器,可供裝置於該門口24之附近,用以在偵測到乘員通過該門口24時,自動啟動該消毒滅菌單元40,於本實施例中,如第2圖所示,該偵測模組62係裝置於該車門20之頂壁22位置處。
為供進一步瞭解本發明之發明特徵、運用技術手段及所預期達成之功效,茲將本發明使用方式加以敘述,相信當可由此而對本發明作有更深入且具體之瞭解,如下所述:
請再參閱第5圖所示,係本發明之第一較佳實施例之使用示意圖,在該門板30位於該關門位置時,該門板30係封閉該門口24,使乘員或物品無法上下車,故該消毒滅菌單元40不會被啟動,而當該大眾運輸工具10完成停靠站並開啟該車門20,使該門板30由該關門位置移動至該開門位置以打開該門口24後,此時若有乘員或物品穿過該門口24進行上下車,而被該偵測模組62所偵測時,該控制單元60將會自動啟動該消毒滅菌單元40,驅動該供液模組50將消毒液經由該等噴頭41霧化後朝該門口24方向進行噴灑,以及同時啟動該等紫外線42燈朝該門口24方向照射紫外線,藉此,可對經過該門口24之乘員或物品進行消毒滅菌,以達到防疫之目的,其中,因為該消毒滅菌單元40係設置於該門板30,且於該門板30位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口24,所以該消毒滅菌單元40不會受到該車門20之作動機構干擾,而可完整對經過該門口24之乘員與物體進行消毒滅菌,值得一提的是,使用者亦可透過該手動模組61以手動方式強制啟動該消毒滅菌單元40。
請再參閱第6圖、第7圖以及第8圖所示,係本發明之第二較佳實施例之局部立體圖、動作示意圖以及使用示意圖,該車門防疫裝置100與前述第一較佳實施例不同之處係在於,該車門20於該門口24處係設有一對門板30,該等門板30係採內開式開門設計,而可相對該門口24轉動,從而如第5圖所示,當該等門板30位於該關門位置時,該等門板30係成平行設置以封閉該門口24,再如第6圖所示,當該等門板30位於該開門位置時,該等門板30係轉動90度,以打開該門口24,讓乘員可自由穿過該門口24進行上下車,有關內開式開門設計係為習知通常知識,在此不再贅述,而該車門防疫裝置100則對應每一門板30各設置有一該消毒滅菌單元40,該等消毒滅菌單元40係位於該等門板30之相對內側,且每一消毒滅菌單元40皆具有由上而下間隔設置於該門板30之複數個噴頭41與複數個紫外線燈42,同時該偵測模組62係具有複數個由上而下間隔設置於該等門板30之感應器621,其中,較佳者係由上而下形成複數個群組G,且讓每個群組G各具有一噴頭41、一紫外線燈42與一感應器621,藉此,當該大眾運輸工具10完成停靠站並開啟該車門20,使該等門板30由該關門位置移動至該開門位置以打開該門口24後,此時若有乘員穿過該門口24進行上下車,該偵測模組62係可藉由該等感應器621偵測通過該門口24之乘員之高度,並開啟對應群組G之該噴頭41與該紫外線42,朝該門口24投放消毒液、紫外線,以對經過該門口24之乘員、物體進行消毒滅菌,如此能夠達到諸如可避開朝乘員臉部噴灑消毒液或照射紫外線之效果,並能節省消毒液與電力之消耗。
請再參閱第9圖所示,係本發明之第三較佳實施例之局部剖視圖,該車門防疫裝置100與前述第一較佳實施例不同之處係在於,該噴頭41之噴灑軸線L1係朝該門口24之外側方向偏置,即該噴灑軸線L1與該門口24之中心軸線L2之間的夾角θ係小於90度,藉此,讓該消毒滅菌單元40在朝該門口24噴灑消毒液時,可以達到防止該消毒液飄進該大眾運輸工具10內之效果。
茲,再將本發明之特徵及其可達成之預期功效陳述如下:
本發明所提供之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,當該大眾運輸工具10完成停靠站並開啟該車門20,使該門板30由該關門位置移動至該開門位置以打開該門口24後,該控制單元60係可啟動該消毒滅菌單元40,對經過該門口24之乘員進行消毒滅菌,以達到防疫之目的,其中,因為該消毒滅菌單元40係設置於該門板30並隨該門板30作動,且於該門板30位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口24,所以該消毒滅菌單元40不會受到該車門20之作動機構干擾,而可完整對經過該門口24之乘員進行消毒滅菌。
綜上所述,本發明在同類產品中實有其極佳之進步實用性,同時遍查國內外關於此類結構之技術資料,文獻中亦未發現有相同的構造存在在先,是以,本發明實已具備發明專利要件,爰依法提出申請。
惟,以上所述者,僅係本發明之一較佳可行實施例而已,故舉凡應用本發明說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效結構變化,理應包含在本發明之專利範圍內。

Claims (8)
- 一種應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,係可設置於一大眾運輸工具,其中,該大眾運輸工具係設有至少一車門,該車門係具有一門口,並於該門口處設有至少一門板,該門板可相對該門口移動而形成有一關門位置與一開門位置,且於該關門位置時,該門板係封閉該門口,而於該開門位置時,該門板係打開該門口,而該車門防疫裝置則包含有:至少一消毒滅菌單元,其係設置於該門板並可隨該門板移動,其中,該門板位於該開門狀態時,其面向該門口之一側係設置有至少一組接部,而該消毒滅菌單元係設置於該組接部,使該消毒滅菌單元於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口;一控制單元,其係連接於該消毒滅菌單元,可供於該門板位於該開門位置時,啟動該消毒滅菌單元朝該門口進行消毒滅菌。
- 依據請求項1所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該消毒滅菌單元係具有至少一噴頭,該噴頭於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口,且該噴頭係連接於一供液模組,該供液模組係儲存有消毒液,藉此讓該控制單元可於該門板位於該開門位置時,啟動該供液模組,將消毒液經由該等噴頭霧化後,朝該門口方向噴灑以進行消毒滅菌。
- 依據請求項1所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該消毒滅菌單元係具有至少一紫外線燈,該紫外線燈於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口,藉此讓該控制單元係可於該門板位於該開門位置時,啟動該紫外線燈朝該門口方向照射紫外線以進行消毒滅菌。
- 依據請求項1所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該消毒滅菌單元係具有至少一噴頭,該噴頭於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口,且該噴頭係連接於一供液模組,該供液模組係儲存有消毒液,同時該消毒滅菌單元更具有至少一紫外線燈,該紫外線燈於該門板位於該開門位置時係朝向該門口,藉此讓該控制單元可於該門板位於該開門位置時,同時啟動該供液模組,將消毒液經由該等噴頭霧化後朝該門口方向噴灑,以及啟動該紫外線燈朝該門口方向照射紫外線,以進行消毒滅菌。
- 依據請求項1至4項任一項所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該控制單元係具有一手動模組,可供使用者手動啟動該消毒滅菌單元。
- 依據請求項1至4項任一項所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該控制單元係具有一偵測模組,可供在偵測到一物體通過該門口時,啟動該消毒滅菌單元。
- 依據請求項6所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該偵測模組係具有複數個由上而下間隔設置於該門板之感應器,可供藉由該等感應器偵測通過該門口之物體之高度。
- 依據請求項2或4所述之應用於大眾運輸工具之車門防疫裝置,其中,該噴頭之噴灑軸線係朝該門口外方向偏置,而使該噴灑軸線與該門口之中心軸線間之夾角係小於90度。
