Abstract
一種抗反射光學玻璃之製法,係於一載體上設有多數鑽石切割線,
令該等鑽石切割線於光學玻璃之表面上離心、彈性地甩抛、研磨成具有蛾眼結構(moth-eye structure)之溝槽,俾降低光反射且增加光穿透量者。本發明亦包括藉該製法所製成之光學玻璃產品者。
Description
本發明係關於一種抗反射光學玻璃之製法及其製品。
習知顯示器螢幕等光學玻璃為降低光反射,並增加光穿透量,有於其面上藉微影蝕割(photolithography)以形成具蛾眼結構(moth-eye structure)之抗反射表面。
唯藉微影蝕刻以形成蛾眼結構表面之光學玻璃仍具有以下之缺點:
1.製作成本極高,良率低,不具經濟效益。
2.因使用蝕刻液,腐蝕性高,污染性高,不利環境保護。
3.製程限制多,例如只適合製作尺寸較小者,且須為平直玻璃不能有曲面者,如是遂限制相關光學玻璃產品之開發、量產製造。
本案發明人有鑒於此,乃加研究創新,揭示出本發明新穎之抗反射光學玻璃之製法及其製品。
本發明之目的旨在提供一種抗反射光學玻璃之製法,係於一載體上設有多數鑽石切割線,令該等鑽石切割線於光學玻璃之表面上離心、彈性地甩抛、研磨成具有蛾眼結構(moth-eye structure)之溝槽,俾降低光反射且增加光穿透量者。本發明之另一目的包括藉該製法所製成之光學
玻璃產品者。
本發明之可取實體可由以下說明書,配合所附諸圖式而得以明晰之。

參閱圖1~圖6,本發明製法主要係令一研磨裝置在光學玻璃上進行研磨、刻畫,以製成具有蛾眼結構之光學玻璃者。
該研磨裝置(尤如圖1,2所示者)實係包括:一載體(1)包括轉輪者,以及至少一條或多數鑽石切割線(2,Diamond Cutting Wire)設於該載體(上)以構成該研磨裝置者。各該鑽石切割線(2)呈圈狀(loop)等形狀繫於該載體(1)上。
該載體(1)為轉輪時可以馬達驅轉其轉軸(11)藉以轉動,令設於輪面(12)上之該等鑽石切割線(2)所固連之多數鑽石顆粒(21)在光學玻璃基板(3)上進行研磨、刻畫者。
各該鑽石切割線(2)上以多數鑽石顆粒(21,diamond grains or beads)鍍著、鍵結、連結、或設置於該鑽石切割線(2)上。
尤如圖3所示者,啟動載體(1)之轉動,調整載體(1)軸心與基板(3)之間距或高度(H),以輸送帶等方式推進基板(3)呈F方向前進,此時旋轉載體(1)亦即轉輪,使其上之鑽石切割線(2)諸鑽石顆粒(21)離心、彈性地甩抛、研磨於該基板(3)面上,以形成溝槽,例如可刻畫出深度為奈米等級之溝槽者。
各鑽石顆粒(21)上之尖銳角或稜角在基板上甩抛畫過時,由於鑽石之高硬度並配合切割線旋轉之離心力及彈性力所致,僅需輕微之作用力即可將基板(3)表面研磨、刻畫成極細微之溝槽。
該基板(3)可為手機面板、觸控螢幕(包括ATM者)、顯示器表面、鏡頭表面、以及其他光學玻璃表面。
該光學玻璃,除玻璃外,亦包括透明塑膠,如聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)等等。
各該鑽石切割線(2)亦可如圖7所示者,直接繫於載體(1)之輪面(12)上,該輪面(12)可製自彈性體(elastomer),如是乃構成本發明之另一可取實體。
本發明之操作可操控載體(1)轉速以控制鑽石切割線(2)之「甩勁」(甩抛之力道),並控制刻痕之密度,以相應配合微結構之尺寸,與增透光之波長,且可調整載體轉輪與基板間之間距(H),使鑽石切割線能旋轉、離心、彈性地壓甩於基板表面,仿如令鑽石切割線動態地「服貼」於基板表面上進行研磨刻畫,使刻痕均勻,且尤適用於曲面上,以有效遂行
溝槽之刻畫操作。
經刻畫所成之蛾眼結構,在光學玻璃表面上形成抗反射面,可大降入射光之反射,亦能增加光之穿透量,避免或減少刺眼之眩光(glare),提升光學玻璃之效能。
如圖4~6所示者,載體(1)轉軸(11)先與基板(3)之縱軸(X)正交(如A處),旋轉載體(1)使其上之鑽石切割線(2)在基板(3)上研磨、刻畫成與縱軸(X)平行之第一溝槽(31);令基板(3)沿F方向挺進,在B處,此時載體(1)轉軸(11)與縱軸(X)交成135度,旋轉載體(1)使鑽石切割線(2)在基板(3)上研磨、刻畫成與縱軸(X)及第一溝槽(31)交成45度之第二溝槽(32);持續地令基板(3)向前之方向(F)挺進,在C處,此時載體(1)與縱軸(X)交成45度,旋轉下,鑽石切割線(2)在基板(3)上刻畫出與第一溝槽(31)交成135度之第三溝槽(33)如C,第一、二、三溝槽(31,32,33)相互交錯,遂切割成如圖6所示之蛾眼結構(34)。(註:A,B,C為溝槽顯示區)
本發明可調控相關之製程或操作參數,以調變產品尺寸、特性並能對應不同波長光,而可調控光之增透量。
本發明較諸習知技術具有以下之優點:
1.整個製程及設備構造簡單、製作成本大降,適於大量製造,極富產業經濟價值。
2.鑽石切割線上之鑽石顆粒不會滾動,使研磨、刻痕效果易於控制,有助於品質穩定與良率之提昇。
3.由於藉助鑽石切割線之彈性、離心之甩抛研磨,使刻痕均勻,尤適於曲面之加工製作。
4.不必使用習知製法之腐蝕性蝕刻液,對環保裨益尤多。
5.適用於大尺寸光學玻璃之製作,可量產,產能大。
6.由於製程參數易於調整,故可對應不同波長之光而調控光之增透量,便於因應各種光學玻璃不同光學特性之需求。
本發明可於不違本發明之精神及範疇下,作適當之修飾與改變,而不加以限制
前述研磨、刻畫之方向係可加調整、變化,而未予限制者。

Claims (10)
- 一種抗反射光學玻璃之製法,係令一研磨裝置在光學玻璃基板上進行研磨、刻畫以製作具有蛾眼結構之光學玻璃者;該研磨裝置包括一載體以及多數鑽石切割線設於該載體上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該載體係一轉輪,含有一轉軸,可加驅動旋轉,俾令該等鑽石切割線能離心、彈性地甩抛、研磨該光學玻璃之表面以形成蛾眼結構者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該載體上之各該鑽石切割線係以多數鑽石顆粒鍍著、鍵結、連結、設置於該鑽石切割線上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中各該鑽石切割線係呈圈狀繫於該載體上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該載體及所繫該等鑽石切割線與該光學玻璃基板之間距係可加調整者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該光學玻璃基板相對於該載體係以輸送帶之方式挺進,俾為該載體上之鑽石玻璃切割線所研磨、刻畫者。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該載體之輪面係以彈性體材料製成具有彈性之載體轉輪者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該載體及其上之該等鑽石切割線與所待研磨、刻畫之光學玻璃基板之間所交成之方向係可加調變者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗反射光學玻璃之製法,其中該光學玻璃包括:玻璃及透光性塑膠玻璃者。
- 一種抗反射光學玻璃產品,係依申請專利範圍第1項所述之製法加以製造者。
