Abstract

一種醫療手術用無電力控制裝置,包含一基座。該基座包括一設置面,及複數位於該設置面的控制鈕區,每一控制鈕區之表面塗覆一紅外線反射塗料,該等控制鈕區於該設置面排列為一預定圖案,且藉由表面之該紅外線反射塗料反射一預定頻段的紅外線。藉由於該設置面上使用紅外線反射塗料界定出該等控制鈕區,並使該等控制鈕區排列為該預定圖案,可搭配一紅外線攝影單元進行攝影,並搭配一處理單元進行影像辨識而達到操控效果,如此,醫師可以親自操作該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置,進而提升手術的順暢度。

Description

醫療手術用控制系統及方法
本發明是有關於一種控制裝置、系統及方法,特別是指一種醫療手術用無電力控制裝置、醫療手術用控制系統及方法。
手術中即時影像導航技術為近年積極發展的外科手術相關技術,可以協助外科醫師能更精準和更安全地找到手術目標(例如,病灶)的位置,或是協助定位放置植入物(例如,腦部深層刺激手術電極導線、椎弓根螺釘等)的位置,因此,可以避免重要神經組織的傷害,減少傷口的長度,提升手術的成功率及患者的術後復原情況。
醫師在手術中常需要更換導引畫面或是醫療影像,但由於手術中醫師的雙手必須保持在無菌狀態,避免病菌侵入而導致患者術後感染,因此無法親手操作手術導航系統,只能透過助手協助操作,然而,當助手與醫師尚未累積足夠默契時,醫師時常難以使用簡潔的語言描述所希望執行的畫面操作,例如,針對畫面上某個局部區域進行放大,或是快速切換某個特定醫療影像,如此,導致 手術執行順暢度仍有提升空間。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可供醫師於手術中親自操作的醫療手術用無電力控制裝置。
於是,本發明醫療手術用無電力控制裝置,包含一基座。
該基座包括一設置面,及複數位於該設置面的控制鈕區,每一控制鈕區之表面塗覆一紅外線反射塗料,該等控制鈕區於該設置面排列為一預定圖案,且藉由表面之該紅外線反射塗料反射一預定頻段的紅外線。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可供醫師於手術中親自操作的醫療手術用控制系統。
於是,本發明醫療手術用控制系統,包含一如上述的醫療手術用無電力控制裝置、一顯像單元、一紅外線攝影單元,及一處理單元。
該顯像單元接收一顯像信號,並根據該顯像信號產生顯像畫面。
該紅外線攝影單元用以朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置的該等控制鈕區拍攝,並輸出一相關於拍攝影像的影像信號。
該處理單元信號連接該顯像單元與該紅外線攝影單元, 接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案判斷該等控制鈕區中是否有控制鈕區被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可供醫師於手術中親自操作的醫療手術用控制方法。
於是,本發明醫療手術用控制方法,適用於運用一如上述的醫療手術用控制系統,該醫療手術用控制方法包含以下步驟:
(A)該紅外線攝影單元朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置的該等控制鈕區拍攝,並輸出一相關於拍攝影像的影像信號。
(B)該處理單元接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案及對應之功能文字,控制該顯像單元於顯像畫面中對應該等控制鈕區的位置顯現對應之功能文字。
(C)該處理單元接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案判斷該等控制鈕區中是否有控制鈕區被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
本發明之功效在於:藉由於該設置面上使用紅外線反射塗料界定出該等控制鈕區,並使該等控制鈕區排列為該預定圖案,可搭配該紅外線攝影單元進行攝影,並搭配該處理單元進行影像辨識而達到操控效果,藉此,醫師可以親自操作該醫療手術用無電力 控制裝置,進而提升手術的順暢度。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是本發明醫療手術用控制系統的一實施例的一示意圖;圖2是該實施例的一醫療手術用無電力控制裝置的正視圖;及圖3是本發明醫療手術用控制方法的一實施例的一流程圖。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明醫療手術用控制系統之一實施例,包含一醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2、一顯像單元3、一紅外線攝影單元4,及一處理單元5。
該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2包括一基座21。該基座21具有一設置面211,及複數位於該設置面211的控制鈕區212。每一控制鈕區212之表面塗覆一紅外線反射塗料213,該等控制鈕區212於該設置面211排列為一預定圖案,且藉由表面之該紅外線反射塗料213反射一預定頻段的紅外線。
其中,該等控制鈕區212可呈三角形、方形、五角形、六角形或其組合,例如,圖2所示為兩個正方形、四個三角形、四 個六邊形之組合,且該等圖形之組合即形成該預定圖案。實際應用時,可根據所需設置的功能而設置對應的控制鈕區212數量及形狀,不以此為限。
其中,該預定頻段較佳為730奈米~1100奈米。於本實施例中,選用850±100奈米的頻段,如此,可以於應用時更好地避開手術室之鹵素燈的光源干擾。
於本實施例中,該基座21為平板狀,輕巧而方便取用,但該基座21也可以製作為任何形狀,例如,圓筒狀、弧狀、柱狀等,僅需有一個設置面211可以供該等控制鈕區212設置即可。並且,該設置面211上可以是藉由稍微突起而形成該等控制鈕區212之圖形,但該設置面211也可以是完全平面,而僅由該紅外線反射塗料213所塗覆的區域界定該等控制鈕區212。
值得一提的是,該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2上並不包含電子電路元件,因此,該基座21可以全部使用塑膠或其他可經無菌消毒程序的材質製作,並作為一次性消耗產品使用,以杜絕傳遞病菌的可能性。
該顯像單元3接收一顯像信號,並根據該顯像信號產生顯像畫面。該顯像單元3可以為立式手術導航系統(圖未示)或是頭戴智慧眼鏡6所內含的顯像螢幕。
該紅外線攝影單元4用以朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝 置2的該等控制鈕區212拍攝,並輸出一相關於拍攝影像的影像信號。該紅外線攝影單元4可以為立式手術導航系統或是頭戴智慧眼鏡6所內含的紅外線攝影機41。該紅外線攝影單元4較佳是搭配至少一濾片(圖未示)使用,以過濾該紅外線攝影單元4所拍攝之影像為波長介於850±10奈米間的頻段,該至少一濾片可以是一個帶通(band pass)濾片,或是相互搭配的高通(high pass)濾片及低通(low pass)濾片,或是相互搭配的帶通濾片、高通濾片及低通濾片之組合,以達到更佳的濾波效果。
該處理單元5信號連接該顯像單元3與該紅外線攝影單元4,接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案判斷該等控制鈕區212中是否有控制鈕區212被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區212對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
其中,該顯像單元3、該紅外線攝影單元4與該處理單元5可以使用例如台灣骨王生技股份有限公司的CADUCEUS產品實施,或其他同樣具有顯像、紅外線攝影與影像處理之功能的產品。
參閱圖1、圖2及圖3,本發明醫療手術用控制方法之一實施例適用於運用於該醫療手術用控制系統,並包含以下步驟:
步驟71:該紅外線攝影單元4朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2的該等控制鈕區212拍攝,並輸出一相關於拍攝影像的影像信號。
步驟72:該處理單元5接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案及對應之功能文字,控制該顯像單元3於顯像畫面中對應該等控制鈕區212的位置顯現對應之功能文字。
如此,可使醫師透過觀看該頭戴智慧眼鏡6的該顯像單元3即能得知各控制鈕區212所對應的功能,方便醫師進行操作。
步驟73:該處理單元5接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案判斷該等控制鈕區212中是否有控制鈕區212被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區212對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
其中,於步驟73中,該處理單元5預先儲存一電腦斷層掃描(Computed Tomography,簡稱CT)資料,且根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區212對應之功能與該電腦斷層掃描資料輸出相關於電腦斷層掃描影像的該顯像信號。其中,該處理單元5也可還預先儲存其他醫學影像畫面以供手術中切換觀看,例如X光片、神經血管資訊等。
實際應用於手術時,需先將該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2進行滅菌消毒,例如送交滅菌公司進行滅菌後封裝於滅菌袋內,在手術中,由助理拆開滅菌袋並取出該醫療用非接觸控制裝置2,醫師可直接拿取該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2或是將其放置在 合適位置,並以立式手術導航系統或是頭戴智慧眼鏡6朝向該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2攝影,再由該處理單元5進行影像辨識,達到控制手術中的各種儀器之功能,例如開關手術燈、影像導航系統、選擇醫學影像畫面等等。
以圖1之頭戴智慧眼鏡6進行說明,該頭戴智慧眼鏡6具有一眼鏡形式的顯像單元3,且於前側的左右處各設置有一紅外線攝影機41,圍繞每一紅外線攝影機41設置有上下左右四個紅外線LED61,該等紅外線LED61用以提供該等紅外線攝影機41所需的紅外線光源。該等紅外線攝影機41朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2的該等控制鈕區212拍攝,並輸出相關於拍攝影像的該影像信號至該處理單元5,該處理單元5將該影像信號進行影像處理,於辨識出該等控制鈕區212所組成的該預定圖案後,啟動非接觸控制的功能,此時,該處理單元5會根據預先儲存的該預定圖案,連結該等控制鈕區212與其對應的控制功能,接著,醫師只需用手或其他物品在該紅外線攝影單元4前遮蔽某一控制鈕區212,該處理單元5即會判斷該控制鈕區212被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區212對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
例如,以圖2中上方的兩個三角形控制鈕區212作為說明,為清楚說明起見,將其標示為212a、212b。可於該處理單元5中,預先設置該等三角形控制鈕區212a、212b之功能分別為切換 上一個畫面及下一個畫面,如此,當醫師在手術中用手在該紅外線攝影單元4前遮蔽該三角形控制鈕區212a時,該處理單元5根據預先儲存的該預定圖案進行影像辨識時,會判斷出該三角形控制鈕區212a被遮蔽,並輸出該顯像信號控制該顯像單元3切換為上一個畫面。相同地,當要切換下一個畫面時,醫師僅需用手在該紅外線攝影單元4前遮蔽該三角形控制鈕區212b,該處理單元5即會判斷該三角形控制鈕區212b被遮蔽,並控制該顯像單元3切換為下一個畫面。如此,醫師可以在不碰觸該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2的情況下,達到親自操作該醫療手術用控制系統的功效。
經由以上的說明,本實施例的功效如下:
一、藉由於該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2之基座21的設置面211上,使用紅外線反射塗料213界定出該等控制鈕區212,並使該等控制鈕區212排列為該預定圖案,可搭配該紅外線攝影單元4進行攝影,並搭配該處理單元5進行影像辨識而達到操控效果,由於操作過程中不需要用手直接碰觸該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2,因此,可以杜絕因碰觸控制裝置而產生的病菌傳播可能,故醫師可以親自操作該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2。本實施例能提升醫師使用該醫療手術用控制系統的便利性,並可進而提升手術的順暢度。
二、由於該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2不包含電子電路 元件,因此,可以直接進行無菌消毒程序而無須擔憂電子電路元件會損毀而造成功能異常,並且,該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2還可以如本實施例所示,僅以一塑膠板塗覆紅外線反射塗料213製成,如此,由於製造方便且成本實惠,還可以做為一次性消耗產品使用,進而杜絕透過該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2傳播病菌的可能性。藉此,不僅增添醫療安全,且在手術中醫師也可以放心操作該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2而不需小心翼翼避免觸摸到該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置2,故還可以進一步提升手術的順暢度。
綜上所述,本發明醫療手術用無電力控制裝置、醫療手術用控制系統及方法,確實能達成本發明的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種醫療手術用控制系統,包含:一醫療手術用無電力控制裝置,包括一基座,該基座具有一設置面及複數位於該設置面的控制鈕區,每一控制鈕區之表面塗覆一紅外線反射塗料,該等控制鈕區於該設置面排列為一預定圖案,且藉由表面之該紅外線反射塗料反射一預定頻段的紅外線;一顯像單元,接收一顯像信號,並根據該顯像信號產生顯像畫面;一紅外線攝影單元,用以朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置的該等控制鈕區拍攝,並輸出一相關於拍攝影像的影像信號;及一處理單元,信號連接該顯像單元與該紅外線攝影單元,接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案判斷該等控制鈕區中是否有控制鈕區被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
  2. 如請求項1所述的醫療手術用控制系統,其中,該預定頻段為730奈米~1100奈米。
  3. 如請求項1所述的醫療手術用控制系統,其中,該等控制鈕區呈三角形、方形、五角形、六角形或其組合。
  4. 如請求項1所述的醫療手術用控制系統,其中,該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置不包含電子電路元件。
  5. 一種醫療手術用控制方法,適用於運用一如請求項1所 述的醫療手術用控制系統,該醫療手術用控制方法包含以下步驟:(A)該紅外線攝影單元朝該醫療手術用無電力控制裝置的該等控制鈕區拍攝,並輸出一相關於拍攝影像的影像信號;(B)該處理單元接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案及對應之功能文字,控制該顯像單元於顯像畫面中對應該等控制鈕區的位置顯現對應之功能文字;及(C)該處理單元接收該影像信號並進行影像辨識,根據預先儲存的該預定圖案判斷該等控制鈕區中是否有控制鈕區被遮蔽,並根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區對應之功能輸出對應的該顯像信號。
  6. 如請求項5所述的醫療手術用控制方法,其中,於步驟(C)中,該處理單元預先儲存一電腦斷層掃描資料,且根據被遮蔽的該控制鈕區對應之功能與該電腦斷層掃描資料輸出相關於電腦斷層掃描影像的該顯像信號。
