Abstract

本發明有關於一種橢圓機,其包含有一個機架,機架之二側分別設有一個踏板單元,各個踏板單元一根立臂、一根驅動主臂、一個踏板座、一根斜桿、一個踏板及一根搖擺連桿,立臂之頂端可前後擺動地設於機架,驅動主臂之前端可上下擺動地設於立臂之底端,踏板座可左右擺動地設於驅動主臂之後端,踏板可左右擺動地設於踏板座,斜桿之前端可上下擺動地設於立臂,斜桿之後端可萬向轉動地設於踏板座,搖擺連桿之前端可上下前後擺動地設於驅動主臂之後端,搖擺連桿之後端可萬向轉動地設於踏板。藉此,本發明之橢圓機可以呈現左右搖擺的三維運動模式。

Description

可實現三維度踩踏訓練之橢圓機
本發明與橢圓機有關,特別是指一種可實現三維度踩踏訓練之橢圓機。
橢圓機是近年來發展出的一種心肺適能訓練器材,主要是讓使用者踩踏於左、右二個踏板時能沿著近似橢圓形的軌跡運動,以達到模擬走路、跑步或登階等腿部運動之目的。由於橢圓機之踏板的運動軌跡多為固定不變,所以整個使用過程會顯得單調乏味,同時也會無法訓練到其他部位的腿部肌肉。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種橢圓機,其能實現三維度踩踏訓練的效果。
為了達成上述主要目的,本發明之橢圓機包含有一個機架、二個踏板單元、二個扶手桿,以及一個飛輪組。各該踏板單元具有一個立臂、一個驅動主臂、一個踏板座、一個斜桿、一個踏板及一個搖擺連桿,其中:該立臂之頂端可前後擺動地樞設於該機架,該驅動主臂之前端可上下擺動地樞設於該立臂之底端,該踏板座之前端可左右擺動地樞設於該驅動主臂之後端,該踏板可左右擺動地樞設於該踏板座之後端,該斜桿之前端可上下左右擺動地樞設於該立臂且位於該驅動主臂之前端的上方,該斜桿之後端可萬向轉動地樞設於該踏板座之前端,該搖擺連桿之前端可上下左右擺動地樞設於該驅動主臂之後端,且該搖擺連桿之後端可萬向轉動地樞設於該踏板;該二扶手桿位於該機架之左右二側,且該二扶手桿之底端可前後擺動地樞設於該二驅動主臂之中央;該飛輪組具有二個飛輪與二個曲柄軸,該二飛輪可原地轉動地設於該機架之左右二側,該二曲柄軸之一端連接該二飛輪,該二曲柄軸之另一端連接該二驅動主臂,使得該二曲柄軸可受該二驅動主臂之驅動而帶動該二飛輪轉動。
由上述可知,本發明之橢圓機利用該二踏板單元的多連桿設計,讓使用者在踩踏左右二個踏板時會沿著橢圓形軌跡呈現出左右搖擺的三維運動模式,藉以訓練不同部位的腿部肌肉,並且讓整個使用過程更富有趣味性及挑戰性。
較佳地,本發明更提供一個步距調整單元,該步距調整單元具有一個馬達、一根導螺桿、一根螺管及一個滑座。該馬達設於該機架,該導螺桿之一端連接該馬達,該螺管螺設於該導螺桿且能受該導螺桿之驅動而沿著該導螺桿之軸向移動,該滑座連接該螺管及該二立臂之頂端,使該滑座能受該螺管之驅動而帶動該二立臂一起往前或往後移動,如此即可讓使用者根據實際需要調整步距大小。
較佳地,該步距調整單元更具有二個左右相對之導軌,該滑座之左右二側分別設有一個導輪,該二導輪分別可滾動地設於該二導軌內,如此可以提升作動的順暢度及穩定度。
較佳地,該機架具有一外殼,該外殼罩設該步距調整單元且具有二左右相對之限位槽,各該限位槽被一遮板所覆蓋,且各該限位槽之延伸方向平行於該導螺桿之軸向,該二立臂之頂端共同樞設於一前軸桿,該前軸桿位於該外殼內且該前軸桿之二端分別穿接於該二遮板,該滑座更具有一傳動管與二端蓋,該傳動管同軸地套設於該前軸桿且與該前軸桿之間保持一預定間隔,該二端蓋設於該傳動管之二端且緊配地套設於該前軸桿,使該滑座能帶動該二立臂一起跟著該螺管移動。藉此,該滑座在移動時利用該傳動管與該二端蓋帶動該前軸桿,再由該前軸桿帶動該二立臂一起往前或往後移動來達到調整步距的效果。
較佳地,各該扶手桿具有一根上管及一根下管。該上管之頂端用以供使用者握持,該上管之底端與該下管之頂端可前後擺動地共同樞設於該機架之外殼,該下管之底端可前後擺動地樞設於一根吊管之頂端,該吊管之底端可前後擺動地樞設於一該驅動主臂之頂面。藉此,該二扶手桿即可跟著該二驅動主臂一起前後擺動。
有關本發明所提供對於橢圓機的詳細構造、特點、組裝或使用方式,將於後續的實施方式詳細說明中予以描述。然而,在本發明領域中具有通常知識者應能瞭解,該等詳細說明以及實施本發明所列舉的特定實施例,僅係用於說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明之專利申請範圍。
申請人首先在此說明,於整篇說明書中,包括以下介紹的實施例以及申請專利範圍的請求項中,有關方向性的名詞皆以圖式中的方向為基準。其次,在以下將要介紹之實施例以及圖式中,相同之元件標號,代表相同或近似之元件或其結構特徵。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明之橢圓機10包含有一個機架20、二個踏板單元30、二個扶手桿50,以及一個飛輪組60。
機架20具有一個底座21、一個立柱22、一個前支架23及一個外殼24。立柱22之底端連接於底座21之中央,立柱22之頂端安裝有一個控制面板80;前支架23連接在立柱22之下半部與底座21之前半部之間;外殼24設於立柱22之下半部與底座21之前半部之間且將前支架23包覆在內,此外,外殼24之左右二側分別具有一條限位槽25,限位槽25被一個遮板26所覆蓋住。
二個踏板單元30位於機架20之左右二側。各個踏板單元30具有一個立臂31、一個驅動主臂33、一個踏板座34、一個斜桿38、一個踏板40及一個搖擺連桿42,其中:
如圖6所示,二個立臂31之頂端共同樞設於一根前軸桿32,使二個立臂31能相對機架20前後擺動。前軸桿32位於外殼24內,且前軸桿32之二端穿接於左右二個遮板26,使前軸桿32與左右二個遮板26能同步作動。
驅動主臂33之前端以可上下擺動的方式樞設於立臂31之底端。
踏板座34具有一個第一轉接板35及一根支撐桿37。如圖4所示,第一轉接板35以可左右擺動的方式樞設於驅動主臂33之後端,支撐桿37之前端固接於第一轉接板35。
如圖3所示,斜桿38之前端利用一個轉動桿81樞設於立臂31,使斜桿38之前端位於驅動主臂33之前端上方且能相對立臂31上下左右擺動,更明確地說,轉動桿81具有一個第一軸部82與一垂直連接第一軸部82之第二軸部83,第一軸部82位於一個軸座85內且以可左右擺動的方式樞設於一根軸件84,軸件84與軸座85共同位於立臂31內且利用上下二根螺栓86與立臂31鎖固在一起,使軸件84之軸向平行於立臂31之長度方向,至於轉動桿81之第二軸部83穿出立臂31外,使斜桿38之前端以可上下擺動的方式進行樞設。再如圖4所示,斜桿38之後端利用一個關節軸承39樞設於一根第一轉接軸36之一端,第一轉接軸36樞設於第一轉接板35,且第一轉接軸36之軸向垂直於踏板座之支撐桿37的長度方向,使斜桿38與踏板座34之間能相對萬向轉動。
踏板40之頂面用以承接使用者的腳掌,踏板40之底面利用諸如螺絲之類的固定元件鎖設一個底板41,如圖5所示,底板41以可左右擺動的方式樞設於踏板座34之支撐桿37的後端。
搖擺連桿42之前端以可左右擺動的方式樞設於一個第二轉接板43,如圖4所示,第二轉接板43樞設於一根第二轉接軸44,第二轉接軸44設於驅動主臂33之底面,且第二轉接軸44之軸向垂直於驅動主臂33之長度方向,搖擺連桿42之後端利用一個關節軸承45樞設於一個轉接塊46,如圖5所示,轉接塊46利用焊接方式或諸如螺絲之類的固定元件固設於底板41之底面的外側邊,使搖擺連桿42與踏板40之間能相對萬向轉動。
二個扶手桿50位於機架20之左右二側。如圖2所示,各個扶手桿50具有一根上管51及一根下管52,上管51之頂端用以供使用者的手掌握持,上管51之底端與下管52之頂端共同樞設於一根後軸桿54(如圖7所示),後軸桿54穿設且固接於立柱22,下管52之底端以可前後擺動的方式樞設於一根吊管53之頂端,吊管53之底端以可前後擺動的方式樞設於驅動主臂33之頂面。藉此,二個扶手桿50能跟著二個驅動主臂33一起前後擺動。
飛輪組60具有二個飛輪61與二根曲柄軸62。如圖4所示,二個飛輪61以可原地轉動的方式樞設於機架20之立柱22的左右二側,二根曲柄軸62之一端連接二個飛輪61,二根曲柄軸62之另一端連接二根驅動主臂33之內側面,使得二根曲柄軸62可受二個驅動主臂33之驅動而帶動二個飛輪61轉動。此外,左右二個飛輪61在運轉時所產生的阻力由一個電磁式阻力單元63所提供,如圖7所示,電磁式阻力單元63利用諸如時規皮帶輪與時規皮帶之類的傳動元件與左右二個飛輪61連接,只要改變通以電磁式阻力單元63的電流大小,即可調整提供給左右二個飛輪61的阻力大小。由於電磁式阻力單元63為習知技術且非本案的重點,為了節省篇幅,在此容不再贅述其細部結構及操作原理。
另一方面,本發明更提供一個步距調整單元70,如圖6及圖7所示,步距調整單元70具有一個馬達71、一根導螺桿72、一根螺管73、二個導軌74及一個滑座75,其中:
馬達71可上下擺動地樞設於機架20之立柱22的前側面。
導螺桿72之軸向平行於外殼24之左右二條限位槽25的延伸方向。導螺桿72之一端透過一個減速機79連接馬達71,使導螺桿72可受馬達71之驅動而旋轉。
螺管73螺設於導螺桿72,使螺管73可受導螺桿72之驅動而沿著導螺桿72之軸向往前或往後移動。
二個導軌74彼此相對地設於機架20之前支架23。
滑座75之頂部利用諸如螺栓之類的固定元件鎖設於螺管73之前端,使滑座75能跟著螺管73一起前後移動。滑座75之左右二側分別具有一對導輪76,滑座75利用左右二對導輪76設於二個導軌74,以增加作動時的穩定度及順暢度。此外,如圖6所示,滑座75之底部具有一根傳動管77與二個端蓋78,傳動管77同軸地套設於前軸桿32且與前軸桿32之間保持一預定間隔,且傳動管77之左右二端分別插接於左右二個遮板26,使傳動管77能帶動左右二個遮板26一起前後移動,二個端蓋78設於傳動管77之左右二端內且緊配地套設於前軸桿32之左右二端。
藉此,滑座75能透過前軸桿32帶動左右二個立臂31一起跟著螺管73前後移動,一旦立臂31的前後位置有所改變,即可連帶改變驅動主臂33、斜桿38、踏板座34、踏板40及搖擺連桿42的作動角度,進而達到調整步距的效果。更進一步來說,如圖6所示,當滑座75位於二個導軌74的後端時,左右二個立臂31會跟著前軸桿32一起位於左右二條限位槽25的後端(如圖2所示),此時的踏板單元30處於小步距模式,使用者在踩踏左右二個踏板40時所呈現的運動軌跡如同圖10所示的箭頭方向;反之,如圖8所示,當滑座75被螺管73推至二個導軌74的前端時,左右二個立臂31會跟著前軸桿32一起移動到左右二條限位槽25的前端(如圖9所示),此時的踏板單元30處於大步距模式,使用者在踩踏左右二個踏板40時所呈現的運動軌跡如同圖11所示的箭頭方向。以上二種不同的步距模式都可以在控制面板80進行切換,操作上相當方便。
然而不論切換至哪一種步距模式,當使用者踩踏左右二個踏板40時,利用踏板單元30的多連桿設計(如圖12所示),再加上左右各二個萬向接點,使得左邊踏板40會從右上方到左下方沿著橢圓形的軌跡運動,至於右邊踏板40則是從左上方到右下方沿著橢圓形的軌跡運動。藉此,整個踩踏過程會呈現出左右搖擺的三維運動模式,相較於傳統橢圓機可以訓練不同部位的腿部肌肉,並且讓整個踩踏過程更富有趣味性及挑戰性,進而實現三維度踩踏訓練的效果。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種橢圓機,包含有:一機架;二左右相對之踏板單元,分別具有一立臂、一驅動主臂、一踏板座、一斜桿、一踏板及一搖擺連桿,該立臂之頂端可前後擺動地樞設於該機架,該驅動主臂之前端可上下擺動地樞設於該立臂之底端,該踏板座之前端可左右擺動地樞設於該驅動主臂之後端,該踏板可左右擺動地樞設於該踏板座之後端,該斜桿之前端可上下左右擺動地樞設於該立臂且位於該驅動主臂之前端的上方,該斜桿之後端可萬向轉動地樞設於該踏板座之前端,該搖擺連桿之前端可上下左右擺動地樞設於該驅動主臂之後端,且該搖擺連桿之後端可萬向轉動地樞設於該踏板;二左右相對之扶手桿,位於該機架之左右二側,該二扶手桿之底端可前後擺動地樞設於該二驅動主臂之中央;一步距調整單元,具有一馬達、一導螺桿、一螺管、一滑座及二左右相對之導軌,該馬達可上下擺動地樞設於該機架,該導螺桿之一端連接該馬達,該螺管螺設於該導螺桿且能受該導螺桿之驅動而沿著該導螺桿之軸向移動,該滑座連接該螺管及該二立臂之頂端,使該滑座能受該螺管之驅動而帶動該二立臂一起移動,該滑座之左右二側分別設有一導輪,該二導輪分別可滾動地設於該二導軌內;以及 一飛輪組,具有二飛輪與二曲柄軸,該二飛輪可原地轉動地設於該機架之左右二側,該二曲柄軸之一端連接該二飛輪,該二曲柄軸之另一端連接該二驅動主臂,使得該二曲柄軸可受該二驅動主臂之驅動而帶動該二飛輪轉動。
  2. 如請求項1所述之橢圓機,其中該機架具有一外殼,該外殼罩設該步距調整單元且具有二左右相對之限位槽,各該限位槽被一遮板所覆蓋,且各該限位槽之延伸方向平行於該導螺桿之軸向,該二立臂之頂端共同樞設於一前軸桿,該前軸桿位於該外殼內且該前軸桿之二端分別穿接於該二遮板,該滑座更具有一傳動管與二端蓋,該傳動管同軸地套設於該前軸桿且與該前軸桿之間保持一預定間隔,該二端蓋設於該傳動管之二端且緊配地套設於該前軸桿,使該滑座能帶動該二立臂一起跟著該螺管移動。
  3. 如請求項1所述之橢圓機,其中各該扶手桿具有一上管及一下管,該上管之底端與該下管之頂端可前後擺動地共同樞設於該機架,該下管之底端可前後擺動地樞設於一吊管之頂端,該吊管之底端可前後擺動地樞設於一該驅動主臂之頂面。
  4. 如請求項1所述之橢圓機,其中各該踏板座具有一第一轉接板及一支撐桿,該第一轉接板可左右擺動地樞設於一該驅動主臂之後端,該支撐桿之前端固接於該第一轉接板;該斜桿之後端可萬向轉動地樞設於一第一轉接軸之一端,該第一轉接軸樞設 於該第一轉接板,且該第一轉接軸之軸向垂直於該支撐桿之長度方向;該踏板可左右擺動地樞設於該支撐桿之後端。
  5. 如請求項4所述之橢圓機,其中該踏板之底面鎖設一底板,該底板可左右擺動地樞設於該支撐桿之後端。
  6. 如請求項5所述之橢圓機,其中該底板之底面的外側邊鎖設一轉接塊,該踏板透過該轉接塊可萬向轉動地樞設於該搖擺連桿之後端。
  7. 如請求項1所述之橢圓機,其中各該搖擺連桿之前端可左右擺動地樞設於一第二轉接板,該第二轉接板樞設於一第二轉接軸之一端,該第二轉接軸固設於一該驅動主臂之底面,且該第二轉接軸之軸向垂直一該驅動主臂之長度方向。
  8. 如請求項1所述之橢圓機,其中各該斜桿之前端可上下擺動地樞設於一轉動桿,該轉動桿可左右擺動地樞設於一軸件,該軸件固設於一該立臂內,且該軸件之軸向平行於一該立臂之長度方向。
