Abstract
一種橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,包含一本體,本體具有可改變揚昇角度的導軌,飛輪組及二扶手設於本體的前側,二帶動連桿組的導引桿與飛輪組的二曲柄之間分別樞設第一連桿,導引桿另設導輪可滾動地設於導軌,二踏板分別具有前端樞設於各曲柄,各踏板具有一踩踏部設於各導引桿鄰近各導輪位置,踏板與扶手的底端之間相互樞設,各踏板隨著各導引桿沿各導軌移動,並且帶動飛輪組與各扶手往復作動,藉以形成橢圓運動軌跡且踏力作用可以更加穩定,符合人體工學及運動操作的舒適度。
Description
本發明與運動器材的連桿機構有關,特別是指一種橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構。
由於利用橢圓機作健身運動能夠具有接近自然走路姿勢與運動成效的特點,運動者的雙腳往復踩踏踏板形成橢圓運動軌跡帶動著連桿與飛輪,不但可以產生全身性鍛鍊的有氧運動效果,而且較不傷害膝蓋關節,因此受到廣大運動愛好者的推薦與使用。
目前市面上有各式各樣的橢圓機,如何讓運動者可以更加舒適的進行踩踏動作,踩踏過程更加穩定,以及更為符合人體工學與操作舒適度等等都成為設計橢圓機的重要課題。
因此,本發明的主要目的乃在於提供一種橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,其具有較為穩定的橢圓運動軌跡,運動者的踏力作用可以更加穩定,同時符合人體工學及運動操作的舒適度。
為了達成前述目的,本發明提供橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,包含一本體、一飛輪組、二扶手、二帶動連桿組,與二踏板;該本體具有二可改變揚昇角度的導軌;該飛輪組具有二曲柄,該飛輪組設於該本體的前側;該二扶手相對應地樞設於該本體的前側;各該帶動連桿組具有一導引桿,各該導引桿的一端與各該曲柄之間樞設一第一連桿,各該導引桿的另一端設有一導輪可滾動地設於各該導軌;各該踏板具有一前端樞設於各該曲柄,各該踏板具有一踩踏部設於各該導引桿鄰近各該導輪位置,各該踏板與各該扶手的底端之間樞設一第二連桿,各該踏板隨著各該導引桿沿各該導軌移動,並且帶動該飛輪組與各該扶手往復作動。
更佳地,其中該飛輪組包括至少二重量不同的飛輪片與繞設於該至少二飛輪片之間的傳動皮帶。
更佳地,其中各該曲柄包含一第一曲柄與一第二曲柄,該第一曲柄與該第二曲柄之間設有一間隔桿,各該踏板的前端樞設於各該間隔桿。
更佳地,其中各該第一連桿樞設於各該導引桿的一端與該第二曲柄之間。
更佳地,該本體設有一驅動馬達,該二導軌側被該驅動馬達帶動而相對於該本體改變揚昇角度。
有關本發明所提供的詳細構造或特點,將於後續的實施方式詳細說明中予以描述。然而,本領域技術人員應能瞭解,該詳細說明以及實施本發明所列舉的特定實施例,僅是用於說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明的權利要求保護範圍。
以下藉由列舉較佳實施例配合圖式,詳細說明本發明的技術內容及特徵,本領域技術人員能瞭解本實施方式的說明用語屬於不限制應用領域的上位式描述,例如材料或形狀用語包括且不限於描述內容所指定的材料或形狀,位置用語包括且不限於設置、靠近、連接,或鄰接。各元件的數量用語“一”包含了一個與一個以上複數個元件數量。本說明書內容所提及的“上”、“下”、“內”、“外”、“頂” 、“底”等方向性形容用語,只是以正常使用方向為基準之例示描述用語,並非作為限制主張範圍之用意。
如圖1至圖3所示,本發明所提供橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,包含一本體10、一飛輪組20、二扶手30、二帶動連桿組40,與二踏板50。本體10具有一底座12與一設於底座12的立柱14,底座12設有一驅動馬達15與二分別設於立柱14兩側的導軌16,二導軌16的後側樞設於底座12,二導軌16的前側共同設一結合桿17,結合桿17可被驅動馬達15帶動而使二導軌16相對於底座12改變揚昇角度,利用具有不同揚昇角度的導軌16可產生出不同傾斜度的運動效果。
於本較佳實施例的飛輪組20是以多個重量不同的飛輪片22與繞設於飛輪片22之間的傳動皮帶23作為舉例,利用各飛輪片22與傳動皮帶23之間的搭配組合,可以讓橢圓運動的速比與飛輪重量之間取得較佳的均衡。飛輪組20設於本體10的立柱14前側,飛輪組20具有二曲柄24,於本較佳實施例的曲柄24包含一第一曲柄25與一第二曲柄27,第一曲柄25與第二曲柄27之間設有一間隔桿29。
二扶手30分別樞設於本體10的立柱14兩側,各扶手30的頂端可以供運動者用手抓握,各扶手30的底端朝底座12方向延伸。
二帶動連桿組40分別具有一導引桿42與一第一連桿44,二帶動連桿組40分設於立柱14兩側,各導引桿42的一端與曲柄24的第二曲柄27之間樞設第一連桿44,各導引桿42的另一端設有一導輪46可滾動地設於各導軌16。
二踏板50分別具有一前端52樞設於各曲柄24,於本較佳實施例的各前端52是以樞設於各第一曲柄25的間隔桿29作為舉例。各踏板50具有一後端54樞設於各導引桿42鄰近各導輪46位置,各踏板50可隨著導引桿42沿各導軌16前後移動,當各踏板50的後端54設有一踩踏部56可放置運動者的腳,運動者的腳就可以利用上述連桿機構持續進行橢圓形軌跡的運動。各踏板50的身部與各扶手30的底端之間樞設一第二連桿58,用以使各踏板50移動的時候同步帶動各扶手30擺動。值得一提的是,於本較佳實施例的導引桿42或踏板50可選擇地包含相互之間呈預定角度的支架,讓導引桿42或踏板50可更具有靈活及彈性的行程設計。
藉由上述組成說明,當運動者站立在兩踩踏部56且握住兩扶手30的頂端,就可以用腳踩動兩踏板50,使得踏板50隨著導引桿42沿導軌16前後移動以外,踏板50也經由第二連桿58推動扶手30往復擺動,同時透過導引桿42及踏板50同時拉動飛輪組20的曲柄24使飛輪組20產生旋轉慣性,進一步持續帶動踏板50與扶手30牽引運動者做全身性運動。
由於飛輪組20的慣性先經由帶動連桿組40傳遞再至踏板50與扶手30,運動者會感受到較為舒適的力量回饋,更加降低連桿機構進行橢圓運動的轉折不順暢現象。而且,運動者不需要過大的踩踏力就可以驅動整體連桿機構,踏板50的踩踏部56透過帶動連桿組40作動的踏力作用可以更加穩定,不但滿足訓練需求,也符合人體工學與減少運動傷害,增加運動健身的效果。再者,本發明的整體體積較為精簡,符合多樣化的使用需求。

- 一種橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,包含:一本體,具有二可改變揚昇角度的導軌;一飛輪組,具有二曲柄,該飛輪組設於該本體的前側;二扶手,相對應地樞設於該本體的前側;二帶動連桿組,各該帶動連桿組具有一導引桿,各該導引桿的一端與各該曲柄之間樞設一第一連桿,各該導引桿的另一端設有一導輪可滾動地設於各該導軌;以及二踏板,各該踏板具有一前端樞設於各該曲柄,各該踏板具有一踩踏部設於各該導引桿鄰近各該導輪位置,各該踏板與各該扶手的底端之間樞設一第二連桿,各該踏板隨著各該導引桿沿各該導軌移動,並且帶動該飛輪組與各該扶手往復作動;其中,各該曲柄包含一第一曲柄與一第二曲柄,該第一曲柄與該第二曲柄之間設有一間隔桿,各該踏板的前端樞設於各該間隔桿。
- 如請求項1所述橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,其中該飛輪組包括至少二重量不同的飛輪片與繞設於該至少二飛輪片之間的傳動皮帶。
- 如請求項1所述橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,其中各該第一連桿樞設於各該導引桿的一端與該第二曲柄之間。
- 如請求項1所述橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,其中各該踏板或各該導引桿分別包含二相互之間呈預定角度的支架。
- 如請求項1所述橢圓運動軌跡之連桿機構,其中該本體設有一驅動馬達,該二導軌側被該驅動馬達帶動而相對於該本體改變揚昇角度。
