Abstract

本发明公开了一种椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,包含一本体,本体具有可改变扬升角度的导轨,飞轮组及两个扶手设于本体的前侧,两个带动连杆组的导引杆与飞轮组的两个曲柄之间分别枢设第一连杆,导引杆另设导轮可滚动地设于导轨,两个踏板分别具有前端枢设于各曲柄,各踏板具有一踩踏部设于各导引杆邻近各导轮位置,踏板与扶手的底端之间相互枢设,各踏板随着各导引杆沿各导轨移动,并且带动飞轮组与各扶手往复动作,从而形成椭圆运动轨迹且踏力作用可以更加稳定,符合人体工学及运动操作的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明与运动器材的连杆机构有关,特别是指一种椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构。
背景技术
由于利用椭圆机作健身运动能够具有接近自然走路姿势与运动成效的特点,用户的双脚往复踩踏踏板形成椭圆运动轨迹带动着连杆与飞轮,不但可以产生全身性锻炼的有氧运动效果,而且较不伤害膝盖关节,因此受到广大用户的推荐与使用。
目前市面上有各式各样的椭圆机,如何让用户可以更加舒适的进行踩踏动作,踩踏过程更加稳定,以及更为符合人体工学与操作舒适度等等都成为设计椭圆机的重要课题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的乃在于提供一种椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,其具有较为稳定的椭圆运动轨迹,用户的踏力作用可以更加稳定,同时符合人体工学及运动操作的舒适度。
为了达成前述目的,本发明提供椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,包含一本体、一飞轮组、两个扶手、两个带动连杆组,与两个踏板;该本体具有两个可改变扬升角度的导轨;该飞轮组具有两个曲柄,该飞轮组设于该本体的前侧;该两个扶手相对应地枢设于该本体的前侧;各该带动连杆组具有一导引杆,各该导引杆的一端与各该曲柄之间枢设一第一连杆,各该导引杆的另一端设有一导轮可滚动地设于各该导轨;各该踏板具有一前端枢设于各该曲柄,各该踏板具有一踩踏部设于各该导引杆邻近各该导轮位置,各该踏板与各该扶手的底端之间枢设一第二连杆,各该踏板随着各该导引杆沿各该导轨移动,并且带动该飞轮组与各该扶手往复动作。
可选地,其中该飞轮组包括至少两个重量不同的飞轮片与绕设于该至少两个飞轮片之间的传动皮带。
可选地,其中各该曲柄包含一第一曲柄与一第二曲柄,该第一曲柄与该第二曲柄之间设有一间隔杆,各该踏板的前端枢设于各该间隔杆。
可选地,其中各该第一连杆枢设于各该导引杆的一端与该第二曲柄之间。
可选地,该本体设有一驱动马达,该两个导轨侧被该驱动马达驱动而相对于该本体改变扬升角度。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
本领域技术人员能了解本实施方式的说明用语属于不限制应用领域的上位式描述,例如材料或形状用语包括且不限于描述内容所指定的材料或形状,位置用语包括且不限于设置、靠近、连接,或邻接。各元件的数量用语“一”包含了一个与一个以上多个元件数量。本说明书内容所提及的“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“顶”、“底”等方向性形容用语,只是以正常使用方向为基准的例示描述用语,并非作为限制主张范围的用意。
如图1至图3所示,本发明所提供椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,包含一本体10、一飞轮组20、两个扶手30、两个带动连杆组40,与两个踏板50。本体10具有一底座12与一设于底座12的立柱14,底座12设有一驱动马达15与两个分别设于立柱14两侧的导轨16,两个导轨16的后侧枢设于底座12,两个导轨16的前侧共同设一结合杆17,结合杆17可被驱动马达15驱动而使两个导轨16相对于底座12改变扬升角度,利用具有不同扬升角度的导轨16可产生出不同倾斜度的运动效果。
于本可选实施例的飞轮组20是以多个重量不同的飞轮片22与绕设于飞轮片22之间的传动皮带23作为举例,利用各飞轮片22与传动皮带23之间的搭配组合,可以让椭圆运动的速比与飞轮重量之间取得较好的均衡。飞轮组20设于本体10的立柱14前侧,飞轮组20具有两个曲柄24,于本可选实施例的曲柄24包含一第一曲柄25与一第二曲柄27,第一曲柄25与第二曲柄27之间设有一间隔杆29。
两个扶手30分别枢设于本体10的立柱14两侧,各扶手30的顶端可以供用户用手抓握,各扶手30的底端朝底座12方向延伸。
两个带动连杆组40分别具有一导引杆42与一第一连杆44,两个带动连杆组40分设于立柱14两侧,各导引杆42的一端与曲柄24的第二曲柄27之间枢设第一连杆44,各导引杆42的另一端设有一导轮46可滚动地设于各导轨16。
两个踏板50分别具有一前端52枢设于各曲柄24,于本可选实施例的各前端52是以枢设于各第一曲柄25的间隔杆29作为举例。各踏板50具有一后端54枢设于各导引杆42邻近各导轮46位置,各踏板50可随着导引杆42沿各导轨16前后移动,当各踏板50的后端54设有一踩踏部56可放置用户的脚,用户的脚就可以利用上述连杆机构持续进行椭圆形轨迹的运动。各踏板50的身部与各扶手30的底端之间枢设一第二连杆58,用以使各踏板50移动的时候同步带动各扶手30摆动。值得一提的是,于本可选实施例的导引杆42或踏板50可选择地包含相互之间呈预定角度的支架,让导引杆42或踏板50可更具有灵活及弹性的行程设计。
通过上述组成说明,当用户站立在两踩踏部56且握住两扶手30的顶端,就可以用脚踩动两踏板50,使得踏板50随着导引杆42沿导轨16前后移动以外,踏板50也经由第二连杆58推动扶手30往复摆动,同时通过导引杆42及踏板50同时拉动飞轮组20的曲柄24使飞轮组20产生旋转惯性,进一步持续带动踏板50与扶手30牵引用户做全身性运动。
由于飞轮组20的惯性先经由带动连杆组40传递再至踏板50与扶手30,用户会感受到较为舒适的力量回馈,更加降低连杆机构进行椭圆运动的转折不顺畅现象。而且,用户不需要过大的踩踏力就可以驱动整体连杆机构,踏板50的踩踏部56通过带动连杆组40动作的踏力作用可以更加稳定,不但满足训练需求,也符合人体工学与减少运动伤害,增加运动健身的效果。再者,本发明的整体体积较为精简,符合多样化的使用需求。

Claims (6)

1.一种椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,包含:
一本体,具有两个可改变扬升角度的导轨;
一飞轮组,具有两个曲柄,该飞轮组设于该本体的前侧;
两个扶手,相对应地枢设于该本体的前侧;
两个带动连杆组,各该带动连杆组具有一导引杆,各该导引杆的一端与各该曲柄之间枢设一第一连杆,各该导引杆的另一端设有一导轮可滚动地设于各该导轨;以及
两个踏板,各该踏板具有一前端枢设于各该曲柄,各该踏板具有一踩踏部设于各该导引杆邻近各该导轮位置,各该踏板与各该扶手的底端之间枢设一第二连杆,各该踏板随着各该导引杆沿各该导轨移动,并且带动该飞轮组与各该扶手往复动作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,其中该飞轮组包括至少两个重量不同的飞轮片与绕设于该至少两个飞轮片之间的传动皮带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,其中各该曲柄包含一第一曲柄与一第二曲柄,该第一曲柄与该第二曲柄之间设有一间隔杆,各该踏板的前端枢设于各该间隔杆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,其中各该第一连杆枢设于各该导引杆的一端与该第二曲柄之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,其中各该踏板或各该导引杆分别包含两个相互之间呈预定角度的支架。
6.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆运动轨迹的连杆机构,其中该本体设有一驱动马达,该两个导轨侧被该驱动马达驱动而相对于该本体改变扬升角度。
