Abstract

本发明有关于一种椭圆机,其包含有一个机台、一个传动单元、两个踏板单元及两根悬吊臂。传动单元具有两根曲柄臂,各个踏板单元具有一根踏杆及一个导引件,踏杆的前端枢设于其中一根曲柄臂,踏杆的后端枢设于一个踏板座,踏板座的顶面承接一个踏板,各个悬吊臂的顶底两端分别枢设于机台与踏杆的后端,且各个悬吊臂朝踏板的方向偏斜,使各该悬吊臂能导引踏板沿着直线方向前进及沿着斜线方向后退。从而,本发明的椭圆机可以让用户以符合人因工程的姿势进行训练,以减轻下肢关节的负担。

技术领域
本发明与健身器材有关,特别是指一种符合人因工程的椭圆机。
背景技术
椭圆机是近年来发展出的一种心肺适能训练器材,主要是让用户踩踏在左右两个踏板时能沿着近似椭圆形的轨迹运动,以达到模拟走路、跑步或登阶等腿部运动的目的。
传统椭圆机的左右两个踏板采用相互平行的方式设计,而且在运动轨迹方面都是沿着直线方向前进及后退,但是大多数人都会有习惯性的以内八字或外八字的姿势走路,所以在使用传统椭圆机进行训练时容易导致下肢关节(例如膝关节或髋关节)处于不适当的活动角度,久而久之便会引起肌肉酸痛或关节发炎等运动伤害。由此可知,传统椭圆机难以让用户以符合人因工程的姿势或动作进行训练。
公开内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种椭圆机,其能让用户以符合人因工程的姿势进行训练,以减轻下肢关节的负担。
为了达成上述主要目的,本发明的椭圆机包含有一个机台、一个传动单元、两个踏板单元、两个扶手单元,以及两根悬吊臂。该机台具有一个底座、一根立柱与两个侧框,该立柱设于该底座的前端;该传动单元具有一根曲柄轴、一个飞轮与两根曲柄臂,该曲柄轴可转动地设于机台的立柱,该飞轮固设于该曲柄轴且能跟着该曲柄轴一起转动,该两曲柄臂的前端固设于该曲柄轴,使该两曲柄臂受到外力作用之下能透过该曲柄轴带动该飞轮转动;该两踏板单元相对于一条第一轴线呈左右对称,各该踏板单元具有一根踏杆、一个踏板座及一个踏板,该踏杆的前端可左右摆动地枢设于一该曲柄臂的后端,该踏板座可上下摆动地枢设于该踏杆的后端的顶面,该踏板固设于该踏板座的顶面,使该踏板受到踩踏力量作用时会透过该踏杆驱动该传动单元,然后透过该传动单元沿着一条椭圆形轨迹进行运动;各该扶手单元具有一个扶手与一根连杆,该扶手可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的立柱,该连杆的前端可前后摆动地枢设于该扶手的底端,该连杆的后端固设于一该踏板座,使该连杆会跟着该踏板座的动作而带动该扶手前后摆动;各该悬吊臂的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的一该侧框,各该悬吊臂的底端可前后摆动地枢设于该踏杆的后端,此外,各该悬吊臂往一该踏板的方向偏斜,使各该悬吊臂能以一非垂直于该第一轴线的第二轴线为中心而枢转,用以导引该踏板沿着直线方向前进及沿着斜线方向后退。
由上述可知,本发明的椭圆机将左右两个踏板的运动轨迹调整成一般人走路的方式,让使用者能以符合人因工程的姿势进行训练,以减轻下肢关节的负担而有效避免运动伤害的发生。
优选地,各该踏杆具有一个前斜伸段与一个连接该前斜伸段的后斜伸段,该前斜伸段的前端可左右摆动地枢设于一该曲柄臂的后端,该后斜伸段的后端可前后摆动地枢设于一该悬吊臂的底端,该前斜伸段相对于地面的倾斜角度小于该后斜伸段相对于地面的倾斜角度。
优选地,各该悬吊臂具有一个上斜伸段与一个连接该上斜伸段的下斜伸段,该上斜伸段的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的侧框,该下斜伸段的后端可前后摆动地枢设于该踏杆的后斜伸段的后端,该上斜伸段相对于该侧框的偏斜角度小于该下斜伸段相对于该侧框的偏斜角度。
优选地,各该扶手具有一根握把、一根摆臂及一个连动板,该握把可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的立柱,该摆臂位于该握把的前方,该摆臂的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的立柱,该摆臂的底端可前后左右摆动地枢设于该连杆的前端,该连动板的前后两端分别枢设于该握把的底端与该摆臂的顶端。

申请人首先在此说明,在整篇说明书中,包括以下介绍的实施例以及根据权利要求书的请求项中,有关方向性的名词皆以附图中的方向为基准。其次,在以下将要介绍的实施例以及附图中,相同的组件标号,代表相同或近似的组件或其结构特征。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明的椭圆机10包含有一个机台20、一个传动单元30、两个踏板单元40、两个扶手单元50,以及两根悬吊臂60。为了便于显示技术特征,在各附图当中省略了机台20的部分组件,在此先以叙明。
请参阅图1至图3,机台20具有一个底座21、一根立柱22及两个左右相对的侧框25,立柱22的底端固设于底座21的前端,立柱22的顶端配置一台控制面板12;各个侧框25具有一根前立杆26、一根后立杆27及一根横杆28,前立杆26的底端固设于底座21的中央,后立杆27的底端固设于底座21的后端,横杆28的前后两端分别固设于前立杆26的顶端及后立杆27的顶端,并且与后立杆27的顶端之间具有倒角,此外,两个侧框25的前立杆26共同利用一根弧形杆29固接于立柱22的一个直伸部23。
请参阅图2至图3,传动单元30具有一根曲柄轴31、一个飞轮32与两根曲柄臂33。曲柄轴31以可转动的方式穿设于立柱22;飞轮32位于立柱22的左侧且固设于曲柄轴31,使飞轮32能跟着曲柄轴31一起转动;两根曲柄臂33的前端固设于曲柄轴31,使两根曲柄臂33受到外力作用时能透过曲柄轴31带动飞轮32转动。此外,传动单元30更具有一阻力轮34,阻力轮34设于立柱22的前侧面且利用一条传动皮带35连接飞轮32,用以提供阻力给飞轮32来增加训练强度,并且可以根据实际需要调整阻力大小。至于阻力轮34如何产生阻力及如何调整阻力大小均为已知技术且非本案重点,为了节省篇幅,在此容不赘述。
如图5所示,两个踏板单元40相对于一条第一轴线A1呈左右对称。再如图2至图4所示,各个踏板单元40具有一根踏杆41、一个踏板座44及一个踏板45,其中;踏杆41具有一个前斜伸段42与一个连接前斜伸段42的后斜伸段43,前斜伸段42相对于地面的倾斜角度小于后斜伸段43相对于地面的倾斜角度,踏杆41的前斜伸段42的前端枢设于曲柄臂33的后端,使踏杆41一方面能带动曲柄臂33旋转,另一方面能相对曲柄臂33左右摆动;踏板座44以可上下摆动的方式枢设于踏杆41的后斜伸段43的顶面,使踏板座44跟着踏杆41一起动作;踏板45利用螺丝之类的固定组件锁固于踏板座44的顶面,使踏板45跟着踏板座44一起动作。
两个扶手单元50位于机台20的立柱22的左右两侧,如图1至图3所示,各个扶手单元50具有一根扶手51与一根连杆55,扶手51具有一根握把52、一根摆臂53及一个连动板54,握把52的顶端用以供使用者握持,握把52的底端以可前后摆动的方式枢设于一根第一轴件56,第一轴件56固设于立柱22的一个斜伸部24;摆臂53位于握把52的前方,摆臂53的顶端以可前后摆动的方式枢设于一根第二轴件57,第二轴件57固设于立柱22的斜伸部24,摆臂53的底端以可前后左右摆动的方式枢设于连杆55的前端,连杆55的后端固接于踏板座44的外侧面,使摆臂53透过连杆55跟着踏杆41一起前后摆动;连动板54的前后两端分别枢设于握把52的底端与摆臂53的顶端,使握把52跟着摆臂53一起前后摆动。
如图5所示,两个悬吊臂60相对于第一轴线A1呈左右对称。再如图2至图4所示,各个悬吊臂60具有一个上斜伸段61与一个连接上斜伸段61的下斜伸段62,上斜伸段61的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于机台20的侧框25,下斜伸段62的后端可前后摆动地枢设于踏杆41的后斜伸段43的后端,使各个悬吊臂60跟着与其相对的踏杆41一起前后摆动。此外,各个悬吊臂60朝踏板5的方向往内偏斜,各个悬吊臂60的上斜伸段61相对于侧框25的偏斜角度小于各个悬吊臂60的下斜伸段62相对于侧框25的偏斜角度。从而,当各个悬吊臂60跟着与其相枢接的踏杆41一起前后摆动时,如图5所示,各个悬吊臂60即可以一条非垂直于第一轴线A1的第二轴线A2为中心而枢转。
由上述可知,当使用者踩动踏板45时会透过踏板座44带动踏杆41前后摆动,在踏杆41前后摆动的过程中,一方面会带动曲柄臂33,使曲柄臂33透过曲柄轴31带动飞轮32旋转,另一方面会带动连杆55,使连杆55透过摆臂53带动握把52一起前后摆动,如此一来,踏板45即可沿着椭圆形轨迹动作。此外,在踏杆41前后摆动的过程中会同时带动悬吊臂60一起动作,此时的悬吊臂60利用往内偏斜的设计,然后搭配踏杆41可左右摆动的设计,使悬吊臂60在往前摆动时导引踏板45沿着直线方向D1前进,而在往后摆动时则是导引踏板45沿着斜线方向D2后退。从而,本发明的椭圆机10让用户以符合人因工程的姿势进行训练,以减轻下肢关节的负担而有效避免运动伤害的发生。

Claims (4)

1.一种椭圆机,包含有:
一机台,具有一底座、一立柱与两侧框,该立柱设于该底座的前端,该两侧框设于该底座的左右两侧;
一传动单元,具有一曲柄轴、一飞轮与两曲柄臂,该曲柄轴可转动地设于机台的立柱,该飞轮固设于该曲柄轴且能跟着该曲柄轴一起转动,该两曲柄臂的前端固设于该曲柄轴;
两踏板单元,该两踏板单元相对于一第一轴线呈左右对称,各该踏板单元分别具有一踏杆、一踏板座与一踏板,该踏杆的前端可上下左右摆动地枢设于一该曲柄臂的后端,该踏板座可上下摆动地枢设于该踏杆的后端的顶面,该踏板固设于该踏板座的顶面;
两扶手单元,分别具有一扶手与一连杆,该扶手可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的立柱,该连杆的前端可前后摆动地枢设于该扶手的底端,该连杆的后端固设于一该踏板座;以及
两悬吊臂,各该悬吊臂具有一上斜伸段与一连接该上斜伸段的下斜伸段,该上斜伸段与该下斜伸段朝该第一轴线的方向偏斜延伸,该上斜伸段可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的一该侧框,且该下斜伸段可前后摆动地枢设于该踏杆的后端,该两悬吊臂相对于该第一轴线呈左右对称且分别朝一该踏板的方向偏斜,使该两悬吊臂分别以一非垂直于该第一轴线的第二轴线为中心而枢转,该上斜伸段相对于该侧框的偏斜角度小于该下斜伸段相对于该侧框的偏斜角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆机,其中各该踏杆具有一前斜伸段与一连接该前斜伸段的后斜伸段,该前斜伸段的前端可左右摆动地枢设于一该曲柄臂的后端,该后斜伸段的后端可前后摆动地枢设于一该悬吊臂的底端,该前斜伸段相对于地面的倾斜角度小于该后斜伸段相对于地面的倾斜角度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的椭圆机,其中该上斜伸段的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的侧框,该下斜伸段的后端可前后摆动地枢设于该踏杆的后斜伸段的后端。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的椭圆机,其中各该扶手具有一握把、一摆臂及一连动板,该握把可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的立柱,该摆臂位于该握把的前方,该摆臂的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于该机台的立柱,该摆臂的底端可前后左右摆动地枢设于该连杆的前端,该连动板的前后两端分别枢设于该握把的底端与该摆臂的顶端。
