背景技术
椭圆机是近年来发展出的一种心肺适能训练器材,主要是让用户踩踏于左、右两个踏板时能沿着近似椭圆形的轨迹运动,以达到模拟走路、跑步或登阶等腿部运动的目的。由于椭圆机的踏板的运动轨迹多为固定不变,所以整个使用过程会显得单调乏味,同时也会无法训练到其他部位的腿部肌肉。
公开内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种椭圆机,其能实现三维度踩踏训练的效果。
为了达成上述主要目的,本申请的椭圆机包含有一个机架、两个踏板单元、两个扶手杆,以及一个飞轮组。各该踏板单元具有一个立臂、一个驱动主臂、一个踏板座、一个斜杆、一个踏板及一个摇摆连杆,其中:该立臂的顶端可前后摆动地枢设于该机架,该驱动主臂的前端可上下摆动地枢设于该立臂的底端,该踏板座的前端可左右摆动地枢设于该驱动主臂的后端,该踏板可左右摆动地枢设于该踏板座的后端,该斜杆的前端可上下左右摆动地枢设于该立臂且位于该驱动主臂的前端的上方,该斜杆的后端可万向转动地枢设于该踏板座的前端,该摇摆连杆的前端可上下左右摆动地枢设于该驱动主臂的后端,且该摇摆连杆的后端可万向转动地枢设于该踏板;该两个扶手杆位于该机架的左右两侧,且该两个扶手杆的底端可前后摆动地枢设于该两个驱动主臂的中央;该飞轮组具有两个飞轮与两个曲柄轴,该两个飞轮可原地转动地设于该机架的左右两侧,该两个曲柄轴的一端连接该两个飞轮,该两个曲柄轴的另一端连接该两个驱动主臂,使得该两个曲柄轴可受该两个驱动主臂的驱动而带动该两个飞轮转动。

请参阅图1及图2,本申请的椭圆机10包含有一个机架20、两个踏板单元30、两个扶手杆50,以及一个飞轮组60。
机架20具有一个底座21、一个立柱22、一个前支架23及一个外壳24。立柱22的底端连接于底座21的中央,立柱22的顶端安装有一个控制面板80;前支架23连接在立柱22的下半部与底座21的前半部之间;外壳24设于立柱22的下半部与底座21的前半部之间且将前支架23包覆在内,此外,外壳24的左右两侧分别具有一条限位槽25,限位槽25被一个遮板26所覆盖住。

摇摆连杆42的前端以可左右摆动的方式枢设于一个第二转接板43,如图4所示,第二转接板43枢设于一根第二转接轴44,第二转接轴44设于驱动主臂33的底面,且第二转接轴44的轴向垂直于驱动主臂33的长度方向,摇摆连杆42的后端利用一个关节轴承45枢设于一个转接块46,如图5所示,转接块46利用焊接方式或诸如螺丝之类的固定组件固设于底板41的底面的外侧边,使摇摆连杆42与踏板40之间能相对万向转动。
两个扶手杆50位于机架20的左右两侧。如图2所示,各个扶手杆50具有一根上管51及一根下管52,上管51的顶端用以供使用者的手掌握持,上管51的底端与下管52的顶端共同枢设于一根后轴杆54(如图7所示),后轴杆54穿设且固接于立柱22,下管52的底端以可前后摆动的方式枢设于一根吊管53的顶端,吊管53的底端以可前后摆动的方式枢设于驱动主臂33的顶面。从而,两个扶手杆50能跟着两个驱动主臂33一起前后摆动。

然而不论切换至哪一种步距模式,当用户踩踏左右两个踏板40时,利用踏板单元30的多连杆设计(如图12所示),再加上左右各两个万向接点,使得左边踏板40会从右上方到左下方沿着椭圆形的轨迹运动,至于右边踏板40则是从左上方到右下方沿着椭圆形的轨迹运动。从而,整个踩踏过程会呈现出左右摇摆的三维运动模式,相较于传统椭圆机可以训练不同部位的腿部肌肉,并且让整个踩踏过程更富有趣味性及挑战性,进而实现三维度踩踏训练的效果。

两左右相对的扶手杆,位于该机架的左右两侧,该两个扶手杆的底端可前后摆动地枢设于该两个驱动主臂的中央;以及
一飞轮组,具有两个飞轮与两个曲柄轴,该两个飞轮可原地转动地设于该机架的左右两侧,该两个曲柄轴的一端连接该两个飞轮,该两个曲柄轴的另一端连接该两个驱动主臂,使得该两个曲柄轴可受该两个驱动主臂的驱动而带动该两个飞轮转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆机,其还包含有一步距调整单元,其具有一马达、一导螺杆、一螺管及一滑座,该马达可上下摆动地枢设于该机架,该导螺杆的一端连接该马达,该螺管螺设于该导螺杆且能受该导螺杆的驱动而沿着该导螺杆的轴向移动,该滑座连接该螺管及该两个立臂的顶端,使该滑座能受该螺管的驱动而带动该两个立臂一起移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的椭圆机,其中该步距调整单元还具有两个左右相对的导轨,该滑座的左右两侧分别设有一导轮,该两个导轮分别可滚动地设于该两个导轨内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的椭圆机,其中该机架具有一外壳,该外壳罩设该步距调整单元且具有两个左右相对的限位槽,各该限位槽被一遮板所覆盖,且各该限位槽的延伸方向平行于该导螺杆的轴向,该两个立臂的顶端共同枢设于一前轴杆,该前轴杆位于该外壳内且该前轴杆的两端分别穿接于该两个遮板,该滑座还具有一传动管与两个端盖,该传动管同轴地套设于该前轴杆且与该前轴杆之间保持一预定间隔,该两个端盖设于该传动管的两端且紧配地套设于该前轴杆,使该滑座能带动该两个立臂一起跟着该螺管移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆机,其中各该扶手杆具有一上管及一下管,该上管的底端与该下管的顶端可前后摆动地共同枢设于该机架,该下管的底端可前后摆动地枢设于一吊管的顶端,该吊管的底端可前后摆动地枢设于一该驱动主臂的顶面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆机,其中各该踏板座具有一第一转接板及一支撑杆,该第一转接板可左右摆动地枢设于一该驱动主臂的后端,该支撑杆的前端固接于该第一转接板;该斜杆的后端可万向转动地枢设于一第一转接轴的一端,该第一转接轴枢设于该第一转接板,且该第一转接轴的轴向垂直于该支撑杆的长度方向;该踏板可左右摆动地枢设于该支撑杆的后端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的椭圆机,其中该踏板的底面锁设一底板,该底板可左右摆动地枢设于该支撑杆的后端。
8.根据权利要求7所述的椭圆机,其中该底板的底面的外侧边锁设一转接块,该踏板通过该转接块可万向转动地枢设于该摇摆连杆的后端。
9.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆机,其中各该摇摆连杆的前端可左右摆动地枢设于一第二转接板,该第二转接板枢设于一第二转接轴的一端,该第二转接轴固设于一该驱动主臂的底面,且该第二转接轴的轴向垂直一该驱动主臂的长度方向。
10.根据权利要求1所述的椭圆机,其中各该斜杆的前端可上下摆动地枢设于一转动杆,该转动杆可左右摆动地枢设于一轴件,该轴件固设于一该立臂内,且该轴件的轴向平行于一该立臂的长度方向。
