Abstract
一種懸臂式支撐裝置,包括一關節單元、一懸臂單元,及一外殼。該關節單元包括相隔一間距的二關節座,每一關節座具有形成在二側面的二接合組。該懸臂單元樞接在該等關節座間。該外殼可撓地覆蓋在該懸臂單元與該等關節座間,並包括二側板,及連接該等側板且與該等側板界定出一開口的一面板,每一側板具有形成在二端的二對接緣,每一對接緣可轉動地環繞各別的接合組。藉此,以該外殼可撓的彈性裕度,使該外殼能夠簡易的定位在該懸臂單元與該關節單元間,且通過每一對接緣與各別之接合組的環繞關係,在該懸臂單元與該等關節座相對調整角度時,也能相對改變角度,使該外殼維持在相對位置,達到遮擋樞接部位的目的,進而簡化組件,及提升整體的美觀性。
Description
本發明是有關於一種支撐裝置,特別是指一種懸臂式支撐裝置。
一種如中華民國專利號第M548619號專利案所揭露之習知的懸臂裝置,適用於懸吊一物件(如螢幕)。參閱第M548619號專利案的圖3、圖4,以下加註前述專利案申請當時的標號,該懸臂裝置主要包含上、下相互對合的一上臂件83與一下臂件84、與該上臂件83、該下臂件84樞接形成四連桿機構的一端蓋座1與一連接座87、穿置在該上臂件83與該下臂件84間的一伸縮機構85,及相對設置在該上臂件83與該下臂件84間的二遮板88。每一遮板88的兩端與該上臂件83、該下臂件84同軸樞接於該端蓋座1與該連接座87,藉此,隱藏該伸縮機構85,而獲得較為美觀的視覺感受。
藉此,通過該上臂件83與該下臂件84支撐該物件,及以該伸縮機構85負荷該物件,使該物件穩定於預定的位置。
惟,該等遮板88雖然能夠遮擋該伸縮機構85,卻因為隱
藏在該上臂件83與該下臂件84間,且與該上臂件83、該下臂件84同軸樞接於該端蓋座1與該連接座87,而在安裝時,有不易對位的組裝問題,且該等遮板88無法遮擋該上臂件83、該下臂件84、該端蓋座1與該連接座87的樞接部分,以致於在美化效果上,仍然有提升的空間。
因此,本發明的目的,即在提供一種能夠提升安裝方便性,及提升整體美觀性的懸臂式支撐裝置。
於是,本發明懸臂式支撐裝置,包含一關節單元、一懸臂單元,及一外殼。
該關節單元包括相隔一間距的二關節座,每一關節座具有形成在二側面的二接合組,每一接合組以一中心線為中心並依循一弧形軌跡延伸。
該懸臂單元樞接在該等關節座間。
該外殼可撓地覆蓋在該懸臂單元與該等關節座間,並包括相隔一間距二側板,及連接該等側板且與該等側板界定出一開口的一面板,每一側板具有形成在二端的二對接緣,每一對接緣以該中心線為中心並依循另一弧形軌跡延伸,且可轉動地環繞各別的接合組。
本發明之功效在於:以該外殼可撓的彈性裕度,使該外殼能夠簡易的定位在該懸臂單元與該關節單元間,且通過每一對接緣與各別之接合組的環繞關係,在該懸臂單元與該等關節座相對調整角度時,也能相對改變角度,使該外殼維持在相對位置,達到遮擋樞接部位的目的,進而簡化組件,及提升整體的美觀性。

本發明的其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是一張立體分解圖,說明本新型懸臂式支撐裝置的一實施例;圖2是一張局部立體分解圖,說明一外殼與二懸臂、二關節座分離;圖3是該實施例的一立體圖;圖4是一張剖視圖,說明該實施例適用於支撐一物件;圖5是沿著圖4中之線V-V所截取的一張剖視圖;圖6是沿著圖4中之線Ⅵ-Ⅵ所截取的一張剖視圖;及圖7是沿著圖6中之線Ⅶ-Ⅶ所截取的一張剖視圖。
參閱圖1、圖2與圖3,本新型懸臂式支撐裝置的一實施例,適用於支撐一物件1(如螢幕,參圖4)。該懸臂式支撐裝置包含一關節單元2、一懸臂單元3,及一外殼4。
參閱圖1、圖7,該關節單元2包括相隔一間距的二關節座21。每一關節座21具有沿一寬度方向Y形成在二側面的二接合組211,及鄰接該等側面且反向於該懸臂單元3的一弧面212。每一接合組211具有以一中心線L為中心並依循一弧形軌跡延伸的一第一弧緣213,及與該第一弧緣213相隔一間距而界定出一弧槽20的一第二弧緣214。該第一弧緣213的弧度介於π/3~π,且大於該第二弧緣214的弧度,小於該弧面212的弧度。在本實施例中,該第一弧緣213的弧度為π/3,且由該弧面212之二側緣突出,並具有與該弧面212之側緣界定出二缺口210的二邊緣215。
參閱圖1、圖4與圖5,該懸臂單元3包括相互對合且樞接在該等關節座21的二懸臂31。該等懸臂31與該等關節座21構成四連桿機構。每一懸臂31具有與該等關節座21樞接的二樞接端311。每一樞接端311至少有部分穿置在各別之缺口210。
參閱圖2、圖3、圖6與圖7,該外殼4可撓地覆蓋在該懸臂單元3與該等關節座21間,並包括沿該寬度方向Y相隔一間距且沿一長度方向X延伸的二側板41,及連接該等側板41且與該等側板41界定出一開口40的一面板42。每一側板41覆蓋在該懸臂單元3
與該等關節座21二側,並具有形成在二端且呈圓形的二耳部411。每一耳部411覆蓋對應之關節座21,並具有形成在朝向對應之關節座21的一內面的一對接緣412,及與對應之關節座21相隔一間距的一板壁413。該對接緣412以各別之中心線L為中心並依循另一弧形軌跡延伸,且可轉動地環繞各別之第一弧緣213,而嵌合於每一接合組211的弧槽20。該面板42覆蓋在該懸臂單元3上且面向其中一懸臂31,並具有沿該長度方向X相隔一間距的二端緣421。每一端緣421與每一側板41對應之耳部411界定出供容納各別之關節座21且連通該開口40的一通口410。前述弧形軌跡分別為同心圓的一部分。
在本實施例中,該外殼4是塑膠材質,具有可撓的彈性裕度,應當注意的是,該外殼4不限於是塑膠材質,也可以是其它具有可撓性的材質,如金屬。
安裝該外殼4時,只需以該開口40對準該懸臂單元3與該關節單元2,並施力迫壓該外殼4,就可以利用塑膠的彈性裕度,使該等側板41被該懸臂單元3與該關節單元2推擠而向外擴張,至該懸臂單元3嵌卡入該等側板41與該面板42間,且該等關節座21嵌卡在該等側板41的該等耳部411間,即完成定位。
當該外殼4嵌卡在該懸臂單元3與該關節單元2間,該外殼4之每一側板41的每一耳部411會以該對接緣412嵌合於每一接
合組211的弧槽20,並受到該第一弧緣213與該第二弧緣214夾持,而穩定且可轉動地環繞各別之第一弧緣213。藉此,該外殼4會通過該等側板41的該等耳部411遮擋在該等關節座21二側,且在該等側板41由其中一懸臂31延伸至另一懸臂31的情形下,遮擋該等懸臂31對合的部位,使該等關節座21與該等懸臂31樞接的部位及元件,被隱藏在該外殼4內。
且重要的是,由於每一對接緣412可轉動地環繞各別的第一弧緣213,因此,當該等懸臂31與該等關節座21相對調整角度時,每一對接緣412與各別的第一弧緣213,也能夠相對改變角度,使該外殼4維持在相對位置。
在該等懸臂31、該等關節座21相對調整角度的過程中,該等關節座21的該等缺口210可供該等懸臂31的樞接端311穿置,且該外殼4的該等通口410可供該等關節座21穿置,使該等懸臂31、該等關節座21與該外殼4不會相互干涉,進而能夠提升該等懸臂31、該等關節座21相對調整角度時的順暢性。
經由以上的說明,可將前述實施例的優點歸納如下:
一、本新型能夠以塑膠的彈性裕度,使該外殼4能夠簡易的定位在該懸臂單元3與該等關節座21間,不但構造簡單,且安裝容易。
二、本新型通過每一對接緣412與各別之接合組211的環
繞關係,在該等懸臂31與該等關節座21相對調整角度時,也能相對改變角度,使該外殼4維持在相對位置,不但能夠遮擋該等懸臂31對合的部位,且能夠使該等關節座21與該等懸臂31樞接的部位及元件,被隱藏在該外殼4內,進而提升整體的美觀性。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。
Claims (10)
- 一種懸臂式支撐裝置,包含:一關節單元,包括相隔一間距的二關節座,每一關節座具有形成在二側面的二接合組,每一接合組以一中心線為中心並依循一弧形軌跡延伸;一懸臂單元,樞接在該等關節座間;及一外殼,可撓地覆蓋在該懸臂單元與該等關節座間,並包括相隔一間距二側板,及連接該等側板且與該等側板界定出一開口的一面板,每一側板具有形成在二端的二對接緣,每一對接緣以該中心線為中心並依循另一弧形軌跡延伸,且可轉動地環繞各別的接合組。
- 如請求項1所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,每一接合組具一第一弧緣,及與該第一弧緣相隔一間距而界定出一弧槽的一第二弧緣,每一對接緣嵌合於該弧槽。
- 如請求項2所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,該第一弧緣的的弧度大於該第二弧緣的弧度。
- 如請求項3所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,該第一弧緣的的弧度介於π/3~π。
- 如請求項3所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,每一關節座還具有鄰接該等側面且反向於該懸臂單元的一弧面,每一接合組的第一弧緣由該弧面之二側緣突出,並具有與該弧面之側緣界定出二缺口的二邊緣。
- 如請求項5所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,該懸臂單元包括相互對合且樞接在該等關節座的二懸臂,每一懸臂具有與該等關節座樞接的二樞接端,每一樞接端至少有部分穿置在各別之缺口,該外殼的該等側板至少遮擋該等懸臂對合的部位。
- 如請求項1所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,每一側板具有形成該等對接緣二耳部,該等耳部用於覆蓋對應之關節座。
- 如請求項7所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,每一耳部還具有與對應之關節座相隔一間距的一板壁。
- 如請求項7所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,該外殼是塑膠材質。
- 如請求項7所述的懸臂式支撐裝置,其中,該外殼沿一長度方向延伸,且該面板具有沿該長度方向相隔一間距的二端緣,每一端緣與每一側板對應之耳部界定出供容納各別之關節座且連通該開口的一通口。
