Description

車輛用發光二極體燈炮
本發明係關於轉換使用發光二極體光源的可2色轉換的霧燈或行車燈等的車輛用發光二極體燈泡。
關於日本國內的保安基準,汽車的前霧燈定為白色或淡黃色作為光源色。
以習知的發光二極體作為光源的車輛用霧燈,在具有熱傳導性的細長金屬的光源熱傳導部兩面,設置白色或淡黃色的任何一對發光二極體光源,根據使用目的,選擇安裝單一光源中任一方的霧燈,不能看到可2色轉換的車輛用霧燈。
車輛用頭燈中,在光源熱傳導部的兩面,設置各兩個發光二極體光源是眾所周知的(專利文件1)。
此車輛用發光二極體頭燈10,如第7(a)(b)(c)圖所示,光源熱傳導部11的兩側的發光二極體安裝面部14形成3角山形,此發光二極體安裝面部14的前方遮蔽部12側裝載近光燈發光二極體15,基部18側配置間隔裝載遠光燈發光二極體16。17係近光燈段差,19係散熱部。
如此的構造中,一點亮遠光燈發光二極體16,就成為第6圖的遠光燈照射範圍,一點亮近光燈發光二極體15,就成為第6圖的近光燈照射範圍,成為兩者的照射範圍大不同的配光。

專利文件1中記載的發光二極體光源的頭燈,係用於轉換近光燈與遠光燈,照射範圍的切割線大不同,作為可轉換2色的霧燈或行車燈等的車輛用發光二極體燈泡,具有不能維持原樣利用的問題。
本發明,以提供車輛用發光二極體燈炮為目的,具有白色發光二極體光源與淡黃色發光二極體光源的2色發光二極體光源,並根據目的利用開關的轉換可以2色轉換。
根據本發明的車輛用發光二極體燈炮,包括光源熱傳導部23、安裝框31與散熱部32;在上述光源熱傳導部23的兩面發光二極體安裝面部21,分別裝載白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26,這些白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26的安裝位置,上下間隔互相大略相接,以淡黃色發光二極體光源26為白色發光二極體光源25的上側,而且在前後間隔不超過互相的寬度的範圍內,安裝淡黃色發光二極體光源26位於白色發光二極體光源25的後方。
上述白色發光二極體光源25,重點照射路邊區側,輔助頭燈光線照不到的範圍,上述淡黃色發光二極體光源26,重點照射中央稍微下側,具有使下雨或起霧時的視認性提高的效果。
光源熱傳導部23的兩面發光二極體安裝面部21,可以形成略垂直面,此外,光源熱傳導部23的兩面發光二極體安裝面部21,也可以形成傾斜面。
根據申請專利範圍第1項,包括光源熱傳導部、安裝框與散熱部;在上述光源熱傳導部的兩面發光二極體安裝面部,分別裝載白色發光二極體光源與淡黃色發光二極體光源,這些白色發光二極體光源與淡黃色發光二極體光源的安裝位置,因為上下間隔互相大略相接,以淡黃色發光二極體光源為白色發光二極體光源的上側,而且在前後間隔不超過互相的寬度的範圍內,安裝淡黃色發光二極體光源位於白色發光二極體光源的後方,所以可以控制2色的光軸(切割線位置)的變化至最小限度。又,可以得到符合白色與淡黃色各色的最適合配光模式。又,以開關轉換1個車輛用發光二極體燈炮,可以具有2色轉換的機能。
根據申請專利範圍第2項,白色發光二極體光源,重點照射路邊區側,輔助頭燈光線照不到的範圍,淡黃色發光二極體光源,重點照射中央稍微下側,具有使下雨或起霧時的視認性提高的效果。
根據申請專利範圍第3項,光源熱傳導部的兩面發光二極體安裝面部,因為形成略垂直面,容易制作理想的配光模式。
又,光源熱傳導部的兩面發光二極體安裝面部,由於形成傾斜面,可以得到有效的散熱特性。

根據本發明的車輛用發光二極體燈炮,包括光源熱傳導部23、安裝框31與散熱部32;在上述光源熱傳導部23的兩面發光二極體安裝面部21,分別裝載白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26,這些白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26的安裝位置,上下間隔互相大略相接,以淡黃色發光二極體光源26為白色發光二極體光源25的上側,而且在前後間隔不超過互相的寬度的範圍內,安裝淡黃色發光二極體光源26位於白色發光二極體光源25的後方而構成。

[第一實施例]
以下,作為本發明的第一實施例,根據第1到5圖說明車輛用發光二極體燈炮的例子。
第1及2圖中,23係熱傳導率佳的鋁等的金屬或樹脂構成的光源熱傳導部,垂直削圓柱體的兩面,分別為發光二極體安裝面部21。在此光源熱傳導部23的前端部,形成圓形的前方遮蔽部24,在基端部的圓柱部,安裝安裝框31,還以上述光熱源傳導部23的安裝框31嵌入基端部至散熱部32內。
在上述發光二極體安裝面部21的兩面略中央,設置白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26。這些白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26,在第1圖中,配置為下是白色發光二極體光源25,上是淡黃色發光二極體光源26,安裝成大略密合狀態,使這些上下的位置間隔b儘量小。又,設定互相重疊白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26的前後位置間隔a,配置成前方是白色發光二極體光源25,後方是淡黃色發光二極體光源26,成為後述的各配光圖。
具體而言,一般設定頭燈,使光線照得遠,主要照射配光圖的中央部分,霧燈的白色發光二極體光源25,主要使用作為頭燈的輔助燈,根據白色發光二極體光源25的配光圖,如第5圖所示,重點照射路邊區側,最好輔助頭燈光線照不到的範圍。因此,白色發光二極體光源25的安裝位置,在淡黃色發光二極體光源26的下側且不超過發光二極體光源的寬度的範圍內,比淡黃色發光二極體光源26稍微位於前方。
上述淡黃色發光二極體光源26,主要在下雨或起霧的暴風雨時使用,根據此淡黃色發光二極體光源26的配光圖,如第5圖所示,理想是重點照射中央稍微下側,使下雨或起霧時的視認性提高。因此,淡黃色發光二極體光源26的安裝位置在白色發光二極體光源25的上側,在不超過發光二極體光源的寬 度的範圍內,比白色發光二極體光源25稍微位於後方。
上述專利文件1所示的例子中。為了使近光燈與遠光燈的切割線明確不同,使近光燈發光二極體15與遠光燈發光二極體16的上下安裝位置具有既定的間隔,作為霧燈的上述白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26,在第1圖中,安裝成大略密合狀態使上下的位置間隔b儘量小,配光圖都大略重疊,淡黃色發光二極體光源26安裝在稍微下側。
淡黃色發光二極體光源26與白色發光二極體光源25的位置關係,因為也依反射器的形狀配光特性不同,為了可以達成上述目的,最好看配光圖決定。
如此的構成中,本發明的車輛用發光二極體霧燈22設置在燈體外殼28內發光時,白色發光二極體光源25的光線,以反射器27反射,如第3圖的實線所示,在橫方向寬廣,又如第4圖的實線所示,大略水平,全體成為延伸至第5圖的實線所示的路邊區側的白色照射面29。
轉換開關(未圖示)至淡黃色發光二極體光源26時,淡黃色發光二極體光源26的光線,以反射器27反射,如第3圖的點線所示,在橫方向比白色照射面29稍微狹窄,又,如第4圖的點線所示,在縱方向比白色照射面29稍微下側,成為全體重點照射比第5圖的點線所示的白色照射面29稍微下側的淡黃色照射面30。
上述實施例中,光源熱傳導部23的兩面為略垂直的發光二極體安裝面部21,但不限定於此,傾斜面也可以。但是,光源熱傳導部23,厚度過薄時,因為熱傳導作用變小,最好是得到將白色發光二極體光源25與淡黃色發光二極體光源26充分散熱的厚度。
上述實施例中,車輛用發光二極體燈炮,係以汽車用發光二極體霧燈為例說明,但包含行車燈等可2色轉換的車輛用發光二極體燈炮。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種車輛用發光二極體燈炮,其特徵在於:包括光源熱傳導部、安裝框與散熱部;其中,在上述光源熱傳導部的兩面的發光二極體安裝面部,分別裝載白色發光二極體光源與淡黃色發光二極體光源,這些白色發光二極體光源與淡黃色發光二極體光源的安裝位置,以上述淡黃色發光二極體光源為上述白色發光二極體光源的上側而安裝成大略密合狀態,而且在前後間隔不超過互相的寬度的範圍內,安裝上述淡黃色發光二極體光源位於上述白色發光二極體光源的後方。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的車輛用發光二極體燈炮,其中,上述白色發光二極體光源,重點照射路邊區側,輔助頭燈,上述淡黃色發光二極體光源,重點照射中央稍微下側,輔助下雨或起霧時上述頭燈的白色光線照不到的範圍。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述的車輛用發光二極體燈炮,其中,上述光熱源傳導部的兩面的上述發光二極體安裝面部,形成略垂直面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述的車輛用發光二極體燈炮,其中,上述光熱源傳導部的兩面上述發光二極體安裝面部,形成傾斜面。
